This is one of those places. You can definitely tell the bartender/ massages or the chef exactly what you're feeling and they will be able to create a wonderful beverage of food option for you. Everybody's pretty chill. The place is quiet and conversational however, they have an awesome playlist. That'll keep you bumping and filling up regardless of the reason why your visit.

This location definitely did not disappoint! Came here for lunch with a friend during HRW and everything was exceptional! Food and drinks done to perfection. Jayson is the best bartender and they are lucky to have him! He also makes his own bow ties! The atmosphere is upscale and inviting. We will definitely be back!

We visit this place for the first time and it was amazing! First we walk in and the place is beautiful, love the chandeliers and how open it is. Brandon did a great job in recommending drinks and dinner and make sure we had a great time. Also it was really cool to have Danny one of the manager come say hi and make sure we were having a great experience. We tried the brisket and fish tacos, and They were both amazing. Also, the meatball appetizer was great. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place and wonderful service by Jason! We thought they had happy hour on Saturday, too. Nevertheless, we decided to stay. My friends enjoyed the salmon and Cuban sandwich. I liked my plant-based burger. The French fries are excellent. Jason gave me a limeade refill. It was refreshing as it was a warm afternoon. The cherry on top at Hearsay is free pop corn and cotton candy. I look forward to going during happy hour and live music.

Hearsay Levy Park has it all! Atmosphere is classy but not stuffy, views to the park are pretty, and the food is colorful and fresh. I noticed the variety of healthy and indulgent options. There is something for everyone (new squeezed juices, great salads, and even the burgers and chicken sandwiches are memorable!) I went for a weekday lunch from the office, and they were so welcoming and it was not full. I know they fill up on the weekends, but they do take reservations. Would be a great girls night or date night location in Upper Kirby area! Ozzy took great care of our group, and we will be back soon!

The bartender recommended the short rib, I had it over mashed potatoes and broccolini and it was amazing!!! Also had deviled eggs for a starter, chefs kiss 💋

The place is genuinely gorgeous—high ceilings, chandeliers, big windows overlooking the park, and a patio that works for both sunny brunches and evening cocktails. Plus, their bourbon selections are great. If you go during peak times—especially HH—finding a spot can be frustrating. On busy days, food can take longer to arrive, and service might slow down a bit. Not terrible, but noticeable if you’re in a hurry. Overall, this is a great place for HH and dinner.

GORGEOUS restaurant that opens up to the levy park. Full bar, games to occupy the kids (and free cotton candy the day we went!), new homemade juice bar, and even a dog menu. Food was delicious. Rosemary french fries were addicting. They did a great job hosting our daughter's birthday in private room. Thank you to service staff and manager for making it a great experience!

What attracted was the unique pizzas, what kept me was the unique drinks. Service was great! Visiting from the other side of the state (the desert part) and I wanted to sit and enjoy the park- and while I was checked on, I wasn’t ignored or smothered. Fig arugula pizza was different and tasty!

Went to this place just to quickly use the restroom, ended up staying and having the absolute best meal I think I’ve ever had. The service was top tier, and very well served by Jayson, who even made some great recommendations from the menu and always made sure we were okay. I almost didn’t want to write this review just so we could gate-keep, cause the place was just that good!

Stopped by for dinner and sat outside to enjoy the evening. The food was delicious on every single bite, flavorful, cooked to perfection, and a good portion. The only downside was the time to get the food, not entirely the restaurant fault, more of the attention to service from the person attending our table. I would definitely go back for the food.

Looking for new restaurants to try is easy when you live in a large metropolitan area like Houston. I like finding new places that excel not just with the food, but with the atmosphere and other qualities as well. And a restaurant that has a good deal to offer is Hearsay at Levy Park. Walking into this restaurant, the first thing you notice is the large size and the interesting atmosphere. There is loads of glass, which is nice for the natural lighting it provides during the day. The walls are brick, and there is a long bar with lots of seating. Chandelier- style light fixtures hang from the ceilings above and there is a good deal of seating, along with private space and outdoor tables, too. Hearsay at Levy Park offers a complete menu consisting of American- style food dishes. Pizza is a good option if you want something a little more economical and less filling. The same is true with the sandwiches, most of which come with a side of rosemary parmesan fries, which is much better than the plain, unseasoned fries so common at other restaurants. If your appetite is heartier, and you want a squarer meal, you can opt for one of the entrees, which are larger and usually come with veggies and other sides. They even have designated vegetarian meals and vegetarian pizza, not to mention a dog friendly menu! You really couldn’t ask for more with the menu options. Everything is tasty and prepared just right. Everyone who comes here should find something they like, and that includes your favorite pet. With the drinks, Hearsay at Levy Park shines once again, with an extensive menu that includes about 12 beers on tap, 30 wines, and 12 specialty cocktails. Not all the wines are available by the glass, so you may need to ask the person with you if they would like to split a bottle. Like with the food, there are enough options that you should have no problem finding a drink to suit your taste. Whether it’s an adult beverage or a non- alcoholic drink, this restaurant aims to please. It's cool to have so many restaurant options in the Houston area. It’s even cooler when you can find a restaurant that checks off all the boxes and has something for everyone. Hearsay at Levy Park is that restaurant. It has everything you need in the food and drink categories, loads of seats, and a unique atmosphere. All combined, it should satisfy even the pickiest diners.

Dropped by with some friends and had a great time! Location is perfect - right next to Levy park. Our server, Hannah, was so sweet and helpful walking us through some favorites on the menu. Everything we got was delicious and the service was spot on even though the place was quite busy. Staff was friendly and Hannah was so attentive the entire time we were sat. Will definitely be back!

The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was incredible. Everything felt warm and welcoming. Our server, Anthony, was very nice and attentive — he even helped me prepare a drink that wasn’t on the menu, exactly the way I wanted it. Excellent service and a great experience overall. I would definitely come back! Thank you so much Anthony !!!!!

Came to lunch with my wife and she loved it. Was only here for a day and chose to come here. The bartender with the dreads was very nice and conversational. Manager and him told us about places to go and made us laugh. So many bourbon selections and great tasting food. 10/10 service will come back

I have always loved Hearsay downtown, but the Levy Park location is such a vibe. And, close to home so twice the charm! The food is delicious. Never over done. Always perfectly seasoned, perfectly prepared. Stop in and sit at the bar. Jayson is a wonderful host and bartender.

I held a work event at Hearsay at Levy Park last night, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The management team was attentive, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was exactly what we envisioned for the event. I would especially like to recognize our servers, Michael and Raymond, for their exceptional service. They were highly attentive, efficiently managed guest orders, and ensured that food was consistently replenished throughout the event. Michael regularly checked in to confirm that all needs were met. Their professionalism and dedication contributed greatly to the success of the event.

Tried Hearsay for dinner on a Sunday evening. Had the roasted poblano soup with the jalapeño bread. The soup was velvety and was really good. I didn't care for the bread. I had one of their signature old fashioned drinks. Loved it. For dessert, my server Michael recommended the bread pudding. I decided to take it home, so I haven't tried it yet. It looks and smells good.

We enjoyed a nice family dinner on Sunday evening. It was a quite and casual atmosphere. The food was good and we liked the menu selections with multiple dishes that sound good and a little different from the standard options. While the rest of our meal was enjoyable, the dessert was a disappointment. The cheesecake we received was noticeably burned and should not have been served. We mistakenly thought the dark coloring was a chocolate topping and only realized the issue after our children had eaten a significant portion. We would have preferred to be told the dessert was unavailable rather than being served a product of this quality. It unfortunately detracted from an otherwise good experience."...

The space is beautiful. The chandeliers give the restaurant a romantic, upscale look. We had a group of 14 people. Service was professional and attentive. My redfish tacos were slightly smaller than I'm used to, with a lovely garnish of avocado. The accompanying Mexican corn was a small, tasty portion.

Met some girlfriends for happy hour at Hearsay. The cocktails are $10, while small bites are $9. This is a beautiful place with a gorgeous patio facing the park. The service was professional and polite. I had a Pear of Aces, which was a very delicious cocktail with a kick. The food is what lacked luster. We had the deviled eggs, that could use a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning or a pickled onion on top just to elevate the flavor. The beef empanadas were not too bad, however I would suggest to add more than a drizzle of sauce. The cheese steak egg rolls were just ok because I don't really remember the taste. We didn't try the charcuterie board but it looked pretty appealing. Despite the food, I loved the ambiance so I will revisit to try and entree.

It was rather empty Friday night. Love the chandeliers. They actually serve tasty food/appetizers as compared to the usual restobars. Never been around this area and it was a surprise theres a place like this beside a park.

My friend invited me to join her for brunch after church today at Hearsay. I had never heard of it or eaten there before (hey, we live in the food capitol of the south, Houston...so it's easy to understand why, lol). She had tried the Woodlands' location and since this location was literally only minutes from our church we decided to give it a shot. The best thing about this location IS its location. It's nicely tucked away in Levy Park with great natural scenery and other features for those who like the outdoors. We sat outside and enjoyed the sights. Our waitress definitely could have provided better service. There were moments where we'd order a refill on our drinks or ice for our waters, since again we sat outside, and it took the longest for her to get those things done. It wasn't busy yet to justify the wait. I actually never got my ice, she wasn't paying attention when my friend asked for a cup of ice "to go" and ended up bringing her a glass of ice and I just used that. I had ordered toast with my Farmer's omelet and it didn't come out with my meal. I had to wait another 5+ minutes to get that. Omelet could hv used a little salt, but it wasn't bad. The field of greens salad was good and I liked the sherry vinaigrette dressing, but I didn't eat it all because there was a small bug smashed to the plate. I brought it to the waitress' attention that a dead gnat was on the plate and she just nonchalantly said "I'm sorry" and that was that...interesting, didn't try to accomodate me for that inconvenience at all.🤔 My friend ordered the short rib hash with a fried egg on top and stated she enjoyed it... that it wasn't bad at all. I ordered the redfish tacos to go and noticed once I got home that I didn't get the corn casserole that I paid for that comes with it. It was just little things like that, that make or break a dining experience for me. So after reading this location's reviews... I clearly agree that the service here could use some improvements. I ate during brunch, so will only speak on the pricing for that menu. It was reasonably priced. I ordered two entrées and my check was $33 with tax. Food was decent, not great! But I'm one to give a spot 2x to make a good impression, so I'll be back at the least, one more time.

I had an amazing brunch experience. The waiters were very attentive, plenty of parking, beautiful ambience, delicious entrees, and the cutest drink presentations all wrapped up in an upscale and cozy vibe. Must try.

came in for dinner last night & was not disappointed! as a gorgeously spaced restaurant with high ceilings and indoor/outdoor/private dining rooms, hearsay levy park is the perfect environment with the perfect vibe. the food came fresh & delicious, and the menu has something for everyone! highly recommend the tuna nachos app — wonton crisp was perfectly light & not thick at all. service was a bit slow towards the end of the night, despite there not being other patrons. (workers were focused on closing but it did take a while for us to flag one down)

Having had great experiences at the downtown Hearsay location, I was thinking this place would also be good although I did see reviews of slow service before going. Unfortunately, the reviews were still accurate. We went for Sunday brunch and there were only a few tables. They sat us in the very back of the restaurant and it took awhile for our server to show up. Then we placed our drink order, he did warn us it would take longer than usual since he's making the drinks himself which I found odd. But it took way too long for non alcoholic drinks to finally arrive. Then comes the food part. I was looking to order from Houston restaurant week menu, however my friend pointed out that it was cheaper to order individually off the regular menu which is usually not the case. I ended up ordering the chilaquiles which was $17 and extra charge for meat (normally chilaquiles comes with meat at any Mexican restaurant). The food was underwhelming with little to no flavor. But it wasn't just my dish, my friends dishes were also rather bland. I honestly wouldn't go back or just stick with the downtown location. The Levy Park location is has a nice park and ambiance hence 3 stars, but overall I don't recommend.

Holding a party every night with loud music until 11 pm, average noise level above 70 dB which is a city code violation. Update: Right after the day the owner responded that they care about the noise, they held another party until 11 pm. I attached a record of my sound measurement to show the point. Time of measurement at 10:15 pm and 10:46 pm. Definitely city code violation. I called non emergency line and even talked to the officer on site. The only thing I heard is that they have a permit. Why do we even have a city code then, if they can just get away with it by paying a few dollars? How can the city provide permits 3 times in a week, sacrificing the wellbeing of nearby residents? Also, there is no special permit that allows loud noise until 11 pm during weekdays, so how did they get the permit that does not exist in the ordinance code?

I’ve experienced this restaurant multiple times - once for a corporate event and three times as a regular patron. Unfortunately, with the exception of the corporate event, each visit has been less than acceptable. The restaurant has never been at full capacity during my visits, yet both drink and food service have been consistently slow. On more than one occasion, it took over 20 minutes to receive a round of drinks - none of which were complicated. That’s not a one-off delay; that’s a pattern. When the slow service was politely brought to our server’s attention, it was not received well and was met with visible irritation rather than accountability or correction. Being dismissed for providing reasonable feedback only compounded the frustration. This is disappointing, because the location is convenient and the concept has real potential. However, after several subpar experiences, I can’t recommend this restaurant unless there is a noticeable shift - either tighter service standards, stronger management oversight, or a meaningful change in how guests are treated. Good spots don’t just happen because of location or ambiance. They happen because service is consistent. Right now, that piece is missing.
