Coffee Spill

Sat in the drive through for a good 15 min, ordered a bagel, 25 glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins and a hot caramel macchiato. I received an ice coffee, 25 everything but chocolate and glazed munchkins & the bagel tasted like rubber. I noticed the coffee so the lady told me to pull over so she can get me my hot beverage and I was able to keep the cold one as well. Sat there for another 8 min until I received my caramel macchiato. On a bright side, the coffee was actually pretty good but all together it was a poor experience.

They straight up just suck like the quality of food/service blows my mind. At first I thought it was because they be busy but even when it’s slow they are slower and they somehow don’t know how to just be decent

This is a breakfast spot mainly so you would think they would put pep in their step knowing people are getting to work etc , then after waiting near 10 mins cause the girl is going back and fourth with my card they made wrong order she was probably trying to scam me very disappointed just wasted 10 mins , late to my destination and didn’t get my medium hot coffee do better

I went here and already the place was very dirty. Then the front lady was very rude from the beginning of the order. After we ordered she gave the coffee straight out of the kettle and didn’t add anything, it was also very cold and had no taste after being told what to add. Then she gave us attitude and started making a moody face at us, when we told her it was cold. Then she finally brewed the coffee and made it, also the other lady came to her and whispered something bad about us in her ear. This is the worst area to get coffee or food, I am absolutely disgusted. When we came there where 0 cars and it was the most busiest time, this is the reason the store looses customers and no one comes. Don’t come here try a better place.

LITERALLY 5 employees including what I could only assume to be managers sitting around in here when LITERALLY WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN HERE and no one helps us or even acknowledges us in the 10 plus minutes that we have been here. WOW WOW WOW... If not for my oldest granddaughter having her heart set on this today we would have left. But she's gonna have to come up with a different ice cream location in the future because since my family wasn't that important to yall then yall surely aren't that important to us. Thanks for the memories ✌️

All the Chipotle hashbrowns were good there was maybe 5 hashbrowns in the cup. It was maybe quarter fillled and for 5 bucks is little high for that amount. Smh

Waited and waited. One order in front of me. No one ever acknowledged me saying ill be with you in a moment. After 15 minutes walked out. Went next door to smokey jos . Got our food and was eating when the people in front who had been waiting at dunkin walked out. Horrible customer service. I wont be back

Waited 20 min for kolaches and to be told they were out of the croissant stuffer I ordered. Only came here bc kids wanted ice cream and nothing else was open for ice cream early. There is a wonderful local donut and kolaches place next to Marcos pizza on Stillhouse, never again

Ordered loaded hashbrowns, which normally have a good amount of queso to where i need a fork. These had barely any queso at all. Even if they would’ve had enough queso, i didn’t get a fork either. They didn’t give me my stuffed bagel bites, and they also gave me bacon wake-up wraps instead of the sausage ones that I asked for. How is it so hard to fulfill a simple order correctly?

I am so fed up with going here. Asking for a simple XL midnight coffee 6 cream and 6 sugar instead I get straight black coffee that doesn't even taste like the midnight which is literally the only thing i get. It tasted like they need to be shown how much coffee going in the coffee maker This happens eight out of ten times I am so fed up clearly, the employees don't give a shit it's obvious i mean no customers where there i was the only person like come on if yall can't even do this job then what can you do. I've been nice and repeated myself politely every single time. But this morning at 4:30am was the last straw I will not be going back to the dunkin and I most definitely won't be going back to the one in Harker heights

First time trying out Dunkin Donuts. The turkey egg sausage was gross. The hash browns were so oily I couldn't eat them. Only decent thing I got was my caramel signature latte'.

Placed an order through the kiosk. Saw my name on the tv screen saying order is being prepared. About 6 minutes later it moved over to order is ready. I ask if I can get my order and the rep behind the counter said it's not quite ready yet. I wait about another 10 minutes and ask again to be told that one of the items is not available if they are able to substitute it. Almost 20 minutes of just standing there to at the end not receive anything. The rep was polite and kind and I got a refund. But still very unfortunate with bad communication.

How something can be simultaneously burned and rubbery soft at the same time is a new feat that only THIS Dunkin location has managed to achieve. As someone who is from the east coast and grew up on DD, this location in Harker Heights has to be the absolute worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of wasting money at. There hasn’t been a single time where they have remembered cream cheese when a bagel & cream cheese is ordered & we have not had to go back to the counter and ask for it again… The seasonal donuts are ALWAYS “sold out”. The cashiers have never once had a good attitude, today they were simply asked what kind of breakfast meats they had in a wake up wrap, and the deadpan, eye rolling reply of “sausage… bacon… turkey sausage…” should have been ended with a “duh” with the amount of expressionless teenage sarcasm dripping from the end of the sentence. We also ordered a cold brew coffee with 1 light splash of a flavor. Iced coffee came as a syrup drink with a splash of coffee. Even the label said “2 pumps” of whatever flavor… they don’t listen very well do they? The bagel was probably the worst I’ve ever eaten from there, and I order a bagel at every dunkin I patron. It tasted like unmixed yeast, burned everything topping, cold rubber tire, & soured cream cheese all at the same time, which I never thought was possible! Do yourself a favor, drive to another donut shop… ANY OTHER donut shop, anywhere in the whole tri-state area just to be certain you avoid this horrible excuse for a shop. This store alone gives the whole Dunkin chain a bad name. Hopefully they open a better one in Temple, TX & shut this one down, or fire everyone on staff and start over trying to salvage their reputation here.
