Dutch Bros. Coffee

Went to Dutch Bros for the first time drove about half hour just to try it out. The girl taking orders outside was extremely helpful with ordering us a couple drinks . Also the girls at the window that gave us our order was so sweet. We drove back a few days later just to get a couple more drinks. We love the golden eagle with mocha on the cup!

if your looking for a delicious sugar filled caffeinated drink come here. The golden eagle frosted drink is particularly good. Staff is always friendly and offer a pup cup for my dog friend that is often in the passenger seat.

At first I was very skeptical of the new coffee shop in town. I've been to a Dutch Bros in the past and a different area in California and I was not impressed at all. This one though, they changed my mind. The coffee had flavor and I love the atmosphere around the store. It's always a good time visiting Dutch Bros when the staff are having a good time as well. The line can be long but it's quick, two thumbs up for me.

First time having a Dutch Bros - I really wasn't sure what to expect - whether it would be like Dunkin' or Starbucks. Expectations exceeded! I tried their Iced Nitro Cold Brew (I think with Annihilator (Chocolate Macadamia Nut) flavoring?) with a foam top - and wow! It was SO good. For reference, one of my favorite canned coffees is La Colombe's Draft Lattes in Hazelnut. The servers there were all so in sync and the service was excellent, positive and professional, even if they were busy. It feels like the In-N-Out of coffee chains (at least from my perspective). Hats off to them! Edit: Came back later to edit this review because I remembered the server who first served me was condescending and a little impatient. Just watch out for her. Shan't be going back. I don't care if she is offended by this edit.

The staff is very friendly. The parking lot is always full so be ready to drive safely in the parking lot. There is always a line at this ditch bros but it is worth it.

I drove 40 miles so that my daughter and I could get us some Dutch Brothers! We fell in love with them on a road trip to Oregon, but there just wasn't one near us. I always get the carmelizer, and they can adjust it to fewer calories with sugar free syrup. The staff is very friendly, outgoing, and helpful. They knew several people by name, so they appear to have a lot of regulars.

The guy taking orders in the drive thru line was beyond amazing!! Super friendly and helpful since it was my first time! I got like 5 drinks to try, but the only one that was good was the blended one which I think was called a flapjack. The teas were a no for me and I wouldn’t get them again!

I get that Dutch bros is a franchise and the experience at this particular one has been amazing. Coffee and drinks are just as good as everywhere else but the customer service at this one is by far second to none. One experience that sticks out was when we were getting our order taken by Idalys and she literally said that she was a walking talking menu and that she could help us out with anything we wanted and that was definitely the case. She new EVERYTHING. 😅 We are from Los Angeles and will definitely be coming to this Dutch bros every time we’re in the area. ❤️

This is a place to visit for sure. They got a variety of drinks and flavors. If compared to another place, it is better than Starbucks. The taste instantly hits your tongue with deliciousness! The employees easily recommend drinks based off of your liking and offer options. It is a small building with a drive thru where you order with an individual and pick up the drinks at the window. They got lemonade, tea, coffee, energy drink mixes, all of which you can get hot, iced or blended. Must try if you haven't already, you won't regret it.

I have had a few different drinks when I've gone recently. All have been delicious. I recommend the Flapjack. YUM. I wish there was a location closer to me. I have to come from Gilroy. I'm willing to make the drive as I prefer this spot over the other big chain coffee companies.

Dutch bros is our #1 to go place for coffee and refreshing drinks Dutch has lots of options for sugar free drinks they have a rebel they have American Eagle they have surprise sparkling soda also lemonades with boba

Came here @ 10:30 on a Sunday. & the line loved so quickly. They had all the vibes going! The staff were dancing to the music playing out loud and everyone was so nice and had high energy! Our drinks were also super good! So happy and excited that Dutch bros became a part of the Hollister community! My fam & I will be regulars here. ☺️

Got recommended to try the otterpop flavor which I did not find on the menu and it is delicious. Never fails to let the broista pick a flavor. I always go and tell them I want a rebel on ice and ask what flavor they recommend and normally order that. It’s always bomb.

The staff here are not only super friendly, but they actually took the time to help us create a brand-new drink just for us! They were so patient, listened to what flavors we liked, and made the experience so much fun. It honestly felt like they cared about making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the drink turned out amazing! You can tell the people here love what they do—it’s not just about getting coffee, it’s about having a good time and feeling good when you leave. Dutch Bros will always be my go-to spot, not just for the awesome drinks but for the incredible people behind the window too!

I've seen local coffee shops in small downtown middle of no where Tennessee do it ten times better though the chipper attitudes and positive work environment does make for a pleasant time being present .

VERY busy spot, so I’m not complaining about the wait as they are pretty good about keeping the line moving. However, it seems like 25% of the time my drink are not prepared correctly as a lot of times it doesn’t taste even remotely the same as before. However, I’ll still go as everyone is friendly and the prices are pretty good.

The lines are always really long. Surprisingly, it doesn't take long to get through it. Always happy faces, extreme polite. They have a doggie cup for your furry friend. The prices are great! Definitely recommend them if you haven't tried them out. UPDATE***I went here the other day and waited in line at the counter for literally 20 minutes before my order was taken. There were 6 people in front of me. Waiting as well. All together, it took 40 minutes to get our order. The coffee is good but not that good.

The lines are extremely long, the service you receive is contingent on whether or not you tip. I tested it out to see, the times when I didn't tip upfront is the instances where i received an insulting amount of whipped creme (little to none dispite a request)or too much ice where i don't even get a full beverage. Do better

I love Dutch bros but the last few times I have came to get drinks they have been completely watered down. So disappointing especially because one is patient with the lines then to have your drink completely off is not ok.

Staff was very friendly, and had plenty of drink suggestions and also suggested whipped cream cup for our dog. We didn't wait long for our drinks, but unfortunately they were just ok for my liking, and could have been hotter temp. The line didn't move too quickly because other customers that had received their drinks weren't aware of the exit lane on the right. I might try again.

I’m unsure what was going on, but our electric berry lemonade did not taste like blue raspberry or lime, it was literally like water with food coloring. I’ve never tasted an electric berry lemonade this bland. There was also so much ice in the matcha that I was struggling to fit the straw in.

Is a Breve supposed to be close to warm than hot. I ordered on mobile and took me close to 10 min to get there and it was closer to warm vs hot. I threw it out. If it was made immediately then obviously cooled off a bit before pick up. Its called Hot Breve so I expected a good drink. Wasted my money.

I love Dutch Bros, their coffees and amazing customer service but what I didn’t like is they have their employees here in Hollister California working under the rain! Come on Dutch Bros or manager do better, give them an umbrella or a rain jacket if you’re gonna have this young ladies and gentlemen working on this conditions. Please do better !

The last 8 or 9 times it has never failed that the barrista walks away from me as i am the last person in line rather then taking my order and letting me sit doen it atleast get out if the sun. Meanwhile I watch 2 other barristas standing behind others waiting and just looking at me. I loved coming here whe I first moved here and for whatever reason the service has gone down in the last few months. I'm not sure if walkup is supposed to be quicker but when I walk up and there are 3-4 people including me well over 2 to 3 times as many cars are served but I was told walk-up is faster by a few employees.

What is the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait more than 30 minutes!!

I contacted customer support and they gave me a free drink reward. I went back today to get a drink and once again they made my drink horrible. I ordered a large golden eagle and added pumpkin, caramel, & cookie butter drizzle. They handed me my drink and it had none of the drizzles and looks very watery. I told the cashier this and she gave the drink back to the barista and they double checked to see that it said the drizzles, in which it did bc I ordered it. Then I see the barista proceed to get a different cup that just had pumpkin drizzle btw, she just poured my already made drink that already had soft top and everything on top into the other cup. Ridiculous! If I’m paying nearly $10 and they made a mistake on my drink at least remake it! Don’t just pour an already made drink with soft top into another cup and call it a day! Pure laziness. I also asked for light ice and I kid you not they gave me 3 ice cubes. This location is full of untrained, lazy baristas that never make drinks right and never take the time to do so either. While I was waiting for them to remake my drink correctly, I heard another employee telling their coworkers that whoever organized the syrups, milk, etc stuff they use that they were putting all of the old stuff in the back and new stuff in the front to use. Nonetheless I’m not sure what’s wrong with this Hollister location but it is awful. I have been here several times and have even been told my feedback would be given to the store so they can make drinks better but if anything it has gotten worse. They need to correctly train people and make drinks good! All of the other Dutch bros I have never had this issue, just this one.
