Horrible experience. I will never return or suggest anyone else to go there. Confusing menu prices that do not match the online prices. Food was overcooked, overseasoned, and over priced. Extremely disappointed. One exception, the young lady at the counter was nice.

The food is good. But the customer service is the worst. I go there because my kids love their wings. But the young man I don't know if he's the cook to the owner I don't know who he is three times I was there he has always taken my order. He's always so rude. No greetings. Always looking at you crazy like would you hurry up. And also always while you're placing an order he's talking to somebody in the back. Customer service is everything.. especially when you're a small business. There's no need to be rude all the time. I told my kids we will go to crumps wings and fish from now on. Also very long wait time.

Absolutely not, it took ten minutes before I left while waiting in line. $30 for a 20 party wing when you can buy a whole bag of wings at Kroger next door for $10. No.

They need to change their closing time cause it’s always 1-2 hours before what it says online and it sucks because I get off late and love their food.

Placed an order arrived to pick it up establishment was locked and lights where off i pulled up at 8:55pm no hours posted on the door but google says 9:30pm. Staff was also seen peeking out from the curtain in the kitchen. No courtesy call or anything. never returning.

You can tell the cashier what your flavor wings and she do not comprehend nor ring your food up correctly. This is every time we come. Then she'll yell your order to the back instead of ringing the stuff up CORRECTLY!!! Her customer service is a MESS!!

I ordered 2 catfish plates and they were horrible. Instead of fillets they gave me whole catfish. Mind you I don't eat whole catfish. The fish was cooked too hard with no seasoning at all and barely any meat...just mostly crunchy skin and the fries were old and cold. I tried calling, but no answer. A very dissatisfied customer that won't be back.

I ordered a 50 piece whole wings for my employees today. The wings are extremely small. Not a reasonable price for the size of the wings at all. $1.70 per wing for a chick. I will not be choosing this place again.

First, let me start by saying that this location should not be in business due to the lack of professionalism from the cashier to the manager. I arrived on a Saturday morning at 12 only to be greeted by an lock door and then I had to wait outside for 45 minutes. When the door was unlocked no one even tried to apologize for the wait or the fact that they were late opening. Then I placed my order which was the All Star Special, I was asked if I wanted regular fries or season fries. The young man then proceeded to charge my card but did not tell me that season fries was an extra .60 cent charge. I then asked why he did not make that clear and all he did was look at me. He asked if I wanted him to call the manager which I did. After he called and spoke with the manager he asked me if wanted a refund which I stated that I did want my fries seasoned but I wanted the manager to be aware that his employee is not letting his customers know what they are being charged for. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger whose name was Patrick stated that he was too busy to talk to me smh. This why we don't support businesses as we should because of the bad customer service that we receive.

This is the worst location. The owners daughter is terrible and rude. She don't know the first thing about customer service. I paid for season fries only to get a dash of season so I asked for more which she told me it will cost more. She also gonna tell me that I had enough. Who are you to tell me I had enough when you didn't even put 65 cent worth on there in the first place. I said I wasn't going to go back but did against my better judgement. That was definitely the last. I'm a business owner myself, I wouldn't dare. Then to top it off my wings were so crunchy.
