How does the location have a low rating? I go often and every single time that I go the food is great and the employees are exceptional. Always smiling, always friendly. Maybe these reviews were from years ago? Currently this location is doing it all the right way.
We came in for lunch before heading to watch a movie, and Jamarion was our server. He was friendly, attentive, and always on top of everything. We never had to ask for a thing. Thank you for an awesome lunch experience!
Micheal, the Manager was considerate and Kind! Our waitress, Kyra, was a gem! Had a great time with my Mom on Sunday, July 6th 2025 On Halloween, Oct, 31st 2025, Floid was our waiter at 8pm! My family and I went here for dinner 3/9/26 and the Lady @ the front desk was great and attentive as well as our waiter Larry he was one of the best waiters we've ever had. Thanks for the great experience and the food was fresh and delicious 🤤
I was surprised the reviews were so low because the food was better than at the West Chase location. Went on a Saturday evening. There was no wait. The food was great. The drinks were great. Service was great. I just wish the lights were dimmed like other locations. They were pretty bright.
This place was crowded before going to see Wicked: For Good. There was 6 of us and we had the best experience. I will say this could have been a disaster as the place was packed and busy but our waiter Jerry was on top of it all, friendly and got our orders and drinks out fat and refilled! We all had the a couple of Wicked Margs and had a great time before the movie! Thanks Jerry!

It will never be what it once was. I remember much better service back in the day. I also remember the Rojo Burgers and many other great food options from Chili's in its heyday in the 80s and 90s. Unfortunately, those days are long gone.

The To-Go girl needs to be retrained I went 12/22 at 6:30pm She acted like I was bothering her. I ordered my food and sat down. My food was ready for 10 minutes before someone came up to me to ask me what I was doing there. Also, my broccoli had alot of salt and pepper on it. That is the reason why I won't be back. Ordered fajitas via Grub Hub. Worst experience ever. Driver arrived with someone’s UberEats burger. He told me to contact grub hub for refund. I received a refund and re-ordered the fajitas. The second time, I received my fajitas; but they were missing the cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream. And based on time sticker on my order, I received the original order, not the second order. So everything was nice and cold. Big fail all around.
It was one of my worst experiences ever in Chili's. I've been a customer for decades and even a rewards member. They got my order extremely wrong. No offers to compensate me from the waiter. I've been a fan of the brand because they offer a dinning experience at fast dinning prices. Had to call the manager to make things right. They need to train waiters better. Also, if the waiter makes a mistake teach them to make it better without the need of calling the manager. I would avoid this particular Chili's.
If you’re going to place a to go order here don’t waste your time!!! I placed a to-go order and received a text at 1:56 PM that it was ready. When I arrived, no one attended the to-go counter. I waited about 20 minutes while servers walked past, and even after telling two staff members my order was ready, no one helped. I eventually had to call out for assistance. When I finally received my food, the tortillas for my fajita order were missing. It’s disappointing that with multiple staff present, no one managed the to-go register properly. I won’t be ordering to-go from this location again.
Last night (1-19-2026) I took my mother in-law out for her birthday. The service from this location was so ridiculous. the service was crap and I STILL tipped 18%, which he didn’t deserve. We ordered 4 burgers and they FORGOT a burger. Drinks, service, appetizers… AMAZING! Everything was fine until the meals came out. It took them 15 mins to bring out the forgotten order and the so called manager didn’t even come to the table to apologize or offer any type of compensation, I mean absolutely nothing. Not even a “my bad”. The disregard of us was wild. We weren’t belligerent, argumentative people. We didn’t understand the dismissiveness. I mean, We are constantly having the flag down people because our server stopped tending to our table. No refills, no anything. We flagged our server down and later asked about a resolution and his response was “oh, my manager said no”. So wild. Everybody is done eating and one person is this waiting on their food. They put these two loud mouths with kids behind us. as my husband is eating, the server is leaning Over having an entire conversation with those people he knows, over him. Unacceptable. My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and ready to show love since we are all 👍🏿. We tip crazy every where we go. The server definitely missed out on his blessing and this was the first and LAST time we will ever go to this location
I had called the day before to place a large order for my office. I arrived early to pay, because the link they sent wouldn't work. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my order, and 6 of my trays had major issues, My Big Mouth Bite Trays were messy with one looking like they just tossed the food on the tray, sauce every where and tops looked to be missing because they were not stacked together. I ordered two Cajun pasta platters one looked amazing, the other i thought was a mistake it was half missing and was just plain pasta with a few scraps of chicken, looked nothing like the other, dish. I had asked both yesterday and today for double the salsa . Because I had asked for the burger tray and pasta issues, to be addressed, I was immediately considered a trouble customer, I kept asking how would they serve that to someone, or expect me to serve it to my staff. The manager said the pasta was the same, Please see attached pictures and Judge for your selves. They took the one burger tray back and didn't use a clean tray, but just mushed everything together, the Big Mouth bites looked all sorts of messy, with sauce every where. I didn't get plates , serving utensils and had to beg for the missing garlic bread, and salsa all while having servers say it wasn't their job to help, and just rude, I asked for a receipt and was given a kitchen order not an actual receipt. I waited over 45 minutes past the time I had asked for the food, and parts of the hot food was cold, part hot. 75 percent of my food was made incomplete, wrong, or seriously a train wreck. The southwest egg rolls were not crispy nor where they cut. never once did anyone apologize , offer to correct or fix their mistakes. No One offered to assist me to my car despite having over 8 trays of food.
I ordered through door dash. On door dash Chilis is called (Just Wings). I ordered 2 orders of the 16 wings with fries. Both my order and my daughter’s order had a strand of black hair in it. I have braids in my hair and my daughter has pink hair. SMH! I called the store and talked to a manager named Mike/Micheal. He said he would handle the situation and offered me a gift card through email even though I told him door dash had already taken care of it. I have previously had burnt fries and burnt wings but I did not complain. I order from here because it’s familiar. I am not from Texas but it seems the food is starting to really get bad. I almost threw up. That was unsanitary and just plain gross.
Review: Chili's Grill & Bar - Traumatizing Experience & Management Failure Overall Rating: 0/10 (Safety and Management Response) Date of Visit: [Insert Date of Visit] This review is difficult to write because it involves an incident that went far beyond the quality of the food or typical service. While the appetizers and entrees were adequate, and our initial server was attentive enough, the dining experience was severely marred by a horrifying safety issue and an absolutely unacceptable management response. The food was generally okay, standard chain restaurant fare—nothing spectacular, but perfectly fine. The table service was also okay. However, the situation that unfolded while my elderly mother was using the restroom mandates a zero-star rating for safety and management. The Incident: My mother, an elderly woman, went to use the women's restroom. While inside a locked stall, a male individual violently entered the women's restroom. He proceeded to forcibly hit the stall door, punching it open, and shouting aggressively at my mother for having the stall door locked. Terrified and frail, she hugged the wall, completely defenseless and hoping someone would enter to help her. Thankfully, after this terrifying outburst, the man simply stopped and left the restroom. My mother was severely shaken, scared, and traumatized by this incident of violence and intrusion. Management's Failure to Act: When we reported the event to the manager, we were met with a response that showed a complete lack of concern for customer safety and empathy. The manager was apologetic but stated they "couldn't do anything about that." They claimed they could only promise to be "vigilant" regarding people entering the establishment in the future. This response is insufficient and utterly disheartening. Given the traumatic and frightening nature of the intrusion and aggression experienced by an elderly patron on their premises, the bare minimum required would have been to comp the meal or offer a substantial discount. To offer nothing but a verbal apology demonstrates a profound disconnect from customer care and responsibility. A restaurant is responsible for providing a safe environment. When a customer, especially a vulnerable one, is subjected to a violent threat on the premises, the management must address it with decisive action, both in securing the area and in compensating the victim for their distress. Conclusion: The lack of security oversight, coupled with the manager's failure to recognize and address the severity of the trauma caused, is unforgivable. We came for a meal and left with a traumatizing memory and a clear understanding that our safety is not a priority here. 0/10. We will absolutely not be returning to this location.
Absolutely AWFUL service. I got no straw, patiently waited for someone to come back. Took a while before I was able to ask. And it wasn’t even our waitress. We asked for dessert. Waited close to 30 minutes before we checked our screen and she never put it in. She realized WE realized and all of a sudden wanted to be attentive but brought to go plates. Then grabs the screen from my hands and starts “helping me” with payment. She left and after I paid, I start filling out the survey to let yall know we were not tensed to AT ALL. the last question i get to, she came back, SNATCHED the screen from me, and said you’re done, skipped the last question and left to the back. I’m SHOCKED that an employee like BRANDI is allowed to treat customers like that.
