I came here with my boyfriend this past weekend. We were walking in as an angry customer was walking out. She was upset that the cashiers wouldn’t take a copy of a coupon. A COPY of a coupon. Such ignorance. The cashier handled us next and she was so nice! It was my first time here. The service was good and the wings were kickin. Also, try the fried okra!

Quita was very rude and unaware of what was to be included in online menu items. In turn I did not receive my complete order. Overall All Star has amazing food and is a good company but under no circumstances would I recommend the Kirby Location.

Read on fb that they had the best fried fish in the city!! 😂😩😳 The fish was decent but definitely not the best in the city. I couldn’t eat the fries bc they were just so bland and i didn’t receive ketchup. I’ve had a burger from here and it SMACKS.Customer service is always the same just ok!!

I gave 3 out of 5 because although my food was DELISH I came in on my lunch hr at 1pm I ordered my food, no one else in front of me, and it took 25 minutes before it was ready. I understand it takes time to cook and I appreciate it being fresh but 25 minutes is quite a wait when people are on lunch hour.

The spicy seasoned wings are very good but I literally wish they would answer the phone. I stay across town and would love to not wait on my food when I arrive. They let the phone just ring ring ring and then I callback multiple times now the line busy. Somebody actually hates their job because no way this continues to happen on multiple occasions!

The food was good. I love their fries. So much that I ordered a large order. But when I got home, I didn't have them. I had to go back to the store to get them. Luckily, I live close to the store and they didn't give me a hassle about my missing fries. Just gave them to me when I drove back up to the restaurant. The customer service has gone downhill over the past couple of months. The cashier doesn't greet you, she just stands in your face and stares at you. Then grumbles loudly about the number of customers and phone calls coming in as if though customers aren't the reason she has a job. Maybe they need another cashier? Perhaps it's too much for her to handle, period or alone. Ugh, but I'll go back because I love the wings.

At 2:15 today to go pick up a order, I went to use the restroom upon coming back I watch this lady drop a chicken on the floor which was not clean in put it back in the sauce pan, I would reframe from eating at this establishment. Wow

I ordered the seven piece wings only, online. I requested them to be fried hard, honey hot. The wings were definitely NOT fried hard nor were they even crispy. The chicken was barely done. The honey hot sauce was mostly mustard and there was no spice involved. I was VERY disappointed. All they had to do was READ the order! Won’t be going back.

Horrible experience. I will never return or suggest anyone else to go there. Confusing menu prices that do not match the online prices. Food was overcooked, overseasoned, and over priced. Extremely disappointed. One exception, the young lady at the counter was nice.

The food is good. But the customer service is the worst. I go there because my kids love their wings. But the young man I don't know if he's the cook to the owner I don't know who he is three times I was there he has always taken my order. He's always so rude. No greetings. Always looking at you crazy like would you hurry up. And also always while you're placing an order he's talking to somebody in the back. Customer service is everything.. especially when you're a small business. There's no need to be rude all the time. I told my kids we will go to crumps wings and fish from now on. Also very long wait time.

Placed an order arrived to pick it up establishment was locked and lights where off i pulled up at 8:55pm no hours posted on the door but google says 9:30pm. Staff was also seen peeking out from the curtain in the kitchen. No courtesy call or anything. never returning.

You can tell the cashier what your flavor wings and she do not comprehend nor ring your food up correctly. This is every time we come. Then she'll yell your order to the back instead of ringing the stuff up CORRECTLY!!! Her customer service is a MESS!!

I ordered 2 catfish plates and they were horrible. Instead of fillets they gave me whole catfish. Mind you I don't eat whole catfish. The fish was cooked too hard with no seasoning at all and barely any meat...just mostly crunchy skin and the fries were old and cold. I tried calling, but no answer. A very dissatisfied customer that won't be back.

I ordered a 50 piece whole wings for my employees today. The wings are extremely small. Not a reasonable price for the size of the wings at all. $1.70 per wing for a chick. I will not be choosing this place again.

First, let me start by saying that this location should not be in business due to the lack of professionalism from the cashier to the manager. I arrived on a Saturday morning at 12 only to be greeted by an lock door and then I had to wait outside for 45 minutes. When the door was unlocked no one even tried to apologize for the wait or the fact that they were late opening. Then I placed my order which was the All Star Special, I was asked if I wanted regular fries or season fries. The young man then proceeded to charge my card but did not tell me that season fries was an extra .60 cent charge. I then asked why he did not make that clear and all he did was look at me. He asked if I wanted him to call the manager which I did. After he called and spoke with the manager he asked me if wanted a refund which I stated that I did want my fries seasoned but I wanted the manager to be aware that his employee is not letting his customers know what they are being charged for. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger whose name was Patrick stated that he was too busy to talk to me smh. This why we don't support businesses as we should because of the bad customer service that we receive.

This is the worst location. The owners daughter is terrible and rude. She don't know the first thing about customer service. I paid for season fries only to get a dash of season so I asked for more which she told me it will cost more. She also gonna tell me that I had enough. Who are you to tell me I had enough when you didn't even put 65 cent worth on there in the first place. I said I wasn't going to go back but did against my better judgement. That was definitely the last. I'm a business owner myself, I wouldn't dare. Then to top it off my wings were so crunchy.
