Stop in this location for my first time Jace the manager was super busy. He took my order made my pizzas and was waiting in my truck he actually brought my order out to me as soon as it was done. Like to say you just don't see service like this anymore will make this our only spot to order from now on.

I will never eat at another pizza place again. It's the only one my kids will devour. I've had great experience with people always upbeat and if there was any long wait time or a problem they were not rude. And my favorite person there is a manager I think her name is wonda she always has a great attitude and always laughing with me and other customers. This is the best location I will never go anywhere else. Good job little ceaser

Every time I order from this location the pizza is very good. . But tonight... The pretzel pizza ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!! WOW!! BEST PIZZA I'VE HAD IN A VERY LONG TIME!! GREAT JOB!!

I have been going there for over a year now and I have always gotten great customer service and for the price you can't beat the price. the location and a drive thru always best customer service. I will never buy another pizza any where else.

I am very selective with my local Little Caesars Pizza joints. This one is by far the best Little Caesars you'll find in the Killeen area. I have no complaints of the staff. Pizza is always looking delicious and they have CRUSHED RED PEPPER! huge plus. Also, the drive thru is clutch. Can't beat that.

I went back in and spoke to the manager and he made it right and refunded the sauce so I've upped this reviews rating. He also told me they would do a remake if I ran into the same problem in the future. I got their lunch special. It was so dry it was like cheesy bread because there was little to no sauce involved. So I went back inside and pulled the cheese back and showed them there was like no sauce and they didn't care. So the only option I had was to get charged almost $2 more for a lot more extra sauce than I needed. I get charging for extra sauce but only if I actually need extra sauce. I didn't need extra sauce I just wanted some sauce on my pizza so I wasn't choking on it. When I told the guy behind the counter they could count on a one-star review he said that sounds great.

Always have to wait even on call in orders, inconsistent with preparation of the food pizza not cut all the way, over cooked

First off I'd like to say I chose this little ceasars in the past over the others in my town due to the pizza quality typically tasting better so maybe it was an off day for the location. The employee who answered the phone when I called my order in seemed annoyed by having to take the call and did not represent the establishment well at all. After I paid for my order she stated I can park in front and someone will bring my order to my vehicle so I did that and waited but no one came out so I went in after about 10 minutes and the girl who answered the phone and took my payment at the drive through window came around and grabbed my order and set it on the table and walked away. I did not expect the service to be amazing in the first place but I was still taken aback by how generally uninterested in her job the employee came across as. "If you don't like the job you have then what do you do it for?" -NF. When I got home and opened my pizza boxes one of them was fine but the other looked shabby and was essentially ruined due to the lack of care provided on behalf of the establishment. The pizza in the picture above zwas not horrible tasting on the on the still flat side. The bent half had the cheese peeling of a was so mushed together it was not worth eating or $5. The other pizza was uneffected and tasted better. Still overall a disappointing visit.

Pizza was delicious but I paid for extra mushroom. I’m not a Karen but you be the judge, does this look like extra mushroom? And once you leave and eat especially I didn’t want to call and complain but I felt like, well I was already tasting the delicious EXTRA mushroom, Extra cheese (which it had), but was sadly disappointed with my pizza. So I’m eating it because it’s good but I’m like asking my husband “is this extra mushroom?” And he’s such a guy and is like “I don’t know”. He got his own pizza and is totally happy with his results, i was jealous, cause he got what he ordered all the cheesy pepperoni Italian sausage goodness and I was sad because I LOVE MUSHROOMS on my pizza and I was eating it and thought I’m just hungry but NO they didn’t put extra mushroom. So do I ever return? I saw my receipt and it was correct and assumed my pizza was correct so yeah. Here’s my receipt and some pictures. I didn’t want to go into the store complaining. (I’ll just complain her right lol) Don’t get me wrong it is good pizza I’ll be back. IT WAS YUMMY but where are my extra mushrooms. LITTLE CEASARS CREW SLOW DOWN I KNOW YOUR TRYING TO BE FAST AND THANK YOU BUT SLOW IT DOWN a teeny bit. Next time I have faith that y’all will get it right. Good service here, great tasting pizza here but my order was wrong in my opinion. Look at this pizza y’all don’t it look delicious?! Yeah it’s yummy. I like this location. Hopefully next time they will put my extra mushroom. I’m fine, I’m fine.
