Ordered a eight-piece dark, the chicken was fresh, crispy and juicy. My Major concern was that it was bland, had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. This was a big letdown for the chicken to be cooked so perfectly but to have no flavor whatsoever. Staff was friendly though.

The food was hot to the touch, so that I didn’t mind. But when we sat down ALL the tables and some chairs were dirty. We needed to clean with napkins. The service the guy only spoke Spanish so he put a female who spoke both English and Spanish but I could have placed my order in Spanish also. Cashier held up the line with the other customers, because he needed the female to help him translate in English. Not every customer spoke Spanish, so it would have been great if he knew both languages. Another thing is that our food took 25 minutes to come out and be served.

Everything was good accept for my jalapeño poppers. They tasted like they had been seating under a heat lamp for a day. Those should be made fresh by request only.

We’ve been here several times and we love the food and it’s always great….HOWEVER, they say they close at 10pm. We came yesterday (Friday) at 9:30 and was informed they were closed. (Drive thru) We came back the next day at 9pm and tried to order dinner and were told they stopped making chicken tenders or tender sandwiches at 9pm. An hour early!??? I’ve worked fast food before I get deep fry cleaning takes time but closing it prior to closing time isn’t appropriate. Kind of sad because we like the food and have had some friendly service there before. But struggling to go back at this point and disappointed in the management of the restaurant. Wonder if the mother company of churches chicken would approve of the early closings.

Never got the food. They will not let you substitute sides, even for an upcharge. If you want something different, you have to just order it as an extra side. What a joke! Went somewhere else and got to pick whatever side I wanted.

Chicken was old, cold, and did not taste very good. I got sick from the chicken. Would not recommend this location.

while pumping gas i noticed a special going on and decided for some ckn, went inside and thought great, nobody in line so should be quick.... boy was I wrong, stood at the counter FOR 10MIN while the gal kept doing things other than take my order.... there were 3 people working and NOBODY could come take my order... so I walked out!!! So it occurred to me that out of all the ckn places I have been to in 40 years I have NEVER been in one that nobody was inside ordering or waiting, maybe this is a clue??? Obviously will NOT be back EVER.....

We stopped in and ordered the 16 count mixed chicken to feed 8 people. We got home (15 minute drive) and realized they only gave us 12 pieces. We didn’t have enough to feed our large group. We called and told them what happened. They said to come back with the receipt. We drove back for the other 4 pieces and gave them the receipt. They asked for the meal also. We told them we were only instructed to bring the receipt back and we left the food at home with our family to eat and that if we had brought the whole meal back, they would have to replace it all instead of only giving us the 4 pieces that were missing. They said they couldn’t just give us 4. We told them to call the manager. They agreed and closed the window. They stood in the back laughing at us and didn’t call. We took a video. We pulled around and went inside. They finally called the manager. He told us that they girls did admit to only giving us a 12 piece but that “we didn’t need to come back for the other 4”. But we did, because we ordered 16 pieces to feed 8 people. Not a 12 piece. The manager and the employees were so rude and disrespectful, that we left and just got a meal from chicken and express. 1000/10 Do not recommend this location to anyone.

I went to the church's in red oak on the one 35 I got real poor service for the mange there I spen almost 24 dollars n I didn't like the taste of the Marconi n ask kindly if I could substitute it for some mash potatoes n I was told no cuz they Advertise burn macaroni. That meant I had eat burn Marconi why was it so hard for her To comply and Satisfied.her customer by offering something else instead to her customer but know I'll leaving the store not wanting to came back for service like that know my experience there is to tell friends about the poor service 😢 that certain Manger did on 6/7/24 around 12:30 in the afternoon 😕

Placed an order at 8 on the app for pick up at 9. When I arrived, they said they never received it. Thankfully I had an email receipt. Order was for white meat on the bone which they were already out of and refused to make saying it took over twenty minutes and they were trying to close. An hour before their stated closing time. Two other patrons came in while I was there and they were also told no chicken. When I asked about a refund, I was told good luck with that. No manager on duty according to the two ladies working. I've reached out to corporate for help, but, of course, they'll never respond. Heads in the sand attitude like most big companies. Now I'm forced to dispute this charge on my credit card to get satisfaction. Beware of this location!!! Church's should be embarrassed to have their name displayed over their door.
