Our favorite fast food restaurant. The drive-thru can get busy during rush hour. It is worth it if not in a rush.

Everyone is always courteous and friendly when I go. The drive thru moves fairly smooth and quickly!
I come to this location frequently and the food is good but they lose a star because their service is not always what I feel should be Chick-fil-A standard. Wait times can be egregious depending on time of day that you go. It's a busy location and they're trying to improve traffic flow but they've only got so much space to manage the sheer amount of traffic that comes through that location. If you're good with waiting a little longer they've never disappointed with my food.
Stopped by for late lunch; glad that dine-in was avaialble and it wasn't busy. Had a sandwich meal, a nugget meal and also an icedream cone. Service was fast and friendly. I have been going to this location for years and consistency in service is going down Today was like going to a morgue. I stopped by Franchise training HQ on Memorial next to TJ Max. No one there. There were no customers behind us and yet the cashier (identified as young African with red vest two pony tails) kept rushing us to a point that I did not order. Breakfast had just closed so I had to decide on lunch but she could have given a minute as I asked. She was anxious to talk to the tall white girl preparing orders. They kept giggling and making fun of customers. Really shameful at 1046 on January 12th 2026. The cleaning person by the door was having long conversation with someone who was working at a McD on Bellaire and i8 while back. Anyway seeing a crying employee and hugging reminds me of a funeral. I am understanding of sadness but please not while I am eating at a fast food place and its an employee. Please do it privately The shift manager with a sad face (Hispanic in late 30s) brings my daughter a sandwich. She does not smile or return the smile but ghostly reaches out and grabs the number. Does not ask if customer needs anything This is not this chain and this franchise owner's standards. A few weeks ago a young man ignores my daughter's question about buying Christmas ornaments by saying I have been gone awhile instead of offering to find out . I know this business is tough. Rents are high along with other costs, employees are hard to come by but Chick-fil-A has always been my 5. I am disappointed. No one from the owner's team or corporate responded like they usually do. Maybe it is time for me to stop going to Chick-fil-A altogether.
If I could, I would give it 0 stars... yesterday, January 3rd, I tried to order through the app to just pick up my food, but the app is disappointing. So I went to the store instead. It was relatively busy, but not so busy that the cashier couldn't provide good service. However, when I started ordering (in English), the cashier said, "Oh, I speak Spanish, it's better if you speak to me in Spanish." I asked him, "Don't you understand my English?" He said, "Honestly, no!" So I continued ordering in Spanish, and even then he didn't understand the Spanish either. I had to repeat the order over and over. When he finally managed to put my order into the system, I waited about 15 minutes for my food and left. When I got home, he hadn't included the modifications I had requested, nor had he given me the correct size of fries I ordered. The guy didn't understand me in either Spanish or English... how disappointing! Even though I speak both languages, the guy—I don't know if he was new—but the people who were served before me didn't have that problem (how strange, right?). Anyway, I'm not going back to this store. Be serious, I work in a restaurant, and customer service should be the priority.
If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Every time I come to this location, the staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional , especially Jaslyn. Today was the final straw. I ordered a salad and very clearly requested fried spicy chicken, repeated several times that the patty needed to be cut, and explained why. Instead of listening, the person on the intercom rushed through my order, ignored what I said, and I ended up with a salad topped with a whole, uncut chicken patty. It’s pure laziness and shows zero effort. The attitude at this location is consistently nasty, and the customer service is honestly embarrassing. People are spending their money here, the bare minimum is paying attention to the order. This location has made it clear they don’t care about their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes a serious look at how poorly this place is being run, starting with employees like Jaslyn who clearly don’t value good service.
I’m a little upset with this location. I ordered a 12pc nuggets and got 9 nuggets, no salt and pepper per my request. My co worker didn’t get any sauces because the order taker didn’t asked if there was anything else. Because we were on a time crunch we couldn’t go back. Please do better to keep customers like us happy!
The chicken was very greasy, it had an aftertaste like if it had been friend in old oil. The chicken was so greasy that it made the bread soggy pretty quickly, the taste and smell of old oil made it impossible to eat the sandwich. I had to throw it away.
The slowest chick fil a in my area and worst customer service. No smiles no greetings no happy bubbly my pleasure here. Won't be coming back this is a really shitty franchise managed one I'm assuming
If I could give zero reviews I would do it for this chifile restaurant, which is located in Memorial because unfortunately every time I come here, the students from Strafor High School use this establishment for clandestine fights all the time they fight inside and outside of this restaurant. It is very unpleasant to come and witness this event.
Went through drive thru after 9:30pm, waited in line behind 4 cars when I get to the window they out of sprite (2 meals were ordered) fries were cold the lady working under James supervision said when you order ur fries were hot. Like I told her she could have bring my order to me like she didn’t rest of the customers and my fries would have still been hot. Since they were closing the other lady said we’re out of fried. Very disappointing the back and forth they were doing was I caused for next time just apologize and keep it moving.
This is by far the slowest CFA in America!! Why do you have 2 drive through lanes and only have one lane open at all times. It is common to wait 15 minutes in the drive through line! It’s ridiculous!
