Had lunch at this hidden gem with my friends, and honestly, I still can’t believe this place exists in Houston! The moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly and seated with real respect — you could just feel the good vibes right away. Our waitress, Javaria, was amazing. She patiently explained the dishes, helped us figure out how much to order, and made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. The food came out fresh — starting with appetizers and then the main dishes with hot, fluffy naan. That garlic naan with the Charsi goat karahi… wow. Absolute perfection. The spices were spot on, and the aroma is still stuck in my head. The place is spotless, and you can tell the management really cares about every detail. Everything just felt right — from the service to the food to the overall atmosphere. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this ends up being Houston’s first Michelin-star Pakistani restaurant. Can’t wait to go back!
I have no words to describe how amazing this place is. We decided on trying the Lohori Fish, butter chicken, and the large garlic naan. The food... absolutely spectacular, flavorful and extremely delicious. Sam was very wonderful and super attentive during our visit. Definitely a 15/10 experience!
Don’t think twice, visit this place! We had never tasted Pakistan food and weren’t sure what to expect. To our surprise, it was soooo good. The owner and Jav were so polite and patient with us. Jav took her time to help us choose our food and the owner selected an amazing dish that left us wanting more. The place was so clean and peaceful. My husband, our twins and I will definitely be returning!
One of the best chais I have ever had. The level of depth and flavor of their Kashmiri chai is wonderful — I’m not sure I’ve had one that compares. Sahaira highly recommended it and it was absolutely worth trying. The balance of spices and creaminess, nuttiness and hint of salt…. It was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back for another. Also, the XL garlic naan was an impressive sight to see and even better when having with their grilled mix platter. Overall, amazing experience, great service, highly recommend, and will be back again.
Had lunch here on a Friday. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Chicken malai kababs were excellent. KBoys Chicken Karahi was delicious. Gajar Halwa was delicious too. Our server Javeria was attentive and friendly, and she ensured we had a great experience.
Saher was an amazing server. She gave great recommendations which kept me from over ordering. She had the perfect amount of checking in and space. I had the pink chai. It was the perfect sweet spiced chia and the color was beautiful. The fried paaner was perfectly crisp on the outside side and tender inside. The buttered roti was nice a good. I also had the beef nihari. The beef was so tender and the sauce was rich with the perfect amount of spice . Incredible meal. The restaurant was a beautiful modern industrial yet cozy vibe. I also really appreciated having a female server as I was eating by myself.
Fariz is very kind and his recommendations are very good, we are Taiwanese and we did not expect Pakistan food to be so good. We will definitely visit again. We ordered Potohari Goat Karahi, Shahi Malai Boti, Family Naan butter flavor, Kids menu and Karak Chai.
I cannot say enough good things about this place—the food and customer service were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt so taken care of. I have to give a huge shout-out to Jav and Saher, who went above and beyond for us. They were so beyond sweet and kind throughout our entire meal. My mom has some gastro issues and was worried about what to order, but Jav and Saher were incredibly patient. They took the time to recommend gentle but flavorful options for her and helped her decide exactly what to get. It made such a difference to have servers who genuinely care about their customers' comfort. As for the food, everything we ordered was perfect. The Butter Chicken was hands down the best I have ever had—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. We also got the Family Naan, which was such a cool experience to share at the table. To top it all off, the Chai was the best we’ve ever tasted. If you are looking for incredible Pakistani food and unmatched hospitality, I would highly recommend coming here! We will definitely be back.
Great ambience. Very neat and clean. Service was excellent and our server she was great. Docked 1 point on the service as it was hard to get our server as they were busy but she tried her best. Food was excellent. Wanted to try the Karachi fish and it was excellent. The family Naan with sesame seeds was great. We had a wonderful time with friends at the place. Weill definitely try it again.
I recently visited Karahi Boys HTX and absolutely loved the experience. The ambiance was warm, modern, and welcoming, making it a great spot for anyone looking for a true desi Pakistani restaurant vibe. I ordered the Chicken Karahi, which was rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with authentic Pakistani spices. The chicken seekh kabab was equally impressive, juicy, well seasoned, and grilled perfectly. Overall, the food quality, taste, and atmosphere made it a memorable experience. If you are looking for authentic desi food and a great Pakistani restaurant in Houston, this place is definitely worth visiting.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. My 11 year-old foodie daughter was on a hunt for a mango lassi that she saw online, a beverage she’s never had before. Her persistence was unmatched so I searched for the key word and that led us to Karahi Boys. WOW WOW WOW. The Murgh Makani (butter chicken) was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Incredibly tender, and each of the spices screaming at your pallet in the most scrumptious way. Javeria was our server and she was incredibly sweet, recommended the garlic naan, and nailed it right on the money. YOU CANNOT MISS THE GARLIC NAAN!!! True highlight. I also had one of their teas, and was blown away once again. The mango lassi, I have no words. Everything was 20/10 including service. The entire staff was super attentive and ensured we were not missing a thing. I am so full, and already cannot wait to be back. My daughter wholeheartedly agrees. See you soon Karahi Boys!
My friend and I are from NY and it was our first time trying Karahi Boys. We asked Fariz for food recommendations, he was very patient and kind. We got the Potohari Chicken Karahi and it was delicious. The naan was amazing! Thank you, Fariz! Also, the inside is very nice especially when you eat at night with all the lightning. We will be back to try the other food on the menu.
Got the K boys boneless chicken karahi along with oakra and a family garlic naan. All food was excellent. The staff stopped by (too) frequently at the table to check on us. My wife did get the kadak chai which was really good. Finally got gajar halwa for dessert as well. Overall highly recommend this place to try out Pakistani food.
After a long time, I finally tasted Karahi Boys’ food, and it was absolutely amazing. It truly reminded me of my country and my City Karachi. The flavors brought back so many memories, and I honestly loved every bite. The service was excellent as well. Our server was very kind, her name is Javeria professional, and guided us so well throughout the meal. Overall, a wonderful experience great food and great hospitality. Highly recommended
First off, hats off and a praise to our server of tonight... Javeria. Literally on time, super sweet, absolutely easy to communicate and very helpful in terms of a person who would come here for the first time. Food and ambience? Definitely brought me back to my home place Karachi. We tried their mutton karhai with garlic nans along with 2 slush based drinks. Props to all the management and staff there for keeping up their standard. Would definitely recommend anyone to try them out because i'm surely hooked with them for my go-to spot!
Delicious food and a lot of options to choose! Attendant Javeria was very helpful, she explained the dishes and told us about the popular ones. Presentation of the food is perfect and tastes absolutely amazing. Will come back for sure to try other dishes. Restaurant is lovely and clean. Recommend 100%.
Wonderful Pakistani food in Sugarland! We loved it and the ambiance was high-end, while still being family friendly. The food was perfectly seasoned and had great spice. Ask for the raita if it’s too spicy for you and mild was an option on the menu. I highly recommend the paneer and the chai! Both were amazing! And the family size naan was delicious smelling but I didn’t participate (due to a GF diet).
We've been to numerous Pakistani restaurants in US, but none offer everything in one place. Fariz was our host who guided us with best dishes we ended up having Chicken Charsi Karahi and Sindhi Biryani. Everything was delicious and beat part is that we can select our own spice level. This restaurant is 10/10 in all aspects. Thanks for wonderful service Fariz
Karahi Boys delivered an absolutely unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant aroma of fresh spices let us know we were in the right place. The food here doesn’t just taste good—it bursts with authentic flavor, passion, and perfection. Every dish we tried tasted freshly prepared and full of depth. The karahi itself was exceptional: rich, aromatic, and cooked to the perfect balance of tenderness and spice. You can tell the chefs take real pride in their craft, using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques that bring every bite to life. What makes Karahi Boys stand out is the consistency. Whether it’s the sizzling gravies, the perfectly charred grilled items, or the warm, fluffy naan, everything arrives hot, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The portions are generous, and each dish feels like it’s made with heart. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere had that lively, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay longer. Karahi Boys isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience, and one that keeps you wanting to come back. If you’re craving truly authentic, bold, and unforgettable Pakistani flavors, Karahi Boys is a must-visit. Outstanding in every way!
UPDATE: We have become regulars here! This sunday we tried their buffet and loved it. The food was fresh, tasty, looked appealing and were at a great hot temp. Service by Fariz is always exceptional! Buffet had a great variety of dishes. Highly recommend their buffet. I am surprised why we didnt try this place sooner. From the ambience, to the decor and food, topped with fantastic customer service provided by Fariz, our experience here was AMAZING. Fariz discussed the menu with us and recommend us KBoys Karhai. We ordered half Karhai, goat dum biryani, chapli kabab and mango mojito. Food presentation is really good. Chapli kabab came first. Piping hot on a grill platter, 2 big juicy flavorful kababs with green chutney. Karhai was perfect spice level 4 as we love spicy. Biryani also tasted great with tender meat and pakistani flavors. Mango mojito was on the perfect sweet side and was very refreshing. Disclaimer: family naan is a must! I did not realize how much the flavor would grow on me and I couldnt stop eating it 😛 Food is definitely on the expensive side but worth the food and experience. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.
This was such an amazing place from the ambiance, to the furniture, food, and service. This was all very thoughtful and you can tell time and attention went into every detail. Our waitress was named Javeria and she was extremely helpful. She sat us, helped us with selections, spice level, told us her favorites when we asked and made some amazing suggestions. We had the samosa chaat, family garlic naan, butter chicken, Kahari boys chicken, & veggie rice. So many other things we wanted to try but knew we wouldn’t have enough room in our belly! Even the to go containers and packaging are well thought out. Tip: the half order size on the left side of the menu are enough for two people. Can’t wait to visit again to try the Tawa fish, biryani, shrimp, and goat dishes! I’ll be sharing more from this visit on my travel and foodie reels at @flightsandbites8 (TikTok) & @flightsandbitesbrand (IG)
Great ambience. Very nice and clean restaurant. We went during off time so it wasn't busy. The food came out pretty decent considering we ordered 4 dishes. The presentation was nice & the food was pretty flavorful. I love the spicy you get with the Goat Karahi only did the half portion because it's like a stew-like so we paired it with rice & naan!!! I also like the fact that the goat wasn't too gamey. The Goat Dum Biryani - was delicious! Rice was perfectly season and love the kicks of peppercorn for extra kick. The Murgh Makhani Karahi (butter chicken) was very saucy and goes great with the big naan. Got this because it was not spicy for the kids to eat. We had 4 adults and 3 kids this was a lot of food for us, we had to go the leftovers.
Wow loved the food here. Everything was very tasty. The dining area and restrooms are clean. Great service.

Our host Javeria was so great and attentive. She didn't leave any chance to make sure the food and our experience wasn't great. This place has a great ambiance and cultural touch of a South Asian restaurant with Pakistani roots. The food felt like a hug mixed with all the flavourful spices!! The only thing is, I expected their spiciest food levels are not too spicy especially for a typical South Asian. But I get it that their target audiences is more on the milder side. But alas, a great place to dine in alone, with friends or family!!
Chicken charsi karahi - 8.5/10 - Really tasty but had less flavor than the goat karahi Namak mandi goat karahi - 9.5/10 - Soo flavorful, not too oily, and goat was so tender Sindhi boneless chicken biryani - 7/10 - Decent biryani, lacked flavor compared to the other dishes tho Beef seekh kabob - 8.5/10 - Meat🍢 was cooked well and was tasty Butter naan - 10/10 - Some of the best naan🫓 ive had, perfectly soft and crispy I had heard mixed things about this spot but I think they have improved their quality because we enjoyed everything. They are a bit overpriced in my opinion tho. But overall a pretty good spot for desi food if youre in the area, specifically for their namak mandi goat karahi + naan 🔥
This was our first time at Karahi Boys. The interior was very nice and modern. It was very clean, and had a nice look inside. We got the goat biryani. It was...okay. Nothing too special, nice spice. We got the chicken malai boti. It was very tender meat and very flavorful and hot. The chicken would melt in your mouth, very good. And we got the Potohari Chicken Karahi and it was amazing. The chicken was tender, the gravy was spiced to perfection, it was delicious. We also got the family naan, and it was fresh, soft, and crunchy. We got a mango mojito, honestly, it wasn't really good. It tasted like drinking straight up mango pureé and sparkling water. Not a fan. Overall the food was pretty good, but sort of expensive. The family naan itself was $7. The service was okay. The server was good at explaining at the start when we ordered food, then the servers disappeared. If we needed something, we would have to wait long or go find them ourselves. Overall i'd give it 4 stars.
