Definitely the best pizza I’ve had in a while! Pizza was delivered in less than 30 minutes, during a nasty storm! The pizza, cheese sticks and Cinabuns were perfect!

Didn't have enough money I thought for pizza hut. Went to little ceasers but they were closed. Went to Wendy's in Graham and the line was very long. Son I went over to pizza hut trying to find a coupon. ThankfullY the young lady at the register had one. Very thankful for her and pizza hut. It was delicious.. Thank you.

First time using this particular location. Had a bit of an issue trying to enter in discount code on app. Employee was able to correct at check out. Pizza & wings were hot. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this location.

This was one of the best pizzas I had gotten from Pizza Hut in awhile. Order was ready on time and correct. They even opened the boxes at the front counter for me to review before I left. If you have to order pizza on this side of town give them a try.

I have been to a lot of Pizza Huts this by far is the best place I have been too. My pizza was delivered to me the driver was super nice. When my daughter and I opened our boxes we honestly were amazed by how good looking "pretty" the pizzas were. Thank you! We have NEVER had a pizza look this good and taste even better. You must stop here and get pizza! A friend told me about their pizza order so I went online and placed an order. The app was very easy to use. I love how once I submitted the order it told me when it would be ready and provided a countdown. I ordered a cheese pizza with thin crust, honey BBQ wings, lemon tea and brownie. Upon arrival my food was just coming out; however they did not have the tea but the substitute was delicious. Staff were friendly and held door for me. The food was hot and absolutely delicious. It’s hard to find good wings too. There was no curbside pickup available because all spaces were taken but that’s ok. $36.25

My fiancee and I ordered a Dinner Box and a medium pizza tonight. Somehow the medium pizza was missed on the order, and only the Dinner Box was delivered. However, someone from the store (possibly the manager? I'm sorry, I didn't catch their name.) called to apologize multiple times and let me know that the driver was delivering the medium pizza. When the driver arrived, he also apologized. The way they handled the mistake was really admirable. The food was also great, as always. Their service is always good, and they made sure they resolved tonight's mistake with sincere apologies and a fast fix. I'm very happy with their customer service, food quality, and speed of delivery.

Advert says 3 topping pizza and they make pizza with stuff only equivalent to one topping. It is total dis honesty and false advertisement. They were unable to provide packets of crushed peppers or parmesan cheese. So sad

It was a good experience, the only reason I didn't give a full give stars is because for contactless curb side pick up I stated for our food to be put in the backseat and they handed it to us. Other than that the food was hot fresh and good.

I've had some terrible. I mean absolutely terrifyingly bad pizza hut. This place is not one of them. Great pizza, always delivers quick to my residency, and the delivery drivers are always courteous, polite and kind.

Food was good, missing ingredients on one personal pan, and missing sauces that I paid for/ordered. Everything else was good.

It's been a while to where I couldn't honestly give 5 stars to PH. Cheese was a tad overlooked and lacking on amount of toppings. I couldn't really taste the onion or bacon ( misspoke on other review I'm used to adding pineapple but changed it up this visit). A few more pieces pepperoni on the pizza as well. Include the dipping sauce for the wings! It never makes it to my home for some reason. I paid $42 for one pizza and one order of wings (tax & tip.) You guys could at least include everything. EVEN SO, the pizza was delicious and the driver was extra polite!

Well the wings we ordered were good but it's was 100$ and for that we could gone out to longhorn or something but just didn't feel like getting out. This place gets a lot of hate I think because of there pricing tbh. I don't have much experience with there customer service inside i hear its not the best But I can't complain I did order like 64 wings and 3 mtn dews bottles and he got here in like 25 minutes maybe it's because I gave him a 10$ tip idk. But delivery wise it's not to bad if you don't mind paying for it.

I chose contactless curb side. I arrived, notified the store I was there and waited ten mins. I could see two workers making pizza, the cashier was sitting down on her phone. I know she saw my van pull to the curb. I had to get out and go in to get my order. What good is contactless curb side if employees are to LAZY to work. Thanks to the employees making the pizza it was GREAT.

Disappointed in the quality of this pizza as well as the service. Curbside service did not happen. The pizza, as in so many times, lacks marinara sauce. Can you say dry! As I stood in line, I notice the cook handling a pizza without gloves. As he was handling this pizza, he took his cellphone out, touched a few buttons and then resumed handling the pizza! Smh...do better Pizza Hut!

Highly disappointed in the food. I order here many other times and I know how the pizza is supposed to taste. My 3 pizzas were dried out and thin as cardboard. I brought the pizza slice in to show worker and she tells me that’s how it’s supposed to be! Highly upset!

I ordered a thin crust pizza on line. When I picked it up it looked ok, but I got home and bit into it it was hard and I thought a little burned. I called she (the manager) had an attitude and told me to bring her pizza back for another one. I told her to make it pan instead. When I got to Pizza Hut, I showed her the pizza. I said that I thought the olives were burned and the pizza was extremely hard. She had and attitude and started breaking the pizza up saying "there is nothing wrong with this pizza" nothing. She should have been more professional than to have an attitude with a customer, especially when I order there quite frequently. I even offered to pay extra for the pan pizza. She thru up her hands and said forget it. I conducted myself in an appropriate manner and said thank you.

I ordered online and when i came to pick up my food one of my pizza's was a cheese instead of pepperoni like I had ordered. The owner got all upset because i wanted her to remake the puzza instead of cooking peperoni and placing it on the pizza. Not yelling at me but yelling none the less.

Food is always terrible, plus the website/app is useless and will charge you more money, which they will not refund. Also, chances are you get a doordash delivery driver who can noy find your house. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Make sure your delivery arrival time is closer to the actual time. The arrival time listed on my order online and the actual time the delivery was made was 25 minutes different. (7:10 and 7:35 respectively) The travel time from the store to my house is only about 5 minutes.

I ordered the Dinner Box for 13.99 and had it delivered but the food was old and taste weird. Me and my kids were disappointed so we threw it away.

The manager and co worker both fixing pizzas bare handed. The cashier was very polite and helpful with ordering and the young man who was handling the finish pizzas was wearing gloves. So if you are ordering food from here, make sure you watch the handling of everything.

Ordered pizza and breadsticks for dinner, received a text saying my order was being delivered by doordash, which was OK, or so I thought, driver was on time, but food was cold. Very disappointing, won't be ordering again!!!!

Used to order 4 pizzas from there once a week for work. Called at noon and got someone at a "call center" in Texas and they told me it was only 10 o'clock and they don't open until 11:00. Terrible, I ordered online a stuffed crust pizza and a regular medium. It said it would be ready in 10 to 20 mins. I know its superbowl today so I gave it 30 mins. Go in and wait an extra 30 mins. I get home 30 mins later bite into it. No stuffed crust! Not only the wait, the extra for stuffed crust etc...but the drive because I live way out in the country. Im wasting 15 dollars extra to go back and get them to fix it. What a waste of time and money

Not really sure how this Pizza Hut has such decent ratings because I've tried going here periodically over the last 6 years and every time I walk in the place is nasty and half the time the employees are rude. The pizza turns out okay but when I walk in there to pick up the pizza I just can't get over how dirty the place is. It's literally disgusting. I hate to say it but it is.

How they have a deal on Tuesday for the personal pan pizzas that runs out of it that’s unbelievable especially for kids

Card was charged $54. When I called, I was transferred over to the manager who I could barely understand because of their English. He claimed he didn’t see a transaction. I asked if this location was privately owned or corporate owned. He vaguely answered so I gathered from that privately owned. I asked for contact information for the owner. He stated that he did not have the contact information for the owner. I am a customer. I know that in the event of an emergency you have contact information for the owner. Whether that emergency be financial or material. However, I have disputed this with my bank. I will be taking this anywhere I can, simply because during a pandemic, this is distasteful and very dishonest.

I ordered my Detroit Style Pizza with no Green Peppers a nd they were present on the Pizza as like it was normal. The crust never got the chance to rise properly and the edges were not cooked to the dark crispy brown that they should have been.

So I ordered a Family Meal Deal and a chocolate chip cookie....my order came on time but only came w 2 pizzas and cookie. Called talked to the manager...no problem fixing the rest of my order but go to open my bread sticks...they were cold then had no sauce. Never ordering again from this one!!

I live 8.9 miles, 15 minutes away but, yet they will not deliver to my home. They said it is too far. It is still considered Graham. Yes, it is up 87 but, come on, it is 15 min away! Revert your operations back to pre 2015 standards when your pizza was better than your napkins. Put the pepperoni on top of the cheese like the picture shows and normal people expect it. (Not under the cheese - THAT WAS A STUPID IDEA!!)

Service just isn't what it used to, been having problem after problem. Ordering pizza shouldn't be difficult, and getting it delivered, shouldn't be hit or miss. And oh yeah...I wouldn't tip before they deliver, not all drivers put in the effort that deserves a good tip.

Ordered a large pizza online and paid in advance for two hungry grandchildren and when I picked it up literally 1/3 of each piece was crust - so little cheese and toppings that the actual eatable portion was very small. When I asked the cashier why her laughed and said I don’t know. I stood there for a moment and then she rolled her eyes and said do you want me to get the manager and I declined and told her I’d just not come back. Later at home I called the manager who offered to replace the pizza at a later date and I accepted that offer. Called the very next day and was told the don’t do that and the most they would do is take $5 off- WHAT!?!?! So in addition to being cheap and serving inferior pizza they are also LIARS!!!

I wasn't there long enough to rate the service. I did carry out and it looked good when the cashier opened the box. When I got it home, the pizza was so thin and had hardly no cheese on it. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza hut. Called in an order. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went there 30 minutes later . Made me wait outside in the brutal heat for another 40 minutes. This is disappointing, it really is. I used to LOVE pizza hut! When I moved to this area 3 years ago this location had good food. It started going down hill and because I love Pizza hut, I kept giving them a try. But, it just kept getting worse. Food delivered cold, pizza slices sliding all over the box when delivered, greasy fingers prints and hand prints all over the boxes and now... now... pasta delivered with no cover, pasta sauce taste bland like generic brand food or hospital food, and the chicken taste like cardboard. I always tip the drivers because they are always sweet, nice and smiling. But the food at this location is horrible. I'm sorry but this cold flavorless pasta with the cardboard chicken will be the last time that I order from this location. I gave ya'll 3 years and it just get worse and worse. Management, no need to reach out to me, just do better for future orders from other people.

My family and I decided to order from the graham location on 7-27-23 . I have then delivering instructions on how I wanted it done. The delivery person didn't do it so my food was left outside unattended where ants got into my food . I called to talk the manager Anna. She was rude and aggressive. She automatically thought I was lying about the food. I brought the food back to the store and the receipt like she asked still wanted to argue with us. I will never order from the store again

I ordered 16 chicken wings bone in, and a meat lover melt, I got 16 bone out, in did not ordered, was burnt melt had only sausage and pepperoni that's it. I called them and asked why is my order wrong both of them, the lady said you should of asked. What do you think about that I will never go to pizza hut again. Don't know what happened with pizza hut, I always ordered my chicken wings from there with bone in never had to say bone in, I'm so upset about this. The lady was very angry about me calling you, hope they do something about her.

The manager is very rude, Even to start screaming at me, when I asked for my tip back that I put on the credit card was not Even asking for the money back for lukewarm food and cold wings. After the driver took 25 minutes to drive 7 minutes drive per Google maps. So I called the district manager, He called the store, Then the assistant manager called me with an attitude as well, asking for my credit card number, and I would not give it to them with The attitude I received, I could imagine who they would give it to. Placed order at approximately 830 pm for DELIVERY. Was given a 20 minute expectancy. An hour later nothing. Called and spoke with female employee to confirm they delivered to my address- she repeated order andaddresscorrectly. Was told YES, it was on way. An hour and 15 minutes after THAT call, Called AGAIN, spoke to male employee and told the order was supposed to be for carryout. Will not be patronizing this location ever again. Cancelled order after waiting for food for 2.5 hours. Very disorganized and poor service. Suggest avoid if you'd like to be able to eat same night.

Wow. What a horrible experience. Not only did the driver have a poor attitude, but the store manager was probably one of the rudest women I’ve ever spoken to. Our pizza was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes and took over an hour. It was cold. Called the store to complain and she instantly got defensive and said they’d come back to pick up the pizza and void the transaction. What kind of joke is this? Not even an apology? I can’t wait to report this to their corporate sector and get this lady fired. Respect your customers, it’s not that hard. We’ve also ordered from this location very many times and we’ve never had an issue until tonight. They lost a customer.

Tried to redeem a pizza online but was unable to. Called the order in and was told by the person taking the order that we could use the points at pick up. When I arrived I was told (by the same man who took the order) that no one said the points could be used and I'd have to call customer service. It's Sunday. They didn't answer. The young female working the front couldn't stay off her phone long enough to do anything and I could also see her eating the pizza I was unable to get. Ended up FINALLY being able to use the points. Contacted corporate and did the survey. It's no wonder they are hiring. After 45 mins, I finally got the pizza.

Typed in my address to see who delivers. According to the website the Graham store delivers and I have ordered several times without incident. Today’s order however was different. Apparently either the driver didn’t want to come out or the lead person was having a bad day and I got a phone call where I was spoken to rudely and informed that they won’t deliver to my address anymore. When I asked how large of a radius they delivered to she started to say 10 miles but changed her mind after remembering I told her I was 9.2 miles away. I always give $5-$10 tips to the driver but apparently they no longer want my money.

We have been ordering from this location for many years but the experience last night was enough to make me never go back. We ordered carryout special for 13.45 got there charged us for someone else food and had given ours to someone else so they was going to fix another pizza,give us a 6.00 credit and still rang it up for 19.00. While we waited for one hour the cashier was steadily eating while waiting on customers and the cooks drinking drinks and not one washing their hands before starting the orders. This was the worst visit ever and after everything we seen, I'll make my own!

So an order is called in but it doesn’t help they use some automated service. We respectfully declined to have an order for $37 on just 2 plain pepperoni and cheese pizza. Low and behold lady shows up awhile later at the house. We said we didn’t place the order and they never should have come out. Being my children were hungry and at their grandparents as their grandpa is dying, we paid for the pizza to keep the kids happy and called back to the store. They ate a few pieces so evidently the manager “Joe” does not care and said we had to bring the product back. With diesel prices at almost $6.00 a gallon we are super disappointed and the customer service is terrible. The call is “recorded for quality purposes” and asked diligently for them to pull the recording where we did not want this. Hard to say no when kids are hungry and they are trying to visit their dying grandfather. Thankfully Dominos showed up with an “actual” pizza and great customer service. 3 medium for $26 is a no brainer especially when it’s a better product. As a service manager I find this crude and disrespectful place to be a extremely disappointment as a “restaurant” service provider in our area.

I purchased two large pizzas online this evening. I ordered carry out to make my wait shorter. I get to the store, and I'm made to wait while my order sat in the heater for 15 minutes. I asked three different workers how much longer, and I was dismissed. When I finally get my order from the owner. The Meat Lovers is skimpy, and the manager/ owner throws cheese sticks at me, like that would make up for my time. The cashier never apologized or took responsibility for having me wait for no reason. I will never give money to this location again. If this is a franchise, step up your employee choices, because there is some obvious dysfunction in leadership. The store front is junky and messy, and employees look unkept, and not clean.

Update: 2/17/26 Walked in to order a simple medium pepperoni and cheese on thin crust. They said the price was $17. Told them to keep it! And if you want it delivered it would be over $25! So very very greedy location/owner !! ----------- The Pizza Hut brand is no longer a quality american company. they have sold their company sole for extreme profits without any regard for the customer. I tried to order a large stuffed crust pepperoni and chesse delivered and when i go to check out on the app the total was over $50 for one pizza. i called and email Pizza Corporate and all i got wss nothing. they simply do not care about the customers. all the normal branches have changed to takeout /delivery only, as they no longer want a dine in option. Sad but almost all of the family style redturants that people would take there kids too for lunch or dinner have decided that families no longer matter, they only want the you g college kids who want fast food with out the desire for quality or service.

I'm very disappointed with the way our food was handled from the delivery driver. Her name is Elizabeth she had put our pizza and drink in the trunk of her car instead putting in the front seat where it should've been in the first place. You never put cooked food in the trunk of the car under any circumstances!!!! My husband called to the pizza to make a complaint and he spoke to the manager, she was extremely rude when he said that he didn't like the fact that the delivery person had put our food in the trunk of the car and I watched her pull out of the trunk of her car. The manager said to him "I put it in the door dash bag." It doesn't matter if the food was in the delivery bag you don't put cooked food in the trunk of the car period!!! My husband was being as nice as possible to the manager and she copped an attitude with him on the phone when he said he had a problem with the delivery driver putting the food in the trunk of the car. Also our food was cold it wasn't hot at all. My husband and I would like the district managers phone number.

I ordered a delivery, cuz it said on google maps they delivered. They made me go through door dash. I ordered a specialty pizza n bread sticks. I asked for double marina. Door dash person declined my multiple attempts to call him/her. The person ended up leaving my order on the floor on my door step. I didn't get the double marina. I got one. So we ordered pizza hut last night. It was great until this morning when i go to eat the last to slices and i find this long black hair in my pizza like baked in to the food. I will be going back up there today as well. Are employees not wearing hair nets anymore this is just plain nasty. Graham location needs to do better. Very upseting.and let in show my hair is blonde and short. So its not my hair just so everyone knows.
