A+ customer service! Tasty selection of donuts and incredible customer service that went above and beyond! After making my selection, I returned to my car which refused to start - dead battery! 2 women who work here (and a bystander) jumped my car battery using their own jumper cables and their expertise (I knew nothing about jumping my vehicle and didn’t even have jumper cables.). They were kind and “jumped” right to it. I am so appreciative and, by the way, this Kreme-filled donut is the best I’ve ever had!

We Love this Place. Melt in your Mouth when Hot & Fresh. We drive from Magnolia to HWY 6 & the location was closed, then we drove to Humble while some were doubting being worth the almost 2 hr drive, but after the 1st bite they were Happy we did

Missed the hot and now but the flavor is still good right off the shelf!! So glade to have Krispy Kreme in Humble!! Know we don't have to drive clear across Texas to get so Krispy Kreme donuts! My wife being from Alabama was raised on them. Me being from Texas never knew they existed, but I have enjoyed the different flavor and texture and nice to see the conveyor system in action as the doughnuts are coated. The kids seem astounded as the get to watch the process!!

Drive thru was quick service. Donuts were fresh and delicious and the attendant was friendly, but I found it inconvenient that she could not add my 2 creams & 2 sugars to the coffee for me. She was still friendly & polite, but said that was not a service that they offer. In my experience other drive-thru establishments do offer that courtesy, therefore 4 stars.

I put in an order last night to pick up early this morning for a birthday breakfast treat for my kid. First, I ordered the Paris donuts and I went to order the 3 pack instead of each donut one by one. As you can see on the pictures, before adding it to my cart, it was $7.69 for the 3 pack and after adding it, it changed to $8.89. This was not including any taxes or fees, it just upped the price. So I went back and ordered the donuts individually and it stayed the correct price. When I got home, I noticed they didn’t look at all like the pictures or descriptions. The chocolate and the creme brûlée didn’t have any toppings. They were just plain. And after taking a bite, it was clear that these were day old donuts. This is just pure laziness and extremely disappointing.

Donuts were good. They said they had donuts ready and I had to wait 20 minutes still for my dozen and I was the only one there. Some of the staff (I think it was the manager)were a bit combative when I was asking questions about the Krispy Kreme birthday promo (which isn’t as good a deal as initially reported. 8460 fm1960 - Terrible experience. female drive thru cashier was very rude & unprofessional. She should not be working drive thru. No basic customer service was offered not a smile not a hello not a have a good day just her being rude on her cell phone the whole interaction. I’m a supervisor and would never let someone like her represent my drive thru or work customer service period. 8:42 am 2/14/26. She told me they didnt have enough valentines donuts to complete my order. I told her give me 2 sprinkle donuts. She is on her cell phone the whole time. the donuts she gave me looks like they were dropped on the floor. No way I can give that as a gift to someone. I walk in to ask for a refund what looked like hundreds of valentines donuts filled to the max with donuts. So why did she lie? She should not be on her cell phone while helping a customer. I was very annoyed and frustrated that she would lie telling me theres not enough to complete my order and I walk inside and see hundreds of valentines donuts and the donuts she gave me looks like she dropped the box they looked terrible. I always come here because of my kids, they love the donuts and I have never had a bad experience up until now. I went thru the drive thru and told them I wanted 2 assorted dozens since the second would $2. When I got to the window she charged me for 1 dozen and 1 half a dozen and I told her no I wanted 2 dozens for that promo you guys are having where the second dozen would be $2, she rolled her dam eyes at me! Like miss ma’am…. I get it we all have our bad days, we all hate mornings but that is no reason to be rude at all! After I paid she gave me my receipt and I forgot I was getting a penny back and it fell to the floor, I said “I’m sorry it’s okay don’t worry about it” and she rolled her eyes again!!!!! I’m honestly so disappointed.

The worst customer service they never stocked with cinnamon rolls that they sell and make everyday. They took my money told wait 30 minutes after waiting I go back to check and they tell me oh we can't make them we making cake. Remind you I called before I came and asked if they had any available she said yes before I drove 20 or 30 minutes. All for them to say they out. Don't go to this place completely waste of your time.

Peyton is the best she’s awesome. My dad kept bothering her about her rewards, but she didn’t care. She went ahead and accept all his rewards and she gave out samples and she’s awesome. Come ask for Payton when you come to Krispy Kreme.

I ordered a dozen kreme filled donuts through Uber eats. The receipt had the correct order, however when we received the order it was incorrect. When I contacted the store, the initial person said she had to get the manager. The "manager" said very loudly in the background, "girl why did you answer the phone don't be answering the phone at night," then got on the phone. The only option given was for us to get in the car(I cannot see to drive at night) and bring it back (in an unfamiliar town) in less than an hour...and was told it was because there were new people. We were not even offered the opportunity to go tomorrow and make the exchange. Unfortunately for us, we are stuck with the wrong order, but we will definitely not be ordering from this location when traveling through again.

Went to Krispy Kreme at 6:00 in the morning because I was told that that would be the earliest that I can show up to guarantee that I would get the Harry Potter Donuts for my wife's birthday. They charged me almost $5 per the sorting hat. Donut and when me and my wife finally bit into it to see what house we got sorted into they didn't even put a color in. They were both white. This is definitely a big disappointment especially because I had to wake up so early just to please my wife for her birthday and you guys ruined it

They dont have harry potter donuts available to purchase ahead of time through the app for any day, at any time, ever until the items are going to be gone. So you cant preorder them. So I thought maybe you can only order them in store. Went at 10am and was told they were sold out of the harry potter donuts. Are you incapable of making more donuts?? Theres still 14 hours left in the day?! If you are supposed to be offering a product, either offer that, or publicly advertise yourself as a store that isnt offering the product. I went back today because the app showed they had some when i woke up, I placed an online order for a Harry Potter dozen and showed up and they had sold them all to the people in the store. Dont come here if u want a novelty item. They dont make enough, dont plan on making more and then sell the ones you already bought.

Didn’t answer phone on several attempts so we Drove down for Harry Potter donuts and said they were sold out (even though dozens were sitting in shelves behind them for store orders apparently). If you’re going to offer items, have them available or have the decency to hide them, rather to lie to small children that were excited to get them. Tables were all filthy too. Won’t be back.

Worst standalone Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. Staff moves like molasses in January. Neon sign out front not lit. No hot donuts off the production line. No apple fritters. Doughnuts taste like they’ve been in the rack for a long time. Asked for a decaf coffee because it was late afternoon and I’d rather be able to sleep tonight, said they don’t have it, unlike every other Krispy Kreme I’ve been to.

Showed up for mobile order at 6:32am (admittedly my order was for pickup at 6:40am) upon arrival the employee quickly became rude and frustrating to deal with. Insisted no order was under my name. I had email confirmation and still was insisting that she hadn’t received any order for me. My email stated order was received at 6:08am… I could understand if I had arrived hours ahead of time but less than 10 minutes and not wanting to get order started or worked on was ridiculous. Literally had to sit around pull back into drive way at exactly 6:41am and surprise order came through. Find it hard to believe orders are coming in at exactly the time one is suppose to pick up. Finally get to the window to pick up order and the same employee hands me half my order only.. then seems surprised that my order is incomplete. This type of lazy & rude service explains the bad reviews at this location. Unfortunately this is the only location on this side of the city at this time. So either have to stop coming or deal with this again.
