I only come here once a week. Probably for the last 20 years. Don’t really eat any other Chinese food. FYI call in advance and ask Calvin if he has any steak available for when you want to come in and you can pre reserve. It’s delish.

This place is always packed. If you’re looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place. Food was good, the staff were great and friendly. No complaints.

The staff is professional, courteous and most helpful, I’ve trusted their recommendations and never have been disappointed! The menu offers a wide variety of the highest quality food, cocktails and wine. Only the freshest and the best is served! From the favorites like BBQ ribs to Peking duck , Hunan Taste has it all!

Excellent, high-quality Chinese food. Really good both for take out and dine in. Some must try dishes are the Roast Pork on Friday nights and the Sesame Chicken. I know you can get Sesame chicken anywhere, but at Hunan it is next level.

A must try ! If you're looking for your average Chinese spot with a million items this isn't your place . The size of the menu makes sense because everything is cooked to perfection ! The wonton appetizer and the chicken and Broccoli were very good ! The server was super friendly and attentive ! Classy spot ! Will be back .

Best Chinese food ever! Not only is the food amazing, but they have such a friendly staff! The restaurant was extremely busy, yet the staff was always coming to the table to make sure we had everything we needed. Always a fresh drink and cold water. Great Chinese food spot. Their fried rice is very tasty, as is there chicken & cashew, they're pretty far from us, but worth the ride because their food is sooooo amazing. Their crispy noodles are pretty good too, not the small ones you usually get at most places, these are the nice thick ones.

I go to Hunan Taste frequently for lunch and dinner. (Unfortunately, they haven't served lunch since they reopened after the pandemic.) Hunan Taste has the best Chinese food on Long Island and the quality is consistent every time. The service is great. I've had the same waiter for 26 years! They have the best crispy noodles made in-house and it's worth going just for the noodles (on the table when you sit down). Their hot and sour soup is the best I have had. I love their chicken and broccoli. Their broccoli is consistently the best and properly cooked. If you're looking for an excellent meat dish, try the Golden Medallions which is cut up filet mignon with broccoli. If you're looking for a great deal, try the lunch menu which ends at 2:45 PM. I go here for lunch frequently. Friday and Saturday nights tend to be crowded.

The best Chinese food on Long Island. Ive been coming here with my family since I was a kid and the quality has always remained excellent. Tasty authentic food and no extra oil or msg like other Chinese restaurants. Great for family dinners or even a date night. Love their staff too, they make you feel taken care of

I've been coming here for years and I really love this restaurant, the dinners can be pretty pricey, however, Hunan Taste really does run a very reasonable weekly lunch special that offers a lot for your money. The food has always been good and so has the service, for all the times I have come here, I have never once had a bad meal. Though what I order isn't very varied, I am never disappointed and always appreciate the elegant atmosphere.

This is my neighborhood restaurant. I love the food and the people that work there but if you want to get food, I advise that you place your order quickly and early. It is so good that is always packed even if it’s just to pick up food. I’m guaranteeing that you will love their food! I don’t mind the wait, sometimes it’s about an hour and a half but is well worth it.

Went to Hunan Taste tonight. They always have great food, outstanding service and an exciting atmosphere. I ordered some hot chili oil and I was overzealous with the oil. I definitely needed to drink a lot of water. I was served by many waiters all helping each other out including a waiter with the tattoos. (Which for some reason I was focusing on by looking at prior reviews.) I thought he was very professional and was serving up plenty of water too. I ordered the happy family, cold noodles with sesame sauce, and steamed vegetable dumplings. All were excellent and I highly recommend visiting Hunan Taste. I have for over 30 years!!

Had dinner here with my family after hearing good things about this place from family, friends and even social media and I must say, it was truly a memorable experience. The food was delicious and I can’t remember the last time I was so stuffed after a meal. The staff was so nice and attentive and we didn’t go longer than 5-10 minutes without food coming out or water being refilled or even just checking in on how our meal was going. The place was packed and I can understand why. I highly recommend this restaurant and I look forward to making Hunan Taste a regular stop for dinner!

It is one of the best Chinese restaurants on Long Island. It's located in Greenvale. We travel from Suffolk county to get the best Kung Pao Chicken, Ginger-Garlick shrimp, and egg fried rice that's not on the menu. The restaurant is high-end, and it's pricey. It's valet parking only.

A family owned establishmen and a local institution. Excellent food, it's best to dine in and have it fresh from the kitchen. I have never had more than a 10 minute wait. The fast-friendly service and full bar mean waiting is easy and fun. I recommend the Peking duck and tangerine beef.

My favorite Chinese restaurant. This place is like home. Best spare ribs, wonton soup, all the classics. Highly recommend.

Great food and service. Once you arrive the valet will take your vehicle so you can go right in.. Went there with a good friend and his wife who have been coming here for over 30 years. I thought, ok Chinese food right? But not just any Chinese restaurant, the food was very well prepared and good portions. We ordered quiet a few things and everything was great. Lobster, string beans, shrimp with garlic sauce , ribs, dumplings and a few other things. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I work really close, called in for a regular Sesame Chicken Lunch. Omg! it was the best Sesame chx I ever had. First time I have ever had huge chunks of chicken with EVERY piece. Usually more crisp than anything elese. Not this time, not here. Cant wait to try it again this weekend.

The best chinese food ever! Service is amazing. If you are looking for someone to kiss your ass, this is not the place for you!!!! There is a certain culture that is not American so language is difficult. By no means did I think they were rude. No reservations so get there about 45 minutes to and hour before you want to eat. There is a small bar, about 5 seats but you can get a drink or 2 before you sit. They know how to make a good drink. Lots of people gave reviews on the language or interpretation. Are we going to school or are we going to eat? If you are like me, looking for good quality chinese food then this is the place to go!!!

Hunan Taste is one place you need to have if you love Chinese food. By far the best Chinese food on all of Long Island and perhaps even NY. Service is second to none and they even deliver. Hunan is a weekly ritual in my house and has been for over a decade.

If you have never tried Hunan Taste, you have never had truly AMAZING and INCREDIBLE Chinese food! I have been coming here for as long as I can remember must be close to 30 years. The food is ALWAYS absolutely delicious!!! Too many favorites to list my top recommends are shrimp or pork ravioli, spare ribs, Peking duck is a MUST, Love their house, special fried rice, their soup. Hands down THE BEST CHINESE FOOD!!!! An absolute must try, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Just great tasting Chinese food! I pretty much like all Chinese because even a place that isn't the best is still pretty good. But here EVERYTHING is delicious. Wonton soup-yes. Egg rolls-yes. Spare ribs-yes. Tangerine shrimp-yes. Chicken and asparagus in black bean sauce-you get the idea. Peking duck prepared tableside-YUM! I've been here a bunch and it's always good. It was almost comical, how rude and obnoxious the waiters we’re at this place felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode from throwing the plates on the table to rushing out the orders. My daughter who was with us who is not from the area wanted to know if all restaurants treated their people this way the owner has to know what’s going on, I think it’s a little inside joke that he plays with the customers in any event. The food was good but you have to think twice about going to pay that much for Chinese food if you’re gonna be treated that way

Ordered takeout and arrived at the time given when placing the order. Misshapen parking lot makes it extremely difficult to maneuver or park to wait for curbside PU. Gentleman took our information and went inside to get our meals. Came out 10 minutes later with credit card receipt for signature and said, "we are making your meals now". Our meals were brought out to us 15 minutes later. We had to move our car 3 times in the 25 minutes we waited for our food. The food was hot and the quality was good and that is the only reason I would return.

Vague menu with no descriptions or photos made it hard to order. Valet parking with no option for self-park. The food was perfectly adequate Americanized Chinese fare served in a nice space, but overall it’s just a bit oddly executed and unfriendly.

I read the reviews and completely agree with the majority of them. Food was 10/10 however the wait staff was rude and the process of requesting a table is extremely unorganized. I had to ask the waiter multiple times for water and we were barely checked in on. I will eat here again, however it will be for takeout.

I'll start out by saying the food was excellent. The service was not. We waited a long time to get our orders taken and only did so when we started flagging down random waiters to get tea, then sweeteners, then finally our order taken. Everything we wanted we had to grab passing waiters to get. The check, however, came immediately and one of our random waiters came back literally a minute later to get our payment. After we paid, we were rushed out, being told there was a line waiting. There was no line.

Is the staff racist? I don’t know. Despite the 3.9 star avg review we decided to try for ourselves. Even with lowered expectations for a Chinese place, everyone but one support waiter was rude, rushed, or disinterested in our experience. I’d echo what others have said about not getting the warm towels when we sat next to tables that did. The main waiter (Spider tattoo guy) even told the support waiter in Mandarin to stop making the Peking duck pancakes for us. The support waiter was nice and even brought two giant scoops of ice cream for my daughter’s birthday. I tipped 15% and gave the support waiter a cash tip. The food wasn’t good enough to overcome a lot of the concerning negatives about this place. The good: - fried rice, mapo tofu, eggplant, shrimp dumplings, food came out quickly, Peking duck The bad: - service, portion size on shrimp dumplings

The food was ok and the service was mediocre at best. The server never checked on my table after the food was delivered. They assessed an automatic gratuity of 15% for my party of three. Worse, they charged the gratuity on the total with tax and not on the food only. Their loss, I normally start at 20% gratuity. I have had better at more divey establishments...never will I return.

The food was disappointing. The dumplings were rubbery, the spare ribs were dry and the sauce on the sesame chicken was not good. The chicken was also dry.

I have been a customer for over 20 years I first met Calvin thru friends Craig and Elena. I have always loved their food and service. What the hell happened to this place? I was hung up 3 times trying to order for delivery not giving me the price or letting me give delivery instructions the guy just showed up and said he didn’t have my CC info after giving it when ordering.. I am no longer a fan and will never order again.. so disappointed. Don’t know who’s running this show but they need to step up as they are not cheap and when people are willing to pay their prices you would think that customer service should be spot on. Never again

We saw this place is often crowded so we decided to give it a try. they obvious have their regular clientele who greeted the staff. we waited 15 minutes to get a menu. everytime I trued to ask a waiter for one they just kept whizzing past me. that's hiw the whole meal was. we were never offered a drink or tea. we asked a couple if waiters until one came to take our order. the food was pretty good but not worth the rushed service. I asked for containers to take leftovers but they grabbed my silverware so quickly and I aasked to keep it to pack my food. all in all a rushed inattentive and unpleasant meal.

I've been going here for many many years. The food is always excellent. Even with my most recent visit the food was great. Reason for the two stars is the horrible service. If you get the waiter with the tall wave hair and the earring in his ear, well good luck to you. Never came to ask if we needed any drinks or to see how the food was. They used to clean the table off after you finished your meal, never did that. You can be sitting there for 20 minutes after you're done eating and no one comes by without flagging the waiter down. Maybe there's a reason why they're getting more takeout orders versus dining in. This place used to be packed but instead more people order out. Many factors play into that, but I'm sure one of them is the terrible service this restaurant offers.

We love this restaurant. Food is pretty good. Today we went with a group of friends. We got a table next to families with young kids (sweet but noisy), when we asked to improve our position to a quiet table - they refused to give us another table (on the other side of the restaurant which is calmer). Our waiter literally dumped the menus on our heads, offered no tea or drinks. The rudeness of him was beyond comprehension. A rude robot !! Saturday is busy and as more people gathered around our table and bar area the fortune cookies and check were thrown on the table (we didn’t ask for them) we got the message - and left. To complete the terrible (mean) service we had inside the restaurant came the rudeness of the parking valet that was even more shocking. We know this valet man for years. Today he didn’t like the dollar bill my husband gave him (sorry that’s the only small bill I had), and he threw it at my husband telling him “do you want it back?” At this point my husband took the bill and got into the car. Our friends saw that and were shocked. They quickly pulled another dollar bill, yet two dollars weren’t enough for this man tonight and he asked them “do you want it back?”. Our friends told him that this is not the way to talk and treat people, but he was already running to insults another customer….or not .. maybe $5 or $10 will calm his valet hungry ambitions……

What has happen to this restaurant? It was one of the Chinese restaurants on Long Island. Last night it was not very good. The dumplings were gummy and the pork seemed a bit raw. The service was also not good. While there is a sign NO CELL PHONES, there were people speaking loudly on the phone and management would not say anything to them. Overall not a good dining experience.

Ordered via Door Dash on a Saturday night. Poor Dasher (who was great) arrived at restaurant on time and food was not ready. It’s almost 2 hours and food still not here. I see they took down Door Dash option for food orders and delivery. When we called, restaurant responded they were busy. Very disappointing experience.

It took 1 hour for my food to arrive... to just have some bland chicken with broccoli with LITERALLY zero taste. I had to legit add salt and pepper to it. This place is too expensive for no reason. I gave them another shot and it was only worse than the first time. Will not try this place again.

I have eaten here several times over the years and have seen the service and food go downhill. But what really troubles me, and put my life in danger was their disregard to my direct requests that there be no seafood. Unfortunately, I did eat some shrimp which, for me, is a tingling feeling, followed by a sharp pain to my throat, followed by throat closing, followed by shock. Thank God there was a pharmacy next door with an alert pharmacist as I have about 5-10 minutes before I go into shock. I spoke with the manager afterwards, who was indifferent at best to the realities of allergies and in denial about our original food requests. DO NOT GO if you have any food allergies, as they lie, and will tell you the food is fine, when in fact, it isn't. You would think the fear of a law suit that would close their restaurant would get them to step up their services, but apparently not. The manager and staff are truly the worst in the area.

I didn’t let the valet park my car and he tried saying the insurance wouldn’t cover me. That’s fine. Parked my car and went inside. He then boxed me in and made us wait to leave which was petty but wasn’t too bothered. Later on noticed on my recordings that he urinated on my car. Owner said he’s a friend of 20 years and wouldn’t do that. Beware of this disgusting establishment and what else they are doing.

Food was disgusting. The Asian waiters are nasty, saw one pick his nose and wiped it on his pants, then went to a table and serve other customers. I couldn't eat after that. The Spanish looking waiter was polite. The others were only interested in the tip. I don't see the hype about this place. Will never ever go back there.

I'm sure there are operational issues being open during the pandemic, but their attitude is inexcusable. Messed up my order twice. They are rude and treat their customers like we are dispensable. I called two nights ago to make a reservation for two when I called them an hour before my reservation to see if they can take us earlier they said they didn’t even have a reservation for us under our name. So who took my name and number down two nights ago and said see you then. The manager was extremely rude and didn’t honor the fact that I could prove that I called two nights ago And made a reservation. I have been here once before and I wanted to come for the second time but after today I will never ever come here again or recommended to absolutely anyone.

UPSETTING. It's been many years since, I remember, having experienced such bad service at a restaurant. My wife ordered two dumplings and the waiter brought two orders of six dumplings for each order, when we tried to tell the waiters that he got the order wrong, they got very agitated and hostile instead of trying to correct the problem. My wife and I had just gotten off work, and they completely ruined our dinner. On top of that, the food tasted like cheap re-used oil. I will NEVER go back to this place!!! AND THE REPLY FROM THE "OWNER" SHOWS YOU THEIR ATTITUDE AND ARROGANCE....IT'S NOT A MATTER OF WINNING SIR, IT'S A MATTER OF HAVING DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT CONCEPT. I had Doordash pick up at the restaurant today. This restaurant has a huge parking space. There is no any signs of valet parking. This is a just parking space at the restaurant. While I was parking my car, some guy approached me and asked what was I doing. I was surprised. I said I had a pick up. The response surprised me even more. I quote: “ Doordash? OMG u can't parck here! Go park outside!” this was said to me in a very aggressive and offensive way with the perception that I was no one and not allowed to parkthere for literally 5 minutes to pick their order. This was very offensive, I reported the issue to Doordash and also please know that this restaurant has a very bad culture!

Saw an Instagram post claiming this is the best Chinese food on Long Island. So my wife and I stopped in to get some items to go. Wanted to try our favorites to see if it’s as good as the post said it was. Walked in at lunch time and the individual behind the bar asked if he could help us. Said we were here to try a few lunch items to go. Without a smile without a greeting simply said kitchen just opened. It’ll be at least 20 minutes to a half hour before any food can come out. Said thank you and walked out. I work in the hospitality industry. You only get one chance to make a first impression. They made a pretty bad first impression. Not sure if I will go back.

Service was very poor. Sat there for 15 minutes before the order was taken, I waited 20 minutes after the appetizer plates were cleared off for the main course. Asked for more water , the waiter didn't even refill our glasses,just left half a pitcher of water there. No tea, food wasn't hot . People came in after us and got their food before we got ours. This happened at several tables. Won't be back

The duck was horrible, the server asked if we were happy we said "no" he spoke to his manager who decided to charge us half price we agreed. The server boxed up the food and gave it to us we told him no sorry we really don't want it he insisted we take it and give it to a family member we said fine. When the bill came it was full price and the manager very rudely told us if we take the food we have to pay we explained we didn't want it and the server gave it to us, he said "this is not how it works you can't tell us you don't like the food you have to switch it out for something else!" His attitude was horrible!!. We will never be returning.

Paid $50 for takeout which was just General Tso and pork fried rice. Terrible price for take out (I didn’t even order a beverage) and if I’m being honest the quality of the food wasn’t great either. Dining in might be better but I’ve never done it and am less inclined to try after the price they charged. Also, when I went to pick up the food the valet yelled at me not to park in the parking lot…where else am I supposed to go?

We have lived in the neighborhood for many years and honestly don’t know why I keep ordering from this establishment. The food is subpar and ALWAYS incorrect upon delivery, including the fact the it is severely overpriced. We received our order this evening, once again it was incorrect - to which we called the restaurant who told us that we should accept the way they make their recipes, regardless of being completely wrong. Our food was also COLD and one dish was completely undercooked and needed to be thrown away. The Nassau County Health Department should be involved and investigate with a new health rating. Do NOT order from this place - GO TO PEARL EAST in Manhasset - it’s amazing! This was my last time - EVER.

I've never ordered from here... I live over an hour away.... I also love Chinese food and would totally try this place from the reviews... BUT.... they just called me to berate me for not picking up my order, and they definitely took a phone number down incorrectly... mistakes happen, do the right thing... don't call someone to yell at them that they have been been black listed and am bad person for your mistake. I'll called them back, the other gentleman was very nice on the phone. All in all, if you have a business that people can review online publicly, proceed with some consideration. I bet the food is good if he puts the same level of energy into his restaurant as he did that phone call....... Or it might just taste as bad as his attitude.... Happy Monday!

Food tasted awful .. regret choosing to order here tonight - bad service overall

If you are a vegetarian and like flavors don’t go here. Veg appetizers: scallion pancakes and veg dumplings-veg dumplings had a few scallions and no other veggies tasty very fishy, scallion pancakes were burnt had no scallions and tasted like oil and batter. After the appetizers were served, we gave feedback to the management who was kind enough to waive the appetizers from the bill but that was not the intention of sharing feedback. The feedback was not well received and the service was poor. Thankfully the entrees were better. I regret asking my family to take me here to dinner. Won’t be returning.

I was there today , very rude staff. We were told we had to order more than “just soup and ribs” . The waiter with a crab tattoo on his neck was so disrespectful, he snatched the menu away from my older adult mother. I’ve never had such an awful experience like this.

I came after work with my friend. We ordered Hunan Duck I couldn’t wait for my friend to try it since I order this all the time elsewhere. It was under seasoned , tough and stale. I didn’t want to make a fuss. So I ordered garlic sauce to help. It didn’t. No problem. I was willing to take the loss. The waiter came and asked if we liked it. We both said no. He said let me talk to my manager. I didn’t ask him to. He offered. He came back and said they will take 50% off the $30 dish. Ok. That’s cool. He asked if I wanted to pack it up. We said no. He said take it. We said no. He said someone else will eat it. My friend thought, maybe we can give to someone homeless. I told her, homeless will be hard to find in LI. The check came, they charged full price. So I asked. They went to the manager, he came to our table and screamed at us saying we would have to order something else. We can’t say that we don’t want it. I said, but we don’t. Everything was under seasoned. He had such a bad attitude. I will never go back there. Not only were we the only women of color dining, I was embarrassed about something I didnt ask for. He was out right rude!!!! He ended up taking the $15 off. But I’m still offended. The valet was super sweet and so was the waiter. But if the management is like this, I WANT NO PARTS!

Ordered General Tso's Chicken with white rice and Dumplings, I never tasted anything so DISGUISTING. The chicken tasted like chicken livers, it was very chewy and hard, the dumplings were like a Pig in a Blanket. Very little filling a lot of heavy dough. The restaurant was highly recommended, but I Recommend Never to go Back! I had better food at a locate Chinese Take-Out!

I was at Hunan Taste a number of years ago and returned today with 3 other people. I will never, ever go there again. First, the man who did the valet parking was rude and in a hurry. I scarcely had time to turn off the engine and he was knocking on my window. I needed to unplug my phone and get my key out of my pocket to leave in the car. Before I could do that (15 seconds, maybe) he knocked on the window a second time. That turned me off before I got into the restaurant. My wife came from somewhere else and met me and the other 2 there. She got there first and asked for a table for 4. The man at the desk wouldn't take her name. So I went up to him about 15 minutes later and told him that my wife didn't give a name and he rudely and curtly said "I know you're here, I see you standing right there." But so rude that I was ready to leave. Finally we got a table. The noise level was so high that we had to yell to be heard and we had a small table for 4. The food was average. It was not hot, especially the soup. The waiter was not nice at all. I think his face would crack if he smiled. For the first time in may years, I did not leave more than a 20% tip. It was an awful experience and we will never go back.

Will never return. Went with my family for a celebration dinner. The valet was rude and backed my car into oncoming traffic where he was met with a very angry driver honking at him. Then my car was “parked” with its hazards on just on the side of the road. Inside the greeting we received was “yes”. We had a reservation and waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Once seated menus were literally thrown on the table. Never were we asked if we wanted drinks. When we did order the waiter appeared very rushed and almost annoyed. Appetizer and soup came quickly, however our meals took forever and two tables seated after us received food long before we did. Never did anyone come by to check on how things were. Our waiter with the earring and white crew cut was rude bordering on angry as if we were imposing on him. We asked for and received the check, again very rude. Check was basically thrown onto the table, without so much as a thank you or good night. The food was fine but nothing extraordinary. There is absolutely no reason for any business to treat customers the way we were treated here.

The owner not very friendly. The service is quick you get your food and they want you to leave. We always spend $250.00 for a table of 2 or 3 and they rush you out no way I'll go somewhere else.

food is great but the people who ever they are that you have answering your phones hung up on me for not replying to them fast enough. I called back a second time to finish ordering the food while he gave me an attitude because I didn't know what soup I wanted with my lunch special.

Store is disrespectful towards Dashers, delivery drivers. There was a guy in the parking lot and it’s surprising how weirdly and rudely they behave while I was picking up order. Never picking up from that restaurant again.

The valet alone makes me want to turn away and never try this food even if it might be good. Also no respect for delivery drivers to help add to their bottom line deserve it.

Telephone order person was totally rude. The food was atrocious, very dry, cold & tasteless and that was all of our orders, not Juat one. If a restaurant can't make General Tsos chicken & shrimp, they shouldn't be in business. My whole family and I would never return...

Went to Hunan Taste for dinner with family. Our “waiter” was nothing but rude to all of us.. (the man with the tattoo on his neck). We were the first people to seated in the restaurant and somehow ended up being the last to be served. Our server seemed very annoyed by us with his eye rolling, and basically throwing the check at us at the end. He made our experience awful. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

First lets start with the food. YES, the food in this place is probably as good as you are going to be getting anywhere on the Island. Perfect for takeout. However, and I mean a BIG however, if your intention is to dine here, I would think twice. After a few visits for dinner, the service is consistently an abomination. The waiters (most wearing masks) NEVER EVER are warm, polite, or even attentive. Forget even a smile behind the masks. When they come to the table all they say is, "order please". They never come over ask if you would like a drink You have to waive at them like grammar school. Last time I was there the bill was $95. I left $10.25 cents tip. The waiter was not amused, but I thought I was too generous. THE STAFF IS JUST PLAIN RUDE! NO EXCUSE! We will never go back.

Was here for dinner a while back and they are very racist. I understand the location is good, but we did not feel treated like equals. As the only Indian family in the restaurant we watched other tables get warm towels while we did not. We waited over an hour to be seated and we’re just treated in general like less than. Will not be going back or reccomending.

It was my first time trying to go to this location. My car is beat up and the vallet guy assumed I was a delivery driver and started yelling at me saying I couldnt park he didnt even give me a chance to say anything just walked away. After that I didnt even want to go inside anymore

Hands down the most foul Chinese food I've ever had. For sure it was microwaved before pick up because the chicken and beef was absolute rubber. There was also a small pebble in my rice that almost chipped my tooth.

Although their food is terrific. They are the rudest people ever.. I called to find out why the DoorDash app wasn’t working. The man who answered. “ yeah we are closed. Call back after 430 and just hung up no manners no gratitude for being a customer. Well that’s all for me. Many other Chinese restaurants here

If you just wanna go for food and dont expect anything but food this is the place. Don’t expect any service since all of the staff are rude as anything from the Valet guy to the waiters to the owners. They don’t have any respect for their customer, selective treatment to the ones which are regular and not for others. Included tip by themselves to the bill for the table of 2 since they are pretty aware with the level of service nobody is going to give tips!

First of all, the restaurant was very noisy and the tables were very close to each other. Everybody can hear what the other tables are saying. Food was quick and okay but nothing special. All the waiters were ignorant and didn’t pay much attention to the customers plus were talking to each other all the time, it was hard to catch a waiter when you need to order. Waiters were only focused on the tip, whatever the amount you give they will always ask for more, being very rude. We gave a pretty fair tip but they still didn’t like it. They talked to each other for a long while and then came to our table to complain about the tip. Would never step foot in that place again and would not recommend.

food was great but the service was okay at best. the meal was ruined when the server came out demanding more money because the tip was not adequate. the server came over to our table once to take our order after leaving us waiting. will never come back because of the poor service.
