Probably one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. In and out in less than three minutes and the staff was friendly.

Better than average Taco Bell experience. Clean, friendly, and plenty of happy people on duty. Best part was that this store had their caramel apple empanadas hot, fresh, and ready! My local taco bell could use lessons from this one.

I love Taco Bell, even though it is a fast food Mexican food restaurant. The new Georgetown store has been remodeled and is very nice. The counter people are friendly. I really like the dollar menu items, especially the skillet breakfast. I could eat it every day!

I have gone out of my way every time I visit Austin just to hit up this taco Bell. I usually don't care which one I go to but these guys have consistently made the crunchiest, perfect crunch wrap supreme among all the ones I've been to in my life. Hats off to y'all, please never change <3

Bought a Burrito Supreme and Cinnamon Twists. The burrito was super stuffed and delicious. Well worth the money. I'll stop by there on my next trip to Houston from Austin and on my return trip.

Tacos stayed intact which was extremely impressive for me. They wrap job, I could tell, was meticulous and the food tasted fresh. The atmosphere was nothing extraordinary but the service was incredible. Great staff.

New, clean store... food prep waa fast and flawless on a highly customized order. And on the items that had "extra meat" there really was "extra meat"!! (not always the case at some locations)

Great service and the team is great. A lot comes with working in a fast food chain, I've been there. However these employees are swell to know. I usually go at around 8 or 9 and when I order my usually comes right out. It's nice that my order has been memorised as well and I get a hey ____ everytime.

I stop here regularly on my way to Houston. Staff is always incredibly nice. Bathrooms are clean. Orders are right. One time I ran in a few minutes before they were closing, and the manager made me fresh empanadas though could have easily said they were out. One time one of the special menu items was discontinued, but the staff still made it for me. They make the drive and stressful situations a lot better for me because of their kindness to customers. Thank you!

We are cheerfully welcomed, the tables and floors are clean, the condiments area is clean and neatly arranged-Isidra is a great asset and attentive to the customers. If she is not with a customer, you will find her cleaning and putting things back in order. Always asks if we need anything or if the order is to our satisfaction. I love going there to eat.

Abel, the manager for this location had messed up on my order, but insisted on taking care of the situation immediately. He gladly offered to make my next visit worth my while and he very much did!! He has great customer service, he should be able to show other people how good customer service is given. I give a five-star rating to this Taco Bell location. Fast service, staff friendly. The only thing I would like to mention is the fountain drinks sometimes arer not great, all you taste is the carbinated water not enough syrup. This is not all the time just wish they would keep better eye on it. Otherwise this is a regular stop for our family we love Taco Bell food.

What should have been a quick lunch stop took 40 minutes. The food was good, but there seemed to not be a team lead so the kitchen was chaotic trying to get orders out. They also didn’t have anyone working the register inside, forcing anyone who wanted to order to use a kiosk in the lobby.

Took forever to get our food!! Was not overcrowded at this time of day, just the employees behind the counter did not seem to know what they were doing!! We ordered 2 stuffed tacos and a shredded chicken buritto. The women in front of us wanted 2 regulars tacos to go!! I would never have waited as long as she did for her order. They were not short handed, there were 2 people trying to make the orders and they were laughing more than working. Finally the manager came out and took over making the orders andnow we have 3 employees watching here fill the orders!! If she had not taken over, we would probably still be waiting!!

If certain people are not there it is almost impossible for you to get personal service at the counter. Not Senior friendly. Drive thru gets priority. Didn't get waited on today so I left.

So I ordered the new grilled cheese fries and they only put 8 fries on the plate. Pretty bad when you feel like Taco Bell ripped you off! The picture is before I ate any of the fries. That's how small the portioning was.

They must have trainees as person who took the order for 7 later bean burrito without rice and short cream was so confused had to repeat 3-4 times. He entered it correctly as shown in the receipt but they still added sure cream. We were traveling so did not realize until after we were already on the road!! Double check your orders before leaving

Kay, so today I ordered the 5$ Triple double crunch wrap box and when I opened it my food melted the paper and from them on I was basically eating trees. Then all of my tacos were cracked. I can not stand this kind of service and want a new meal.probaly will not be going back.will for sure need to see improvement.

I ordered a good amount of food, some for me and my husband they got my husbands order correct which was just a normal chalupa cravings box, but all I wanted was a nachos bell grande with no tomatoes. Orgianlly they gave it to me it had tomoates no big deal they replaced it but the one they gave me was half of everything other than chips. It had almost no cheese, no beans and absolutely no meat anywhere on it.

The crunchy tacos were so thin, barely any meat or lettuce, and cracked shells, fell apart when the wrapper was opened! Spicy fries were stale and dry, had to ask for a fresh order... new kiosks so no personal service unless you go thru drive thru

Seems like Taco Bell as a company is not what it used to be, my last 2 times I visited 2 different locations it hasn't been a good experience. This time I ordered the taco supreme combo and was very disappointed. They even seem smaller than regular tacos, only difference was a small squirt of sour cream, hardly any lettuce on them, and worst of all, workers don't even seem happy to be working. Bathroom wasn't clean either.

As I was at the kiosk browsing the menu, three different employees continued to interrupt & asked if i needed help. When I was done ordering, one of the employees came back and asked if i needed a cup. I had not ordered a drink. If I had said yes, would she have then handed me a cup so that she could assist me in stealing a drink I hadn't paid for?? What's the point of the kiosk if the employees insist on trying to take your order? Pick a lane (automated kiosk OR front counter employees) & stick with it. Edited my review once I actually got my food. It was supposed to be two dipping burritos -- it turned out to be the smallest portion of food I have ever recieved. Anywhere. The "burritos are literally the size of 1 1/2 sauce packets. For $6. What a rip-off. Such a waste of money.

If this was my first Taco Bell it would be my last! Waited over 10 minutes to get our food THIS PLACE IS EMPTY! The only other person in here received the wrong item. Another young lady came in and said her order was wrong. Then to add insult to tune other stuff the alarm was going off the entire time we were eating. Seriously Taco Bell you can do better. Thankfully I've eaten at many Taco Bell's and they're not all like this.

Stopped by at 11:25pm at night to order nacho fries and toasted street chalupas only to be told that the fryer is down, so I ordered regular tacos and a drink. The young girl at the window seemed annoyed and irritated I told her thank you and not one word very rude.

When we walked in the manager was rude and rushing us out the door while we were asking questions. The portions were absurdly small for the inflated price that was charged. Leaving a restaurant still hungry and with bad service is enough to make me not want to come back. Dairy Queen nachos are 4x bigger and taste better. As we were driving off the manager was holding hands with an employee so it’s obvious he was more interested in getting off work than helping the customers who were there to keep his paycheck coming in. We won’t be returning.

Nice place to eat but horrible at night. They gave me a sloppy taco that has been made already. The tortilla is not warmed up enough and won’t even steam the quesadilla correctly. Just disappointed when it comes to night. I won’t even go unless during the day

I rate this place with only 1 star, because i just tried to eat a "mini beefy quesadilla" and a "shredded chicken", off the dollar cravings menu and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever had, not to mention that they wrapped in foil, and they looked nothing like a quesadilla, it was hardly cooked, it looked like a flour tortilla pre-heated, soggy and too much sauce, no meat, very disappointed

Extremely disappointed in this location. Fist, they mess up my order. I sent my boyfriend to get dinner one night and when he came back, it was not my order at all. So, after making a second trip, I finally got the correct food. They were unapologetic and did not offer me any compensation for the extra trip. On top of that, the cinnamon sticks were stale and tasted like bad oil— super bitter and gross!

This place are staffed by idiots. I get my usual 2 soft tacos and 1 bean burrito. Never mind that it took forever to get my food... but when I bite into the burrito (larger tortilla size that the tacos), the tortilla was obviously sitting in the warmer for a long time, because it was very dry, hard and crusty. I've only taken food back 1 other time in my life, but this is number two. I went up to the front, told her, "this tortilla is hard and dry from sitting in the warmer for so long. Can you make it again?". What do I get? Another burrito from the same darn stack of dried out tortillas. You would think that if a person had a problem from the beginning, they would listen to the complaint, identify the problem and fix it. Nope... These guys are idiots.

Terrible service. Lady through drive thru argued that she could not replace my meal after it being prepared incorrectly. Gave a sassy attitude, very argumentative and closed window very dramatic and hard. Mind you guys this was over a supreme soft taco.

6 am pulled in the parking lot pulling small camper. Taco Bell is closed. McDonald’s next door. Was gonna grab breakfast to go at mcds. Thought. Gonna be here in town for the day and will grab lunch here later since it is conveniently located where I will be working. Lady pulls in to Taco Bell parking lot parks and Rudely tells me to get off lot if I’m going to McDonald’s. I move. go into McDonald’s.people in drive though saw what happened They were upset. they told me Taco Bell customers park on their lot all the time. I told them. No problem. I was going to have lunch at Taco Bell but not now. People at McDonald’s very nice

I was wondering why no locals were there...everyone was a McDonald's and Whataburger for darn good reason. Taco bell workers were cold and they didn't tell me they were out of tomatoes! I found out halfway down the road! She named tomatoes when o asked her what came on the crunchwrap. It would've been a fine to inform me that they were out of some items.. Now I see why they had no customers.

Food was made in a timely manner, but skimped on or totally forgot ingredients. I don't think there is an adult on staff at this time due to the conversation of the entire staff. From the f-bombs being dropped, to the "who is the biggest crack head we have ever had working here" and the discussion of a previous employee and her shady behavior/history. Also, when a car comes around the front heading to the drive thru, you probably shouldn't announce to all that it is just some old white people. Obviously they are unaware that they have a customer still in the dining room. Integrity is hard to find and apparently it is not found at this Taco Bell location. I will say that the little girl working the register was sweet and polite and appeared to be a hard worker and not involved in the discussions that were not appropriate with customers in the restaurant.

This taco bell is terrible.. I spent 50 dollars here and what I received for that was sub-par.... its a good thing I ordered extra meat for my tacos and extra nacho cheese because I would've hated to see what I would have got for just the regular add ups... save your time and money!!! Slow. Food was mediocre at best. None of the cheese in our quesadillas or tacos was even melted, chicken tasted hard either over cooked or old I’d assume, one of the quesadillas was barely even warm. Drinks were watered down tasting. If we hadn’t of been in a hurry when we stopped here, I would’ve driven back to return our food.

Not professional to be sitting on the counter & they gave us the wrong size quesaritos with barely anything in them & when I confronted them about it they lied to my face & said it was right. I eat quesartios often & I can obviously tell these were wrong. Don't waste your time or money at this Taco Bell. If they weren't next to a major highway there would be more care given to this location.

Absolutely horrible service. I used to go to this location all yhe time and it was good, but it has absolutely gotten horrible lately. The employees are rude and lock the doors whenever they want to regardless of the posted hours. I would not eat here. Went the drive thru December 26 purchased the craving pack the tacos had little to any meat I also purchased 3 sides of sour cream with the amount of sour cream in each cup it probably would have filled up one. Just asking for what I pay for .

This was the worst taco bell we've ever been to. The workers were nice, but they screwed up our order. The soda machine was mostly out and the food made my brothers throw up. I sincerely hope this was a one time thing

Taco Bell is the home of late night snacks. I pulled through at 11:45 on a Saturday and there was no one to be seen despite restaurant hours. I am now tackless. Tragedy has struck Giddings this night.

Went through the drive thru. My girlfriend and I ordered 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, 1 order of nacho fries, and 1 chicken grilled cheese burrito with guac (extra cost). Crysta took our order and also handed it to us. She asked us if we wanted sauce, we said mild and hot please. While she was polite, she didn’t give us any sauce in the bag, the nacho fries were not dusted with the nacho powder, and the grilled cheese burrito which was $7 was the size of a kids menu burrito. It was actually so small, I ate it in 2 bites. It also didn’t have the guac in it, which again, was extra. I paid for it. It gets put on a monitor for the staff to see and they just ignored the order I guess. Polite, but terrible service. Go find an even easier job.

Women's restroom was very dirty. No one greater us at all. We ordered at the kiosk. When we received our food the taco shell was all broken. We took it to the counter and the gentleman didn't say a word. Made a another one and handed it to us with still not a word. We could hear the employees using profanity behind the counter. We will never stop at this taco bell again.

I went through the drive-through at around 7:30 PM the other night.. I ordered the meal with 3 supreme crunchy tacos and tomatoes and a large sweet tea. I even gave them an extra 75 cents to round my purchase up to $8 so they could donate some money to a foundation. The girl in the window did not give me the correct meal but she gave me the right drink. I went back around to the window and told them that they gave me the wrong food handed them back the's Linden back the bag and asked to have them make my crunchy tacos with no tomatoes supreme. After watching 4 cars go by and nobody insude the restaurant i dicating my direction that they were going to bring me my food, so I pulled my car around to the front and went inside to talk to the "manager". I Half again my food was and the person who claimed to be the manager sat there and argued with me for 5 minutes about what I said I ordered what they gave me and whether or not they're even working on my food. Boot. I'm a retired chef and I worked in the food service industry for 24 years. Maybe you get what you paid for, And the $8 was exactly the kind of service I received.However simple customer service would be "I'm sorry I gave you the wrong thing. Here, let me get your food to you, that you paid, out to you as fast as possible. Would you like some free cinnamon twists?" How hard was that!!?? AND THIS WAS AT A TACO BELL ON A THURSDAY NIGHT! SLOW AF! No concept of customer service, and if that is who you hire as a person in management Taco Bell, shame on you. Garbage, not going back.

Terrible service! I used to enjoy coming here but the truth is this place has gone down hill quickly. Breakfast stops serving at 11 right? But no for them its we arent going to cook anymore of that for you so you can have the lunch menu or you can leave. I was there at 10 a.m. like an hour before you stop serving breakfast!! Seriously lazy employees. Whats worse is when i spoke to the manager, she told me that they should have just told me that they were out of breakfast supplies. Wow! So just lie to the customer to solve your unwillingness to do your job correctly?!!! And now i realize why everyone is lined up at whataburger. At least you get what you came for. Giddings tacobell will never get my business again, its just not worth it.

Order was missing items. The employee stood there looking stupid. Said the receipt says combo so how would she know it comes with a taco? Um what? Do you hear yourself. First combo, keyword, common sense, secondly she acted as if I was trying to steal a $2 taco. She needed multiple employees to explain it and she still couldn’t comprehend what a combo was. It was the most embarrassing. I’m still shook the level of ignorance. No napkins. Condiments were low. Stuff happens, items are forgot, that’s ok but idiocy and attitude, well we won’t be back. I’m willing to travel to bastrop or anywhere else.

Cantina tacos had no chicken in them just gobs of that sauce and the Mexican pizza tasted like it had been fried in a fryer that has never had the grease changed. I don't usually leave bad reviews and if either thing was edible I wouldn't have. Also service was bad, just bad experience overall.

Worker was outside talking and we pulled up to the speaker and waited 10 minutes. Then sat at the window thinking maybe the speaker was broke and was ignored. It was at 3pm so they were not busy either.oh it gets better. After three cars got behind me as I sat the awhile. The lady opens the window and asked if I just drove up to the window as? She said she just got there but her manager wanted me to drive back around and get at the end of the line after I already had been waiting patiently. I know it’s fast food and should expect it but dang wish the had better work ethics.we went down the road and got a meal. They will fail with service like that and have seen it before.

Everytime i come here they mess up the order completely, and the staff seem confused on how to even ring things up on the register. This time they double charged me an entire extra meal as well as left stuff off the order. The double charging is the final straw and will never be back to this location.

My husband ordered through the app and was supposed to get 2 orders of 2 cantina dipping burritos but they only put in 1. Then they barely filled his avocado dipping ranch and when he asked for more they said they would charge him, until he pointed out that they had barely filled the first one.

So this could be totally unrelated and but my experience with this Taco Bell and the lady that was working the drive through yesterday 7/4/24 around 11:30AM/12PM, but she was EXTREMELY rude to me, I used my Apple Pay to pay and I could have sworn I heard the *ding* that the payment went through, she said it didn’t so I politely said let me just double check it didn’t on my end and she was RUDE that I wanted to double check I didn’t get charged twice. Then while I waited for my food and she closed the window I could clearly see that she was talking bad about me to the person working with the food, then she SHOVED my food bag into my window aggressively and when I looked in the bag I saw there was no mild sauce that I requested, when I told her I needed some sauce she snapped at me saying “it’s in the bottom” i took all the food out and showed her that there was no napkins and no sauce she GRABBED my hand and SLAPPED the sauce into my hand!!!! She should not have TOUCHED ME for one and her aggressiveness was UNCALLED for. Now this is where I am stressed out, I have a feeling she and her coworker did something to my food because after I ate my food I got extremely sick, now it could have been food poisoning but it just seems coincidental I got that sick after my horrible experience with that awful lady in the drive through. My 4th of July was ruined, I spent the rest of the day throwing up and couldn’t walk away from the toilet. This all happened not even in hour after my Taco Bell was eaten so I know it was from that because I was fine before I ate there. So BEWARE of the Giddings Taco Bell and the horrible lady that works there.
