We love coming to bills for breakfast! There is always a lovely atmosphere and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. We had Sophie today and she was very attentive and sorted our coffees before we even looked at the menu.

The staff were kind and attentive. Our server Chaya was extremely polite and kind and the service was fast. Our food was incredible and we will definitely be coming back!

Very welcoming team, service is 5* and the manager Becca had a delightful manner, a real asset to Bills. Coffee was spot on as was the breakfast. I ate there 2 days on the trot whilst I was visiting Horsham.

Came in Monday lunch for a treat thinking it would be quiet but it was busy and buzzing with atmosphere. All the staff are super friendly including our waitress Chaya. I had the ribs and my husband a full fry up, we were really hungry, it didn’t take too long and the food was delicious 😋 Bills in Horsham is a winner!!

Met a friend for a pre Christmas celebration. The food was yummy and our G&T so delicious and prettily served in a glass with raspberries and ice. Our waitress Abha, was charming, helpful, happy and friendly. A lovely lunch in a very wet soggy day. ❤️

Creshia was an amazing host! We had a big table with kids and she was so attentive and understanding with our specific requests. Will definitely return! The pancakes on pancake date was a treat and saved the mess in the kitchen!

Welcomed by a super friendly member of staff who took us to our table. Dealt with my allergy information sensitively and in a professional way. Food was great! I came here with my boyfriend on Valentines weekend and the atmosphere was so nice! Our server was Luca and he was so attentive and friendly the entire time. We got the special burger and the steak and it came out so quick and was delicious - I highly recommend!

Celebrated my Dad’s birthday with the family here last night for dinner at Bills in Horsham and from the moment we stepped in the door right up until we left, we had the best time. Very friendly and accommodating staff all the way through who went the extra mile to make my Dads birthday meal extra special. The seating host was so lovely and allowed us to decorate our table a few mins before my Dad arrived which was so kind. A special shout out and thanks to our wonderfully friendly waitress Creshia who gladly participated in helping surprise my Dad by bringing out his birthday cake at just the right time and made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the evening. The food was 10/10- very well presented starters and our mains were equally delicious. All in all a great dining experience and we will definitely be visiting again soon. Would definitely recommend this branch.

We had a fantastic experience at Bill’s today, thanks to our waitress Katie. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. Katie made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit and her friendly attitude really added to the atmosphere. She was knowledgeable about the menu, quick to help with any requests, and made us feel well looked after. Excellent service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Sophie was our waitress, she was lovely, really helpful, friendly, and polite. The food was really good, the best cooked tomatoes, and I was easily able to substitute eggs for another item. All of our party enjoyed their food and drinks. Thoroughly recommended.

Bills in Horsham is such a gorgeous setting and the staff there are always so friendly, accommodating and professional. A little shout out to Creshia who served us on Saturday and was just the right level of attentive, had an amazing recall for our order off the top of her head, and helped make my night out with a friend even brighter. Thanks to the whole team. (My dog Ted loves being able to come to dinner and get some extra attention too!)

Gracie was brilliant from start to finish. Attentive to our needs and helping us to find the quietest area to sit as one of us is hard of hearing. She also made his birthday special by singing happy birthday to him. Thank you, Gracie. You have first class customer service skills & they didn’t go unnoticed!

We absolutely love Bills! The people are super friendly and the food selection is amazing. We are on vacation from California and have eaten here at least once per day! Our waitress, Charlotte and Erin have been super accommodating! I love the cream tea which is scones with clotted cream and Jam.

First time at Bill’s it was my girlfriend’s recommendation, she knows I love a chicken burger and she definitely brought me to the right place this was one of the best burgers I’ve had. Service was spot on and general atmosphere was brilliant very chill and cozy. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved the food and the location. £20-£30 per person is very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the quality of the location. We were served by Chaya who was extremely helpful and attentive. Recommended.

We took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer on a burger meal. We were served by Olga, she was extremely friendly and attentive. The service was good and the food arrived in a timely manner.

Wonderful Service from Bonnie at Bill’s Horsham We had dinner at Bill’s Horsham and, as always, it was a lovely experience. Our waitress, Bonnie, made the evening extra special — she was so pleasant, friendly, and genuinely engaging. She took great care of us throughout the meal and was very helpful with our choices. We always make a point of visiting Bill’s whenever we’re in Horsham, and once again, we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and Bonnie’s warm service really stood out. We’ll definitely be back — and hopefully we’ll be lucky enough to have Bonnie as our server again!

We had our annual post Christmas sister brunch here and had such a lovely meal. All of the staff were lovely, especially Chaya who was working our table. We felt very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. What a lovely place 🤩

Our server Jamie was amazing. Friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Dog bowl and doggy menu readily provided. Our experience was only let down by very slow drinks service due to not enough bar staff

Fabulous lunch with a local friend. Busy on arrival but the fabulous manager, Mark, gave us a table upstairs with lots of glam chandeliers. Three brunch cocktails which I would strongly recommend . Wonderful food and excellent attentive service🙏

I was the boyfriend of the valentines date, my email didnt work but the food was the best thing ever. Best date night ever. Luca was an incredible waiter and everything was super fast and perfect. He deserves the best at Bill’s and we really appreciate everything yhat he did for us. 5*****

We keep coming back because of the wonderful service. No other restaurant has ever been as accommodating and flexible towards our autistic 7 year old - from making him plain pasta to letting him explore the site with never a tut or eye-roll. It's a great location that looks like a castle. The variety of food is such that we've happily returned pretty much every week for six months (on our son's insistence) and always enjoy it. Cannot recommend Bill's in Horsham highly enough to anyone with SEN children - the staff are simply brilliant.

Lunchtime visit. Had Mac n Cheese with addition of Buffalo Chicken & a Side Salad. My husband chose the Fish Pie followed by desserts & coffee. We were served by Mark & our order was taken. Drinks & food arrived very promptly. Enjoyed our respective meals & looking forward to returning again soon.

Just had an incredible experience at this lovely spot! The food was top-notch, especially my go-to Chicken Caesar Salad—always a winner. The atmosphere was perfect, and the staff really nailed it with their service. Plus, I appreciate that it’s dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. Can’t wait to come back again!

So this is one of the best run Bill's out there. Even on a Saturday at peak lunch time we were greeted quickly amd shown to a table in minutes. The service and staff were exceptional and shout out to Creshia who looked after us. This Bill's feels a lot less cramped than Lewes or Greenwich. The food was great too and i had the Chicken Schitzel which was reallybwell cooked and tender. Really enjoyed the meal and rhe service and atmosphere topped it all off perfectly.

We had a lovely evening at Bills in Horsham! Zac, our server, was lovely and polite, bringing our food and drinks out promptly and with perfect execution. The food was amazing, a lovely range of drink coolers, and all at reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

We didn't have a booking, but the friendly welcoming staff found us a table even during the very busy half term. And on pancake day!! The pancakes were delicious and came very quickly after ordering. Our server, Lydia, was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Visited Bill's in Horsham for brunch with my partner. Got seated straight away. There was a nice chilled vibe in the restaurant. The menu was good for food and drinks. We ordered The Garden Plate and Halloumi Burger. Our server Anya was friendly, polite and helpful.

Pretty restaurant in the center of town with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a nice spot for all seasons. The menu is broad, offering a mix of cuisines - from curries and shawarma to bowls and burgers. The food was a bit hit and miss. The chicken shawarma was underwhelming, with dry meat and a lackluster side salad. In contrast, the burger was tasty - juicy, well-seasoned, and paired with fries fried to perfection. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding was disappointing; it lacked the gooey, sticky richness you'd expect and felt more like a plain cake. The triple brownie, however, was divine - rich, fudgy, and bursting with chocolate flavor. Served warm with a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream, it was the perfect indulgence. Service was very friendly, but a bit slow at times. We had to ask multiple times for certain drinks. Overall, a lovely dining spot in Horsham - especially if you know which dishes to go for.

Probably the best environment cafe, and the food is quite good. More smallish portions and got more expensive, put in a massive plate which doesn’t do it any favours, but constantly checked in until I want to pay and leave. Very good overall, but I want my old cafe back at the station.

The breakfasts we had were very tasty and cooked very well, waiting time was reasonable too. 4 star only due to the staff, not sure if they had a case of the Sunday morning blues, but just didn’t get the feeling they wanted to be there. Was one lady who was very good but the others let it down.

Chaya was our server, she was attentive & engaging, nothing was too much trouble & she gave service with a smile 😀

We go to this Bills quite a lot and find most of the staff friendly and welcoming but always seem to get the server who’s not in the bests moods. This happened again on Saturday had a warm welcome and our drinks and food where served with smile but our main server couldn’t care a less she was very grumpy and like she just wanted us to leave, she didn’t check on us after our food was served, she then dump a load on desert menus on the table and just said incase you wanted something and walk off , such a shame but this has happened before with other staff it’s like some are really helpful and care, but we always seem to get the server who’s not interested so pot luck who you get which really can make a difference to a lovely meal, other than that the food is always good so worth putting up with.

Bills is a nice enough spot. The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was decent but not amazing — enjoyable, just not especially memorable. Overall, a pleasant place if you’re nearby.

A booking today for a few of us at Bills in Horsham, we have eaten here on a few occasions and today was the epitome of a just below average meal out! Starting on portion sizes, the fries and size of the burger has dropped on a huge scale since we first ate here a few years ago! The burger was tiny, and a small handful of chips with no salad whatsoever - not even in the burger - was not close enough to fill anyone up on, let alone for nearly £17! Moving on to the service, it was a relatively busy-ish Sunday, our server was extremely happy and polite when at the table, however, that only occurred when taking drinks orders once, and food orders, after that, we didn't have anyone come to our table, no offer for any more drinks, no check up on food, no one offering deserts or even the bill. It was a mission to get the attention of the many members of staff stood around by the till chatting to get a top up of tap water, again, the interactions with the server were very good, but they just didn't happen often at all! On top of this, we noted the food took a considerable amount of time to arrive, roughly 45 minutes - we were enjoying our company and conversation, but with no additional drinks it actually slipped under our noses as a long wait for food. All of the above is normally seemed as not the end of the world, however, when locations have the nerve to add a 12.5% service charge on to the bill, it takes the micky! We would still have tipped at a standard 10% rate out of wanting to avoid rudeness, despite not really getting good service, but to have that added on was infuriating, out of social embarrassment we did not ask for it to be removed! Another factor, this is yet another location that does not accept cash - legal tender - I wonder if they would have accepted if it was in the for of a tip however?... Overall - The food wasn't bad, it tasted okay - nothing to write home about, but the portion sizes were small for the price, and I do have a bee in my bonnet on the service and automatically added 12.5% on the bill (Understandable for large parties, but not a table of 4 or less). Whilst not an awful meal, we won't be returning any time soon! I would suggest you can find plenty of better options out there in Horsham, but if all other options are fully booked, this might suffice as a one off.

Disappointing visit. We were shown to our table and waited 10 minutes before being asked for our order. Breakfast turned up pretty quickly but the bacon, sausage and halloumi were stone cold. Told the waitress and she notified her manager. Got the final bill and no discount and service charge also included to add insult to injury.

The venue itself is lovely and cosy. However the buttermilk chicken was awful, it was burnt ,and as tough as leather, tastless to, the chips were very oily . My partner had a burger and he said that was ok. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive and lovely, and I can see why there is a service charge. We wouldn't eat here again.
