Great staff, the guy w the emo hair is a boss

The whoppers taste like whoppers, they are great with some honey mustard.

Seems to have been recently remodeled, lots of nice varied seating. Staff was friendly, food was exactly what you'd expect. Clean.

The customer service was good. The staff was friendly. My whopper meal was tasty. Keep up the good work!

Coupons worked and was quick food was good it didn't upset my stomach like when I get Jack in the Box overall good experience

If you have to eat fast food burgers I recommend this Burger King. The burgers are always made to order just like you want. Sometimes I ask for extra tomatoes and onions. The drive thru is friendly and helpful when I decide to use coupons. Good place to grab an inexpensive meal on my way home.

Great food as always. Just wished the employees were more inviting. More smiles would be nice. A friendly greeting would be nice too.

Great place . My spouse goes there before dialysis or after dialysis. My wife gets treated with a great smile by the girls who work there. The place is always being cleaned and there always happy.

Great value and consistent food tastes good. Menus are easier to use compared to McDonalds touch screen automated menus that keep changing while you are looking at them, trying to decide what to order.

We have the best Burger King ever...Tried the new Chicken Sandwich and it is a keeper...I think the pickles do something really great to this very tasty sandwich. Next going to try spicy...

Ordered mini mocha frap. Was hoping to enjoy a nice caffieneted drink while the kiddos played about in the outside play area. The frap tasted old burned and stale there was still chunks of ice through out makin it difficult to drink with a straw. Which didnt matter either way because that horrible after taste in the back of your throat. Yuck!

Armando the manager on shift on 4/18 is the best. He made my grandsons day as he was being cute and tried to order a cheesburger. Best service ever !!!

It's clean, staff is friendly. Play area is nice. It's easily visable from the highway. They have a typical burger king menu with specials posted on the outer Windows (not in the menu). They do not offer senior or AARP discounts. They do have a refillable drink station with many flavors and choices. They seem a little understaffed but the people that work there are courteous and friendly. Someone is always cleaning in the dining area.

Its Burger King, I asked for Dinner In, they bagged it and didn't call my number. BUT, the food was good and the workers were nice.

Quick place for a bite to eat. Fast service. Dining area was cleaned when I visited. Nice play area for the kids and tables. Food was good, price was fair.

The food at this franchise is consistently good, however be prepared to wait for around 20 minutes in the drive thru. Uber deliveries are also longer.

I like it, is good from time to time to have a grease food. Just don't over do it. They have good service.

Why is it their burgers are always cold? French fries were also cold this time and no cheese on the burger after requesting it.

Never had issues with this location. Nice staff and food has been pretty good. It's usually one of the busier locations so be prepared to sit in line.

I like getting fast food here better than McDonald’s. The food is much cheaper and I like their options more. I’ve only had my order mixed up once, but other than that, the service is fast and great.

Great manager I had a issue with getting the wrong order pretty frequently but paying for the higher priced item I had wanted. Manager gave me my meal free this morning and I simply just wanted a small discount. Love their breakfast

I love their breakfast sandwiches , French toast sticks and crispy potatoes! Soo much more flavor than the other place (M) that where everything tastes the same no matter what it is!!

They have a outside play area for kids.

The food is good. The crew the night we went were arguing with each other and made it extremely uncomfortable. We quickly finished or meals and got out.

I would give this one 3.5 stars out of 5. It is Burger King, in Hollister, California. We had to use the restroom after a long drive from out in the middle of nowhere. We were starving and decided to go ahead and order some food. I don't understand why fast food places are trying to make the interior 'hip'? Anyways, we ate and didn't get sick. Success in my book.

My girls love a stop at the play structure. Place has been around for a long time. The food quality has definitely changed over time its. However you can't go wrong on the whopper Jr and fries. Outdoor dinning are needs some serious deep cleaning of tables and carpet.

Consistently cold food. Have never had a burger or fries here that was more than warm.

Meat over cooked and not warmed up. Just because meat is precooked you still need to heat up then make sandwich, I want a refund

This Burger King was my go-to for lunch but they are so slow now an raised their prices on alot of things including the 2 for 5 again an now instead of 6 it's 2 for 7... well back to taco bell for lunch you guys lost a loyal customer an I definitely don't recommend anyone else wasting money here with so many other options in town near by your better off.

Employees are nice and hard working. The food I got tho is another story. The original chicken was cold and it was older than The Queen. It was dry and the spicy chicken was also old.

Got my order wrong and it was just 2 items. It is fast food though so expectations are not that high

Took forever to get food.. I Almost said screw it but already was waiting forever so ever and ever won't hurt!

They charged my card twice for the same transaction, and "didn't have a way to refund my card". Chase took care of reversing the charge luckily. Probably the worse part is the breakfast burrito they gave me was moldy! Worse place ever.

Walk into burking ordered food for me and my children we mediately went to the bathroom when we were there a Burger King Team member entered the stall,..Myself & 2 children were washing our hands when she Exited the bathroom stall with out washing her hands.she never washed her hands I was so discussed and grossed out I told the manager I'll never eat there again.

The burger looked nothing like the picture... The only thing good was the person behind the counter.... Won't eat there again.

Untoasted cold sourdough burger bread. Totally gross and returned it. The medium and small fries are the same and they take very long. Worst decision going there.

Poorly run, even with management present. Sat at the drive thru window for 3 minutes, shouting for SOMEONE. I ordered at the speaker and when I got to the window, the manager, a short, stocky, middle aged, Hispanic man, with thinning dark hair was eating an apple at the front counter while chatting it up with an employee cleaning the dining room and another female employee. I can only assume because of the lack of headset, that the second employee was off the clock(?) Or on break because she was just leaning on the counter talking and laughing, not working. He asked me if I needed to order but never apologized for the wait. He still charged me for my order and again, I waited for it to be made(2 soft serve cones). A 3rd employee came, (she had a headset) and served my cones with bare hands and no napkins. I asked for. Napkins, and she obliged. The she said, "Have a good night!" and immediately slammed shut the window. I never received a receipt. Transaction was approximately 10pm, 02-28-19.

I went two Fridays in a row to get lunch, 1st the computers were down so they could not take orders, 2nd 11:00 am waited at drive thru, no one took my orders, drove off and never going back there again. Not a dependable fast food company, it seems management and employees don't care about customers .

12/21/21: Update! Not too crazy about this placed tonight, I just gave my burger to my dog, she’ll eat it cold, not me. The fries were cold, almost room temperature, so my house is at 60 deg; the burger was cold, meat, bacon and also the 8 pc of nuggets. So not only did spend $15+change, I waited in drive-thru easily 40 min- ridiculous to bring the order for my dog. Oh and the drink a Sprite Zero, you should try so they serve you a tall cup of carbonation with a hint of lime, “Sarcasm!!

We rarely eat fast food, today my son wanted a burger and after waiting in drive-thru for 15 minutes we drove home with our bag of food. My son sat down to eat and there was no meat in his double bacon cheeseburger! True story.

I went to go get ice cream for me and my kids and the manager was handing our cones (by the cone not the paper!!) To a young cashier with a BAND AID on his finger who also touched our cones with his bare hands. Not only was the building dirty, but so was the overall appearance of the workers. And then! We decided not to eat the cones just the ice cream right? There.was.a.hair.in.it. So much for trying to get ice cream.

The owner of this store location might want to look into his sweet employees especially the one collecting money at the drive-up window they charged me almost $13 for a Whopper with cheese and a slice of jalapenos and she pocketed the change in her pocket

I had nothing bad to say before about BK.But now the lines are rediculous and on top of that when I go thru drive thru there's this one employee instead of greeting she just opened the drive thru window tlwith her cell phone on her ear and then slams the window to customers wothout thanking.

A little friendly advice BK, check expiration dates, throw the wilty thick lettuce core away, need to hire real people, not a high school student for cheap labor.
