Clean and organized place, stuff are really professional and quick to your order. Their toilets are clean, parking available all time. This place is not too busy so if you want to hangout with your family and friends this location of burger King is the best one. Overall I will love coming back here.

They need to fix their drive thru, the farthest lane does not merge correctly with the first lane (closest to the physical store) it leaves a gap that makes cars in first lane cut you off. Either do a Chicfila style or figure out a way to fix it

I tried the drive thru and it was taking long. I then went in the restaurant and there was smoke all around the kitchen. The staff members were having conversations back and forth without acknowledging customers. Finally an employee, out of uniform, helped me. She was leaving fornthe day. Needless to say, there was no urgency and poor customer service. No complaints about the food. It was as expected.

The manager was nice which is the only reason they received a two over all, first burger was moldy, yes you read that right. The bun, I took it back in, lady said the rest of the buns weren't like that, but you could see the mold on the other bun so it was odd to say the least, they remade it, the burger still was bad, lettuce was browning, they doused it in mayo and ketchup (your killen me smalls) the burgers oversll taste was just off, I hate to admit this but I eat a lot of whoppers and this one was gnarly. Probably won't be coming back which is bad because the place was extremely quiet and empty (maybe for reason though?)

Please update your store hours accordingly. If you guys open at 7 on Sunday’s, it should reflect as well online. And atleast say something while we’re sitting there at the drive thru. We were able to walk into the store only for you to say yall are closed.

This location appears to be falling in to the all too common disappointment of opening strong and then quickly fading in terms of value and quality. We were initially excited to have a Burger King close to us and ate here several times a week. As each week passed since their opening back last fall/winter of 2018, so did their quality control and attention to detail. This is sad as they could be a great option in this area. However, to make it here, they need to focus on training and consistency of standards. Attached is a pic I took of my Bacon Cheeseburger this evening. This is before I have done anything to it. I simply removed the top bun and took a picture. As you can see, it left much to be desired. Additionally, french fries were cold and onion rings were cold and soggy. Vegetables were wilted. Overall, every item in our orders were of poor quality and absent of any pride or concern. So - Burger King - you can still save this location and turn this around. You need capable management here to focus on the basics and maintaining quality and consistency of standards. Training for all employees is a must. Employees at every level should espouse the same level of quality that is sought in training and in accordance with established standards. To allow such poor quality food to be served is evidence of an employee or employees who simply do not care. This should be unacceptable. As training is reinforced and standards are required at every level, cleanliness should be the focus after food quality and control. Good luck - I am hopeful that you can turn this location around and get it back on track.

The purchase I made for a frozen coke was unavailable when I drove to the second window, after waiting in line for 40 minutes. I asked for a refund because they did not have what I wanted and was given an attitude as if I caused the machine to become inoperable. My refund was given in change, literately, and there was no customer service rendered (i.e. "we are sorry for any inconvenience, here is your change (in dollars), have a nice night). Stop hiring young people if they are not mature enough to work inside public businesses. This world obviously witnesses the lack of people skills, especially with younger people, which degrades the respect they have for themselves and others.

The worst BK in central Texas, customer service is the slowest, seen one of the managers at the front rubbing her hands on a man’s face/beard where they bag the food at, frozen coke is barely frozen & tastes nothing like coke. How are they still even open?

Management is Ridiculous, always sold out of menu for weeks & held my card almost 15mins for transaction that took seconds‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Worse location always something. Extremely unprofessional GM.

Came through the drive through for a quick meal for my baby girls who wanted whoppers and chicken fingers. There was no one in line on a Sunday evening. Pulled up to the drive through requested one moment to discuss meals and get the orders together (with my family of 5) I said hello (in a friendly tone) letting her know we were ready. She didn’t respond. I repeated it two more times she finally responded and said I’ll be with you in a minute in a dry tone. So we waited for her for a nice amount of time. (Remember no one is in the line AT ALL) She never came back so we eventually just pulled off. I don’t recommend this place and I see why there was no line 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Not happy, this place seems to want to save money. I have often eaten at various Burger Kings and I get it, the burgers (or in this case: the Bacon King) never look like in the picture but they're also not supposed to look like that. Barely any cheese, not a lot of Beacon, the meat was kinda dry, "yuck" instead of "yummy". Instead of a Bacon King I got a Bacon Peasant.
