Definitely one of the top chain restaurant choices in Hemet. The service is exceptionally friendly, the food is great. If you know the typical 🌶️ menu, you know what you like. The facility has a clean compfy bar area with additional high tables. The restaurant area is clean as well, - it takes sometimes patience to get seated. And don't feel ashamed to ask anyone to clean the bathrooms more often on busy days......(A small wink towards the Manager might be a positive thing to do. It wouldn't be perfect if everything is perfect.) 🙏💞🙏

I usually do curbside pickup, so I can’t speak too much on the atmosphere of the joint.. but they continue to please me as they always have my food ready at the appropriate pickup time. I have to say dinner last night was spectacular. We ordered the three for $10 meals. The portions were large and the value was incredible. Two adult meals for $27 with the tip. We got there about 5:30 and was seated right away. Normally there's a wait. The service was great, the food was fantastic. We even had leftovers. Thank you so much for the great experience!!!

Because of this location being in Hemet I was hesitant of dining here. The city is Ugly nothing to do with Chillis; but I must say this is the best Chillis I have ever been to! We went there to host a little party for our friend's birthday. The food was really good and they were generous with chips and salsa, our sides, and kept our lemonade refills coming. I even tried the Dragon fruit lemonade which was also quite delicious and refreshing. I believe our waitress was Marisol and she was fantastic! She was patient, kind, personable, and on top of things! She anticipated our every need and went beyond that. The waitress you dream you will get in real life! We never even once had to ask her to keep our drinks refilled. She just did it as if we were the only table she had to service...which in actuality they were quite busy! 😊🥰 My 88 year old friend was quite touched when she brought her an extra side of fries after she accidentally peppered her fries instead of salting them...lol! But, even then Marisol was on it! We all got some version of the 3 fors...it even came with soup or salad besides the fries and drink. Great value and the food was good too! Came here for lunch with a party of 5 people. The menu covered a wide variety of options for both food and drink. They have specials various days of the week for decent prices. The service was amazing, the lady we had was attentive and friendly. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and items. Food was fairly timely and good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Total tab was around $100 with the tip. Only opportunities I would say is more handicap parking as none was available and that the Ziosks at the tables function appropriately. We had to wait several minutes to pay the bills because they were not working.

I came here to celebrate my birthday. Even though they are short staff and was a bit of a wait to be seated I had a great time.

Usually when I eat chili, I get beans and crackers as a complete meal. I was told that crackers does not go with chili. I remember in the past, having crackers to cool off the chili. I was told crackers were considered a side. Well, the group I was with (5 in number) 3 ended up with a soup side order. Did I get my chili , that being a soup, no. I ordered extra onions to go with the chili, the onion side turned out to be a purple onion. Did get my chili when the others got there main course. The waiter did tell me just about 2 minutes before everyone got their main course - they did not have any crackers. Would garlic toast be alright? I like garlic toast so I figured, I will try it. The Chili was really good. There could of been beans with it. Everyone's food looked great. The various waiters and servers were extremely helpful. I don't get why a friend of mine had to use the table machine for credit cards when everyone else paid with cash. The waiter could have taken her card with her receipt, as well. Finally went into a Chili's Restaurant and I will go again. The music playing in the background was great, just a tad too loud.

The food was good. We had classic chicken crisper with French fries, one person had mac and cheese, and another had a salad. One person ordered a big messy cheeseburger with fries, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We shared chips and salsa.

Had a long wait time and they billed us incorrectly for the 3 for 10.99 and 2 for.7.24 25 meal by charging additional for the soup and other menu items. Not good experience. 3-1-22 Update This visit was not any better. The start was good then they brought out food that was cold. John the server was good. 12.4.24 quick bite and some drinks. 9-22-24 Back at it for another smashburger on a Sunday after 7pm, which started to get busy; guess were not the only ones eating out on Sunday. Staff always on point and work great as a team with drop off and refills The smashburger was good and the watermelon tea was decent; make sure to stir before drinking to get the syrup to mix. On the 3 for me $11 menu - pay attention to the extra charge for loaded mash potatoes and roasted street corn with flavor. Restrooms were clean even a few hours before closing 9-11-22 pretty consistent visits now the three for 11 meals are pretty good and a good value. There will be some wait time for pickup expect 20 minutes or so but they seem to be sort staff and working really hard. The burger was really good as well as the new chicken tender type sandwich along with the fries and sides definitely will continue to come back. Be careful with the upsells they're not mentioned as an upsell until it comes time to pay 2-22-20 Got the fajita's and the they're great for $12 2-15-2020 Update...The wait time is no joke during the weekends. Update as of 4-2019...Our server was excellent, plenty of refills and add-ons for our table and this was peak dinner time during a Tuesday evening. Chips and salsa were nice; being they were warm; cause who doesn't prefer warm chips. The burger was of better quality than their competition that does the bottomless fry thing (think similar to blue bird). Speaking of fries, these were well seasoned. Try the 3 for a 10 offer, there's value there.

Let me preface this by saying I didn't realize I hadn't reviewed them before so will do another in the future for sure as we frequent this location and I definitely think today's food was a fluke and will not affect us eating here again. Now, with that being said we were super bummed tonight when we received our order (via door dash) to find that the big mouth bites in both the triple dipper and my bf entree were practically raw (we threw the patties in the air fryer and did end up eating them and door dash did make a partial credit), and the egg rolls in the triple dipper could've also used a bit more cook time. Otherwise the rest of our items were great (2 sides of mac n cheese, 2 sides of corn, fries, mozzarella)... we order via door dash probably 3+ times a month and go in person 2 times a month usually... so suffice it to say we do really like it. The service and food quality are both pretty consistent, really enjoy seeing some of our regular servers over the years.

My wife and I went to chilli's for the first time for dinner it happened to be her Birthday so she was wearing a birthday headband/ tiara and we order our food and before we were finish with our meal the staff came out and surprise my wife by singing her happy birthday and gave her an ice scream dessert I thought it was a nice gesture until I saw the check and I was charged for "table entertainment" and ice scream dessert" so they took it upon themselves to add it to the check when we didn't ask for it in the first place. food was dried out fries were soggy very unedable they chili cheese fries and the cheese is so dried u cant barley tell its their and its all stuck together very stale

I ordered a to-go order and ordered the lime carne asada.... And I literally got four pieces of meat for my order.... And they missed some of our order .. I will never go here again

Poor service. Only 2 people working the front. Dinning area not open at 2:45 everyone being told to just sit on bar side. Extremely dirty floors, tables and window area not cleaned very well, and card reader on table full of dust and other unknown sticky substances. Food quality very sub par. This was a return visit after many disappointments at this location. Will not be returning.

Just had raw chicken here, tonight. Ordered the triple dipper appetizer. Boneless wing was clearly raw. I didnt notice til after I took a bite and chewed. Texture had me spit it out into a napkin. Beyond disgusted. They removed (comp) the appetizer from my overall bill ._.

I called very nicely to speak with the manager Judy Brooks. I mentioned how I regret asking for a refund but my food was not tolerable to eat. I have never in my life spoke to someone who was beyond rude. I have been calling corporate for two days now and it is not easy to get through the online process brinker.com. This woman is in the wrong business to manage a restaurant. I have a business of my own and so many of my clients mentioned that Chili’s had another 9 workers who quit because of bad management. I continue to come because I love the 3 for $10. Little did I know I was going to have a horrible encounter with the same rude person. Seriously, she is a horrible asset to your company. Please bring back your your kindness of a good reputation in Hemet. Thank you!

Gave me the wrong order. Didn’t notice til I got home. Name on the bag was mine but not on the container. Super annoying. I get it, was a mistake but sucks when u don’t have what you ordered and you already drove home

The food and our server were great! Where this establishment takes the hit is cleanliness and the managers lack of accountability. The wood dividers that separate the booths on the right side of the restaurant are layered in dust and it’s at eye level to most customers. I kindly asked the manager (when he came around asking how everything was) how often they wipe that area down because it’s really dusty and some were even sticky. His response was “maybe once a week.” MAYBE once a week is crazy. Why isn’t cleaning your restaurant surfaces part of a daily closing routine? Extremely unsanitary and makes me wonder what’s going on in the kitchen since we don’t see that area.

I ordered a smash burger to go WELL DONE and it wasn’t even cooked. Highly disappointed spent $100 I’m usually happy with their food but tonight was very disappointed

I am so pissed off just came from a event placed an to go order over the phone for some flat wings. Specific by saying please make sure that they are well done and not pink on the inside. Ordered half bbq and the rest plain with sauce on the side. I live five minutes from Chili's and the wings were cold hard and old what waste of time paying $22 coming here.
