Wow this place is very inviting, from The workers to the atmosphere it really transports you out of Texas! The vibes inside give off really good energy and the owner was the one who took our order and he was very nice! Would recommend this place to friends and family!

I LOVE this place , my favorite location and only location I’ll visit !!! My snowcones are always neatly made, throughly shaved ice, clean and of course amazing customer service the team is so jolly and welcoming !! As you can see I come here a lot and get the same thing lol but it’s perfect everytime !

Stop by for a minute. Great customer service. We got Watermelon/Mango Sunrise, Blue Cotton with a Spray of Warheads and a Passion Fruit Grape. They all tasted really good.

First off i just wanna say i never leave reviews but this was so so good i got strawberry colada and créame on top and hg in the back i forgot to get her name but she was working on mine around like 3:50pm and she literally did amazing tasted so good and everyone was so so sweet!

It's a cute place to get a sno-cone. I do love all the options for flavors and add-ons. I was lucky enough to get free basic flavor sno cone with my teacher voucher. Also, they have some sprinkles and other add-ons that are free, like the chili powder. It goes well with this Mango flavor.

Customer service was great! I tried the mangonada Piccadilly eh they tried but it doesn’t taste like the Mexican one. The other flavors my kids love. Definitely recommend 😎

Took the kids to get snow cones. They liked it. There were a lot of flavors to choose from. It’s a bit pricey but overall it was good and the seating area has games for families to play which was a nice touch. The kids loved the color changing spoon.

Love Bahama Buck's. Today we tried the Orange Dreamsicle Smooth and the Cotton Candy Ice. Both tasted great. Service was ok, took order called name, but no smiles, just there to do their job. Not busy at all at the time, we were only ones inside. So 4 instead of 5 stars because service good, not WOW, $20 for 2 drinks seems excessive for ICE, when you can get 2 meals some places for the same price, and just opened, but lobby floor was quite dirty, able to see the travel path of dirt from customers. Would still highly recommend Bahama Buck's. Lots of options and a great way to cool down.

Why are they required to wear such tight and short shorts as teen workers? Where are the teenage boys? Also, friendly owners. We normally take our order to go. Nice and clean inside.

I've been supporting this location for a while it's a hit and miss at times sometimes they give enough liquid sometimes they don't but today I bought 3 sugar free strawberry and the flavor was different from yesterday and there was literally not enough liquid. It's Just disappointing I wish the service was consistent I felt like I could have saved $15. Came home crush some ice and threw some Crystal light in there.

Whenever I visit, which used to be a lot more often, but because there always seems to be something wrong with my experience, I've cut back quite a bit. Today, I ordered two everest split flavor with extra juice and a pup cup. Everything seemed fine when I received my order, then I pulled into a parking spot so my dog could have his cup. While he enjoyed that I transferred my sno cones into Tupperware for easier travel and makes it easier to store in my freezer. Dropping the second cup into the container I realized that my everest "extra juice" was actually HALF juice because the entire bottom half was white as snow. The reason why I order extra is to avoid this very issue since it seems to happen every single time. When I realized, I tried to go inside to get it fixed but the lobby was already closed for the night, instead of getting back into my car to circle the entire building just to get back into the drive-thru I walked and stood in between two cars with my dog waiting. I get to the window, she realizes I just got my cones and that I'm back with a snow cone in a container and she just stares at me, so I tell her I asked for extra juice as I show her. She asked if I just wanted more juice for it, like I mean yes I would like the juice that's supposed to be on it and the extra I asked for. Well the employees thought not only to saturate it this time but also to have it go for a small swim in the container. When she handed it back she didn't even say one word, not "have a good night" not "I'm sorry" very different from ten minutes earlier. I just don't understand why this a recurring issue. I ordered with an extra ammenity that is offered to avoid an issue and then the issue is blatanly handed to me. I would really like to continue frequenting this establishment, but something needs to be addressed.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to have to come in to get an order place ahead of time through the app. Most of the public uses these apps to place our orders ahead of time because of the convenience. Having to come in to get it is soo inconvenient!!! For nurses week, you have to buy one to get one free. Who can drink or eat two snowcones at one time really!!! I guess I should’ve read the reviews first. Although it looks like they care little about making things right by their responses to the negative reviews.

I just left there. I being there 3-4 times i always get the same thing oreo snow cone. This time the oreo tasted like it was store for weeks with s pinch of salt also the ice tasted like freezer burn ice. Since I went through drive thru once I got home had to throw it away. Sad to say I will not be coming back. Plus all these kids they hire don’t seem to care what or how they serve.

Absolutely ridiculous to wait 25 minutes for a snow cone. We’re still here trapped in the line and my kid doesn’t even want the snow cone at this point. We just want to be freed from this line but there is no escape once you’ve entered the line. Just awful!!! Update. We have now been waiting 35 minutes and just got to the window to learn that they still have to actually make the snow cone. My 7 year old asked if we could give them zero stars.

Went here with my nephew and the service was so bad and the workers had such a bad attitude with me and my order wasn’t correct. Also one of the workers I believe her name was Emma tried to make some smart remarks to me and tried to act like I was incompetent!

Once the order was made the worker placed the cooler lid right on top of the bare shaved ice and caused the top layer to be covered in specs of black debris which had to be scraped off before serving my guest. I normally order from the Abrams location but for convenience I came here. Not worth it.

Manager that is here today on Sunday afternoon needs to be fired. I ordered flat top that is supposed to be in a bigger cup and she refused to fix the mistake she made after putting them in a smaller cup. Then refused to make one of them sugar free which is unacceptable because I’m diabetic and cannot handle that much sugar. Terrible attitude all together.
