Great costumer service and always having fresh pizza to go!!!

Love little Caesars as a whole! It's cheap, yummy and quick. Perfect for when you don't feel like making dinner. I'll always return. As for this specific store, they're quick and efficient. Staff are very nice. My order was hot and ready, right on time.

Just your typically Little Caesars. Ordered 2 pizzas and they were both ready within 20 minutes. The area is kinda sketchy but we didn’t stay there very long.

Good food but the cheese bread is a little too greasy.

Good food, decent prices, times given for pick-up at the pizza portal are accurate.

My kids like little Cesar's pizza. It's hard to order by phone because they usually never answer. However, ordering through their pizza portal app is the way to go. When your food is ready for pick up you just enter your 3 digit code in the pizza portal machine and it gives you your pizza. There's no waiting on line.

I fr found a piece of hair in my pretzel pizza. I threw it away. You should probably have the workers tie up their hair, because it was nasty.

Lil Caesar's is on point with their ready to go food at any time. The quality of food is definitely worth the price.

This place is hit and miss. At best their pizza is ok to good. But when it's bad, it's horrible.

I said I was not taking pictures of her, just the signs and advertisement inside the store “for Yelp” she said again, no pictures. So I put my phone away. And I am posting the pictures I took which are obviously not a big deal and only helps their Business. After paying for the pizza I took it to “the new dining area” the car. The lady did not offer me any condiments like they usually do at the one near my house, “different location” and no napkins. The pizza was cooked perfectly but the cheese had an odd taste. Over all I wasn’t to happy with this establishment and will not be going back.

There crazy puffs were burned than called and guy hung up on me since mgr won’t be in till Jan 1 2025

Can't believe I got food poisoning from this place I ordered a pizza Tuesday, I only ate two slices and been puking and yea.. it's now Thursday. The staff is horrible won't call me back. Might have to take them to court

Little Caesar’s pizzas are advertised at $5. The menu wasn’t specific because apparently they’re $6.50 here for a normal pepperoni pizza. Paid a ridiculous $43 for 6 pizzas. Had I known they were that expensive I would have gone to Dominos.

Called to place an order and it was confirmed for a 2 hour pick up window. Went to pick up 2 hours later and it wasn’t made nor did they try to reach out. Tried calling back and no one answered after several tries and they never reached back out. Their phone ordering service is terrible.

i just got a pizza with no cheese and they made it with cheese I tried to call and they won't answer. ( I am allergic to dairy ) there goes my food for the day :(

I'm sure I ordered crazy bread and got a set of what appeared to be drum sticks, I don't mean chicken either, I went in at 12 o'clock , and breads were and still are hardest, oldest bread in gilroy..super upsetting, people would be given those breads, quality control issue, most likely., you know they're old when there's no butter at all cause it dried up, seriously, if thats just breads I could imagine how bad pizza most likely be....all I can do is feed the crows with this... thanks for making someone's lunch hour miserable..

Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 were correct. 1 was wrong. Should have been a pepperoni pizza and was a pineapple pizza. Didn't check till after leaving. Should have known better with all the kids working there.

I came in to order a pizza, Monday 6/19 around 6:00pm, I asked TM Angelica to pls make it fresh i waited 15 min, i came back I received a not fresh pizza, she started arguing that it was freshly made, I said to her i worked 20 years at Pizza Hut and I know what a fresh pizza looks like, she kept arguing that little ceasers was not the same as Pizza Hut, she had 2 customers behind me I told her I don’t want to argue with you pls remake my pizza & help the customer behind me they are waiting to order, she kept going at it & said I can’t be making you more pizzas with and attitude I had to feed my 5 year old I took the pizza and left, I called the store the next day to ask for the manager and a lady just said 5 o’clock and hung up! What a horrible customer service they have at this location.!!

The poor customer service, the food served, inconsideration, etc. The establishment closes at 10pm but the night shift leader has decided that after 9:30pm they're not going to cook anything else. She's going to sell you pre-prepared, old, 'pepperoni only' pizza without any other options even though they have other toppings and food in inventory. She also will tell you that items cannot be modified and are sold 'as is' and toppings cannot be removed nor added. If someone is paying for food, it's simple. DO NOT place items in the food if NOT wanted and place items that ARE wanted on the food.There's no advertising or notices to inform the customer of this location's 'store rules'. Poor management and no concept of customer service, the meaning of it, or the application of it!!!

Second time within a month they forgot to add my sauce in the pizza portal. I pay for that small cup of sauce. First time they forgot i asked cashier and she gave me a bad attitude about it. Funny you dont like your job, find your money elsewhere because i just paid your wage and you applied for the job not me. I shouldnt have to check my order for accuracy when u get paid to do that

Ordered a Slices-N-Stix and an order of Crazy Bread and was told it would be a 15 min wait. Didn't mind waiting, the Crazy bread was warm, fresh, and delicious; staff seemed friendly as well. However, one star on the basis that the "pizza" was not only cold, but tasted old (like day old pizza). It was inedible. I won't be returning.

Rep didn't give me my receipt to redeem my MWIII rewards. I noticed some other customers didn't get there's too, most likely stealing them to resell the codes online.

Eat at your own dissatisfactory risk and as your choking down the hard cold cardboard they charged you twice it's worth by calling it pizza, hoping you don't break a crown cuz you can no longer afford high quality pizza let alone dental work, I implore you to close your eyes and meditate, reminiscing how good things used to be because that's all any of us have these days.

why this location has to price their menu 15% higher than other locations, including Morgan Hill, and not subscribing to franchisor advertised specials is BEYOND ME. Morgan Hill location likely has higher overhead costs and doesn't gouge their locals. This is one reason why Gilroy struggles with commerce. This location abuses the "Buy Local" plan. So, I just pickup my order from Morgan Hill location on way home from SJ.

First she offered a meal deal to the person before me and tried to charge me full price individually to me!! Then When I said no thank you to the marinara sauce and asked for ranch instead she said she would have to charge me for the ranch even though I paid for marinara sauce I was not taking.
