The Tristrami sandwich continues to live in my top 3 sandwiches of all time. The freshness of the ingredients and balance of the sandwich is great. It can be a bit mustard and pepperoncini forward at times but you'll hear no complaints from me about that.

Just celebrated my wife's birthday and Country Meat Market and Catering supplied absolutely delicious tri-tip and chicken. The potatoes and vegetables were perfect. Several of our guests even commented that they too will be using them for their next events. Thank you Steve and crew!

Great lunch. Good food and large portion for a reasonable price. The place is clean and staff are friendly. Gluten free options available. Update: apparently the gluten free hread was only available for a short time which is a disappointment. You can still get the insides of the sandwich on a plate, but they should really just have a loaf on hand.

So good. I had the Italian sandwich with potato salad. I like trying new spots potato salad when it's an option. I would go back in and buy a bigger side of it, but unfortunately I am far from home and I wouldn't want it to spoil. Always glad to find good restaurants when I'm on the road (work).

I have always enjoyed eating here for lunch and have used them several times in the past to cater work events, so we decided to hire them to cater our recent wedding at Elings Park. Steve and the rest of the team were so laid back and easy to work with. They made sure we were happy with the menu, did a full tasting and tweaked things until we were 100% satisfied. On the day of, all of the staff were perfect. Everything went super smoothly and everyone was so nice, friendly and attentive. Could not have been better!

If anyone is looking for a good country catering, this is the one to go to. They were outstanding when my grandfather passed away. All I had to do was take Steve the things they needed, and they took care if everything else for me. They even cleaned up. If you ever want a good lunch try their deli sandwiches. They are so amazing and very tasty. Even my grandaughter who is 14 was in Santa Barbara camping with friends and recommended this place to her friends family. Gotta try it, and the staff is is friendly.

With all of the catering options available here in Santa Barbara we are super happy with our choice to use Country Catering Company for our wedding. The individualized service, friendly courteous staff, and super helpful management team are all top notch. The food is next level delicious. I'd give more stars if available. Job well done! I came here for the first time today with my buddy and we were SO impressed with their sandwiches. I got the cold Italian and my friend got the Pork Belly Cuban. These were some of the best sandwiches I've ever had! The Italian sandwich had the perfect amount of meat to toppings and the Cuban was so good with the thick cut pork belly. Also the bread was AMAZING. Overall a great spot for lunch and there's a reason this place has been open for so many years!

We hired Country Catering for our wedding and they killed it! Steve was super easy to work with and his team did a great job. The buffet was quick, efficient, and most importantly delicious. Would recommend to anybody throwing a wedding or event

Outstanding service from Steve and company, who catered our son’s 1st birthday party. We ordered the tri-tip, ribs, and BBQ chicken meals with all the sides, and all our guests were loving it. I’m bummed that they ate everything so we don’t have enough leftovers for tomorrow.

CCC catered and barbecued for our company picnic with over 125 people in attendance. The food was amazing, everything was delicious and the tri tip was by far the best I’ve ever tasted. Manny and George were the best cooks and were courteous every step of the way. Steve was wonderful and very helpful when getting a proposal done. His follow up was great. We will definitely use CCC again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brisket sandwich and Turkey bacon were both good, but not exceptional. They offer a great selection of fresh meats as well as a deli serving sandwiches. The staff was friendly, resteraunt clean and service prompt, I was just hoping for a little bolder smokey flavor.

Another long-time local spot for quality meats and catering options that is a go-to for great deli sandwiches. Hidden in the corner,next to the local bowling alley, be sure to check this place out. We especially love the Cubano sandwich, and their creamy horseradish for our prime rib dinners.

So we ordered The Epic Tri-tip Dinner Special for $49.95. Get home and we didn’t have one of the sides the broccoli ( whole reason we ordered that meal was for the broccoli) and called to let them know and they offer a free side the next time i come in. Wow i spent almost $60 on a meal and didn’t get the whole thing and it wasn’t even good tasting. The potato’s were dry and not very warm, beans were watery and no flavor. Meat was ok but it was not worth the price they are charging. I won’t be going back so i was basically was charged and not given what i had ordered and they didn’t do anything to make it better!!! We thought it was going to be this amazing meal nope not at all!! Plus we didn’t get are side order. Look around before settling with this place. Santa Barbara Chicken Ranch offers better quality food, portions and better prices. You get a ton of food and they don’t forget your sides!
