Superb customer service, my dinner tasted fresh and prices were reasonable.

July 12th 2pm.. Alfredo (José) was by himself today while we dined.There were no other servers or host/hostess. He did an amazing job ...kept a smile on his face & took care of several tables as best as he could. This location has many employees that deserve recognition. Tara, Lena, DD, Charlee..just to name a few.

We come at least every two weeks. We love our server Ms. Billie, she is very attentive, professional, funny and she always makes us feel welcome. That's why we continue to come here because of her wonderful personality and the great food. Thank you Ms. Billie for being so sweet.

Had another great Lasagná meal. This time at this RedOak location. Wonderful addition to the Denny's menu. ROCIO was my waitress. Great service. Big smile. Very pleasant. I enjoyed her spirit. I hear this location gets a fair amount of flack, but I’m always so impressed by the cleanliness, the quality of the food, and the staff. We visited Wednesday morning and Tara was our waitress. She was very attentive to our table, checked in with us often, and made sure everything was correct and to our liking. I feel like we can always get in and out without a lot of wait time in between and the food always comes out hot and fresh. It's a Dennys. But the staff are veteran wait staff. They are good at what the do and have done it for neat a decade at this Dennys alone. I usually sit with Billie. The stake has variance based on who cooks the tbone where medium can come out to a little chewy to melt in the mouth. Highly recommend smothered in onions and mushrooms. Even when they are full, the coffee keeps flowing, and I've personally never gotten a mistake in my order, but witnessed them make it right when it happened to another table.

Out of the many times I've visited this location, I was most satisfied this time. There wasn't many customers and we actually got good service. I ordered the steak omelet with pancakes(strawberries and bananas on side), instead of toast, and jalapeños on side. It was hot and good. The waitress forgot the salsa but eventually brought it.

My wife and I went in there and the atmosphere was really nice. Every one seemed happy. Our waitress Charlie was very happy and took our drink order and had our drinks back before we could even hardly look at the menu. She took our order and kept our drinks full. So much flavor and very satisfying. Tara B was our server and she was top notch! Tara was on top of it for many of us by herself for a while and attentive to every detail from a fresh pot of decaf coffee for my in-laws, I asked for jelly and she returned with butter and jelly, which was perfect for my English muffin. I forgot to ask for butter and it was like she knew I would need it. I love to cook and serve and can appreciate good service so I make sure to acknowledge as well. Too many times reviews are based on bad experiences and not the good ones! Highly recommend and we will be back soon! Very clean, nice staff, great experience for our travel day! By far the best Dennys within the range of @ least 2 others. Consistently, continuously worth the 20 minute drive every single time (please ex use the construction) and the three of us were happy, thanks to sweet Billie who took good care of us, whole training her shadow for the day. As usual food was delish and I even tried something new. Yes I’m a creature of habit, not wanting to try new things for fear that they will have bad impressions while I’m hungry. Me and my buddy went to Denny’s this morning. We had the best service from Charlie. She recommended we try the new bourbon sirloin with caramelized onions and mushrooms. Both of us added grilled jalapeños to our sirloins. And we both added the new pumpkin pecan pancakes with extra pecans. And what the heck might as well get two Oreo shakes. For a busy Sunday morning, we did not wait long. Our service was fast. Our food was hot and cooked to perfection. We were sat at our table fast and had our first two drinks (coffees) within one minutes of sitting. Plenty of parking with a clean parking lot. Charlie kept our refills coming. She accommodated us with any and everything we needed to make our dine in experience awesome. from napkins to extra butter , even big red straws for our shakes and She recommended that we both sign up for the Dennys rewards. To which she helped both of us navigate the app and get logged in. I would say our experience at Dennys was pretty darn good. Get out there and try those pumpkin pecan pancakes yall .

Dennys has new menu items!! I went this Sunday morning and had The new breakfast burrito. The burrito is big and was so good. It comes with a side of salsa. I also got a side of sour cream and added jalapeños, mushrooms and onions to my burrito. Of course, I had to add the pumpkin pecan pancakes!! YUMMY My food was hot and delicious. And delivered to my table fast. The coffee was hot and fresh. My waitress Tara was a pleasure. She was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable of the menu. The restroom was extremely clean. My food was great, There only appeared to be one server and it got very busy. She was attentive and friendly when she could be, but we had to wait awhile to order and we didn't get our check. Also the person who I assumed was the manager or owner was having a conversation about politics with a customer which I found inappropriate. Overall the food was good but be prepared for a wait.

This location is clean. Food is decent, sometimes hit or miss. The staff is welcoming, polite, but it can be a wait sometimes with staff. Coffee is hot. Grand Slammich on point. Decent place to go to.

We had breakfast at Denny's this morning. Lou our waitress was very attentive, friendly, welcoming and informative. She thoroughly explained our menu options. The atmosphere is inviting and pleasant. Although the hash browns were not as tasty as they usually are, Brandon, the manager promptly satisfied our meal with a replacement of our choice. I highly recommend eating here.

Decent enough food. Definitely not as good as it was in the past. Had cheese sticks to start, then the ultimate omelet. The omelet was good but didn’t care for the “fire roasted” vegetables, would have been better with just fresh vegetables. My wife had the ultimate slamwhich which was better than the omelet in my opinion, but would have been on sourdough.

It was busy! When we walked up the line was out the door! They sat us immediately. Served us quickly and it was great! Thank you!!

Can’t go wrong with the Sluggers (you get your drinks with your meal). Establishment seemed cleaned, staff seemed to be moving and tending to guests and cleaning without hesitation. No one sitting around looking bored like in some Denny’s.

I’m giving 4 stars on account of the show service…our waitress said to let her know if we need anything but she didn’t come by often enough. Food was great but we had to ask for coffee refills and our check. Meanwhile 5 stars for Mike, waiter in the next section who was highly attentive and even refilled our waters (he offered without us asking). We’ll ask for him next time because he was killing it with all the tables around ours. The “fun zone” claw machines felt very out of place. I know it’s a diner but it feels like the interior of a fast food place. Strangely, we heard 3 people seated nearby ordering steak for breakfast, so maybe there is more to learn about Denny’s breakfast!

Everything was good except the grits. The grits were instant and were lumpy. The server and hostess were courteous. The manager was courteous on check out. The whole grain pancakes are delicious! The curbside pickup is a little flawed since they didn't answer the phone and I had to go inside to get my order.

Food was just 'ok', I'm pretty sure I got robbed of some of my food, plate was a lot smaller then usual. This was the first time we had been to this particular restaurant, though. Service was friendly, not very prompt.

Never had an issue at this location until this visit. Server/host was NOT friendly. When I requested our app come out first before our other food, she completely threw the cook under the bus. She said "Good luck with this cook. " Although our food was good, her attitude was enough to ruin our meal, seriously. I forgot the pics of our actual meal, but the app was amazing. But it did take our server a long time to get me a to go box and for her to show up at the register for us to pay. I also noticed another couple waiting to be seated. It took about 7 minutes for them to even be acknowledged. SIGH The table next took us, well their food sat in the window, for at least 8 minutes before being picked up. Idk what was going on there but it they weren't even busy. Including us and the two tables that arrived after us, there's was only 7 tables. And at least 1 other server and a busser.

They need help bad 👎 Waited 45 minutes on our food (then came out cold) i wasn't able to eat my meal, just a taste of the hash browns which was bately warm😫 Waitress (sucks) after ordering she never came back to check on us to see if we needed refills or anything 😕 ever experienced that here but won't be back

Vanity gave great service. The guy that checks people out was arguing with another server about him not doing his job. All the while 6 tables needed to be bused and he was standing around gossiping. The manager I believe (since he gave change) was walking around starring at his phone. Our steaks came out cold and had to be sent back. Over all I feel like the whole staffing needs some work.

Ordered breakfast. Place was busy but got a booth right away. Charlie the waitress(who was awesome btw) came right over and took our order. Food came out fast and it was good. And here’s the plate to prove it. Wife had a little too much butter on the toast was the only bad thing about the food. And the bill. I think the AARP discount is wrong. 96 cent discount? It’s usually enough to cover the tip or close.

The hostess Lena was super great. A real people person. Our waitress, Rosaline, needs some training. You could tell she didn't want to be our waitress or perhaps didn't want to be at work. My son's cup was empty for over 10 minutes. We had gotten our food and 3 minutes later she gave us our check. Didnt ask if we were enjoying our food or if we wanted desert. In fact, she never came back until I went to the hostess to get a refill on our team. She got Rosaline who then brought us our drinks, didn't say two words, set the cups down aggressively, and walked off. Very rude! Food was edible. Flavor was lacking but portion was nice.

I've been coming to this Dennys for about 6 months now. I have the greatest service from so many employees. the whole weekend morning crew deserve recognition. The way everyone works together on busy days like Saturday and Sundays is like out of a movie! Today something out of the ordinary happened. Today I hear someone from the kitchen yelling telling someone they needed to go home. My server came back with my check and told me Lena would be taking over because something came up and she needed to go home. A lady with blonde hair and glasses followed her up to the counter to pay and next thing I see is my server walking out the door. I've been in the customer service industry for over 35 years, managed several places of my own and have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior from what I believe was her manager. Im hoping im wrong and didn't see what I thought I saw. Im hoping when I come in tomorrow with my family (like we do every Saturday and sunday) I see my favorite crew greeting me at my usual booth.

I have been here at least 4 times and I told my daughter this is it and I will never eat at this location again. The reason we have continued going is because it is close to my daughter’s home. The manager has been there a long time and she doesn’t have any genuine Customer Service about her. Every time we come here there is an issue and they don’t care anything about customer satisfaction. I have ate at several Denny’s restaurants in California, Nevada and Texas and this is the only location I’ve been to that is lacking and some of the food is subpar compared to other locations. Whenever we go, there are very few patrons eating and I realize why.

Took my brother,2 old white guys, for a birthday breakfast meal. Service was noon existent, after our order was finally taken, another long wait. Good cane and again a stag couldn't be bothered with us. Asked another waitress for a second cup of coffee. She came bake after a while with the pot, walked around a different table and left. We said the hell with it and wanted to leave, waved at a ferry staff to get our bill, nothing not even acknowledgement of our hand waving. Decided to stand next to the register to get out bill, again, staff just wake past and ignored us. I will never go back to this place! Disgusting 🫣

This Dennys has really gone down hill. I've gotten food poisoning, hair in my food, hard bites where the food shouldn't be hard, and the quality is horrible. NEVER order to go without checking EVERYTHING. It is guaranteed they didn't put your items in there.

Confused by the reviews because this place was sooo unsanitary… silverware, glasses and tables were dirty and food didn’t taste fresh. Service was the only thing that was ok.

I have raved about The Meltdown to all of my friends and family. Tonight I was ashamed for having made the suggestion. The sandwiches I ordered were favorites of mine and have purchased many times over. This experience tonight has turned me off forever from ordering from this location. Example: Take a look at the “Feeling Groovy” I received in the photos. Missing mushrooms, bacon and served with unmelted cheese and raw spinach.
