Hands down the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had! The açaí itself has such a fresh, rich flavor and the drizzle of condensed milk takes it to the next level. Every bite is perfection. This is by far my favorite açaí bowl spot! Carly and Carissa always make the atmosphere so warm and welcoming! they truly add to the experience. Highly recommend!

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here, but coming back has never been more delicious. The fruit was fresh and sweet and the Acai cold and refreshing. My son couldn’t decide and the lovely ladies there helped make a fruit bowl for him. 10/10 would recommend

Located in West Lake Houston, TX (77044), Açaí 12230 Brazil is hands down one of the best places I’ve ever been to Since I’ve been a customer here The service is absolutely top-tier, and the bowls and smoothies They’re easily the best I’ve ever tried — fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. The establishment itself is clean, well-organized, and incredibly hygienic. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail. I genuinely love the atmosphere and the way customers are treated here — it’s always warm, welcoming, and positive. I have gotten the chance to know every single one of the ladies working there , but I have to give a special shout-out to Clarissa, Raone, and the rest of the amazing team. Their customer service is unmatched — always smiling, always communicating clearly, and they genuinely look like they love what they do. It’s rare to see such dedication and positivity in a team, and I truly admire that. Honestly, I don’t see why anyone would ever complain about this place. Keep up the excellent work — you’ve got an incredible staff and a fantastic business. Much love and appreciation for all that you do!

I got the small protein blow with almond butter instead of PB and it was delicious!! Very filling, loved everything about it. I forgot the name of the little chicken things but man that was so good!! The cheese bread was hard wouldn’t recommend it but because it’s an Açaí place not a panadería I wouldn’t let that affect the 5stars this place deserves. I walked in the girl who was clearly busy welcomes me and says hi and I go straight to the iPads to place my order and she said if I had any questions to feel free to ask. She was very nice! Definitely stop by if you want a healthy delicious treat!!!

Was looking for a nearby açaí bowl and was so excited to come across this gem. It was my first time there and the cashier was nice and gave good recommendations. I ended up choosing the açaí mango bowl and green detox juice and they were so delicious! The music was a vibe and it was very cozy and relaxing. 10/10!!

We love coming here regularly. Honestly they are the best Acai Bowls in Houston. We crave them all the time. Delicious and fresh every time. The Acai alone is unlike any other you have tried in the city. You will not find a better Acai bowl anywhere else in the city.

SO Delicious!!! I've been craving an Acai Bowl and decided to try this place from the reviews and it being closer to home, and I'm so very glad I did. I got the Very Berry and added banana. Yummy Yum Yum!!! Is all I could say between bites it's So Delicious! Every bite is fresh and better than the last!!! 😋The only other one I've had was at Bebidas which is very good also.

We have tried many bowls and all of them are delicious. The staff is very kind, attentive and friendly. The waiting time is not bad. The place is clean and have plenty seats to enjoy you açaí. Highly recommended.

Wow! We came in for acai bowls and also tried their Brazilian street food! So so good and the staff here are so friendly! The flavors are fresh and the environment is really great! Love supporting a locally owned business! We will definitely be back! So glad to have an authentic açaí bowl place near us now!

The best açaí bowls I have ever had. I was spending a weekend in Houston and I am so thankful I got to go to this spot. It has ruined açaí bowls for me because I haven’t been able to find a spot as good as this one in Miami. The fruits are always super fresh, the granola is just about perfect and not too filling. The owners are also very nice and welcoming, I highly recommend this spot!

The service was great. It was my first time and the young lady was very helpful. I just wanted to try it because I saw it while getting my nails done. It was the “Very Berry” I believe I got (see picture) and I added some other toppings (chocolate sprinkles & condensed milk). It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t something I’d ever get again. The açaí has a very peculiar taste. I ate all the fruits, almonds, and granola and left most of the açaí. Not worth $20 either. Great establishment. The taste of it just isn’t for me. I rather eat my fruits as is. Sorry.

The salad was incredibly refreshing and packed with flavor and the açaí berry..The combination of ingredients was delightful, and the portion size was satisfying.

I’ve been going to Acai Brasil since they were located off the beltway and JFK. I don’t know if it’s because they’ve gotten so much bigger (props to them) and they’re not personally working in the store, but the quality just wasn’t there this time. I have never been served anything bad, but these strawberries just weren’t it. I’m hoping it was a one-off.

I am APPALLED at the service that I received yesterday at this location. I have spent money here at this location for the past two years. Customer service was POOR and HORRIBLE. I came in the store to place an order around 6:16P.M. yesterday. An hispanic young lady with glasses came out from the back texting on her phone and walked up to the register and continued to text on her phone as we were preparing to put our order in. We accidentally put in one number wrong to obtain rewards. So I let her know that I needed to redo my phone #. So she put a dollar amount on the screen and I kindly said to her I see an amount on the screen. She quickly begin to get really SNAPPY. Her attitude was TERRIBLE. And she replied, “ I HAVE TO PUT SOMETHING ON THE SCREEN IN ORDER FOR YOU TO PUT YOUR NUMBER BACK IN AGAIN!!!!” First Of all, she should have not been on the phone in front of customers. I’m not sure what type of text she received or maybe she was upset about the conversation she was having on the phone which contributed to her being EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I asked the other employee to speak to a manager because I was not going to continue interact with an employee with a bad attitude. If I am providing my money to an establishment, I do not expect to receive this type of customer service. She definitely needs more training on customer service! Furthermore we received no greeting, all employees were in the back. I try calling this morning to speak to the owner. Owner not available; therefore hopefully this review gets to the owner. Better customer service is needed. I am very aware of the my experience and the poor service I received. Overall this type of service is supported and multiple excuses are made for the employee rude behavior.

I love Acai basil but there staff is first very young so I will give them the benefit of the doubt however they never greet you. Many times as soon as I walk in they walk to the back. Obviously there are kiosks to self check out but there should still be a calm fretting of customers. Second the staff is never on the same page when it comes to orders. Constantly be told different things on how to substitute alter or even portion sizes there are times some fill to the lid while others leave a gap. Expect to hear one thing and then told another by each staff member making it confusing and frustrating. When ever trying to correct the error there's no resolution they will tell you to order what ever is missing again separate at a higher rate. There's never a manager available not even to speak to on the phone. Overall the staff isn't taught to be accommodating and welcoming to customers. The prices are insanely high to not be treated like a human being
