saucy by kfc is honestly a vibe. the whole concept is simple but hits: crispy tenders + a ton of sauce options to mix it up with. i ordered ahead on the saucy app (**which, btw, seriously needs a major overhaul if anyone from kfc corp is reading this**). it kept giving me errors at checkout saying my pickup time was “in the past” (even though it wasn’t), and had me start over *three times* because it wasn’t save my cart items or my card info. no option for apple pay or anything convenient either, you have to manually type in your full card details every time, which is a real pain in the ass. once i got there, i had to wait a few extra minutes (wasn’t busy, just a couple cars ahead), but they fully made up for it and surprised me with double my order…win in my book. fries were seasoned perfectly, tenders were crunchy and NOT greasy and the sauce game is strong (sweet teriyaki and thai sweet ‘n spicy FTWWWW). feels like a sick updated take on “fast” food that actually delivers. definitely coming back to try more sauces. 1000% worth the stop if you’re in the area and want something fast but solid.

First time at Saucy and it’s pretty good. Not a KFC fan, however I may be a Saucy fan. Some spicy tenders on the menu would be nice. Kay was awesome and super sweet.

What an amazing experience. This is the new standard in chicken. The team were extremely helpful and guided me through the ordering process on the kiosk and their favorite sauces. I dined in with my fiancé and 2 daughters. Immediately met a kiosk. It was very easy to figure out what we wanted and how to check our cart for what we already had. The wait time was probably about 15 minutes, but we ordered almost one of everything on the menu and of course all of the sauces. The food was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly cooked and so crispy. The fries were cooked perfectly and the seasoning was delicious. The regular sandwich was really good but the spicy queso sandwich was by far my fiancé & I’s favorite! One of the workers brought over some cute Saucy stickers to me and my girls after we ordered and sat down. We were checked in on multiple times by the sweetest woman! If you want your experience faster, but we didn’t mind! It was such a beautiful place and so glad we were able to come and try this place out!

The flavor was outstanding, perfectly complemented by the seasoned fries that had just the right amount of crunch. I have been super excited to try this, since I saw it was announced. As I approached this establishment you could see bold style, bright vibrant colors and unique vibes! Entered and was greeted by Jalen and team. He proceeded to tell me how to order and explain the concept. Which involved educating me on the sauces, which was extremely helpful to allow me to make the best choices as to my sauce choices for our meal. We choose a 6 pieces Tenders Combo, Double Fries, a Toasted Hawaiian Roll with Saucy Sauce and Sweet & Saucy BBQ partnered with a Pepsi... And a 4 pieces Tenders Combo, Double Fries, a Toasted Hawaiian Roll with Creole Honey Mustard and Spicy Mango Chutney accompanied by a Peach-Mango Lemonade Freeze. Also grabbed an extra Saucy Sauce and a Thai Sweet 'N Spicy Sauce. WOW. This was the BEST chicken tenders I have EVER had at any Yum! Brands Restaurant! Fresh, tender (excuse the pun), juicy, flavorful, and damn near perfect color. The fries were crispy & seasoned to darn near perfection. Let's not forget the Toasted Hawaiian Roll that was toasted and butter wonderfully! I was so excited about getting my to-go order that I was headed to the car to go enjoy it and Jalen ran out holding my drinks, as I completely forgot them. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Which solidified the incredible customer service experience for this food outing, great job!! All and all, the only feedback I have is I would have loved to try more sauces, but for an additional $.75 per small 2 fluid ounces container is a bit much... Otherwise, I loved Saucy! I can't wait to see if and where more of these stores will pop-up, I recommend an Atlanta location next!!! 😉😉

I’ve tried the food it’s good, bread isn’t as good as zaxbeys but it’s good. The refresher is one of the best drinks I’ve had from a restaurant in a really long time. The only reason I’m giving them five stars because it’s for a prize inside I’ll be honest. It’s about 3.7 to 4 stars.

Big fan of this new KFC concept/spinoff. It's the flavor of those famous 11 herbs and spices but in a very new and cleaner environment. The design of the restaurant is refreshing and unique. The sauces were all amazing and I had the hot honey watermelon refresher, which is very unique and delicious. The chicken tenders were juicy with a slight crisp to the batter. I definitely hope to see more of these around America soon as I traveled here from NC to try it

Came in with my family for dinner and it was such a good experience. My kids wanted chicken tenders (of course), but I was happy to see they also had rice bowls and salads. I tried the Teriyaki Bowl and it was honestly delicious! Flavorful, filling, and not heavy. Everyone left happy!!

Saucy by KFC is about 25-30 minutes from the Disney area, so I had to stop by. It is a must visit for fried chicken fans looking for bold flavors and a fresh twist on a classic! The variety of sauces really makes the experience unique, offering something for every taste like spicy, tangy, or sweet flavors. My favorite was the saucy saucy. The service was great, and everything was cooked to order. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and served at just the right temperature. The fries were seasoned just right and full of flavor. The coleslaw was just okay. It needs reformulation. They also offer canned desserts, which is a fun and convenient sweet treat to end your meal. It's a definite must visit.

Stopped by Sauce by KFC and this place has a little saucy energy in the best way possible. Staff was polite, everything came out fresh, and the sauces absolutely showed up. The jalapeño ranch sauce was surprisingly yummy. The chimichurri was solid, and that signature KFC sauce sauce (yes, it earns saying sauce twice) was delicious. Tried three tacos, kimchi, Caesar, and Ranchero. The kimchi had a bold kick, the Caesar taco was unexpectedly good, and the Ranchero brought great flavor. Definitely not your average taco lineup. Fries were seasoned, hot, and crispy, exactly how they should be. The dessert puffs were super fluffy with plenty of powdered sugar. We had caramel, chocolate, and raspberry sauces to dip them in. My wife didn’t get to try one and she’s still sad about it. Overall, really great experience. Fun, flavorful, and just the right amount of saucy. Would absolutely go back.

We drove past and saw the sign. Had to make a U-turn and come back. We are glad we did. The restaurant wasn’t busy and the staff took the time to walk us to the ordering kiosk and explain about the restaurant. Each of the staff members made us feel important and seemed to truly care about their product. They were friendly and helpful. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. It is also fun to try different sauces. This is a division of KFC but the food is elevated so much higher. Juicy and tender. The only thing out of our order that I didn’t care for was the standard Mac and cheese. Too basic but everything else was amazing. We live 45 minutes away but will definitely come back for this, again and again.

Stopped by for a quick bite and didn’t realize the place was so new. Got a 4 piece combo of tenders and some of their sauces. She said I could try 4 different flavors on a flight… all 4 were very different but all were very good. I guess they have over 10 flavors to choose from. Biggest thing was they had someone in the dining area helping all the customers with the menu and even coming to refill drinks like a full service restaurant, so nice. Fast service and a smile, so refreshing for quick service. I will be back next time in the area.

1st time coming in, we were very pleasantly surprised! Chicken is better then KFCs! It was very juicy and the right amount of crunchy. The sauces were super good too (wish the portions were bigger tho), favorite was Korean Sweet Heat as it starts off sweet and creamy and then the spice kicks in but its not overwhelming. The Ranchero Taco was also a hit even for someone who doesn't like cilantro. Teas were a hit too, Tropical Black Tea was the favorite as it tates like bubble gum green tea but lite.. passion fruit was tangy and good as well. Definitely worth a try! Would love to see more Saucys instead of KFCs.

I have been wanting to try here for the longest and I’ve finally did! Let me first start by saying the customer service I received was superb! Jayden was phenomenal , I had to commend him on his amazing service! The food was so delicious not only was it hot, but well seasoned. We had the big box combo, mango peach lemonade. We came in at an off time, around 3:30pm and the food was hot and fresh. The employees were all super kind and helpful. You start out by ordering on a touch screen or at your table. We got a ton of food and it took less than 5 minutes to get it. The tenders and fries were both delicious. We tried the Key Lime Cake in a Can as well and it was way better than I expected. Their specialty drinks are worth trying as well. The interior and exterior design is pretty cool, too. This place has a ton of potential!

Went on Saturday February 15th around 8pm. Low crowds so food came out quickly. Food was delicious and the servers (especially the young woman working last night) were all amazing. Very happy with the food portion sizes and they even give free refills. We also loved the sauce flight for $1.80. Favorite was the Smokey bacon ranch. Me and fiance both agree it was better than raising canes. Will be back!

SAUCY IS WHERE ITS AT! But this time, they forgot to give me the sauce for all 3 of my meals which completely takes away the point of Sauc-y. Very very sad And disappointed. Since it just opened recently, the service was pretty slow, it took about 30min to an hour to get our food when ordering inside, we completely disregarded the drive thru because it was so backed up. Though what the service workers lacked in promptness, they more than made up for in energy and friendless. I absolutely adore the atmosphere and theming. It's groovy and fun, bright colors and cute decor with very effective promotional material on the walls and display screens. Although it took a fair bit of time, the food came out hot and crispy. The tenders are not dry, the sammies hit the spot just right with the toasted Hawaiian roll buns, and the sauce selection is unmatched by other vendors in the area. Pro tip: if you order the spicy Sammie, pair it with the jalapeno pesto ranch, you won't regret it. I tried all of the sauces and my top five in my ranking list are as follows: Spicy Mango Chutney - a tropical sweet, slightly spicy flavor explosion Creole Honey Mustard - a mild sweet flavor that pairs well with pretty much anything Thai Sweet 'n Spicy - a sweet, tangy, fairly spicy sauce that has a well balanced flavor profile Sweet Teriyaki - this sauce is more liquidy than all the others but it's a that classic Asian zing that teriyaki fans will know and love Saucy sauce - this one is your basic, but dependable recognizable fry dipping sauce that, like the honey mustard, pairs well with just about anything and you can't go wrong with The drink selection is really good, refreshing lemonades and fruit refreshers that do well as a pallet cleanser between the different sauces.

i went to saucy today for lunch, i waited for about 30-45 minutes before my order was done due to a bunch of people being there for the grand opening. i enjoyed the chicken but i didn't get that big of a piece, and the fries weren't that fresh by the time i got to grab my food since my finished meal was sitting out there for 10 minutes before it was given to me due to them doing other orders before me. my experience was eh but i enjoyed my P+O+G refresher and my chicken tenders. hoping my next tender will be crispier when i go over there again at some point, although i will probably wait until the opening rush has subsided before i go again.

A good experience! The kiosk menus used some fun language like "tendie" and we're laid out pretty intuitively (although I didn't see an option for no ice in my drink, but the kitchen staff hooked me up). The tenders had crispy skin and a nice, juicy interior. The fries in the combo came in a pretty large portion and had a nice peppery seasoning, although not completely fresh. I got a "sauce flight" for $1.80 that included 4 sauces - mostly great, although I wasn't a big fan of the Thai Sweet n' Spicy sauce despite being a big Thai food person. The Saucy's sauce was like a good "special sauce" variant like some other places have. Overall, it seemed a bit like a Trendy Zaxby's. Overall I'd recommend a visit!

The chicken was very tasty and seasoned well but I was disappointed with the sauces. For a place called saucy I kinda expected the sauces to have more flavor but they all tasted very similar, especially the creamy ones. I tried the saucy sauce, creole honey mustard, and jalapeño pesto ranch and they all tasted like they were missing something to make them really stand out. The fries were actually pretty good, crunchy and had like a creole seasoning on them. The restaurant itself is very cute and clean inside and the service was very friendly. We paid about $17 for 6 tenders combo which had coleslaw and fries. Overall not bad but there’s better chicken tender options in Orlando.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVE. I ordered all 11 sauces and got only 7. No refund. You order either on App or in store on Kiosks and they assemble the orders. Saucy is KFC’s version of Raising Cane’s. I like the crunchy texture of the chicken they sauces are interesting too. I also got the Hot Watermelon drink! The app needs a lot of updates. When I arrived the ice had already melted down “I usually get no ice” that wasn’t an option. Also they have desserts but they weren’t showing up on the app. (I had to ‘borrow’ my friends sauces to get all of them for the photo)

Food was fresh but not anything to write home about. Toast was missing but I guess it doesn’t matter since white bread is white bread. The variety of sauces is probably a draw. There was not another soul inside the restaurant at 9pm on a Monday so I’m not sure how long they’ll be in business considering they’re open until 2am and presumably empty until closing time as well.

An innovative concept with excellent chicken tenders and a wide variety of sauce options to choose from. However, the drive-through experience was disappointing, with a wait time exceeding 30 minutes to place and receive an order. Improved drive-through efficiency would significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

No one has most of these sauces very unique, especially the chutney. Got a meal for 2 for like 13$ good deal. Good chicken of course because its kfc. I had to change the review to 4 stars because i came back and most of the food on the menu was 2-4$ more expensive than before so the value has kind of diminished for me.

The chicken sandwhich was good. The sauces were all very different, which I appreciate. The decor is nice too and it was clean inside. Fries have some sort of seasoning that is nice. Better than regular kFC

Food was good. I wish there were refillable drinks. The sauces need to be more available. You have nice size chicken pieces, but the sauces are kinda tiny. Have self-service sauces! The bread wasn't anything great--just buttered toasted bread.

The food itself was alright. Had the barbecue sauce at first, but that was pretty bad. Doesn’t even taste like barbecue. Switched it out for the house sauce and honey mustard instead, those were good. The staff were all nice and friendly. They seem to have put a lot of effort into decorating and making it a chill atmosphere, but the dine-in experience is a bit soiled by every seat in the place being uncomfortable to sit in. Pretty alright overall, would be great if they change the barbecue sauce and got less uncomfortable seating.

A week after grand opening, the store was short staff. While the online order said it would take 10 minutes to complete the order, it took an hour (no joke). The location has small sitting so if you want to come as a big group, please don’t ask it’s small. With it being short staff, the tables weren’t getting cleaned and the restrooms weren’t clean or have paper towels. The fries were soggy and the food don’t feel like it was fresh hot for the hour I waited. The sauces remind me of chicken guy. They had different ones but I wasn’t a fan of the ones we selected Peri peri ranch - kinda like raising cane’s Smokey bacon ranch - taste like regular ranch Thai sweet n spicy - too spicy if you like that Saucy’s sauce - not sure what it tastes like but it was alright. I wanted to like this place so much but it was a complete let down. The only good thing I can say about Saucy was the sweet tea and the passion orange refresher were delicious and the young man Alan was awesome and pleasant. The chicken was not tender at all, dry and tough in areas, the french fries were luke warm and mushy, no crisp to them. The hawaiian roll was blah, no taste. The mango chutney sauce was great but the bbq sauce was awful, had a gritty feel to it. I’ll stick with Huey Magoos or Raising Canes for tenders. Those restaurants are always consistent and delicious. So sorry, I wanted to love it but I don’t ☹️🤢

New concepts that has a hipper vibe than KFC. It's basically a chicken tenders place. Food was average. Differnt sauces to try. Several unique drink selections. The seasoning of the fries was good. Wifi worked well and the restrooms were clean.

kfc missed the mark on this one. I'm a big fan of KFC, however, this concept restaurant really misses the mark. mark. it's as if it's by a teenager to kindergarten customer. the food is what you would expect but not in the wow fashion. do you remember the zinger sandwiches that KFC released years ago? well that's basically what you're getting. only with a different sauce. saucy is all about the sauce and yet when you order the sandwiches they already come with their own sauce in them. what bothers me about this is the fact that they are trying to compete in the chicken. fingers world. you know much like PDQ, Zaxby's, or raising Cane's, however, they missed the mark. really bad. mark, really bad. the sauces are not bad. there is something for everyone there, but for the price that you pay you'll get a whole lot more elsewhere. in addition, it's designed supposedly to be trendy and modern come up, and that's not a bad thing only if it's done right. the selection of drinks is very minimal, and I only think they only had four or five different flavors for soda. the sad part is that you hardly deal with anyone, by that I mean the employees are almost not in the picture . they only hand you the food. in addition, the selection of the sauces are honestly not bad, but not impressive either. I genuinely think for the money you would get a lot more elsewhere. and taste wise. maybe just maybe better elsewhere. what bothers me about this is that KFC's management literally missed the mark on this one. they did not do their due diligence and try to make a restaurant for everyone. other than a teenager, I would argue even children would be Targeted market. it's sad, but you're more than welcome to give it a try. however, I genuinely don't recommend it. the atmosphere however is a very well lit and inviting and it seems as so there's something nice going on in there until you get your food and then you will be gladly disappointed.

This is my 2nd visit. I tried to give them one more shot but it is still mid. Sauces were okay the best so far was the honey mustard. This place was a solid C I cant really give it higher then that. If the food was as good as how the building looks it would be great. But it's not. I did love the design of the building and the colors + Sauce look

Been wanting to try this place but it is dissapointing. Nothing is amazing and the chicken from KFC is far better. Something is just off about the chicken here. Nice idea but just use what works. The original and extra crispy strips.

We tried Saucy after 9 days of being open to hope to have a less than new restaurant experience. Our suggestion is to wait another month. We ordered our food from the kiosk and paid for it right there. We proceeded to wait in a restaurant filled with people shoulder to shoulder for over an hour and 15 minutes before we can get our food. They were limited in staff , but everyone was hustling and trying their hardest to put out the food. The management was the main reason for the poor experience. They did not do anything to influence the long wait for in house guests. They did not turn off mobile orders, or close down the drive thru, but instead prioritized their orders to the people waiting inside. In a 30 minite period we watched 16 drive thru cars and 11 mobile orders made to a total of 6 in house orders. All of those 11 mobile orders were there for over 30 minutes and never picked up and something that was not being noticed by the staff as they kept piling them up. Management never did anything to improve the speed of in house orders that had far too many people in it from a fire code perspective. There were spills in the dining room that were never taken care of and trash cans overflowing with trash for the the entire tine we were there. When we received our food, one of our orders were wrong and all of our drinks were watered down as ice had melted. The food itself was pretty good. Chicken wasn't as good as a Huey Magoos or Raisin Cane's but it was definitely good enough to try again. The sauces had some hits and misses. The bacon ranch was pretty good as was the teriyaki. The Sweet Thai wasn't as good as I would have expected as it was a bit too thick. I want to say that the expo lady, the girl with the ring above the crown of the nose and Manny who was on the food line did a great job under the circumstances. I will try again in a month and hope things improve. Hopefully management can be more proactive in understanding how to make decisions that can help the situation. When you clearly can not handle all 3 phases of the volume of business, being able to make the call to lower your volume temporarily until you can handle it again is something that they should have the empowerment to do.

Pretty poor " new" concept KFC restaurant with a menu based entirely on mediocre quality chicken tenders. Meant to be all about "Saucy" if you believe the name, hype, and pictures scrolling on the billboards. In reality you'll get one tiny pot of sauce hardly enough to truly cover one tender, unless you want to overpay for extra pots of the stuff. Pretty mean, confiding the title, right? The restaurant always seems un-kept (run by kids) and just "sticky" needing a good wipe down. When it's busy the bin overflow with trash. Sadly all probably not what the concept designers invisaged...

While the food was good the ordering process was terrible. Basically, by making this an all electronic experience you are chasing away all senior citizens who might like to come to your restaurant. I had to start over twice, order twice and finally get my nephew and brother in law to help me. I know this might be the future, but until I have no other choice I won't patronize fast food resterants that don't allow you to order at the counter.

So very disappointed in this place. We biked from home and decided to try it..( was very sad to see PDQ go away) but gave it a try. The " tendies" are really thick..almost too thick but ok..fries are really good..love the seasoning on them.. the bowl with Brussel sprouts..GUYS..there was SO MUCH OIL in them that my husband was actually squeezing it out just to eat a few and then just said it wasn't worth it. They were drowning in oil.. (No place to post the photos)not a healthy option at all on that menu. Even the salad has the highest fat dressing. Not the place for us..maybe for others..just not us. I will say the staff was very nice,welcoming and smiling.

I used to love Saucy. My coworkers even joked that I could eat there every day—and for a while, I did. But my last two visits have been beyond disappointing, both times involving the same employee. A few weeks ago, I ordered 3 Chick’itos, fries, and a large sweet tea. She gave me a small drink, and when I pointed it out, she poured the small into a large cup and filled the rest with ice—right in front of me. I ended up with a cup of watered-down tea. To make it worse, my fries were missing entirely, though I was charged for them. After that, I stopped going for a while. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance—and I regret it. I ordered 2 Sammys, a 4-piece Tendies, and sweet tea. The same employee was working again, suddenly overly nice this time, and the manager was nearby giving instructions. When I got home, I discovered one of my sandwiches had raw chicken inside. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the “sweet” tea wasn’t even sweet. I’ve always supported this place, but serving raw chicken is a serious health risk and shows a complete lack of quality control. I’m genuinely disappointed and won’t be returning.

Honestly was expecting way more from such a big name. The sause are OK to gross. We had 7 different ones (can't remember the names but I added a picture with the sauces) and the sandwich was a mess and soggy. Nuggets are just regular nuggets barely tasted the 11 spices but the fries are REALLY good. Borderline too salty but good. The tropical tea was good, needed a little bit more sweetness but skip the hot honey watermelon thing. It's weirdly artificial with a chemical spicy. Staff was great. Asked for some sauce and refills and I had no problems. And every so often someone would come by to check up on you. Staff 10/10 freshness of food 10/10 taste? 4/10

We only ordered some crinkle fries and lemonade because the food was not gluten free. The fries had seasoning on it. It was over salted and we threw it away. I was going to also order a rice bowl but the little bowl was starting at about 10.00+. The menu in the drive through did not look visually appealing. I may go back and try their rice bowl, but if it tastes anything like their fries, then it may be a waste of my time. However, the staff were very friendly and had good customer service.

I'll forever miss the PDQ that this replaced. The in and exterior is all this gaudy pink, there's less seats than before for some reason, the food is overpriced, small and is basically just kfc+ (a medium drink for $4 would be considered a small literally anywhere else), the only good thing about it was that the workers were nice. Rip PDQ, maybe one day I'll find another one of you again that hasn't been turned into a Saucy
