We had an absolutely phenomenal night. Our server Kameron was just absolutely amazing. She was very professional, but with losing the friendly environment. She always had a smile on her face and made sure to check in on us to ensure that our dinning experience was superb. Can't recommend it enough!

The best I've had in a really long time!! Authentic, true Mexican food. From the minute we walked up to the door we were met with a smile and a welcome in. Sat at a table and everything looked so yummy on the menu. The decor was cute and fitting with vivid colors. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Our server was awesome and funny. She really took her time taking our order. Not rushed or like we were a number and on to the next. Our food came out in a reasonable time, long enough for us to enjoy our queso dip. I got Birria tacos with charro beans and it was slap yo momma good!! The flavors!!! Man the tacos were divine. All of it really. Just a great place with good food, good service and great prices.

⭐️ 1 has to go to Derica! She is an amazing server. Attentive, great personality, always knows what we need before we do! ⭐️2 other staff, I've never had an interaction here I was disappointed in. ⭐️3 the food! OMG the fried stuffed avocado is melt in your mouth amazing. I highly recommend it. The chicken tortilla soup is perfection ⭐️4 the drinks, look, I like to drink, these are high quality!! ⭐️5 the prices, everything is very reasonably priced, this is my fave Tex-Mex in Killeen by far

Running Deep

We’ve driven by Masfajitas in Killeen numerous times and today, we finally stopped to give it a try for lunch on Wednesday. We got there around 11:30 am and were the first ones in the door. By the time we left, the place was busy, but there was still no waiting for a seat. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff was friendly and smiling. Our server, Crissy, was friendly and attentive. Chips and salsa appeared at the table as soon as we sat down. The chips are thin and crisp and were even warm when we got them. The salsa was very good, flavorful with just the right amount of spice. They brought two small dishes of salsa for the two of us, and we still asked for more! For our meals, we got the Carne Asada and Cheesy Beef Burrito. They do have a lunch menu with a nice variety, but we ordered off the regular menu. Bottom line, the food is very good. The burrito was stuffed with Fajita beef, onions, peppers, pico de gallo and Monterrey cheese and comes with a side of Queso Blanco. It also comes with a side of rice and beans. I loved the burrito and will get it again…. of course, there are a lot of other items on the menu that I want to try! My wife really liked the Carne Asada plate. It was a good portion of meat with a side of rice and beans. Even though the meat is good by itself, the plate also comes with flour tortillas and all the fixings to wrap it up. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the refried beans are great. There is nothing negative that I can say about the meal! If you are craving Mexican food and are in Killeen, give Masfajitas a try. Based on our experience, you will not be disappointed. This is much better than the flashy Mexican food chain restaurants in the area. We can’t wait to go back!

Was a wonderful meal - service was great and the drinks were amazing

The only thing I think to make this restaurant outstanding is: (1) the cleanliness. Make your (2) male and female bathrooms cleaner. You're floors need to be cleaner. When I eat in a restaurant I don't want my shoes to stick fast to the floor bc a previous visitor spilt food on the floor. Normally when I eat in a restaurant if the restaurant isn't up to par on cleanliness it is a big turn off to me. When I see this "I often think how clean is the kitchen". Your food is very delicious and wait staff is very accommodating and friendly. The staff at the front desk to welcome you coming into the restaurant is very friendly. We have never been in the restaurant when it is super packed with people. I see that maybe the help could do something when not busy to make your restablishment outstanding, or if that is not an option you hire a new janitor to do this job daily. We have eaten lunch and dinner both there. The music is not blasting so you able to talk easily. You might consider having dancing in the isles. You can't find restaurants that have a band or decent taped music playing in the background that is non-smoking in Killeen. Your restaurant is quite large maybe this might give you a larger customer base. Food for thought.

Third time here, service was great! After searching miles around for good Mexican food, this is my go to. Prices reasonable. Big Red margarita...haven't had one in years! Will be back! Sammie and Rebecca were great!

This is an average Mexican restaurant that has a good variety of options. I recommend the fajita meat and charro beans. Their kid menu is also has good options. I did get sick one night after eating a salad with cold shredded chicken so I would suggest to ask for the grilled fajita meat if you decide to order a chicken meal. The chips are thin and fresh but very greasy. Prices are standard. The house made margarita is stronger than the top shelf margarita. My kid loved the lemonade and cheese quesadilla.

I gotta say the food was great but the service DEFINITELY NEEDS some work!!! Walked in to pick up an order and waited for over 10 minutes and still had to ask someone for help (and there were 4 employees by the bar 2 of which were looking at a cellphone laughing at something and then they all just went into the kitchen NEVER acknowledged that we were there!). The manager and one of the servers (I'm assuming maybe an assistant manager) were nice and did end up giving us a coupon for a free queso and salsa on my next dine in visit but I'm not sure that will be happening if the service doesn't change!!! The food was a good portion and reasonably priced! Also, the hostess was AMAZING and seemed to be doing most of the running around!

We had been coming here since the beginning of the year 2025 , at first we loved it, we had a good server, the food was great, the second time was ok. Unfortunately the nice server didn’t work there anymore, the food was ok, it was not that good as the first time, and this last time that was our third and last one it was horrible, the food was so bad, it didn’t had any flavor at all, and the server that we had she was rushing (It was not even close time ) so I don’t understand why she was rushing us to eat, but we couldn’t eat in peace, it was a very bad experience. Never again, so if your planing to come here I will recommend you doing more research and go to another Mexican restaurant. Not worth it!

The food and service at this restaurant were absolutely outstanding, our server was attentive, friendly, and the meal was excellent from start to finish. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the manager, Alisha (I believe that was her name). She hovered over the staff the entire time, micromanaging and watching them like they weren’t capable of doing their jobs. It was uncomfortable to witness and honestly distracting. The team was clearly doing great without the constant supervision, my service and food were both exceptional, but the manager’s behavior created a tense and awkward atmosphere. It’s disappointing when such a talented staff and great kitchen are undermined by poor management presence. I’d love to come back, but I sincerely hope Alisha learns to trust her team, they’re doing an amazing job without her breathing down their necks.
