Freddy's is our place to go with our grandchildren. Almost every time. We love the burgers. The patting and crispy edges are the best. Thin crispy fries, with their special sauce. Yum Then, that creamy custard ice cream, very tasty.

Delicious shoe string french fries! Perfectly cooked to a lovely golden color. Friendly customer service. Love their PBC&B concrete too! Definitely not a calorie friendly place, but an amazing splurge on a cheat day! Nom nom!

My family and I like their burgers with thin smashed patties and shoestring fries. It tastes good and also very fun. Their prime rib steakburger is new on the menu-since my last visit- and I highly recommend it. For their price and all that, I think it’s great casually restaurant for everyone!

The pumpkin pie Concrete and Shake were very delicious. However, they were quite expensive. A regular-sized pumpkin pie concrete and the large pumpkin pie shake were $15.01 which included tax. We chose to grab dessert at Freddy's versus where we ate lunch across the street at Longhorns because we thought the dessert would be much cheaper. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We both could have a dessert there for ~$10.50 - $17.00.

We had several terrible experiences at Freddy’s a few months ago. Now under new management we decided to give it another try. Overall a great experience. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs, the restaurant was clean and the food was good. Wife and I ordered the #4 patty melt and the kids had the grilled cheese and chicken fingers. Will definitely come back.

You could go to the clock down the street and get two meals for Freddy's one. The food was good but way overpriced. The Freddy's frost was good!

Went for lunch, service was quick and the sauce and seasoning selection in the restaurant is great. Ordered a jalapeño steak burger and chili fries. I certainly left full so I say this place has a ton of pros. Only cons were price (16 bucks) and the fries are the thin variety which I don’t care for as much but they do offer tater tots that are some of the best I had. Next time I go I may see if I can get chili tots instead of fries.

We have visited quite a few Freddy’s, but this was our first time at the one in Easley, SC. The food was good, the workers were kind, the service was fast, but this store needs a lot of TLC… ➡️There is an awful smell that permeates the building- my daughter described it as a mix between burgers, urine, and BO. ➡️ The ice tea containers did not have the lids on, so anything could drop inside. I saw the lids sitting to the side, and they were a sticky, grimy mess. We love the Freddy’s chain, and so this is being posted as encouragement to step-up the cleanliness so that others can have a great experience at this store!⭐️

My family and I drove 30 minutes out of our way to eat here because our first experience was so great. We were met with disappointment. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting - tables were dirty, bathrooms were not clean and could be smelled from the main area, and literal puke on the floor that workers walked by the entire time we were there). To add to the horrible experience, the meal was awful. My son was so excited for the string fries again, but the employees were too lazy to make a fresh batch, so they literally gave him what was left (about 15 fries - equivalent to about 7-8 McDonald’s fries). Our entire order of 4 meals of fries equaled less than what we received in 2 meals the last time we were here, just a few months ago. All of this disappointment was also nearly $60. We will likely never be back. Perhaps hiring at least one person over the age of 17 who would prefer to do something other than run to the back to play on their phones would be helpful.

Food is not worth what they charge. I got the double cheeseburger combo. The meat litterly was paper thin. Both patties combined might have been the same thickness as one normal pattie any where else, and the fires had so much salt on them you couldn't eat them ..it was like turning a salt shaker up into your mouth. My husband got the grilled chicken combo and it was the same way. I've never seen a chicken so thin. Based on my experience today, I would not recommend Freddy's to anyone @

Their ice cream seems to be melted when they give it to you. Fix the ice cream machine! Nobody wants ice cream soup. All the other food is greasy but good.

Stopped here to give it a try….. Worst service I have witnessed in a long time. The women working the drive thru- was very rude and abrasive. She acted like helping anyone was such an issue for her. I would never return.

I tried this place again today and it was the most disgusting food experience of my life and I'm 62. Have a look at the photos. What you can't see is that the drink machines don't work. The employees are all wearing filthy clothes and never changed their gloves even after touching trash, microphones and other dirty items. The food you see on the filthy counter was there for over 5 minutes before they bagged it and served it to an unsuspecting customer. Oh wait. It also took forever. Do not come here!
