went there after rude horrible service at the local burger King and nite and day difference. The guy the took the order was friendly, all the guys in there were laughing and having fun while doing a great job making fresh food with pride! Great experience!
The staff is always courteous and polite when I visit very late in the evening. I like the fact that management communicates well with customers. Last night, there was a note with items that were temporarily unavailable. I've seen polite reminders to be patient with new team members. As a former hospitality worker, I empathize with the restaurant workers during this pandemic. My orders are always correct. There is a slight wait in the drive thru which I anticipate due to staffing shortages during this challenging time.
Ya'll be expecting a lot from a place that is always understaffed. We try our hardest to make what you asked for. Please be patient with us. Also, if you see the line is long, then don't bother coming through it, you'll complain either way. Our limited time offers are LIMITED TIME. Do not come in angry when we do not have those items anymore. We don't ever know when the warehouse will stop sending us the items on the limited time offer menu.
Service was fast, food was fresh and well made for fast food, plenty of toppings and meat in the taco and chalupas I ordered, it was even still steaming hot. Definitely a good visit for around lunch time. Kudos to those working at this time. Tables were being wiped down in the dining room.
I have to be honest here, this is our 3rd Time being at this Taco Bell. Sometimes the food takes a few minutes, but it's always great. Tonight, this Taco Bell was very busy, with the kitchen staff busting their butts and the cashier working hard to keep customers content and satisfied. This being said, I want to give a shout out to our cashier, Addison (or Adison) for her great service. While busy, she helped answer questions for us. Additionally, before we went up to order, there was a rather rude set of customers, yet Addison handled them with professionalism and kindness. I greatly appreciated seeing that even in the midst of them being busy. Great job Addison! We ordered the Triple Melt Burritos and the Triple Melt Nachos and our food was actually quite prompt. We got home and it tasted just as great as it sounded! I love this Taco Bell, and staff has been excellent every time I've been here! Great Job!
Only place open in Greenville, great service and friendly employees. On top of everything!!!! Give these kids a few days of paid vacation! Send em to Kings Island! They’re doing great!!!
Within 1 min of completing our order and my husband was preparing to pay the cashier, OUR ORDER WAS ALREADY FINISHED AND WAITING ON THE COUNTER! It was SUPER QUICK & PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Smiles and happy employees! I throuoghly appreciated it!! Made our family evening out even better!!!
Walked in. Fast friendly service. Dinning area was super clean.Even the drink area was clean. Food was really hot, fresh, and good. We enjoyed our meal there and had some to go too. Thank you Taco Bell
I am disabled and dropped my tray of food; a very sweet girl named Nikki insisted on replacing my order although it was no fault of their own. I love the food at Taco Bell, this one on Russ Rd. is very clean and obviously the employees are wonderful!
Let me start by saying this place gets busy fast, and I know why. The food is awesome, the staff very friendly even during the stressful drive thru issues. But my food has always been worth the wait. Food never cold,drink never watered down, haven't found an item I don't like yet. This Taco Bell needs to train others on how to do it. Clean on the inside and fresh on the outside. This restaurant gets a mighty high crunch award. Keep up the great work y'all.
The night crew are super friendly and on top of things. I would highly recommend eating at taco bell any evening . The morning crew is super slow and have no pep in there step and the customers have to wait 30 min to get an order . No one on the day shift responds or helps out with customers when needed.
I came in with a group of friends and had a great time but, there was stuff missing from my order. Thankfully Bryce helped sort that out in no time I really appreciate that he was a great help 5 star service!

My grandfather, who is a diabetic, had a very bad diabetic episode while we were here. It had came on quickly and his blood sugar got dangerously low but an employee noticed and rushed to get him a taco to help get his blood sugar up. The employee possibly saved his life with that taco and we are extremely grateful.
Average taco bell visit. Everything was good but nothing made this visit any better than any other. The staff could be a little friendlier. Our kids love the cheese roll ups.
I hadn't been to a taco bell in over 15 years. I was surprised by the amount of vegetarian options. The portions are small-ish but tasty. The prices are insane. $22 for 2 people for lunch.
I'm not sure if this location is under new management or what but the last several times my order was made exactly the way it should be without missing any toppings or missing items! Food was hot and my service was on point. In the past my order would be missing several items, my food would be cold and I would have toppings missing. Definitely happy with the last few trips we've made. Keep up the good work!

For the time of night the food was good. No issues. Atmosphere was iffy. Too many "teens" messing around in the parking lot and inside. If you cruise thru on a Friday and Saturday night. Just watch out.
The service here is touch and go. Sometimes my food is fresh, others, it's stale. Every other time I come, my order isn't right. Managers need to have their employees focus on quantity more and stop racing the clock.
I love the food but sometimes its just thrown together and ive had it spill in the bag. They love to get my order wrong. Sometimes ill go to celina for their food because somehow i think its better. This taco bell just gets worse at night
Normally it's great service and would give 5 stars. But we had to go back through drive thru to get 2 missing tacos. It looked like they tossed the mexican pizza in bag. Lid was open, sour cream all over bag & napkins. Cold also. We'll be back tbough, way better service in evenings no problems!!

It's good food. I love taco bell! They don't always have the greatest service and seem to leave things out so I always double check my order. But they seem to always fix it and then it's Great!
They skimp on portion sizes I always have to order extra meat and double supreme... If you like lettuce tacos then they are you spot to go. Speed of service is descent and there friendly. The price has skyrocketed mostly not there fault but they do seem to raise there prices more times then most places.. clean inside ..

I guess TB is changing the way they do drive orders ... I felt bad for the employees who had to run out through the cars in the parking lot trying to find the customers who had ordered. They had a good attitude but I still felt sorry for them.They looked embarrassed . Only went from waiting in the drive thru line to waiting in the parking lot. I dont fault the employees...just wondering what the ones were thinking who decided it should be that way. 🤔
Really wanted to eat here as I grew up in greenville. Sat in drive thru line for 30 minutes only to get up to the window a few minutes past 8. They stop taking orders at 8 and don't even come through the drive thru line to cut it off and inform people they won't get served. Bad....and they need to extend hours on a weekend night for goodness sake.
Great food if you just want a menu item with no alterations. Online orders take a minute here and they have a 50/50 shot of following your order on mobile. I've had multiple orders where I paid extra for things added, to receive a regular menu item instead. I've also received things for an allergy I have that I asked them to remove. It's no use trying to get a replacement, the staff ignore the counter. Money wasted.
I think I have given a 5 out of five for the food and timeliness of the drive-thru of the Taco Bell. I have declared this talk about the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. But tonight seems to be a fluke, hopefully, it has taken us what seems like 40 minutes to get through the drive-thru process. I realize there's a Time clock for the drive-thru, but from waiting at the very back to now waiting at the crosswalk, seems to have taken a very long time. One of the better Taco Bells I've been too but depending on the time and crew working depends on the quality of the food. Sometimes the food is packed and fresh, other times it's skimpy and you can tell it has been sitting out for awhile. Pretty much anytime you go is a coin toss on if it's worth it or not.
I absolutely love Taco Bell but here lately when I go to the Greenville Taco Bell I feel like I can't get help from the employees to pay for my food and cash and then when I do get my food paid for or even if I use the machined order I feel like I sit in there for at least a half hour 45 minutes and it can be for the smallest thing they never have drink carriers but the food is usually really good
The past couple times I’ve gone they’ve gotten my order wrong and when I go back it takes awhile to even get there attention to have it fixed.
This is the third time I've visited this taco bell in two weeks and the third time my order has been wrong. The cashier did their job but whoever dies the making of the food and bagging has gotten it wrong. This is the second time my cinnamon twists have been missing and the second time I've asked and been charged for steak but gotten beef. I just wanted my steak and cinnamon twists.
Not good like it used to be. Very sloppy put together with minimum amount of product. To one of the best things they had off menu, taco salad. Ugh just not worth the price of junk.
Friendly service, and quick drive through. However i know it's a corporate thing about how much meat goes on nachos, tacos, and burritos. Barely anything, it's more here's tons of lettuce so we can make more money. I get it, it's business but it's wrong and not thinking about us as customers. So no more then 2 star's because worry about money then making the true customers happy.
2023.Just had an order of 3 volcano burritos and 2 volcano tacos and they didn't put lava sauce on any of it. The LAVA sauce is the whole point. Figure it out. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed. 2024. Ordered a luxe cravings box and was supposed to get a Chalupa supreme and the incompetent folks at taco bell give me a taco supreme. Was already irritated at not getting a straw with my drink and then this. Just embarrassing.
Ordered 2 beefy five layers, both were wrong, ordered the steak fries and there was no steak. I come here quite often and it seems like every other time. The order is messed up in some way.
The night crew is normally awesome but tonight some rude lady probably around 40 took my online order name in the drive through, then when i got to the window she was trying to tell me i didnt do that in a snappy tone under her breath, she was also being rude to her younger coworker. Also i got my food finally and they didnt give me my drink and im missing the cheezit in my crunch wrap
Ordered online went inside to pick up wait 40 mins in the lobby for my food went to counter several times was told it will only be a few more mins I had to call the store while sitting in the lobby asking bout my order magically it was ready bs
Waited 1 hour for my order said that they had a 70 item order in house that I would be next but had drive Thru running wide open. I ordered 45 mins before arrival on doordash was supposed to be ready by 7:15 I recieved my order at 7:45
Worst Taco Bell on this side of the Mississippi. This fast food restaurant is the worst in town hands down. Rather drive to another town then waste money here.
Went there on September 7th at 2:00pm. Whoever the window girl was was extremely rude. We haven’t seen her before but usually the people there are nice whoever this girl was, was the complete opposite and clearly was not having a good day. Someone needs to talk with her about not taking out her problems on customers.
Would not accept app code or reward at register. Took a very long time to get food and ordered three things.
Waited several minutes, employee told me to use the kiosk to order food. I told her it was for a door dash and that it wouldn’t hand me my food. I was then screamed at and told to leave.

Went to the drive through got home and discovered part of my order was not there, tried to call several times as I live 20 minutes away no answer so I will have to go 40 minutes round trip for the remainder of my food not worth it So greenville ohio taco bell will not get my patronage , and I will let friends know as well
I don't know who Shirley is but she was very rude when I went through the drive through normally I have no problem and I love this taco bell. She was very rude when she took my order and was even ruder when I handed out the money. And she didn't even count my money I handed to her she just throw it in the drawer. I'm beyond disappointed because I never had had this issue with this one before.
i’m usually not the one to make reviews on places but something needs to be said. the employees are rude, the place is filthy, it took almost 35 mins for me to get my quesadilla and it wasn’t even hot they just threw cheese in a tortilla and gave it to me. taco bell used to be great but it’s gone so down hill. and they got multiple drive thru orders wrong.
Took it back and got my money back . $28.18 , got home and kept bitting into the burrito, never hitting a thing but a pile of refried beans and 3 strings of lettuce . Manager said the have certain amounts of portions for each item . I can get a whole can if refried brand for $1 . Nasty food , we won't eat that junk ever .
I'm changing my 5 star to a 1 star.... The customer service at this location is the worst I've ever seen.... They leave customers standing at the counter, meanwhile the order is sitting on a table behind the counter getting cold.... This has been my experience for the last 3 months and it's not getting better, it's just getting worse....

I tend to order through the mobile app quite a bit however when I order a vegetarian option they don’t seem to understand that vegetarian means no meat. 9 time out of 10 my vegetarian stuff has meat on it and I always have to return it.

Very - very unhappy folks work here, who have no idea what costumer service even means. Also portions are so much smaller that they used to be while prices are higher. Stay away if you want to avoid disappointment and very rude folks.
My food was just sitting there behind the counter for 10 mins finished and nobody said a thing. I had to ask for my order and never even received an apology. Do better. I wasted half of my lunch staring at my bag and now the other half eating Cold food. How disappointing.
I sat in the drive-through for well over 30 minutes, I assumed there was one customer that was the problem. After all of that, I drove home and my son asked me if I would go back. I believed that the customer was the problem so I went back and the exact same thing happened again I was stuck in the drive-through so long that I just drove all the way through and never ordered, I literally spent an hour in Taco Bell’s drive-through and got one order today. It was ridiculous the first time when I spent a half hour. I didn’t dream it was possible to repeat. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru, first and second place, same night. I don’t even know how to react

On 12/22/24 my husband and I came through the drive thru and sat for an HOUR before even getting to the speaker. The car at the window sat for awhile with no one helping them as well. There is no way to get out of this drive through as both sides are blocked by curbs. The service here is terrible. If it’s a staffing issue someone needs to address that. This is unacceptable and I hope corporate gets on this. Only restaurant in town open late and it takes an hour or more just to get an order in. Edit to add that I didn’t even get all of my food but can’t go back because I’ll be in the drive through for another hour!!
I can basically count on them to mess up my food. Constantly have to check the bag. And they always forget something or mess up someone’s food. Has happened at least a dozen times and I’m over the incompetency.

Stopped here on our way to meet friends at the haunted cave. Waited roughly 20 mins saw people who ordered after us get there food and leave. When my husband went to ask about our order they asked him if we had order and we told them yes, they looked it up and seen that it was deleted and no made. We got our money back and left. It's one thing to wait but when you stand at the counter waiting to talk to an employee and they walk up to give orders and walk away is baffling.
The food was spoiled it made me sick after eating the meal it also made my pregnant wife sick. The staff was rude the management was not professional, I want a refund but did not receive they messed up our Order twice first time we were missing an item still was messed up after that and the restroom needed cleaned and we spent 22.00 and we only got 9.61 back and we will never be back again after this
My wife went into Taco Bell tonight on Russ Rd in Greenville. She ordered inside and paid and then watched atleast 5-6 people that ordered after her got their food. After asking twice about her food, they were pretty rude to her and asking if she already paid. 30 minutes later she got her food without an apology or anything. Got home and found one of her items thrown in the bottom of the bag without a wrapper!! Are you freaking kidding me?!! Get your shit together or your gonna lose alot of customers. Absolutely ridiculous! I would give negative stars if I could.
They mess up my order every time I go there.
Me and my partner went inside the lobby at 2 in the afternoon. They had us order at the kiosk which is fine but there was no air conditioning in the dining area (it was 90 outside) and the worker just put the food on the front counter and walked away. We were in the middle of eating and a worker; a grown woman; came up to our table and started cleaning and sweeping aggressively while we were in the middle of eating. Then, towards the end of the visit (we left around 2:30) we re-filled up our drinks and the worker that was cleaning gave us a dirty look for nothing. If we aren’t allowed to refill our drinks, they certainly don’t try to tell customers about it. We got to the exit and the same exact working went to the back cheering on about how we were finally leaving and acting like we were a problem. We didn’t leave any mess or do anything other than try to enjoy our meal.
I ordered through DoorDash and this is what I received. I receive no bill now I am sick and throwing up because some thing was spoiled and I am going to the health department tomorrow.

Ordered a chalupa street taco box a while back and they completely forgot the street tacos, tonight I ordered a disha hot sauce box and once again they completely forgot to put what the item is named after in the bag… how stupid do you have to be to forget the main thing in the box!?

So this is a multiple issue compliant. I ordered from the location on russ rd. in greenville, Ohio today. When I got there to pick up my food I over heard one of the workers in the a heavy set red hair woman say "I'm not giving him all those sauces for a 24 order" I honestly might not have noticed if I hadn't heard that but when I got home and checked my bag I saw they had only given me two of each sauce. She then said "the order for the guy that can't even spell his name right. Very rude and unfriendly along with missing items and both tacos were broken as well. I have photo evidence of all this. Honestly I might have said something to them at this location but after the attitude they had from the start I decided it was not worth it and I would just contact you guys
This Taco Bell has a line you cannot exit from and it can take up to and more then 25 minutes to take a cars order. If you enter this line you can potentially be stuck in it for more then an hour. This Taco Bell is essentially detaining customers against their will. If time is money then this place robbed me blind. 0 out of 10. Wasted the best years of my life on a stale Nacho Bell Grande.

We spent about $40 for nothing. And the older woman at the counter was argumentative and rude as hell. (She was actually arguing with another customer as i walked in, she didnt get his order right and it was his fault.) These were the "burritos" we were given and were told "thats how they are." If theyre not fullsize, then say that. These were actually WORSE than the originals we were given. Didnt even put the cheese on top this time, unless thats what the burnt part is. Never had problems before but this was a slap in the face.
As many of the other reviews correctly state, this location is incapable of following instructions, doesn't seem to grasp the concept of fast food (or even food in general really), and regularly messes up orders. If you want a special instruction done, the ONLY way to get it done is to go somewhere else. You can order online, takeout, delivery, or even in store. They WILL ignore your instructions. You want a taco with no sour cream? Too bad. You get a taco (probably with extra sour cream) you want extra sauce? You get next to no sauce at all. Tired of your drink being carbonated water instead of a Baja Blast? Too bad. They haven't changed the flavor cartridge in 4 years. You wanted to go through the drive through because you didn't want to wait inside? Congrats, now youre trapped between two cars who also only ordered 1 or two items and yet somehow it still takes an hour and a half to get through the drive-thru. No, literally. I've actually sat in the drive-thru for well over an hour at one point. Think you can go inside to skip the hour long drive-thru wait times? Nope. Now youre standing in the lobby for the same amount of time even if you can see your bag of food ready and waiting for you sitting on the counter and all someone has to do is grab it and hand it to you. Greenville is notorious for terrible fast food service, and Taco Bell is probably the best representation of how awful it is. Your drink WILL taste like crap, your food will 9 times out of 10 also taste like crap, and there's nothing you can do about it because the next closest Taco Bell is over 30min away.
We waited 40 minutes by the register before we had an associate very rudely ask us what we were doing and our orders were filled totally incorrectly!!
Ordered one thing, got another, my grilled steak burrito was burnt. The tacos were Ordered looked like they been stomped on. Ordered the tacos without sour cream, they can never seem to get that right. The people who work in the Greenville one need to be trained better. We have a hit or miss every time.

I cannot even with how terrible the service is at this location. My husband and I waited for an hour tonight in the drive thru (I thought this was supposed to be fast food). By the time we made it to the order screen, all we wanted to do was leave BUT THERE’S NO WAY OUT. So we waited, and waited, and waited and finally made it to the window about 50 minutes after we arrived. Only to sit there another ten minutes while we watched the staff stand around and make MULTIPLE trips to the back, restroom or outside, I DONT KNOW BUT THEY KEPT LEAVING THE KITCHEN WITH A LINE BEHIND US WRAPPING AROUND INTO THE PARKING LOT. Once we finally got our food I was thankfully too hangry to complain about it. That being said, we will not be returning to this location.
I’d give less than a star if I could. But if you plan on coming, book out a hour of your time. Cause the staff is hopeless at keeping to the fast in fast food. I have sat in line for nearly a hour on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS at this location. Another big issue is they make all the drinks 30 minutes before you even approach the window so you get a lottery of watered down soda or missing flavor from the system and it’s just carbonated garbage. The staff is unprofessional in I watched as staff played grab ass with one another running around the kitchen.
Absolute worst Taco Bell experience. Pulled up to the order box, asked it was a mobile order, said yes and that was the last time we heard someone speak to us. Pulled up to the window and got handed our drinks, not a word was said to us. Then waiting over 40 minutes in line at the drive thru for our food. Finally handed us our food and still not a single word was said. We pulled out since it took so long we had to get on the road only to find every single order mixed up and multiple done wrong. I’m not happy that not a single person had the decency to even say anything to us. Not friendly not helpful and couldn’t even make our food correctly.
Spending 50+ minutes in the drive-thru lane was horrible because they’re short on staff and out of items. I had so much time waiting that I am willing to write this review. I see now why Caren’s exist out there and flip out on people.
It does not matter how big or small the order, they will get something wrong. Items will be missing, wrong items will be mixed in with your order, the soda will be nothing but water. Its going to be something, they have not gotten my order right a single time.
Absolutely abhorrent. Spent my entire half hour lunch break in their DRIVE THRU LINE only to be asked what I ordered twice while simultaneously watching another worker serve 5+ people there meals at the indoor line! They always mess up my order no matter how big or small. 😒 Pretty sure they have a 1 bag policy. 🙄 It dosent mater what you order you get 1 bag. Tried to make a compliant but the manger never calls you back. Why ask what sause you want and then not give it to you. 🤔 Tonight they decided to not put the lid on correctly on the pintos and cheese and it's all over my food in 1 bag of course and my car just ridiculous.
Tonight was the last time we will be ordering food at this location through doordash or drive-thru. Despite receipts with large font being slapped on the bags, employees take ZERO pride in reading them & doing a quality check to ensure customers get the food they pay for. & In case you're wondering, tonight makes the FIFTH consecutive order where more than 3 items were missing! It's such an excessive issue that doordash won't even credit us anymore. This location is one where you should dine-in only. Drive through or doordash (unless in the early morning) should be avoided due to 2nd and 3rd shift workers being completely incompetent.
Disgustingly HOT in there!!! Apparently the A/C has been broken since last Summer (?) and the franchise owners have disregarded it. Not only is it way too hot to eat in there, I cannot imagine how the employees feel! Tried to get the franchise number but the day manager refused to give it to us. She doesn't want people complaining to the owners. A good manager would be more concerned about their employees than the owners! We'll choose a different Taco Bell from now on!
i go to taco bell and order the fiesta potatoes, without sour cream, and got them with sour cream. then i go back, because they messed it up, and there isn’t sour cream on the potatoes, but on the tab to open them. how can someone be so incompetent at a fast food restaurant for customization. if you can’t look at a screen and see the “NO SOUR CREAM” in all caps, mind you, you shouldn’t be working the line. get a different job, cause you obviously do not qualify.
