This Cici's location is consistently busy. Overall I give it 4 stars. The value is very good @ $7.04 for an adult buffet (drinks are extra). The parking lot had some debris although being on a busy corner may make it difficult to maintain a clean lot. The salad bar looked fresh and fairly well maintained the pizza and pasta were mostly all fresh. The desert was not as good as I expected from past experiences but for the price it was good. The drink area was a bit untidy. We sat at the booth in the NW corner and it is very slanted (see picture of bubble level) This is a good place for kids. There are highchairs available and several arcade games that you can spend money to play. The light in the hall way is out closest to the men's bathroom . The bathroom was clean but the foot door opener looks corroded/damaged. P.s. pineapple on pizza is goodness from above..

Nice place. Tables nice and clean. Staff were all very polite. They smiled and even sincerely thanked us for coming. The food on the other hand was... Not the tastiest I've ever had. But I really love the fact that they will make a specialty pizza upon request. It was actually pretty good!

It was all ok until I found a hard piece of plastic in the center of my Canadian bacon pizza. I told the manager and he asked what pizza I grabbed it from, which I barely remembered. I was ok, did not choke on it. Food was OK, I was really hoping for a refund or discount coupon for bringing it to their attention without making a scene. In the end the manager just asked if I was OK and that was it. More info: I was told to report it to their feedback website and they never replied.

Me and my family go every once in a while since it’s close to our home I like the food and the place but the staff tries to ignore you a lot and I hate that beside that I asked what I believe to be the manger wearing a green shirt for help ordering a pizza and he didn’t even place my order right I was honestly shocked like dude it’s pizza how u mess up the order and how he expect to run a team if he can’t even preform basic task himself and there was hella dirty tables no where to sit and the boss was just standing around tryna look cute he dint even notice 🤦🏻‍♀️

We came in at 8pm, they close at 10pm, but they asked us everyone in the restaurant to stay on one side. Very limited space for seating, even when more and more people came in. There was food and trash all over the floor. The pizza and desserts on the line were cold. The soup was thick. This location used to be my favorite Cicis Pizza, but this place has gotten worse and worse over the last 6 months

Floor was covered in leftover food. Windows were really dirty with food and finger prints. Pizza toppings were not spread to the crust like these people are on a budget. Salad bar was absolutely destroyed. Dressings were all mixed. Just absolutely disgusting.

So I brought my kids out tonight because they wanted pizza and let me just tell you I place an order for a deep dish that's a pepperoni with jalapeno and they brought me a regular pepperoni with jalapeno everybody knows that the. Zesty Phantom pepperoni is Alfredo sauce so I told the waiter to take it back and if you can we make it for me the right way he brought me a second pizza and down below is a picture of what he brought me it is not deep dish when we first got there my daughter ordered a deep dish spinach pizza it was already time for us to leave and still no pizza so I had to go talk to the manager and I had explained to the manager what happened with both pizzas the manager was friendly about it and he did you place a spinach pizza and we had it to go so comes down to the service is very poorly. And for the record not all CiCi's has a $5.99 special it was like $9 and something cents for one person
