We just had a chai latte and frappaccino witg chocolate croissant. It took them 25 mins to get my order readySo long is the wait. I underestand they have a busy morning time but wished they had a better time management. The staff was courtious and nice. Over all good place. Nice sitting area inside and outside. The parking space and entry and exit to the store is very small.

I wish they were a bit more friendly. I don't want to visit again.”

I visited this location specifically to order two Medicine Balls, but instead I was given water and lemonade with peppermint syrup. It was definitely not what I asked for. I usually come in the mornings and the service is consistently better, but this particular visit was in the afternoon and the experience didn’t match what I’m used to. I hope this was just an off day, because the morning team normally does a great job.

This was my view in your store the dining room also looks like it hasn’t been clean in a year I guess it should be under quarantine too my stop on a ride trip

Ordered an Americano, the easiest drink to make, I was the only one in the store and watched 3 employees on their phone for 15 minutes, got up and walked out when a male asked me if i ever received my drink, how do not notice the only person in your store hasn’t been served an item they paid for. Left without my drink, never again.

Terrible experience here. I get the same coffee every time and they mess it up..every time and then have the worst attitude when asked to fix it. Customer service is a 0 because they try to glare at you and intimidate you by asking for what you’re paying for to be made correctly. If you don’t like your job in CUSTOMER SERVICE then don’t show up . 10/10 would NOT recommend this location

It's to early in the morning for attitudes. Decided to stop by the gonzales location instead I should have went to the one by five guys in baton rouge they have a better atmosphere and they are helpful. I was told they couldn't blend my ice tea but the other locations had no problem doing it. I will not be returning to this location. The person taking the orders gave the headset to someone else.

I normally love Starbucks and the locations back home are always friendly and accommodating. If I ever forget something, they kindly let me add it at the window without an issue. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite. When I asked to add to my order at the window, the barista was rude and flat-out refused, claiming it was “peak hour.” It most definitely was not, there were no long lines or busy rush to justify the attitude. Instead of providing the same great customer service I’ve always experienced elsewhere, I was dismissed and made to feel like an inconvenience. Starbucks is known for consistency and kindness, but this store failed to represent that standard. Very disappointing visit. & my drink tasted like shit.

Got annoyed when I asked my drink to be made hot and yelled that they couldn't make a frappe. I was not asking for a frappe. Honestly worst experience I have ever had with Starbucks. Do not recommend

I got talked to like a child I guess she assumed I was a kid considering I’m short. The lady I’m guessing she was a mgr she was a barista making the frappe. it was an older lady name Deidra or something. She was all annoyed. I asked for the chocolate drizzle on the top she got all mad and said”we don’t do that no more” that’s extra. I was like it never had been before a problem. then I heard her mumble under her breath saying I should’ve known that and sounded like she said something crazy and kinda inappropriate But the young girl who was the cashier was amazing and sweet. Then the frappe didn’t even taste right it was watered down

Me and my daughter went in the drive thru and the employee was not very friendly, and when we ordered the price seemed higher than usual. We always get the same thing. Normally I would have questioned how it was rang up, but we didn’t have time. When getting out drink, it was not even full, also my lid was cracked and not mixed well. It wasn’t even the color it should be. Not sure why the ice was chopped up the way it was, but it wasn’t the normal ice either. Will not be back to this location.

Horrible customer service! Was rude when I asked about what was in a drink. Waited 5 minutes at the window before I was acknowledged about my drink. The white girl at the window asked was I paying with a coupon, I said it was a gift card on my phone. This site needs diversity training . She also gave me a drink with Carmel dripping down the side. It didn’t even taste good. I will NEVER return. The only reason I came was because I received a Mother’s Day gift card.
