My personal go-to spot for salads, wraps, sandwiches, and practically anything else I might crave out of the All American/ Italian food genres. Everyone has to try the pink sauce (vodka sauce) absolutely out of this world!

This place is all around awesome. It practically has anything you could want to eat, always tastes fresh, and well priced! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served. There is a creative and tasty menu of wraps, paninis, heros, salads, and specialty plates, among others such as pizza, cold-cuts, soups, burgers......... you could literally eat 3 meals a day here for a month and never have the same thing twice. Pantano wins among its neighbors in value, taste, and diversity without a doubt. On top of it all, the seats are comfortable. Hungry? Yea. Go to Pantano's.

Awesome place, but this is not the one where they have the Mac Dadddy Hero which shows up on IG... but it did not matter. The guy there was super friendly, saw the ingredients and made it anyways and it was very good. Very relaxed atmosphere, super friendly staff, this place has been added to my go-to places even though I'm 40mins away

We visit Pantano's on weekends. Most of the times mornings. We like their selection of food. Everyone can pick something they like food is always fresh and tasty. Portions are good.

Just went to pick up an order. Got the price and when I payed with a credit card, there was a surcharge for using a credit card. Imagine going to a restaurant and eating and after you eat you get the bill. Then you decide you want to pay with a credit card and because you pay with a card the bill is a different amount.This is the first time this has happened to me in any restaurant I’ve been to. Food is actually decent but the surcharge was never disclosed on the menu I ordered from.

I've been a customer of Pantano Foods for three years now. WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG?!?!?!? EVERYTHING is delicious that I have ordered so far. No complaints at all. Delivery is on-time, food is hot, no surprises! Liquids are shrink-wrapped in cellophane to prevent spillage, which is a fabulous idea. They take EVERYTHING beyond my expectations. I used Pantano's to cater a non-profit charity bowling night and it was amazing! Running these events can be stressful to say the least, but knowing that Mike and his team had the food taken care of allowed me to focus on other aspects of the event, which was priceless. Their portions were very generous and delicious. Aside from using them for catering, I also eat my sons leftovers that he gets from them on Saturday mornings and have absolutely fallen in love with their Acai bowl! I saw them pushing it on the signs outside of the store but never would've gotten one - even after I saw it, BUT...after one bite I was hooked! Quick tip: ask them to add Nutella and you'll be in heaven. Thank you Pantano's!

Omg. Go for breakfast. Get the Philly Cheesesteak and add two eggs (over easy) with ketchup and mayo. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. The bread is soft and soaks up the delicious grease from the steak. When you take that first bite, make sure you hold it over the 2nd half on the plate because the golden deliciousness from the egg is going to run out and dribble all over the other half of sandwich. Try to hold your excitement as the condiments mix with all of the other amazing flavors (cheese, peppers, steak, egg). Take a swig of sweet tea and repeat until your plate is finished. Try not to lick the plate before you take it over and put it in the dirty dish area. A+++ 10/10 would recommend

One of my favorite places. Enjoy my breakfast here almost every morning. And sometimes lunch too lol. The family that owns is it so wonderful. And the staff is always friendly and going out of their way. Not to mention the food is always delicous. ;-)

Definitely my go to place for my guys lunch. The food is awesome. Unfortunately today, I did not have a good experience there. The Spanish employee who works the front counter made me and my guys feel less than what we deserve to feel like. It seemed that he was more interested in helping the young high school girls. He is a wise guy and always has something smart to say. Today he met his match. Unfortunately he doesn't know how to keep the sarcasm at a minimum. Definitely in need of better training. Sad.

This place is amazing! We got a Big Tony Wrap, a breakfast sandwich, and the Famous banana stack. Let me tell you, the pancakes are a must have. I have never eaten such delicious fluffy soft pancakes! The rest of the meal was really really good too. But the pancakes are to die for and the staff is very friendly!

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this place as I’m usually careful with delis , but lord if this isn’t one of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. For only $10 I got a bacon cheeseburger cooked perfectly and a wonderful size it was. Staff are friendly, environment is clean. Lovely

Planned holiday party of 65 + guests... Something easy, something hearty, something Satisfying... Of course.. it snowed all day... was worried the weather would lessen our list and we'd have a lot of food left over. End of evening... we had nothing!!!! Presentation was beautiful and the food was amazing! I didn't even specify what exactly I wanted.. Michael made us a menu, with lots of choices! This wasn't our first order from Pantano's and certainly wont be our last.. Consistently delicious! What started out as a Door Dash try became a favorite. Everything and I stress everything has been so yummy and fresh. From the Açaí bowls to the French toast... you name it. Then the staff tops it off with being super professional and friendly. They have a huge fan with me!

The other reviews are spot on. This restaurant not only offers the widest range of options, from baked ziti to deli sandwiches to omelets and burgers, but their varied selection is an excellent value across the board. Any entree from there is enough for two meals. Also, their service is super fast, am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. Incredible place.

The best in the area...Colleen and Big John and the rest of the staff are the best....go visit....UPDATE...called and placed a customized order on a frozen January night. Big John and crew were great as usual and our special heroes were superb. Thanks to all.

We wanted to get some begals, bu5 we where so hungry we saw Patanos and decided to try it out. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT. I dont regularly drink coffee, but when I do it's light 2 sugars and that's exactly what I got. 5stars. We ordered an Acail bowl - Fantastics. A big boy and sloppy Jo (Guiseppe). Bread FRESH nice and soft. Filling just as pictured in menu. My husband loved his BB and I my SJ. Restaurant is small but clean and the atmosphere relaxed some back ground music but everyone carrying on conversations and just enjoying the moment. Pricing is reasonable by today's standards. Definitely recommend this spot and we will be coming back in the future.

Had an appointment in the area, found this gem. Enjoyed my free cup of coffee while ordering (free coffee with breakfast item even thought it was afternoon). Had the sunrise quesadilla and the Italiano sandwich. Both large portions, tasty and well made. The service was very friendly and helpful, as we ate in made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Everything in display case looked fresh and appealing. Bathroom could be a little cleaner but that could have just been from others using it. When in area will get food there again.

I went to Pantano Kitchen for the first time yesterday and loved it!! I ordered a "larry panini" without the bacon and substituted it with Mozzarella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. My friend got the vegas panini. Our order didn't take too long to come. The Larry panini tasted really great and flavorful because it had shrimp in it which had alot of flavor to it. My friend's panini was good too but different because it only had veggies in. The staff was super nice and I will definitely be going there again! :)

French toast with well-done bacon is always a treat. Wish they would use Challah instead of Texas Toast, but this dish is served with a delicious cinnamon butter! Syrup is an option.

Try the rob but make sure they put the right amount of sauce it can be dry as can the coleslaw otherwise there's a plethora of choices none have ever dissspointed me. If the coleslaw was less dry I'd rate 5 of 5

I do take out here all the time. I get the Frank Sinatra wrap which is grill chicken and mozzarella. My family loves all the wraps they get.

Their food selection is crazy... I litetally have to take up to ten minutes to decide what I want... Lol. Regardless of the length of time spent on choosing a menu item, once you decide on your selection, you'll NOT be disappointed.

If you are looking for comfort food Pantano's is the place to go. Their creative wraps, sandwiches and paninis offer a plethora of options for a hungry stomach. If you are wondering what the food looks like check out their instagram. 9 times out of 10 the food tastes as good as it looks. They could use a little improvement with the speed of their delivery.

Good old school walk in food. Order at counter, sit , get served, go. Of course there is delivery and take out. I had banana pancakes which were very good. Their coffee is actually great as I drink coffee from all over. Would go back for a breakfast or lunch again. Easy parking as well

Great overall. Love that they deliver to Valley stream. Their brown gravy is is delicious I could drink it alone !!! My only recommendation to date is with breakfast orders that they wrap the toast in foil and not include it in the whole platter as the steams softens the bread and by the time we get it its soggy

Food is always good. Custimer Service was off today, because I finally said something about the fact that I ALWAYS charged more for my food than what it says on my menu. On top of that nobody mentions it when they ring it up. Three people behind the counter got an attitude with me, while pointing out that in tiny white print on the menu it says prices can change without notice. May be my last meal here. Don't like welly-nelly charging. They could easily charge me one price and their regulars another.

The hangover sandwich I got was decent. It was a little over priced for what I got, and all of the ingredients were slipped onto one side. There are other relies in the area where you can get a hungryman for the same price. I will be back to try one of the lunch specials. Will leave another review.

When this place opened, the food was excellent. Now i find it very disappointing....overpriced and the food declined. Just ordered the broasted chicken meal and it the chicken was oily and burnt. The pasta salad had an off taste that made me suspicious that it was turning. I think ill avoid this place for now on. Such a shame.

Walked in with my friend, he used the bathroom (single share bathroom), he walked up to the counter and notified the staff that there was no soap.. the staff member assured him it would be refilled. 20 minutes pass and I noticed another staff member walk into the bathroom, I had eaten my food by now (which was tasty and inexpensive) and I go to the bathroom. standing and waiting for him to finish and finally he leaves. I go to wash my hands and there's no soap, theu never put soap in the bathroom and this employee just left went to the bathroom and didn't use Any soap to wash his hands!

Ultra casual dining at best. The menu is like a local diner spread. Classic NYC options from breakfast to dinner including pancakes, EBC, chicken sandwiches, and burgers. The French toast was half cooked. You get two challah style slices with some sort of cinnamon syrup. I skipped the restaurant recipe syrup, it wasn’t the sweetest and was not going to help half done food. To add meat, they charge $4.75 and it wasn’t worth it. That also was under cooked. Half done bacon is not ideal for me. The burgers are flat patties on a huge bun. The toppings fill up the bun height wise. It come with fries. The battered kind. They are okay and you get plenty. The garlic bread with cheese was par baked. As in I need to finish hearing it up so the bread is toasted and cheese finishes melting. Strange but good portion for $4.95. This is a one & done. I don’t plan on returning.

The people are very friendly and the place itself looks pleasant. I had asked for a parm hero, and they were all out of hero’s. Never heard of that before. I then asked for a tuna panini. What I received was not a panini. The bread was so hard, I was afraid of breaking my teeth on it. The tuna was very bland, didn’t even taste any salt in it.

I ordered a breakfast platter and the home fries where burnt the bacon was burnt egg horrible I spent $18.00 plus tip just to throw it in the garage. Thanks alot!!! Absolutely disgusting great job guys

This Place Never gets orders correct. Anything you ask for on the side, you never get. Examples: extra dressing, mayo, ketchup. The person taking orders over the phone doesn’t know the menu. I don’t know how this place stays in business

I order from pantanos atleast once a week for me and my son and the food is usually excellent, but this week to my horror i found a STAPLE in my order of baked stuffed shells. I just thank god that it was myself who poked a hole in the roof of my mouth, and not my 8yr old....Plz keep ur eyes open before serving anything you didnt cook yourself to ur kids..

It was our second experience getting food from there .The first time we walked in and wanted to have a sit down meal ,but it was virtually impossible ,the lady who answered the phones was so loud,and cursing.We just got the food and left. The second time we called for delivery, the same lady answered the phone ,she was so rude..When she got my husband’s name wrong she said “whatever ,same thing “. Besides the food getting here late ,that is understandable because we know how busy it can get ,but deliberate rudeness is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from there again.

Horrible! I placed an order and it arrives almost 2 hours later. Then when I got my order I was missing a sandwhich. So I called back and they said they will deliver my missing sandwhich. I have been waiting over 30 minutes for my missing sandwhich. At this point I cancelled it. So not worth my time.

Just ordered dinner for the family. Was going to have it delivered but decided to pick it up since I didn’t want cold food however the food was still cold. The fries must have been sitting for hours because they were cold and chewy. Chewy fries? Also probably one of the worst cheese steaks I ever had. WORST! So I’ve had breakfast from this place months ago & I was pleased. Today, I ordered a sandwich that had a piece of hair in it while I was eating. As much as I enjoyed the first time, this will be my last time eating from here.

Got a salad and found a dead cockroach in it. I am Completely Disgusted. I called and asked for my money back and took a picture of the roach. The woman whom answered was very rude and said "its lettuce sometimes there's bugs in lettuce" no apology at all nothing and would not let me speak to the owner. I will never ever order from here again. disappointed because i work in the food industry and theu could have done so much better.

Wow! Just ordered the Ravioli, the sauce was so sweet, the salad was extremely oily and instead of giving a good piece of hero bread they gave me a piece of wheat bread that taste like the ones you get from a school cafeteria. Then they charge 2$ for delivery which I didn't know. Horrible food for 15$ NEVER AGAIN! So disappointing threw everything out.

I’m so greatly disappointed and disgusted. I frequently have been a customer of Pantanos and the food i received today was unbelievably bad. THE FRIES were very obviously old. They were wrapped in foil and yet completely cold, hard, and STALE. Their fries are usually delicious so this was a major let down. Then the meatballs in their hero were tasteless and lacked seasoning. This is my first negative google review because it was just that bad. Especially with the cost of uber eats these days, unacceptable and hugely disappointing.

We paid 24 dollars for two big boy heroes, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu there was no bacon, ham, or sausage at all it was only egg. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for the price we pay these days. I almost drove back for a refund. This place is a scam and we will not be returning. Good riddance
