Everything is as it should be here. Everything tastes good. The chocolate lava cakes are more delicious than the picture can do justice. I've had just about everything here & I've RARELY had any problems. 1 thing to bear in mind on the weekends including Friday is that ever since pizza hut shut down in 2 locations around here Domino's has been picking up a big slack in their absence so be patient with them cuz they're now the only corporate run pizza place both in Gloversville & Johnstown. The prices are very reasonable considering how expensive things are in other places. I totally recommend their 6.99 each deal because I always order like a cheesey bread & a pasta bowl and I'll pay close to $20. Usually pizza nowadays is close to $20 for just 1 item.

The Wisconsin seven cheese pizza was amazing. Can’t wait to have it again and the staff are so courteous and kind on the phone especially the delivery lady as well.

I have never had any issues with the food or with any of the employees here. I have always had my order delivered extremely fast and very hot and the drivers always have been very nice as well.

Ordered almost $100 worth and was nearly 20 minutes very impressed food was as expected and delivery driver Jeffrey was nice and had a sweet jeep.

Literally every place I've ever ordered pizza from, either major corporations or small ma and pa shop, across 3 states of residence, a dozen more visited and an entirely different country, when I order pineapple, I get skimped on pineapple. This also goes for jalapeno. Which makes me standard order of pepperoni/pineapple/jalapeno an absolute crapshoot of expectations. However, today I finally got the perfect za. They absolutely demolished this pie with pineapple and jalapenos. I couldn't be happier. My car didn't pass state inspection today and I had to order the parts online because Mavis couldn't get the parts from their vendor, I got 3 hours of sleep and worked a double. Today sucked. Until I ordered this za because I was feeling too burnt out to cook and didn't have any emergency frozen food. This pizza is the lost city of Pompeii and the volcano that dressed this pizza spewed pineapple and jalapenos instead of lava. In the season 3 finale of Digimon when the tamers have to say goodbye to their Digimon partners because Henry's father loaded their Digimon with an unstable program to defeat the D-Reaper, Henry shakes his head, a tear in his eyes, implying he wouldn't forgive his father for essentially sacrificing Terriermon and all the other partner Digimon... If he had been presented with this pizza he would have forgiven his father. This is the pizza Agent Mulder ate to fuel his Sisyphusian task of working the X-Files. If I were pizza, this pizza would be my gender goals. This pizza was Hulk issue #181. Hulk and Wolverine are pineapple and jalapenos. Wendigo is pepperoni, also there. Is this The One Piece? My family orders from the local Dominos here in Gloversville - Fulton Ave and they are consistently better than other locations we’ve previously lived closer to: Whoever is working there that ensures quality and freshness are consistent deserves some praise! We the public notice and appreciate you! We order about once a month and have never had a bad order or mistake situation. Delivery guy is usually the same guy, super friendly and quick. All around we’re happy with this location and would order again for the foreseeable future!

Placed an online order, did curbside pick up, they brought it to my car 30 seconds after I checked in, and the associate was super friendly. Food is fast food pizza so not the best pizza around, but for Domino's today it was made perfect for this type of pizza....cheese evenly distributed and toppings covered the pizza. Great Job today.

I always know I can count on this particular store for a great late night snack! Don't think I've ever had a wrong or bad order! Delivery is always pretty fast and the eat in experience is also pleasant, with friendly and often times funny employees, a window to watch the employees need out the dough, and so much more! The fact that they charge more on a coupon for the same item to be delivered rather then picked up and then still charge a delivery fee is kind of a rip off this will definitely be my last order

My experience was ok, I remember when I ordered pepperoni pizza & a 20oz. Coke & the driver didn't bring my coke @ first but he went next door to a convenience store & got it. 🤗. At least customer service was better than Caesars pizza place or The Plaza both in Gloversville NY they get an attitude when you don't give them a tip but yet the customer service inside when you place an order is disrespectful & Vince's as well. Typical chain pizza/food. All order was cooked perfect and just what we ordered but wasn't as good as some other pizza joints in the area. The only complaint I have is that the poor kid working there was swamped (this was a Saturday afternoon). He was handling the entire store by himself! No help except for a delivery driver. There were about 4 people standing in line to pick up orders when I got there and more came in after me. Plus, the phone was wringing like crazy and orders were coming in from the web as well. This kid deserves a medal (or at least a significant raise). He handled it well and maintained his professionalism. The owner of the store should be ashamed of themselves. If they don't want to hire another worker, then they should be in the store themselves instead of heaping all of that work on 1 person.

Ordered what I thought was pick any 2 for 5.99 each and thought it would be with tip about 15 dollars and then the girl girl says 16 and change. What a 3.29 delivery charge I live 4 blocks away. Last time that happens, it's not even that good of food. Done!!!!

We haven't had Domino's in several years. I was so disappointed when we did decide to give it a try. The pizzas arrived and hour and a half after we ordered (I understand it was a Friday night and busy). When we got our pizzas and garlic Knots the pizzas had barely any sauce or cheese. The toppings were so sparse there wasn't even a bite of each topping on one piece. So basically we got orange colored bread with a topping here and there. The delivery fee, plus tip, plus the price of the food that wasn't even good, so not worth the money!!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and parm twists. I got an old pizza that someone just threw pepperoni on and reheated, poorly. My twists were old with fresh butter added to make them look new. When I picked up the pizza, my pepperoni completely fell off.

Small space, service is horrible called for a pizza and asked if they can get me chicken with some other sauce and got told disrespectfully “huh” so just hung up cause it wasn’t like that when it first started cause I first asked if I can have it deliver to my home and he said “huh” to that too so def just won’t come here if the customer service is that horrible. Unfortunately, after receiving our order, there was no salad or any sauces sent with the order. How is it possible to miss basically an entire meal on an order? And now no one will pick up the phone at the location to speak to someone.

So we ordered a plain cheese pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread. The pizza comes, and it’s got pepperoni and mushrooms. How did they mess that one up???? Then I tried to call to get the mistake fixed, and the guy hung up on me. Unbelievable.

After a long day at work my son wanted to order pizza. We ordered the specialty pizzas and mine is nothing but grease leaked all over threw the box and on my new truck seat. There's barely any crust just greasy pepperoni and partially cooked cheese. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. When you spend $51.80 on food after deals you expect to be able to eat it.

Never answered the phone. Ordered pizza and wings. When I got home there was no sauce on either the wings or the pizza. Bland pizza. Bland wings. When I called the place, they asked me to bring the food back to prove I wasn't lying. When I got there they refused to give a refund. Instead they gave a store voucher even though I told them I don't live in the area and don't plan on coming back to this dominoes. I haven't run into customer service this bad in a long time. After seeing the other reviews for this place... I get it.

I ordered a pizza online and got there it wasn't ready so I paid ahead of time since I was already there. I asked the girl if I could come back since I still had to wait like 20 mins she said yes. When I came back a tall guy sort of curly hair handed me my pizza and asked me to pay I told him I paid ahead of time and he kept insisting that I didn't I asked for the girl that I paid to and he said she had left so I was like well the receipt it's on the box look at it. Whenever I order it takes forever for me to receive my food. Well tonight I ordered at 10:30pm and it's now midnight and I've received nothing-but my card was charged for the purchase. I've been calling for the last 15 minutes and nothing it just rings and rings. Beyond unacceptable and Coorporate will be hearing about it-if only for me to get my money back. Never again.

Well always had good things to say about dominos. Havent got food from there in quite some time and in absolutely sickened by the quality of our pizzas disgusting ! And of course no marinara sauce.. The park bites are dry or hard I'm completely disappointed and i want a refund we were just saying no pizza beats dominos but this just horrible !

They never answer the phone, and online says that they can’t deliver to my address. I legit have to call in order to get food. I had an order issue. I'm in Indiana and I have a disabled brother-in-law in NY. I place frequent delivery orders with the gloversville NY store for delivery and pickup for my brother in law. Today's order was about 50.00 and this store delivered the wrong order. They took it back, re made and delivered about an hour after my order was placed. The food arrived cold. No notification to me through e mail or the app. My wife called the store on behalf of my bother in law and was met with a 15 minute hold, followed by accusatory language and denial, then after claiming my wife yelled at her, she hung up on my wife. I called and got the same employee of the month on the phone. She refused to give me her name. She proceeded to tell me how rude my wife was to her and how my wife hung up on her. Both not true. She also gave me multiple conflicting accounts of the scenario in question. I was accused of arguing when I pointed this out. I was then told I could go somewhere else with my business and that she could make it so I can't order from that store ever again. This store has been a lifeline to my disabled family member and to be threatened like this is unacceptable. I asked for the GM's name and again was told they couldn't provide any names. She told me she would contact the GM and talk to them before I call Wednesday to which I assumed would be damage control. I said she is welcome to call tbe GM to cover her tracks but I'd just go to corporate. She then said I could talk to her supervisor. I asked him for a GM name and I was abruptly cut off and hung up on the same as my wife. This is what poor corporate culture looks like. I thought it was just the employee or maybe just this location but having a supervisor hang up on me indicates it is a corporate issue allowing this level of customer disrespect. Avoid at all costs.

Domino’s has been going downhill for some time. I had a day off from work, and I figured I’d order a pizza through the app so I didn’t have to make a phone call; I work on the phone’s all day at work. Ordering process was seamless through the app, however the pizza quality is my biggest gripe. I ordered a small cheese for myself, it ran me about $9, it was $7 too much. It was dry, barely any sauce or cheese, too much garlic. It was covered in cheese bubbles from not cooking properly in the oven. Granted, I know it’s chain pizza, but I expected more. I’ll stick with the local restaurants from here on out. Keep the money and business local, it’s worth the phone call to order.

I will be making a formal report about my experience at this location. I ordered one cheese pizza online. I just happened to stop for dinner on my way home from my dogs vet appointment. I decided to put her on a leash & walk around the parking lot, less than a minute into walking away from my car in this PUBLIC space, I was VERY aggressively approached by the stores manager telling me my dog cannot be walked on this property, I need to leave and before I could get a word out the door was shut on me. I assumed the manager, Melissa? I think was her name, thought I was not a paying customer. So I go back to my car and wait for my app to tell me my order is ready. I then went in and politely stayed quiet, got my food, asked her name with a smile on my face. Mind you, this is an upward of 40 year old woman, I am 25 and I look 16 on a good day. Once again, aggressive towards me she tells me and says “I’m the store manager”. Now, I so happen to have graduated with a degree in Restaurant management so I know a thing or two, and i politely tell her the aggression was very unnecessary AS A STORE MANAGER, as she’s spewing nasty things to me. She was wrong. I hope Santa gives her coal

IF YOU ORDER ANY EXTRA SAUCE OR ICING OF ANY SORT YOU WILL NOT GET IT!!!!! Every time I order from here, I get cinnamon bread and order icing and it never comes with it, even when I ordered 3 boxes with 6 extra cups of icing, $4.50 extra and they didnt come with any. Always disappointed when it happens and its every time!!!!!

order tracker said 16-21 minutes, never changed from "preparing" for over 35 minutes. Ended up taking 55 minutes from when the order was placed to it being complete, with my estimated time at "16-21 minutes" the entire time. Store employees didn't offer an apology, explanation, nothing - just business as usual for them. Wrote dominos corporate who forwarded the message to the local franchise who I still haven't heard from. Horrible service, slow, and frankly not very good.

Me and my bf placed a order yesterday and they said it would take 40 minutes we showed up at the time they said it would be ready and then was told that our order was not made or put in the system and had to wait outside for 15 more minute for the pizza. The next day we order a pizza which was today they ask for our name to make the order and then refused to make our order saying that we did not come get our pizza yesterday after they made it and hung up on us. We showed up there and we ask who was the girl that said we did not get our food yesterday because we did and had wait 15 more minutes. The manager of dominos said it was her on the phone that we were speaking to so we explained to the manager that we did get our pizza and was told they did not put it in the system and had to wait 15 more minutes for our pizza! Then the women proceeded to give us a hard time and attitude and also was making excuses on the attitude she gave us on the phone. And then we asked politely if she can just make us the pizza since we were there and she continued to not serve us.

So even with a 20% discount and $5 coupon still paid $20 for a $13 item and it was under cooked and didn't even get all the sauces i paid for. This store will find anyway to rip you off. The franchise owners have lost their dam minds. Paybtheir staff bare minimum yet charge gourmet prices. Can get better and more food from an actual pizza place with better quality

NEVER get the dipping sauces even though I paid for them... Waste of $3. Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich had no ranch. Pizza was full of huge bubbles and half of it was inedible. I'll be disputing the charge with my CC company and never ordering here again. Employees are lazy and don't care

I really loved this dominoes at one point but I don’t know wth happened to them.the wings are always undercooked , and the pizzas are always over done !! I tried to order some cinnamon twist and got some huge balls with too much cinnamon it’s looked like my two year old sister made them . Definitely giving dominoes a bad name this location needs to be shut down !
