I rarely go to sonic as over the years there food quality as suffered and portions and sizes have shrunk considerably. This one was consistent with most sonics. I used be a fan of sonic, sad that they taken the path o the grocery stores, less for more $.

We ordered hamburger with extra pickles, it came plain. Then had to wait another 20 minutes to make another one. Wish they had just added to the one already made.

My mom and I was visiting Glen Rose and wanted a snack and ice cream. The food was hot and good but was disappointed that Sonic doesn't make ice cream cones anymore and they don't carry custard ice cream anymore either.

I think this is the fastest service I've ever gotten from a Sonic. My food was delivered in a very timely manner. The hamburger was well prepared and the tots were nice and crisp. However, apparently, the definition of "easy ice" is to fill the cup half way with the stuff. What word do I need to use to only get a small amount of ice put into the cup? Let's say no more than a quarter of the cup. What word does that take?

Why does my soda have weird gooey sticky substance in my drink???? I find that very unsanitary and ur drink machine needs a good cleaning 😳🤢 It literally is making me feel sick I will not be ordering from y’all again

Sonic’s corporate has put out a BOGO deal on burgers and coneys. I want to preface that this location did not say they weren’t participating in the deal. We went to this location to utilize this deal. Upon arrival they told us “you can only get the deal through the app” so we tried to order on the app and this location in Glen Rose does not allow online orders. They told us we needed to delete and redownload the app which we did. And again it says “the location does not allow online ordering.” The person taking our order was rude and would not do anything to help with the situation only stating “ we definitely do online orders and they can’t do anything to help.” We will be notifying corporate but wanted to let everyone locally know not to expect this location to honor any deals that sonic offers.

This is second time I’ve been to this sonic and everytime I get cheese tater tots they never put cheese on it it’s like all on the sides . How hard is it to put cheese on tater tots? Lol. 1 out of 5 stars for lack of cheese.

I ordered #7 The hotdog had been cooking since yesterday It was dark colored and hard , I would fire anyone who served that , if I couldn’t find any better help than that I would close my business.

You guys should know I paid for soda, not ice. I barely had drinks so I asked if they could refill it and the staff said “No. You should pay for another drink.” Oh wow. You should put “ice” on the menu, not “soda” when you are giving 95% of ice!

Tonight I had the pleasure of staring at a screen for 10 minutes without a single reply. The glow of the "red button activated" warmed my heart after watching employees stand around the kitchen occasionally looking over at my vehicle. There was 2 other vehicles at this sonic. So in no way possible were they backed up or short staffed. Its great to see the "fight for $15" fast food workforce giving "maximum" effort.
