My favorite Jack to go to! I always ask for extra lettuce and cheese on my tacos but the woman working drive thru Thursday at 3am surpassed any other tacos I’ve tried. Idk how the heck she cooked them but they were mouth watering delicious! Thank you ma’am!!!!
The food is fresh and the burgers look like they do in the pictures. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Even though the line was long the wait was not.
This was the visit where we were introduced to the mini nacho tacos and Jack's new menu items we havent see before. I am sad to say I have been to JIB at least 3 times since. The service was amazing and the food was so awesome. Thanks!
I was served by the most awesome guy here yesterday when I tell you I never done felt the need to do a review on a fast food place more like wow 100% great customer service, I'm always messing with the in the window acting like I don't speak English and yesterday was no exception lol the guy that served me was so nice and patient with me come to find out is a young man of color I was like wow was that you who spoke Spanish to me he said SI 😲 I was so proud of him that was awesome and the customer service 100 he needs a raise for sure
Today my daughter and I came to this location for a snack. The young lady who took our order and served us (Shirsha was her name I think) was friendly and very helpful. The food was fresh and it was clean outside the location. No complaints.
I appreciate good service! On the morning of 10/24/22 at exactly 1:59 I received the best, most fresh Jack In The Box I have ever eaten!!!! Big thank you to that night crew!!!! Hopefully management will see this and you be rewarded for your hard work and dedication

Good food, fast service made even easier with mobile ordering! With mobile ordering you can cut your wait time down to mere minutes. You can order from your house or the road and have your order fresh and ready by the time you get there! I'm writing this review not because of the great food, but because of the great service! Came through and ordered and the cashier TJ had an amazing attitude and customer service! Working late nights is not easy and no one goes to Jack in a box for great service but TJ delivered!
2 Tacos 1 yum yum. We're going to charge extra for a small water. 1 woohoo for service. Lobby needed sweeping and table a wiping down.
Food is always great. In the morning or at lunch time, no matter what the service is fast and the food is fresh hot and delicious. I'm always greeted by the really nice manager. She makes sure everything is awesome. Thank you for being so great!!!
It was good. They did mess up on 1 burger but when we brought it to their attention they fixed it without any hesitation and threw in a chocolate cake free for the inconvenience . Love the new triple cheese fries.

Went thru the drive up window 2 cars ahead of me. I pulled up to get my food, and it was warm at best. It should have been remade since it took longer than usual. I'm glad there weren't more cars ahead of me as it would have been worse.
You know that fast food restaurants are not the same, even if they are the same company. This Jack in the Box is clean. The food was good. The staff was great, unheard of nowadays.

( rating 4 due some of the lettuce was brown and too few tomatoes for the price)
Got the order right! Food was good but the bathrooms were filthy. I suggest going threw the drive thru. Tacos were delicious! Easy and convenient to get off the freeway and right back on. We were doing a road trip and found the location being the number one reason we chose this location. They would not add secret sauce to a burger but offered me packets.
My experience today has been a good one despite my previous visits here and other jack in the boxes. Today the burger came out looking and tasting like if it was from a commercial. It wasn't plastered or flattened and had a wonderful look to it. The taste was on point from what I expected it to be as well. The burger alone I'd rate a 9.5/10. The only reason I leave a 4 and not 5 star is I've also had bad orders from this place before but if they continue to make the good the way they did today ill gladly come back for more!

Jack in the box, any of them, I've been my go-to locations for fast food for many years. However starting in 2025 they all through their pricing schedule and available discount offers to be less consumer-friendly. Since the start of this year I've barely gone by even for occasional cheap items. Food remains relatively consistent in flavor. But there have been some drawbacks over the years of lower quality goods placed in to offset the cost of expenses. Like all fast food restaurants this one is sacrificing both volume and quality in exchange ripping off the customers.
Service slower than average for this place, tiny lobby and was really dirty. I don't expect much from these places but this one was bad. The 3 stars comes as the food was fine which is most important with these hit and miss fast food stops.
breakfast jack 2 tacos and medium drink $5 and change. Only Jack in the Box near me. Food is okay but service has been slipping a little lately. Taco sauce and napkins are being dispensed sparingly. if you're going through the drive through check your bag before you leave the window.

So I’ve ordered from there maybe 3x the first two times I received my meal and my chicken sandwich had something brown and squishy on my bun that looked like old meat. The other time I ordered I never received my drink and the last time i ordered they took forever to prepare it and when I cancelled didn’t wanna give me my refund until I talked to customer service
They are short handed. I had to wipe off my table. The food was good. They didn't speak much english and didn't exactly greet us.Definitely didn't thank me for my visit and didn't seem to notice me leave. The coke machine had only diet drinks. But diet is my kind.
I ordered online to pick up at the drive through. When I got all my food I drove all the way home and noticed they forgot my French fries. I called to ask for a refund and they didn't give me my refund. So I had to drive all the way back to get my French fries.
Normally I love Jack in the Box. But this time I was very disappointed. Ordered one of the new sandwiches and got three egg rolls instead. When I called the telephone number was no good so I drove back up there. The manager wasn't there so she couldn't help me. Told me to come back again. I'm not driving back a third time just for a sandwich.
I went in today and tried the mummy wrapped taco, The flower Tortilla surrounding the taco had about. Maybe a tablespoon of the cheddar supposedly bacon skin in the very center of the taco. None of it coming up on the edyes I never did taste any bacon and it wasn't very good. You could taste the regular Jack in the box. Taco meat, but I don't think the mummy wrap tacos is gonna be a very good item on your menu.
While I usually love their food, this one needs to work on things like fried foods, service and their attitudes! Several times I have received their hash brown dripping in very bad tasting oil! We waited way to long in the drive through and we didn't see any happy faces greeting us after waiting way to long in auto line for Our food! I only gave them 3 star rating because of other Jacks do a way better job!
They took our order, but did not fulfill it correctly, Had I not checked my bag, I would not have received 4 tacos ... the taco wrappers were empty! Who does that? Check your orders before you leave the window.
I ordered breakfast with sugar and cream in my coffee. The cream and sugar we're given to me on the side. Of course this is quite difficult when one is driving. The drive thru was slow also. Which may have been to the fault of the customer in front of me or to the fault of the restaurant. I couldn't see my credit card at all times which also makes me nervous.
This Jack in the Box location have been saying they don’t have the meat lovers burrito and the grande burrito for the past few months everytime I try to go up there to get one. What is wrong with these people, are they not ordering the stuff they need for it, eating up all the stuff for the burritos or they just don’t wanna give away they burritos but I’m finna stop coming to this location if they gone continue telling me they don’t have the burritos cause I haven’t had one from them in a long time and now I feel like they being stingy with they burritos!😒
Bad customer service. He messed up my order, made smart , 'sarcastic remark, refused to give me his name, & never apologized. He was smug and rude! I even took a witness because I had to go back after working 15hr!!! Was so angry!!! Never wanna go there again! I have never been treated that way there...but I never met him before.
Dad and I wanted a plain cheeseburger. The clerk couldn't read the words on the monitor when I asked what came on the Buttery Jack. We got the creamy tomato sauce, buttery garlic sauce, mustard and onions added to my father's, mayo added to mine. It was TOO many sauces and she added cheese like we asked, but did not tell us it already had provolone cheese. Too many different things and flavors. Even with all the sauces, the meat had a weird flavor and texture and tasted like a cheap, frozen meat/ soy mixed patty like a bad school cafeteria burger.
Food was standard, had to check the bag and found that they forgot almost 3 items from my order before I drove off. Jack in the box is overpriced already, combining bad service with that makes it just plain bad.
Service is very hit or miss. Certain people are ok and most everyone is egh. Showed up as they closed lobby early and guy wanted to act like he couldnt speak English. Then why do you have a job here? All the good deals are digital, so they can get your information on the app I guess. Last time, don't know if it was the tacos or fries but they didn't stay down.
They lie about being out of shakes just not to make them
Ordered my burger very specifically No mayo, No mustard. Add ketchup. Got mayo and mustard, no ketchup. I had food poisoning years ago from mayo and mustard on something. Cannot eat anything that has even touched them since. Disappointed that I had to throw my food away untouched.
Stopped by for a Jr Jumbo Jack, the patty was very thin and dry. Very disappointing.
The woman taking our order at the window, 9/1/23 11:19 pm was VERY rude and hateful. Even had a hateful look. She has no business working there. Definitely not a people person.
The wait times at this establishment are ridiculous. After ordering I sat the speaker for almost 10 mins. We finally moved up, and I see two employees WWE Smack down fighting with old freezer boxes, im not sure who the manager is but this is insane. Then they make you back up away from the window after paying to off set tbe sensor for their wait times between customers.
I think it was the city. This restaurant took 45 mins to give us our food. Food was not the same from other spots. The team was okay. The food could have done better.
Have been a Jack in the Box fan for a very, very long time. Back when there was a very limited menu and you spoke into a Jack-in the Box head to place an order. Now a much less frequented stop, which would make the stops more appreciative now. Went to our local store and ordered 6 regular tacos, and the sirloin burger, never had that one. The tacos were not remotely fresh, greasy, rubbery, filling very sparce. And to make it more unappealing, 3 packs of sauce for 6 tacos. The sirloin burger was so lackluster and flavorless. Sorry that was the worst fast food I remember having. Will be a long time before I go back to Jack, and it won't be this store.
Unprepared not not ready for business at 8:30 ordered teriyaki bowl with rice there was no soy sauce The workers seem to have an attitude the whole time that I was in the drive-thru and the other cars were forced to wait around the corner to get off the timer
Fries we're greasy, salty and cold. Tacos are always greasy but these tacos seem to have been tossed in the oil again for reheat or something cause grease was just dripping off the tacos. The food was just awful this time around!
Hi Jack. When your French fries are dry, cold, tough and too hard to chew you really shouldn’t be selling them to customers. I wouldn’t have wanted those even for free. This was on a Tuesday at 11:15 am. (Good service though.)
Forgot my cheese on my sandwich. Ordered curly fries got regular fries. The white lady was in such a rush with our order turns out she was ready to leave saw her leaving after taking our order. No reason to be rude or in a rush.
Topic: Service gave disrespect, so she received it. 25 cents per ranch which is fine... Asked for a carrier for 3 drinks, nope couldn't get one but did receive a side of attitude though. She didn't/couldn't pack straws. Needed a bigger bag and requested it, kindly originally(had to bring kids food to school). She said, needed to buy a bigger platter... she couldn't/wouldn't help out as a human. Tried to refuse to give the number to corporate said i had to go inside for it, and changed her mind upon a different conversation... I guarantee I'm not the only one. They will not accommodate even when it's a reasonable request just be aware when buying food from here.
Always check the food before biting into it , normally I have no issues with this location the service is always good and they are usually clean inside the tacos had a lot of grease today and the curly fries were ok until I got towards the bottom of them and I thought I saw some grey color in my curly fry before putting it in my mouth but I spit it out cause it reminded me of shrimp with a grey line in it and I don’t know if the potato was rotten but definitely wasn’t gonna eat the rest
I was shorten an egg roll and she choose not to fill the order because it wasnt here store. The other store was 100 miles away in temple tx. I spent $13 yesterday in temple and $17 at this Jack's . All I wanted was my missing egg roll
They get one from me,and would not get that had i not wanted to post this...it is my first and last visit. Before I ordered, i waited while they busied themselves with their conversation. Of course, while i waited. Then after i ordered, i asked it for here, i got a to go bag, with nothing in the bag outside my order. No napkins, nothing... after i asked for the extras, another customer came in and complained how her order was messed up not once but twice. Giving her something she did not ask for, instead of asking her could they replace this, for that. All while i sat and ate a small order. Not a good place. Would not recommend it to no one
gotta be the worst jack ever. The employees are all slow and can never get the order right. They look high all the time. Food always cold. On 3 different occasions they have messed up the order completely wrong not one thing wrong but multiple things on different burgers. Management is a complete joke.
We went through the drive-thru and my husband told them he did not want cheese on a sandwich they asked him if he wanted the vegetables as if it had anything to do with cheese. He told them yes he wanted the vegetables. We got the sandwich but it had no vegetables on it and he had to go in. They also left the curly fries we ordered out of our bag. On top of that, they gave us somebody else's receipt for chicken nuggets.
I had a horrible experience here. I waiting in the drive through line over 20 mins only to have the workers say that the car in front of me was the last order they were taking for the night, and that they were closed. First of all I thought is was a very odd time to close. 325am?? But my main issue with this was I drive a truck so it was easy for me to pop the curb and exit the line. But the person behind me,,, they took his order no problem. I this that was extremely rude and horrible customer service.. really I feel like it was more discrimination than anything... If I could give them a negative star I would.

Ordered food through my app but the lady at the drive thru said she didn’t see the same thing on her screen so she didn’t give me my full order. I tried to show her my app but she refused. I told her it’s fine, I’ll call and she said go ahead I have witnesses. Like wow. What I did order and pay extra for was not done and made incorrectly. Big lady that runs the drive thru needs to be removed. I couldn’t believe how she spoke to us. Also, please don’t reply saying to contact Jitb because they won’t. I already tried that before I left a review in hopes to fix the situation. How about visit the store with a ton of 1 stars and see what the real issue is.
I refused to take the order I didn’t order I didn’t even get my money back I was irritated with the lady at the register I just left my receipt and food there and walked out. They need to listen when you are ordering ! Won’t be going back anymore!
Really dirty tables all of them not clean
Went through the drive thru last night to get a couple shakes and the lady working itwas very rude and disrespectful. When I asked for 2 chocolate shakes she told me she didn't have enough mix so I asked her if she had enough for 2 cookies and cream. She the proceeds to yell at me "WE DONT HAVE ANY ICECREAM"
Don't waste your time! There are far better options in the area. We ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and it had no bacon. The southwest double cheeseburger had no onions. My french fries had no seasoning and none was provided. This is my second bad experience with a Jack in the Box in the past 5 weeks and I don't think I'll go back to one.
This place has the worst customer service ever. The guy taking orders gave us attitude after ever meal we ordered. He was very disrespectful and rude. To top it off they got half our order wrong and we were missing 2 meals. We tried calling several times and no answer. We walked up to the window and some other guy said we had to go back in line to get what we had already paid for. We ended up leaving with out a refund or our food. Worse place to get food. Never coming to this location again.
Been going to this Jack for 20 years and never had any real issues. But lately the new kid at the drive thru is so rude, each single time. If he doesn’t like his job why is he there? So frustrating especially when you have too wait in line for a while. He needs to go. 😡
Went here tonight at about 3 30 this morning. Pulled through drive thru and the lady on the other end told me their system was resetting and it would be 20 minutes. I then went and parked in the parking lot and waited 30 minutes. Pulled back through and was told their system was down and it would be 10 minutes. Needless to say I did not wait any longer but I've worked in fast food for 10 years and never have I heard of a system taking 30+ minutes to update. In my opinion it sounds like a case of lazy employees losing the company money. I've came here many times in the past in the middle of the night and never had an issue and was always very satisfied with service and food. But after tonight I dont think I'll be back
I came in to pick up an order on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. It was around 4:54 PM. I’m assuming the lady was a manager. She was an older Hispanic lady that was built like SpongeBob. She was extremely rude and did not want to give me the necessary bags or cupholders that I needed for my order. I feel like the district manager/corporate/owner needs to be aware that she is rude to the customers, she is in there talking noise, and just has a terrible attitude. She is in a position that interacts with the public all day long, so if she. Is not capable of handling this position and public interaction, that she needs to find herself another job. If I could’ve given this location “zero“ stars I would have. Terrible customer service.
Wanted to give the restaurant another chance but unfortunately, it still smells like sewage. The inside is just as bad. It has a sewer smell with gnats and flies everywhere. They're board says they're out of everything, including change. What a pathetic way to run a business. The health inspector must be called.

It can't be that hard!! A bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo. How do you not give me bacon? Everyone wants to complaint about minimum wage without the capabilities of doing the minimum. On top of that you don't answer the phone! Which means if I want a resolution I have to drive 3 miles back. 6 miles round trip and a minimum of 45 minutes EXTRA out of my day! For something that is already overpriced, I say the solution is lower the price and have them work on tips. Bet everything gets better quickly. .05 Stars

Just left from there and they were playing around on the inside. The person taking orders was not listening when placing order over intercom n was rude saying just pull around. Then to come around to window and see them playing laughing n hitting each other was why the order could not be heard. this is a business not a playground ur cooking ppl food. I ask for manager he claimed he was but i knew he was lying. will not be back get older ppl in there n not kids r ppl who want to be professional n wk. the cashier name was initialed Employee S and also Employee G initial on recipets. I am not happy had to go in for 2nd order to make sure they was not playing n make my order. Unprofessional!!!!! 12/11/24 time 4:26:09.
Order was entirely wrong after waiting 10 minutes. Went to replace some hamburgers that were made as cheese burgers for some reason. It took an additional 5-7 minutes before anyone even greeted me and another 5-7 minutes to get 2 hamburgers. For a total of nearly half an hour! I finally got my food and got home to realize that nearly everything else was incorrect too. My whole family is really put off by this location. The employees are untrained and lazy.
I don't know how to rate this franchise location but I've had good service and also had bad service from this location. So with that, today I experienced something different and I guess I had to make some sort of complaint. I arrived at this location around 8:30 PM on 10/06 and noticed an abandoned car in the drive thru. I found it odd but I thought to myself that it was a car that was broken down, so I parked and decided to walk in the lobby and order food. I tried opening the door and it was locked. I saw people inside and I tried to check the lobby hours and this young girl dressed in jeans and t-shirt make a hand gesture signaling with her hand that they're closed. I was perplexed and checked the time and it wasn't even 9 PM. So I shrugged it off and just drove to McDonald's on Pleasant Run and got my food there. I'm not sure on how I should have reacted but I just took a picture of the car blocking the drive thru and left.
I had placed my order in uber, at first a lady had went to pick up my order and she had said that the workers had told her that the order was sent out to another person when it's not true. This lady had to wait only for them to say that the order was give to the wrong person is crazy ,but they thenthey had later said that their system wasn't working and I tried calling them but there was no answer at all. I let the order cancel itself, since this wasn't ubers fault and I wasn't going to pay 20 dollars more to cancel the order. At the end of the day, I didn't receive my food and wasn't satisfied with their service since I wasn't able to be in touch with them. Do better.
This place is a joke gave us cold fries and basically refused to give me a shake I ordered with my meal after asking for it 3 times. Then pulling off after they gave me my remade fries from them being cold that I was upset about that I forgot the shake. I have to drive to the next exit and turn around and go back and they argued with me for 30 mins before I finally just said to hell with it and I'll call corporate. This place needs new employees or to be shut down this is not the first time food has been messed up but it is the time that crossed the line for me.
Extremely RUDE manager! Very unprofessional and lacks communication skills. The food quality is very poor compared to the other Jack in the box locations. The management needs to be investigated at this location ASAP!
Shame on the manager of this location! They had one poor girl running the whole front by herself. We were the 3rd car in the drive thru and it took 25 minutes to get my order of 4 fries and 1 drink. Then the fries were not even hot so its not like they had to cook them. The fries were just sitting there and only needed to be bagged. If she hadnt already taken my payment I would have just drove off. I could have made it to my house in Dallas to eat in the time I wasted here.
I felt rushed every time I got to the drive thru and in their rush to get me in and out they misunderstood my order multiple times so on my second time around the drive thru I forgot an item and ask if I could add it. They said I had to go around the drive thru again for a third time to where I decided to just cancel my order instead. No one was behind me at the time of my request. The food was below average
I'm usually a fan of Jack in the Box but the drive through staff at this location in particular are very cruel. I can't in good conscience recommend anyone visit this location.
I placed an online order. My burger was made incorrectly they put no veggies on it. The dine in is closed so had to get back in drive thru line. The worker was very rude and seemed bothered that I would come back around to have my burger fixed. After almost 10 minutes to get to the window she asked yet again what was wrong with my burger, very unpleasantly. For the 3rd time we explained she demanded the incorrect burger be returned. I told her I was keeping it for the inconvenience. She said no and refused to give me my correct burger and closed the window in my face. I refused to move and then she threatened to call the police and told the other employee to get my license plate number. They messed up my order and I get harassed for it, I'm done with this location. Update: Still haven't been contacted by anyone. I see handling this issue is of little importance.
ordered there moby fish sandwiches for my family that eats fish i ordered 4 of em and asked for tartar sauce the girl said there already on the sandwiches wich is there way of being cheap not giving extra tartar sauce packets anyways i get home there dry as hell and family says they dont taste right they neither taste like fish or chicken they taste real funky so instead of getting everyone sick we throwed out the other 2 sandwiches i wasted money on that and they couldnt even be eaten because something is wrong with your fish sandwiches

Employee Bianka is a nightmare! Beware of their Monday crew, they will call police on you and press “criminal trespassing charges” for THEIR mistake! Asked AND paid for cheese on the mini tacos, it didn’t have the cheese on it, so I asked to get the cheese or the $ back and BIANKA DECIDED TO CALL POLICE. Forced to Leave WITHOUT the CHEESE NOR A REFUND OF THE $1 charge for the cheese. She should be Fired and sued. See you in court BIANKA. didn’t give me any condiments. got 10 piece churro & no cinnamon & didn’t say anything. had to wait until i got home to see. called up there & asked for a manager & the guy says im the one in charge right now… huh?!! they told me to bring them back for a refund & that they are out of cinnamon. this place gets on my damn nerves. no cherries, no bbq… NO CINNAMON FOR CHURROS! whoever is doing inventory should be fired!

Very rude employee at drive thur. Atmosphere there horrible will never return . Do not recommend if your looking to order and have a friendly experience. Employee seemed bothered to be working
They never get the order right and they are very unprofessional my order in the drive thru was wrong and they refused to re make order
Told them mayo only they put ketchup on the burger AFTER she confirmed mayo only. Then gave me these burnt not one curly fry in the bag. I walked in asked them to remake it and the cashier sassy self want to roll his neck saying he cant control how they make the food. I asked why every time i come i have to come in and get my order remade. He said why come back then. NEVER WANTED TO MY MOM WANTED IT. I wanted a refund and the manager even argued that the order was right. HER NAME IS JESSICA AND SHE AND THAT SASSY CASHIER HORRIBLE . If they get major complaints i see why. I literally just moved here a month ago and this place SUCKS
This is the second time that I visited your location and was told that you can give change. It was 9:45 a.m. How are you making money if you are turning customers away for no change ? I would have asked for the manager but I think this lady was the manager. I actually tried to call the location to speak to a manager but nobody answered the phone. I am a hundred percent sure you are losing money on a daily basis because your staff doesn't care about your customers nor your business. This is very disappointing because I am new to the Glenn Heights area. Plus the lady that was cleaning the men's restroom left out without washing her hands and went immediately into your kitchen to prepare orders. That is just nasty in itself. Maybe GOD was trying to tell me something, but I still feel like I need to let someone know that this location is sinking because the team doesn't care about your customers. You do not have any signs that you do not accept $100 dollar bills, but this is the 3rd time. Other restaurants do not have any problems taking my money. I am starting to feel like it is because I am a Black man. You lost a loyal customer to your Brand Jack in The Box and I am the father of six children so you add up your losses. Good luck with your business surviving if your customer service doesn't improve. I didn't even feel welcomed but I was hungry.
My daughter placed an order to be delivered through the app. She never received an order number but her ApplePay shows what store received the money. Call the store several times no answer. It’s BS no one is answering the phone. We would like a refund or the food. We can’t afford to just be giving away money.
11:48pm order taker very rude he rush me to give my order and cite me off four time why trying to give him my order. So I did not even order food for my family just got kids meal for the baby and went home to cook them a meal since I just got piss poor service . This young man does not be taking orders if he not going give you a warm greeting with a smile and repeat the order back. Once I pulled up to window ask the man could you repay the order to make sure you got it correct he said u ask for come this is crazy yall hiring people like this
I ordered a strawberry red daze red bull with no ice and it cost 5 dollars. This is how they gave it to me at the drive through window. I asked "that's it??" and the guy copped an attitude saying that's what I get with no ice. Does anyone think this pathetic thing looks like 5 dollars worth of drink? I also couldn't understand them at the speaker, they seemed annoyed to be there, they had me pull around to the front before giving the remainder of the order (and there's not really space for that here) and it was generally a bad enough experience that I will never be coming back to this location. EDIT: They also forgot the tacos I ordered. This place is garbage.
Literally just ordered through Uber, always order through Uber eats with no problem. Tonight I decided I wanted a fan favorite box like I had from the night before (because I enjoyed it) after getting my order from the delivery person this is what I received. Where’s the tacos? Where’s the cheese sticks? Where is the actual box and sauces? Unacceptable, also contacted the store no answer.
Customer service is absolutely awful. Employees were rude while trying to order my food. I specifically ordered the tiny tacos with extra cheese only and no lettuce or taco sauce. The young gentleman didn't know how to add the extra cheese so a female took over and was able to get it rung up correctly. When checking my order, they had no cheese but lettuce and sauce and they put 20 packets of taco sauce in the bag. I tried called the store and let it ring until it stopped 4 times and they refused to answer the phone. My husband sat at the door knocking for over 5 minutes and no one would acknowledge him. He had to wal over to the drive thru window to get and employees attention. He gave them the tacos and the receipt and explained how we ordered them. They kept the receipt and then met him at the door with what was supposed to be my food made the way i ordered. I paid an extra $3 (almost the price of the the plain tiny tacos!) and didn't get hardly any cheese at all. I refused to continue to be treated they way were and just left. So enjoy the money I paid for the food I didn't get. This is completely unacceptable.
Ordered a quad cheesy Jack and a breakfast sandwich this past Sunday night in drive thru The pictures below are what we received. As you can see no cheese, no bacon, single patty! Also old egg and sausage on the breakfast sandwich. We returned and came inside the lobby only for them to tell us to wait in the long drive-thru line. We did not. Received our food from the lobby and returned home.
Ordered for four in drive thru and 3 of them had issues. Missing egg roll on one almost no fries on one (the rest were curly fries so easy to tell) and the spicy chicken sandwich was the worst part...could tell something was wrong just from picking up the box. Smallest chicken breast I've ever seen and hard as a rock to go with it. Called about 20 times and no answer. It would be about a 30 min round trip plus the time there...not worth it tonight
