My fave fast food place to go to. We usually get the Biggie Bag x2 for our family of 5 (minus baby). Get a small frosty to top it off! Even their salads are good. Love the service here at this location!
Drive through is extremely fast, and efficient. Even when the line is obscenely long, the wait time is maybe 10 minutes 15 tops. Inside is a little less efficient, but nothing that you can't get over. Food quality is always on point, and hot, and they do take requests! {Hint: ALWAYS ask for hot French fries.. it does make a difference, trust me.) Lastly, the staff is always friendly and they always wish you a good day. May seem miniscule to some, but true customer service is a rarity unfortunately; glad that Wendy's still believe in this practice.
This Wendy's truly has a gift for making customers feel comfortable. Food was great and I didn't have to wait very long after I placed my order. Infact, food was ready before my large fountain was filled to the very top. It was like I poured my drink in an hour glass. Nevertheless, this Wendy's is top tier.
I've been to this Wendy's before and have always had great service. My only complaint is my complaint about some fast food. They go up on the prices (which I can understand,) but the food is downsized. I remember how big the burger and buns used to be. I also miss that apple dessert they had years ago. It would come in this black bowl with a clear top and some kind of sweet sauce over it. I wish they still had that, but overall, the food is still good.

My Favorite Wendy's. Bar None. My order is NEVER wrong. Food ALWAYS right. No complaints EXCEPT FOR THE RESTROOM. They need to do RECONSTRUCTION for the entire restroom area. UNACCEPTABLE. Other than that, 5 STARS.
I had a great experience at Wendy’s, even as someone who doesn’t eat beef! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The fries were hot and crispy, and my salad was fresh and full of flavor with plenty of toppings. The food is okay. The service is either fast or slow. Depending on who is in the front taking orders. If they have two cashiers and a person taking orders out, trust me the service will be fast. Sometimes the person in the sandwiches might be slow. The place is mostly clean. But I've noticed that when there is a lot of people, they do take longer and well it might be full and not very well cleaned. Some managers are nice, some just don't care. This place might not be the best but it is way better than other places.
Just left Wendy's. The food was hot, service was excellent. Not a long wait at all. The staff working tonight 01/24/25 at 9:51pm are on point. Best visit ever.

They always run out of Food (Fries, Nuggets, Salads, etc), Napkins, Cup Holders, Straws, Sauces... Whenever they're out of something, they end up being out of everything I try to substitute it for. The customer service is trash. It's close to home and sometimes the quickest, easiest option. However, I'll just have to find somewhere else. The only thing good I can say about them is that they are in a decent location and atmosphere.
This Wendy's, I am disappointed ☹️ to say, does not hold all of the same prices and specials as the one on the television. This location is private owned I was informed by the cashier when I asked if the price of "four for $4" specials had been increased to $5 everywhere or just at this location. The food was serve quickly and hot. The drink machine held more than 15 choices. The dining area was clean.
While my experience at this Wendy's location was disheartening, it is important to acknowledge that there are countless establishments that prioritize customer satisfaction, running their businesses with efficiency and genuine care. This is a standard Wendy's chain restaurant. The neighborhood the restaurant is in is bad, crime infested and generally unpleasant, but the restaurant interior looks a lot better and cleaner than one might expect. Service was pretty quick and the burgers and fries are decent. The patrons in this place made me feel uncomfortable though and I would not come back unless I had no other options. Perhaps the drive through is a better suggestion. All in all not terrible, but definitely not a good experience.
Ordering was quick but getting the simple egg biscuit took a bit long. They forgot about me. Restroom was secure, and clean.

The French fries had more black ends from potato eyes than not, and were really not very good. Service was fast and friendly, and the store was clean.

Okay truth be told they were quick very quick but they need to see what's up with those nuggets somethings not right or there not cooking them properly. The biggie bag bacon burger was eh the bacon sucked. The food needs to be checked or tell the cook to relax because what the heck my bacon shouldn't be hard to bite into.

The driest Wendy's burger I Have ever had in my life, I had come here a couple months back late night and the burger was dry then but I gave them some slack and thought maybe it was because it was late but then I go again today with my mom and was served the driest patties known to man can't even finish the burger, I'd stay away from this particular Wendy's if you like your burgers juicy. Disappointed .
Walk-in and drive-thru are extremely slow. If you don't have time to spare, I do not recommend this location. I spent 20 minutes just waiting to order my food and then be asked if I ordered something completely different. Not too mention the drive-thru needs a serious steam cleaning. My order was correct when I got it but my fries were half cooked clearly cooked in old dirty grease.
The Managet was taking orders and was very rude and stinger about Blue Cheese sauce. Said i would be charged 1$ per packet unless i was getting it with different “saucy” nuggets. I was getting nuggets and this is the first store to ever try and up charge me so much for a sauce ever…. She was curt and not kind to the point of being rude. Never have i felt power tripped on so hard at a wendy’s. Most are cool and nice people this manager on the 12:30pm Saturday shift needs to become a different thing because power is her desire not service. So, I went for the burger day deal, have not been in Wendy's for a year. There was a line of cars, so I waited 10 minutes in line just so they tell me that the deal is on the app. (No thank you, no need for junk on my phone to save $) I ordered a Dave's single meal with the pomegranate lemonade. I paid $14 and everything was really bad. The lettuce was wet (rookie),the signature "beef" taste is gone, the fries very mushy and tasted like mashed potatoes, the extra expensive lemonade was just half sugar, half lime juice, very disgusting flavor. I used to love this place, it seems like some things changed as it was the worst meal I ever bought at Wendy's!
My first time here there was a long drive through line but still I went inside to order. I waited 20 minutes before asking for my food and they said it would be out soon. After another 15 minutes I went to the front and they told me they had already given me my food only to find it order still waiting on the screen. Instead of apologizing they gave me a refund completely unprompted. Today I wait in a long line only to find the we’re only expecting cash and only hade a sign in the drive through after you’d entered the drive through. Disappointing to say the least
Visited this location yesterday ordered $50.00+ worth of food.... asked for ranch & was given only 1 ranch for 4 meals!!! Asked for more at the window & was charged by FREDMAN or LEONEL 25 cent per ranch. I do NOT see a limit RULE illustrating such. MADNESSS! DO BETTER! & Stop catching an attitude when customers are asking for services your job entails.
Manager was super rude, refused to let me use the restroom until after I paid for food. Welcome to California. If she has been kind and understanding, I would’ve purchased more food and given 5 stars just because she was nice. I paid .28 cents so I could comply with their policy, use the bathroom, and went to eat somewhere else.
I'm always going to give this Wendy's a low rating because I've seen them have employees outside in the blistering heat scrubbing the GROUND with a toothbrush in all honesty. I was mortified. I had to buy the individual a cold beverage. I reported it to the manager who didn't seem to care and the employee was so scared to lose their job saying it's okay don't say anything they always treat them this way. That's inhumane. When I spoke to the manager they were like well corporate tells us to do this. Wendy's you should be ashamed. People matter. This gigantic corporation can afford a cleaning service for outdoor needs on their grounds. I personally don't eat here anymore although I do go here with other people I know who indulge in this place still. You can't control others only your own moral compass in life. DO BETTER WENDY'S! EMPLOYEES MATTER!
One day I came to this Wendy's and had asked to use, the restroom, the told me i had to buy something, at this time i had no cash on me but thats besides the point. I kept telling them it was a emergency and their response was " you still hae to purchase something also the crew seemed very rude . Also it seems like they make you wait a full 5min before taking tour order at the drive thru.
I haven't been to a Wendy's In quite some time. The order was taken appropriately and delivered in a timely manner. The dining area was pretty empty and a pigsty. There were maybe eight cars in the drive thru consistently. Behind the register was as bad as the dining area or worse. One worker did have a broom and swept the work area to the back of the store. The manager was also assisting orders. Both ketchup barrels we're empty. They were out of BBQ, & honey mustard sauces. I stayed for an hour(9:15-10:15 pm),& nothing was done about the dining area. One customer did decide to take a nap by the television. Food was great, but not a good dining experience.
Agitated employees will be the downfall of any business. The drive through employee was too aggressive for me 4/16/2025 10:10pm. I will never give somebody like that my money and trust them with my food. Ha! If you don’t like your job, quit? Not the older employee, his is very respectful. This was the young employee.
The young man with the blond and pink hair working the drive thru at this location was extremely rude and condescending. I received the incorrect order, and instead of correcting their mistake in a timely manner and sending me on my way, he completely dropped the ball and missed the opportunity to provide decent customer service.
During a family visit to a Wendy's restaurant yesterday evening, we encountered several concerning issues regarding cleanliness and food safety. Upon entering, the staff was courteous and our order was prepared promptly. However, the restroom was in an unacceptable condition, with a wet floor of unknown origin and an overflowing waste receptacle containing used toilet paper and seat covers. Additionally, the dining area was visibly dirty and the trash cans were full. Following our meal, three out of the four family members who consumed the chicken nuggets experienced stomach discomfort and multiple episodes of excessive visits to the bathroom throughout the late night and into the early morning. This suggests a possible correlation between the chicken nuggets and our subsequent illness. Based on these observations, I would strongly advise against patronizing this particular Wendy's location due to the unsanitary conditions we encountered.
If I could rate zero, I would. The food was terrible. The buns on my burger were hard. My stomach hurt so bad that night and woke up vomiting the next day. My friend ate his food super disgusted because he hates wasting food and money. We were not pleased at all by the food or the many selections of beverages that taste like carbonated soda water. I will never ever ever do Wendy's again or at least not this particular location.

The fries we both got were dry and stale but warmed. Ordered the Cinnabon treat and it must've been days old and inedible. Absolutely disgusting to think you'd treat the public or public servants out here working for our community like this, how could you serve me that as a meal. Honestly, if you don't like your job, don't take it out on paying customers. So disappointed! Called to speak to a manager and no one picked up the phone.
They gave me a plain chicken biscuit, and the biscuit was hard. They did it on purpose because I asked for lunch. It was like 10:10am and the lady said breakfast only. I said got lunch at breakfast time at other Wendy's. She had a attitude because I said that. When I got to work this what I got plain hard chicken biscuit. I will never go to this Wendy's again. This the second time they did me like this I wont give them a 3rd chance. I go to other Wendy's they give me lunch at breakfast time.
It was a whole fried a** bug in my food and they had the nerve to look at me crazy and not give me my money back like oh we need the food💀. Yeah alright that’s cool besides that call to corporate cause the offices are closed today on a Sunday I’m calling the health department. Also whoever bought the breakfast potato wedges 07/16/2023. You all got fried beetle flavor seasoning. DON’T BUY *hit here

The problem was they didn't mark which one was spicy 🥵. After I ate mine I told him it wasn't very spicy and to try his when he did some oil or something shut out of it and burned the inside of his mouth. So apparently he got the spicy one when I told them this they said since he ate two or three bites they will not replace it. All I wanted to tell them is they should Mark the special ones so people will know which one is which. I understand they get busy but it just seemed like when I brought this up to the manager's attention. He looks like I was just trying to get something for free. I think the manager should take a little bit more time and listen to what the customers are really saying before they make snap judgments.🙁 I know there are people out there that are just trying to get things for free. But that doesn't mean you have to throw all your customer service right out the window. Try to do better please 🙏
