Came here during our little "heat wave" lol during happy hour but forgot how long the lines can be ,guess every one had the same thought to get some Bahama Bucks. I wish there were two locations but hey, one is still good. I like the drink combinations, although I am a creature of habit and usually always get the Carribean cola which I absolutely love. There are so many drink choices I will have to go one day when they are closed to take a pic of the menu so I can try something else, although I have mixed flavors before like cotton candy in the Carribean cola, don't turn your face up lol, you'd be surprised. My son got the dragon fruit smoothie and it was such a beautiful color and tasted exactly how you think it would with that type of color, absolutely wonderful,of course I took a sip. The customer service has always been pretty decent and friendly. This is another place that if you don't go during happy hour, those drinks add up. They also changed their reward bucks system from a punch card to a app on the phone, I forgot to scan my reciept but will do it now. Overall, Bahama Bucks is worth the drive whether to sit down or do the drive through.

Great! O.M.G. I will definitely be going back. My son found a free 12 oz shaved ice coupon on the floor at Sam's. We went so he could use it. He ordered the watermelon, my daughter strawberry kiwi, I ordered Pineapple smoothie. That smoothie was so delicious. My children really enjoyed their shaved ice as well. I'm glad we went.

Fun place to stop. Great sno cones and a wide variety of items. Only downfall is that depending on the crew I feel like we aren't wanted there. Which kinda isn't cool because these drinks are not cheap. Just brings down the overall experience.

Everyone was nice Good price . But the shaved ice was unusually so sweet none of us of 3 could finish a small on this hot day . I had a dreamcicle with cream and whipped cream last week in Waco and finished on the drive to nolanville and it was delicious. This one was very different. . . .

The staff is always super friendly, but ever since I've began logging and rating all of the flavors, I'm noticing that many flavors just don't taste... Good. They either don't taste like what they're supposed to be, or just kinda bland. I swear the black cherry has changed since 2019. So -1 ⭐ for all the flavors that miss. That said, my go-to flavors are always a hit! 😂

Got the açaí bowl and it IS NOT worth $10.. it comes in the smallest container and the container wasn’t even full when I got it. I’m very disappointed and won’t get it again. Honestly I thought about going back in there to ask for my money back if I wasn’t pressed for time I would have. They need to order appropriate containers for the price and fill them accordingly.

I came here to get my norm except tonight, I had to wait quite a bit longer than normal(and we were the only ones in line). They brought the first sno out but I had to wait like 6/7 min for the second one all to get it, drive off, take a bite, and the entire top falls off. Talk about livid... I love this place, and it's a first time for everything. I pray my next visit is much better.

The little girl who was taking my order at the drive-through with glasses and her hair up in a bun on January 18, is incredibly rude she kept saying after every little inconvenience. She wanted to give me a flat top when I clearly asked for a normal snow cone, and when I told her that she kept huffing and puffing through the speaker like I couldn’t hear her. Overall, terrible experience when we are paying customers. We got up to the window, to scan our points and she rudely said nope, our scanner doesn’t work, Scan your receipt So we didn’t get to retrieve our free snow cone. I have a large family so we always purchase way over five items Completely unacceptable. I will be looking for a different location just because of this individual.

We love this place and drove quite a ways to get some today when they were supposed be open 12:30pm. Waited and then finally left. Very disappointed. Waisted valuable time.

sharing my experience because sadly this isn’t the first time something like this happens at this Bahama Buck’s.The last time they forgot to put the ice cream in the middle and gave us the wrong sizes. Tonight (8/30/25), we ordered a Sno with a flat top. It was made wrong, and when we politely asked for a flat top again (we had ask for that already at the drive thru) she acted annoyed, took longer to fix it, and handed it back saying only “here you go.” We even thanked her, but she didn’t acknowledge us at all. I really think the staff here need to pay more attention to detail and remember that customer service matters. We are paying customers and shouldn’t feel like a burden for asking our order to be done the right way.

Unfortunately, I have been coming here for 10+yrs and have not had a bad experience until tonight. Tonight my family and I visited around 9:30. We are a big family, so by the time all of us started to sit down and enjoy our desserts, it was 9:45. We were well aware of the fact that they close @10pm. They felt the need to tell us @9:50 that they close in 10 minutes. So our family decided to take our stuff outside so that way we would be out of their way. We were all just finishing up and chatting and probably would have been off the patio soon. However @ 10:01 a young lady decided to come tell us that it was a “safety hazard” to have us on the patio. This was very rude and only ONE minute after closing. I understand that people want to go home but chasing away your customers is just not the way to handle your business. Please train your staff accordingly to understand guest satisfaction, because the hours online said 10pm. If you want people out by 10pm, stop serving @9:30pm or change your hours. Sadly there wasn’t any trashcan outside either that way staff could have closed without dealing with us. All the staff seemed young & lacked enthusiasm or kindness. These could all be a clear sign of poor management.
