Was there Wednesday November 10th around 8PM. The guy at the counter is very polite and respectful. The lady in front of me kept changing her mind and making him work extra, he kept his cool and served her until she was satisfied, he had a smile the whole time and was very friendly even when the situation was clearly frustrating. I recommend this place any day.

Exceptional customer service! The staff are constantly changing the salads. The manager offered us free cookies from the previous day since he didnt want to sell them. Overall very positive experience!

I came in during work and my partner ordered before me. It sounded good, so I told the two employees behind the counter that I couldn't decide if I wanted my usual or to try hers, and asked their advice. They gave their advice, however the owner just so happened to be present. He told me to order her sub, and if I didn't like it that I could have my regular sub on him. Very friendly staff, store owner seems like he cares about the operation and was very kind. I don't usually eat at chain restaurants, but I will certainly be returning to this one. 10/10 will eat again.

This place was not my first choice but I took a chance and it was actually very clean looking. The food looked fresh. Service was exceptional. The bathroom was clean, but the restaurant was eerily empty 😕

On my previous visit to this establishment, it was temporarily closed and I had to revisit it to check if things had improved. I didn't use any coupon this time as I thought it would be a little different, but unfortunately, the experience got worse. The sandwich maker started making my sandwich okay, but while she put my sandwich to heat, she cashed out a customer. While doing that, I noticed that she kept on her gloves. She touched the register, her apron, and her shirt, and continued making my sandwich without ever putting on a clean set of gloves. I was disappointed and disgusted with the hygiene standards. I have decided never to visit this establishment again. If you receive a coupon in your Sunday mail, I would suggest using it at any other Subway establishment than this one. The staff acts as if you're asking for a handout!

Just left your location. Went in with my daughter and ordered 4 subs. Brand new employee, Ally, was pleasant and trying her best. Her co-worker (I don't believe she had an id badge on) was less than helpful and actually quite condescending with her words and actions towards Ally. When the next group of customers walked in, the "co-worker" looked up at them and said "Jesus Christ" while rolling her eyes. Luckily, our subs are fine, but I was not impressed with the atmosphere.

My husband ordered two foot long subs-one on Italian and one Multigrain. Both were made on Italian. The sandwiches were sub par at best with no attention made by the server to get the veggies correct. Both were to have mayo, and neither one did. The chips selection was sorely lacking, the drink machine broken,and my husband wanted the foot long cookie and the server told him it would be 20 minutes for that. He declined. Seems like, same old, same old, pre closing. If we do go in again, and we see that server, we will turn around and leave. If you are trying to rebuild your business, she is the wrong choice to meet the public.

Both women didn’t have hairnets or hats on while handling food. All veggies looked days old and the heavier set lady was very rude about not having certain items as I walked in. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and have contacted health dept based on flies and age of veggies being used on sandwiches. GO 4 miles up the road to the other subway!!

Worst place to go to. They need to fire Kayla. I was there to get dinner and Ally did as good as she could for being new and her “coworker” just sat on the phone ignoring the fact that Ally had a store full of customers that needed help. Also, don’t dare order something you want because it’s an inconvenience to them. Owner needs new people in there. Tons of praise to Ally. Need to go back and tip her and make sure it’s only her getting the tip.

I never had such a bad experience here. The soda didn’t have any flavor just carbonation. We didn’t even get what we ordered. My husband had little to no meatballs on his sub, I asked for extra lettuce and cucumbers never got it. I didn’t even have mayo on my sandwich or vinegar just oil. My husband never got the correct cookies. I was craving subway but it makes me not want to eat here again. Unfortunately I will no longer do business at this subway again

Sign on the door says 9pm, I’ve been told multiple times now when I walk in there they are closed when everything is still out and people are in there, it is 7:33pm, I a female worker in there making a sub for 3 people but I was told she is closed and they are there for a mobile order…. The sign says 9pm I would change that if that’s not subways hours

Took them 30 minutes to make my sub. Didn’t give me my drink or my chips. Went back in for them just to give me a small drink when I ordered a large. I was so annoyed I didn’t get care about losing out on a buck. When I finally got home to eat I had almost no chicken on my sub and it was doused in mayo when I wanted lite mayo. Save yourself the hassle and just drive to Johnstown. It will take the same amount of time anyway and you’ll actually get what you ordered.

Paid in cash and the lady kept my $2 change. Just handed me the receipt and gave me a rude look. She was a good judge of character in that I'm too agreeable to say anything in the moment. But very unprofessional. I would have stuffed the change in the tip box they have anyway. No need to be rude and keep the change without even asking if it was a tip

Looking online it says store is open until 9 and it says the hours were updated within the last week by the business. But I just went here, Tuesday night at 830 and they were not only closed but there was nobody there and the lights were all off, so they had already been closed long enough to clean up and leave. Clearly not open until even 830 let alone 9. Sure glad I took the time to go there.
