To say I love Jason’s Deli is an understatement. To say I love this particular location is not at all accurate because I don’t know how else to express that I LOVE THIS LOCATION SO MUCH. My family has been coming here for family dinner since we moved here in 2004. It has only gotten better and better. The staff is friendly, quick and always on top of cleaning tables. Even on the rare occasion they mess something up they are more than happy to fix it. My absolute favorite reason this is my favorite location out of all the JD’s we’ve been to is that I joke about how when I move away one day I will always come back here because 15 years and their soft serve machine is THE BEST. I don’t know what kind of magic or recipe they use but it is unlike the other locations and it is a staple to not only the franchise but this particular location. Please never change it ever. And of course I didn’t take a pic of the cone I got this week because I was too excited to eat it! In the picture we got the Bigger Better BLT, the Roast Melt sandwich, Tomato Basil Soup, and Kids cheese Pizza. April 2021: Carlos, the manager on shift tonight is doing a wonderful job! Tasty and satisfying — just what I was craving! The Chicken Alfredo pasta at Jason’s Deli was creamy, flavorful, and had a generous portion of tender chicken. The sauce was rich without being too heavy, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. It hit the spot and made for a very enjoyable meal. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I wished there was a bit more seasoning to make the flavors pop even more. Still, great comfort food and I’d definitely order it again!

Always love this place. The only reason they have 4 stars from me is because the plates they gave us were dirty and the next set were also dirty. But the food was great the dishes were just dirty

For my first time trying Jason's deli. It wasn't so bad. I like it. Ordered an Italian Cruz po-boy w/ chips and a small order of chili. It really hit the spot. Not to overfilling. Definitely want to go back one day.

The jason deli on 45 and cypresswood they have a kids eat free on Tuesday we made it a routine to go. Came to this location and the cashier looked at me like i was crazy for asking. Didn’t bother asking if it was valid here. Love the food but wont be coming back to this location. Also very little chicken on the potato.

I like the food, but as of recently, the amount you get for your money is not worth it. I've been coming to Jason's Deli for well over 10 years. My usual order is the Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I used to always have to get a to go box because I couldn't finish all the food. I visited Saturday for my birthday, and I barely had any pasta on my plate, no to go boxes brought home. I was served a stingy amount of pasta with maybe 3-4 small chicken bits. What shocked me was that they spread the pasta over the plate to make it look like there was more. The plate was also designed in a way to look like it held more food but it did not. Deceptive 😬 This has been my favorite restaurant for many years, and I'm disappointed that they cut the portions so drastically, yet made it to look like there was more. I'm not sure that I'll be back again.🤔

I went to the Location at Deerbrook in Houston, I ordered a potato. I ordered a Mexicano potato . Sat and wait for a minute then went outside , upon coming back in to check and see if my order was ready. I see this lady bring an order back in and telling them it wasn’t her order the bag was tore . So I’m thinking it’s mine so I sit and wait to see if it was mine . The Caucasian employee at the register asked did I have a plain Jane potato and I’m like no … the bag the lady gave him is behind him on the counter by the lady prepping the food … so I tell him what I had he tells me it has to b remade … so I sit there for a second to see if he is about to give me the order the lady just brought back in . He sees me watching I get a phone call and had to go outside only to come right bk in and all of a sudden my order is ready when the first order took at least 10 minutes . I grab the bag from him get in the car and it’s the same bag the lady tore open . The fact that he gave it to me with such confidence really boiled my skin . In the world we are living in today and it being food he should have thru the entire order away and remade it instead of being lazy . This was not sanitary or professional y’all do not I repeat do not visit this location they are very careless with food handling

I asked for small plate to get few banana peppers from bar. And "manager" I believe Estrella told me that was extra charge. Years coming to this location and first time someone make me feel uncomfortable for 2 peppers . She even follow me all the way to my table to tell me that I was going to get charge

$8.00!! This is supposed to be an Egg & Cheese wrap. It was not seasoned at all…just bland and flat. I was warned not to come here. Benefit of the doubt did not work here. NEVER AGAIN!! Are you guys serious?!! Sure I’ll get the standard “we’re sorry about your experience. Please come back and spend more money.” No how about a full refund.
