I had great food from this Scholtzsky's, as usual, but I had to take this opportunity to give a shout out to the amazing staff here. When I left after picking up my to-go order, I accidentally left my credit card behind. After searching my purse, car, and home, I finally called the restaurant, since it was the last place inised the card, and was delighted to find out that they had my card secured in their safe. I am so relieved and grateful! The staff is always nice to me, but the ownership should be very proud of their crew! Thanks so much for taking care of me!

My husband and I stopped here yesterday for lunch. We haven’t been to a Shlotzsky’s in a couple of years. We both got the original and they were fresh and hot! But my favorite part wasn’t the sweet little lady taking our order! She was delightful! She was kind and humorous but got our order in quickly! I wish I had gotten her name. She was a senior citizen but so am I! Her customer service skills were excellent! We live about 20 minutes from Georgetown but the experience we had here makes us want to go back, not to mention the fresh hot sandwiches! Thank you sweet lady, whoever you are! ♥️

A lot of choices on the menu and they have the cool touch screen Coca Cola fountain drink machine. Extremely nice and polite staff that wanted to make sure my food was exactly what I wanted. Very quick to get my order bagged and ready to go.

I just love the sandwiches here. My go to favorite is the Deluxe Original in a medium size on jalapeno cheddar cheese bread. It's got more than twice the meat and cheese as the original and is down right delicious. But you can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. Update 8/22/21. Visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a less than stellar experience due strictly to one employee, Max, the shift manager. From the cash register, he was barking orders at the workers and treating some of the customers in a condescending manner, me included. I let it go but didn't appreciate how he treated me or others. My wife wanted to take him aside to let him know but we ate our sandwiches and left. Hopefully this review will make it's way to the general manager so appropriate action can take place. Update June 2023: I reinstated the full 5 stars for this restaurant because they seem to have it all together now. The food is still delicious, service is efficient and friendly and the dining room is cleaned regularly even with heavy customers use. Who doesn't love Schlotzkys?

Great little sandwich shop. The sandwiches are stuffed full of veggies and meats. They also have a nice assortment of very tasty salads. The staff members are always very friendly and helpful. This location goes above and beyond. Thank you Georgetown Schlotzsky’s!

My pastrami Reuben sandwich on rye was pretty good! But the order of Cinnabon "Center of the roll" was very disapointing....promoted as the best of everything and it had only a little drizzle of icing on top.....dry throughout the whole thing. Im sure everyone one can agree the icing is the best part!!! Clean restaurant, friendly, fast service. Packaged nicely. Also got bbq chip and a diet Dr. Pepper. Besides the Cinnabon (the part I was really looking forward to) my meal was good. I do recommend their sandwiches.

Disappointed.. Asked to make sure there were olives because they weren't on order last purchase. She said they'd be included. Yet, only 3. This is my 2nd bad order so calling it quits on this location.

Went through the drive thru at 7:59pm and this young female on a Saturday night shoved my order at me & was very passive aggressive. Cashier Term 5 AM This looks horrible! Like they rubbed their finger through the icing

I have ordered many time on the app for this location and never any issues except for today. I ordered on the app, everything went through. I get to schlotzskys just to find out they cancelled my order some time without an email... No one knew how that happened... Charged my card twice and on top of that I waited around for 20+min to notice they weren't making my sandwiches and no one knew who was handling my complaint... A manager was supposedly checking the system again 20+ min when I had all confirmation. Walked out with no food and double charged.
