The food and service here is fantastic! They keep the place clean and I haven't had to ask can the table or seats be cleaned which tells you a lot about a restaurant. I LOVE pancakes and this is the first IHop or any other breakfast spot I've been to where the waitresses are on point! These ladies get your food to you hot! Pancakes are best when they're hot with butter melting, they have been consistent each time I've gone and the pancakes are light, fluffy and melt in your mouth! I even asked for heated syrup and it wasn't a problem. I moved here a month ago and this will be a regular spot for me. Thank you to the whole staff.

Granddaughter and I went there to have our Special Breakfast for her was her Junior Cheeseburger, that was so massive when she tried to take a bite I could barely see the top of her head, lol. Her fries were perfect that I just had to ask her for a couple more. The waffle she wanted was awesome and of course we just had to put her favorite strawberry syurp on it. Then I started on my medium rare T-Bone Steak that was perfectky cooked along with the sunny side up eggs that was not snotty or the yellow over cooked, the Chef knows how to fry them eggs. Then I got me three of those warm pancakes that your butter can melt on, and then I started my special moat syurp extravaganza. In the middle of my pancakes I cut out a little round hole in the middle where I leave a little bit of melted butter, then I get all three of the syurps, the old fashioned, blueberry, and strawberry syurps and start filling up the hole with all three flavors at the same time. I keep eating the pancakes from the inside out until I get to the outer edges, and with my hot coffee I am in pancake heaven. Been doing that since I first tried IHOP in 1978, while I was in the Marine Corps, and stationed af Camp Le Jeune, North Carolina. Get alot of strange looks from the waitresses, and some laughs too. They always tell me they have never seen anyone eat pancakes like I do, I guess I am just one of a kind, lol. The service is always great there and leave them a $10.00 tip for putting up with me.

Im going to make this short. There's not much to say here in my opinion the service was Great-food was really good for what we ordered and the prices were more than reasonable. Will return and definitely hope others do as well!

The food was average. Took my grandson for birthday breakfast. Had to keep asking the watitress to bring things I ordered. Like whip cream that he wanted on the side, hasbrowns came out separate, and was burnt.

A busy Sunday about 12:45 pm, place was busy yet we were seated immediately. Service was excellent from the beginning! Food was great, and we were taken care of by a team of servers the entire time we were there. Our assigned server, Yarery, went above and beyond. A great place, we'll be back!

A bit of a mixed review yesterday I picked up a pretty large breakfast order, unfortunately some of my pancakes were burnt, and some of the food was cold I know mistakes happen. Decided to call the restaurant to let them know I was quickly passed over to the manager, Jesse Who was EXTREMELY helpful, considerate and very nice. She offered us to remake our items and in addition to something else on the menu great customer service every time I called even when replacing the items. And that’s something I can really appreciate ! Amazing service

We love the pancakes, omelets and other breakfast items. Today we came for "brunch". We had eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, with chocolate chocolate chip pancakes, and the fish platter. (Fish and french fries) The eggs, hashbrowns and the French fries were cold ☹️ the fish was outstanding. Light and crispy battered plump juicy fish. I was pleasantly surprised. Ooh, I have to mention the fantastic strawberry milk shakes 😋 old fashionef soda fountain worthy. Great specials. Our server was friendly and attentive, the dining area and restrooms were very clean. It was only a few minutes waiting for a table. After we were done with brunch it seemed the lunch crowd was here because the line was out the door.

They get a 4 star from me due to the way that they went to make a right out of a wrong. Simple story is that the wrong order was sent to the table. The server Sophia did an excellent job of correcting the situation in a timely manner. Our wait for the new order was very short and she was very courteous and professional. So a 4 star today! Always good food. We were able to make reservations for 9 people on father's day and did not have to wait at all at 9:30am. Server was a bit slow and irritated but after a quick talk with the manager we had a great breakfast. Manager was very good at her job and followed up with all guests. Food came out quick and did not have to wait for the check.

Zero complaints about breakfast, food was great and looked carefully prepared. Waitress was nice . However, won't be going back because $40 plus tip for only 2 people for breakfast is insane .

I go here almost every weekend for breakfast. Most of the time it's pretty great and the service is friendly but every so often the food doesn't come out quite right. I had ordered the chicken fried steak recently and it came out a bit too over cooked. I couldn't taste it over the burnt flavored breading. I told my waiter about it not asking for a new plate of food but just to notify the cook that it had been overcooked so it could be bettered in the future. The restaurant was very accommodating and friendly about it.

Went in for dinner place was almost empty service was slow. I would imagine that you would get better service when you and one other are the only customers in the whole place. I will have to get back in there when they are up to working standards and hopefully I can give them a better review.

We went in about 545 pm and the hostess was the waitress as well, the only waitress for at least ten tables of multiple people. The quality of the food was not worth the price I paid. My husbands ham was stale and cold. All we had to eat were 2 small portioned breakfast and a stack of pancakes which we paid in total over $60. Again the problem here is the quality and quantity of the food.

Food is ok, but the problem us what you get in portions and quality for what you pay. Let's face it, you can get pancakes anywhere. So your main dishes better be spot on. Service was good and staff was nice.

I love iHop and the servers and waitresses' were all great but the food was horrible. The food was clearly not fresh, it was tough and lukewarm as if it had been sitting under a lamp for hours. Definitely WOULD NOT pay 60 buck for that breakfast again.

The food was tasty and our waitress was really nice hence the 3 stars. However they were understaffed with only that one waitress being the reason for no more than 3. 9-15-2019 Pricing brought us in the door for the $7 per person meal before 7pm, so there's that. My fav's were the redskin mashed garlic potatoes and the broccoli which was cooked just right. The talapia was just ok, but could use a bit more sauce. The steak tips were chewy and not quite up to par, now I get it's only $7 but if it's not up to snuff; pull it from that menu although the sauce there was flavorful. Pass on the potato hash and go with the mashed. This place beats denny's hands down especially when you catch a special. Server was very quick and accommodating. 2018 - Ordered the burger and it was good for the $6 classic price but make sure to get the fries cause the onion rings arent unlimited. Also try the sweet tea.

Ordered our hash browns well done. Received typical hash browns. Server asked if we wanted them replaced, we said yes. The replacement was the same if not less crispy. When are server handed to them to us, she said "is this better?" Then we said "well it's basically the same." Then she proceeded to tell us "that was about as good as it's going to get." Then proceeded to mention "if we wanted them extra crispy it would just take too long." (????) When we were in there, there was only four to eight tables set all together. So they were definitely not too busy. It's not the end of the world not getting well-done hash browns. It's just frustrating the way it was handled. The best part was we were charged for the extra side of hash browns. I would like to add that the server was definitely very polite and did a reasonable job aside from that though.

Wonka pancakes there a 6 out of ten only gave me one wonka sauce needed atleast two. The wonka tacos was the best presentation 10/10 just needed the extra strawberries that were suppose to Be included. They were very busy and it seemed like food was made in a hurry. Best thing there was the Wonka Strawberry Hot Coco I recommend 10/10.

Getting good pancakes at this IHOP is a hit and miss. 2 out of 3 times our pancakes have been tough and hard to cut through. Also, my spicy poblano omelette had no poblano chiles because they were all out of them. However, I was charged extra for asking to add chile serrano which they didn't put any in it. They grilled a whole jalapeno and put it on the side :-/. Doesn't make sense to me that I was charged extra when I didn't get any poblano chiles in my "spicy poblano omelette". I will not return. Every time we go they are out of something and pancakes are not always good. Bad service, bad food, overpriced.

They know how to fool people into thinking the pancakes are unique, but really all they do is add toppings to regular pancakes. Yup, there's no specialty mixes except for protein pancakes or whole grain, the "specialty" line are basic with a side of toppings. Pretty disappointing. I remember why I don't visit here now... the staff had passive aggressive and moody vibes. No thanks.

About 3 weeks ago we waited twice as long as we should have for our food. Literally the entire order was messed up nothing was right everything under cooked. Crispy hashbrowns? White mushy potatoes. Not even cooked at all. Spent 40$ talk to them 3 times. 2 different managers always told we get refund never did. Ate there 1 to 2 times a week with family for last 6 months probably and now im calling my bank to get my money back for fraudulent activity. Now we remembered why we stopped going years ago. Thought you knew what you were doing again. But just another over priced dont care about their customer fast food dump.

I had shared my feedback with corporate about this visit but however, I’ll leave it here as well. As I was seated, it took them 20 minutes just to acknowledge me and ask what I wanted to drink. By the time I got the dang thing, it was watered down and was denied a fresh one when I had asked. In the meantime I ordered my food. Thought I’d have better luck with the food but no. The appetizer sampler was an atrocious mess and looked like they just took the food and threw it in the bowl and sent it out. Onion rings were undercooked, mozzarella sticks were stiff as 8 gauge wire and that’s stiff. Very dissatisfied with the service, and the quality of food/drink. I will be expecting a call back from management and I will be asking for a refund on this.

the waitresses here are rude and slow, but when it comes to their own ethnicity they are quick with it, if you are going to run a business you must treat all race equally not just your ethnicity. it took forever to get seated but when someone came in of their race they got seated quick. We also had to wait forever for our food but the people that came in after us got served first, and when we were ready to pay they took the other people's money before us when we were ready to pay before them. the waitress walked off so we had to call her back and said we were ready also and got an eye roll if u can't treat people equally don't work in a perfesonal place .

Only IHOP could mess up a $7.00 breakfast special by serving it cold—twice! This was especially frustrating since they claimed it was made just for me the second time. Disappointing Decline in Service I’ve been visiting this IHOP location since moving to Hemet 10 years ago, and unfortunately, the service has gone downhill over the years. A few months ago, I had a bad experience when someone in our party ordered food at the same time as the rest of us, but it wasn’t brought out until everyone else had already finished their meals. By the time the food arrived, he was upset and hungry, and ended up leaving with his breakfast in a box. Despite that, we decided to give this location another chance today, but I’m sad to say it was the final straw. We arrived around 8 a.m. and waited to be acknowledged and seated. After a noticeable wait, the person in charge of seating finally appeared. I politely requested a quieter area near the section she was serving, and her response was, “Well, I’m here by myself sooo…” — delivered with a clear attitude. This is not the kind of response you give to customers. It was rude and dismissive. I decided then and there to take my business elsewhere. When I informed her, “Okay, we’re just going to go elsewhere,” her attitude didn’t improve. She sarcastically replied, “Okayyy, bye.” This location has lost my business. After years of loyalty, I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

For only having 3 guests the services was horrible. The host had a smile the entire time but some how got my order wrong, even after she went into specifics of what fruit was in season. At the time we were the only ones there and to make matters worse when we, my daughter and I (she's 5), finished eating she came over and with a smile on her face said you need to pay the bill because I'm about to punch out and need to close my tabs. I felt like she was kicking us out and she didnt inform the other 2 parties. We weren't being loud or disrespectful and I wasn't going to make a fuss about it either so I got up paid my bill and on my way out my daughter said she had to use the restroom. We were in there for a while, about 5 to 10 min, then walked out and guess who was still working. Our hostess. I really don't know what that was about but I rather go to the good egg diner where they are actually welcoming, helpful, and food is way better.

They had one waitress who out of every table that was there told only us that we had to pay first before we are because she was Prejudice towards the way we looked ended up leaving without eating the meal there was no management to refund our money. Sad that they could do that to customers.

IHOP has gone waaaay downhill. We just came from breakfast and it came out cold! My butter wasn’t even melting on my waffle because it was cold, eggs, bacon and hash browns were all cold plus my order was wrong. It wasn’t just mine, my 3 kids food was cold also and it was not great. The service was ok at best, our server was not rude but clearly did not care much, I would have asked for the food to be warmed up and for a correction but she came back to our table for a second and walked away before I could even ask. Never coming to this ihop again. So sad, it used to be fun to take the kids.

My only issue my food is never ready when I make a phone order. They tell me 15 to 20 mins. I come in 30 mins after and still have to wait another 30. It's always the times I don't feel like cooking at home. I'll just go to Denny's or cracker barrel for now on.

So clearly they have no intention on coming out for curbside , to go. I end up having to go in and pick it up myself , and I left them at tip. So, pretty much you have to walk in to get served.

Mediocre at best, its what you expect at any IHOP at this point which is sad.Portions are small, cold, uncooked, and under seasoned. for the house of pancakes... Dennys does it better pancakes fall apart are some how undercooked and dry, its like eating clay it becomes mush in your mouth.Everything is bland,the "hashbrowns" if you can call them that look and taste raw there is no color to them,the sauages are gross slimey and cold.Coffee is probably the best thing they got. For 45 dollars for two people is insane for the terrible quality

Seriously, the waitress was ok but rushed us to order, they were not busy. The food was terrible. Bacon like rubber, crepes chewy couldn't swallow. The coffee, no flavor, watery. Not good

Disgusting. My coffee cup was dirty, I was given a clean one. Opened up my napkin with utensils in it and my knife had dried up food on it. I lost my appetite. Reported it to the manager and asked her to cancel my order. Will never stop there again.

Food was not cooked to order, had to return the food twice, before my wife and I left. We order our eggs over med, and twice they came back over easy. The hash browns were not fully cooked and the toast had no butter!

My mom and I waited 20 minutes to be seated and nobody came. My mom and I left two waitress saw us and did nothing. They were just talking and not paying attention. The restaurant was not packed at all. It was super empty. Please do not go there it has horrible service.

There were 3 ladies in my party and when we walked in there were several male employees standing around while 2 female employees were behind the reception desk handling some decorative pieces that they were intending to decorate around the restaurant. When they did not acknowledge us, even though I was using a walker and unable to stand for any length of time, I started to proceed into the restaurant. All of a sudden one of the ladies grabbed 3 menus with napkins wrapped around the utensils told us to follow her and proceeded down the aisle. I told her we would like to sit by a window but she replied, "you can't sit there* and proceeded to a half booth type of table at the very back of the restaurant laid down the objects in her hands and took off. We sat at a regular booth in the allotted area, which was 1/2 of the first area on the left side of the restaurant. While sitting and waiting two other tables of customers came in and sat down.. A waitress came and took our drink order and I told her we were ready to order but she walked away and said she would be right back. She apparently took the orders of the others because after she took our orders she served the other two tables before us and in fact we had to ask her when we would get our food. We waited a total of 50 minutes. When I asked what took so long she told us it was because they "had a large party in the back". My daughter and I split a biscuits and gravy with eggs, potatoes, sausage with a side order of bacon. I don't know what it was they called a biscuit but it was dry and so hard I had to cut it with a knife. We received a half filled small container of runny, tasteless gravy. The bacon was mostly raw so I just rolled it up in a couple of napkins and took it home for my dog. The other lady in our party ordered an omelet with toast. Her 4 halves of toast had a small amount of butter in the middle of each piece and only one small plastic container of jelly. Our waitress left and never came back to inquire if everything was OK. It was probably the worst meal I can remember eating. I was also disappointed because they no longer serve Swedish pancakes, a favorite of mine. Now they only offer crepes. The service was bad, the food was not any good and we felt uncomfortable. I would not recommend anything we had to eat. We will NEVER go there to eat again.

Currently still sitting and waiting for our food to come to the table. It's been more than half an hour and I see at least 2 tables that sat down after us eating for the past 5 min already. We had to ask the person that brought our drinks to get our server in order to place our order. We came in around 11:50. It's now almost 1 PM. Half the restaurant has left while we've been sitting and waiting. Edit: Food finally came. I got a dish with cheese and my melted cheese had already started resolidifying to the weird oily texture. I'm not sure how long they had it sitting under a warming lamp, but it was definitely lukewarm. The whole experience really sucked. We still left tip but I regret it after thinking about how we were served. Really disappointed.
