This is my first time at this Jimmy John's location and I have to say that Alex and John are Awesome! They are extremely courteous, professional and polite and I am so glad that I stopped!!! Alex and John.... Keep up the Outstanding work!!!!
My first experience with JJ’s was an ordered that was delivered. I was impressed because the deliver time was faster then expected and our sandwiches were delicious. My second encounter was a pickup order. I drove there and called to ask if someone could bring my order to my vehicle. I explained that I didn’t want to go into the restaurant because of COVID-19 and my health challenges. The gentleman that answered the phone was kind and attentive. The young lady that delivered my order to my vehicle wore a huge smile and was very pleasant. She deserved the tip that I gave her. The only thing that was not accurate from my order was the fact that my sandwich was not cut in half. Otherwise, everything was perfect and scrumptious! I thought about taking a pic AFTER I ate my food, lol.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the awesome, hot and comical order taker named Chris. Sandwich tasted great and I was literally blown away with the "so fast" portion part of the service seeing how my sandwich was being handed to me immediately after I finished my transaction. Great establishment, great staff. Thanks guys (literally)
As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a welcoming smile. My order was immediately taken and fixed to perfection! I hadn't had a JJ's sub in so long, that I had forgotten how good they are. I recommend you adding one of their delicious, crunchy, kosher dill pickles to top it off.
By far the best people I've met in my whole life. The manager, Robert is so kind and welcoming and genuine, Carl was funny and enthusiastic and charming, and Chris is an amazing human being just because he is completely selfless and willing to put others above himself. If I could give this Jimmy John's 10 stars, I'd double it over and over again💕
I love JJ! It's so nice to have fresh and delicious sandwiches delivered to my office. When I cannot leave City Hall for lunch.. JJ it is! I tried their chicken ceasar wrap today and it is good! I asked for extra pickles and they didn't disappoint! I only wish there was an option to get the tuna in a wrap.... that would be so good! Oh yeah... the bread is soft and delicious! Better than Subway and Jersey Mike's.
Mario & Mark get it done, and done RIGHT every time! I will never step into Subway or Lennie's again. The bread and vegetables are at the peak of freshness and the meat is generously applied. These guys take customer service to the next level; by the time you leave you feel as is you just made two new friends.

Nicest people work at this Jimmy Johns! They put Freaky fast to shame and are super kind! This is legit the best Jimmy Johns on this planet ! I didn’t get the associates names but they’re the ones who made my turkey Tom in 30 seconds and they deserve a raise.
Their sandwiches are great, but their App needs a lot of work. It takes longer to enter the order than to just drive to the restaurant and it has a habit of making you enter your password AFTER the order, but then it usually loses the order.

If I could give more than 5 stars to the African American gentleman who served us today. My Son and I were getting dinner and waiting for my tire to be fixed. He was truly understanding and kind when my 6 year old asked him a million questions. He truly made a rough day better! Thank you so much!

Sandwich was fine but not happy with location policy. A very polite lady behind me asked if she may use their restroom and was told customers only. The staff made her order a 1.50 bag of chips she did not want for her to use the facilities. I won't come back as I wouldn't want to be treated that way if it had been myself.
Most of the time I receive my delivery order fairly quickly, however, this particular day it took over an hour to deliver 2 miles away and I received the sandwich pictured which was mostly bread. Needless to say it was not worth the wait.

USUALLY this place is great. There is a man that works there and is always happy. Today... he was not there. 2 women who look and act as if they hate the world worked today. I had about a slice and a half of meat on each sandwich. One without cheese. And I think also missing the vinegar and oil- which they charged for all 3 - which usually it's just the cheese that is extra. Barely any mayo. It was just a ridiculously sad and dry sandwich.... and it's usually really good. They also took back my receipt when I went back for my cheese, or else I'd call the manager. Lesson learned if the happy guy ain't there- go to Lenny's down the street.

I arrived to this location when it opened at 11. Myself and 3 other waiting customers were told there wasn’t any bread to fulfill orders and we would have to wait until 11:15. It’s a sandwich shop- shouldn’t bread be readily available? The heavy set black woman who was working seemed super annoyed at our mere existence. You know when you open- you know all you serve are sandwiches…I just don’t get it.
I ordered a sandwich with a cookie; I got the sandwich. I called and asked for the cookie or a refund and was told they would send the cookie when the driver got back (we are right across the street). I waited an hour and then spoke to the manager who told me he was certain that I got the cookie initially because he himself delivered it. I explained that I never received it. I once again asked for a refund or the cookie and was told it was on the way. Well, it’s been a week so I’m pretty sure that cookie isn’t coming and I didn’t get a refund. I understand that mistakes happen, but failing to deliver the cookie, holding on to the delivery fee and tip all while not making this right will make it difficult to order from there in the future.
This was my first time in a Jimmy John's restaurant. I would suggest that not everybody is familiar with how your particular establishment works. I thought the food itself was pretty good, it was just the attitude of the employees. If you are going to be condescending to your customers because they are not familiar with your menu, or don't know that if you want your food to go, you need to get your own bags, people are not going to care for that. I wouldn't even classify their behavior as rude, I would call it ambivalent. This might explain why I was the only person in the restaurant at peak lunch time.
Never had a previous issue with them but placed an order at 3:38, it is now 4:54 and it never made it. I would understand if it was lunch time, or maybe if somebody had the courtesy to call and say they were running well over an hour behind but nope, nothing from them. I have to leave my office at 5 so I had to call and cancel.
There was only one worker taking orders and making the sandwiches. Need help the keep the line moving. Poor Management.
This place is ridiculously SLOW. EVERY TIME I come, I'm waiting for something to be made because they don't have it. Tonight, I waited over 40 minutes for 2 tuna sandwiches and 3 little johns because there was not enough tuna. Well, I told the lady that I would wait. She took 6 orders ahead of mine. When customers stopped coming in, she finally made my tuna and got my order out. She was rude and didn't even take time to apologize. There was only one worker. Definitely not living up to their "freaky fast'" claim.
This is the 2nd time at this location and I thought at first the lady taking the orders was having a bad day. Now again the same crappy service from her. Very sour when speaking to customers, when talking to her she does listen to you like completely ignores you. I love Jimmy John’s. Whatever is happening to her and she’s expressing it to the customers that a bad reflection and it does frustrates that I’m trying to have a good ordering experience. She didn’t give me the cup I needed for my drinks.

Guy seemed annoyed that I pointed it out. As I was leaving the guy said they'd make some tea real fast... I don't have time to wait for them to make tea. Horrible experience with the staff.

Unfortunately the service gets slower each time I visit. One person on the register and one person making sandwiches in crazy during a lunch rush. I commend the gentleman making the sandwiches cause he moved with a sense of urgency. The other gentleman really needs to learn to multitask and prioritize customers in the restaurant
I had a series of subpar experiences with this restaurant involving food missing from order, long delivery times, or not prepared as requested. The result of which was that I never felt comfortable leaving a good tip, especially as there is a delivery fee. I'd come to terms with the inconsistent quality and delivery times as I still like the food and resolved that I just would tip low to reflect my unhappiness with the overall experience. My last experience was that the delivery took over 45 minutes and when it arrived the driver had taken the time to to circle and star the delivery fee stating that it doesn't go to the drivers in a note and lots of little stars around my low tip to shame me for it. So, it's just clear to me that my business isn't wanted if I'm not interested in paying extra for low quality service. Maybe they don't pay their drivers enough, and I feel bad about that, but I still don't feel good about these cumulative experiences culminating in an attempt to shame me for not rewarding slow delivery. As a result, I'm not ordering from here anymore. I really just don't feel good about this place.
Ordered delivery I never received my food when I called to let them know I hadn't received my order all kinds of excuses about why.After an hour of waiting I call to get a refund and they tried to give me store credit!!! I said no I want a refund this is not acceptable. I would give negative stars if I could but it won't let me. Horrible location will never order there again.
RUDE!!!!!!! I stood there right in front of the cashier ( heavy set black lady) for a few minutes, being totally ignored, no hello how are you, no can I take your order? She looks up and says" what chu gettin" what kind of grammer is that!? How rude!!!!! Then the other lady ( older Hispanic lady) hands me my sandwich, no smile, no have a nice day, so rude!!!!! They should not be dealing with customers PERIOD! NEVER coming here again!
My husband ordered two sandwiches around 7:40pm, they charged his credit card at 8:20 pm, and NOTHING was ever delivered. We understand that they close at 8pm, but charging his card after the restaurant closed. We have ordered from them and have gone inside many times but this is uncalled for.
This is the second time ive came and got sandwiches this week. I live 20 minutes from you, and definitely not making a trip back. Ive got my food to go and paid for avocado on my sandwiches and again received no avocado on any sandwiches. Its extremely frustrating and disappointing that people cant get a simple order correct. To have paid for it also more than once. Not sure if i will return to this location again.
The bacon on the blt was ice cold pale and appeared uncooked. It actually had ice in the middle. BLT sandwich should not have cold bacon. Never ordering this again and don’t recommend ever eating uncooked cold pork
Freaky Fast.. There favorite word is no. Worst service ever. Spent $150 ordering subs for a company luncheon, and needed one more tray of subs. Manager said no can't do it, he was about to have a lunch rush. Also when I called to order manager told me couldn't take my order over the phone had to do it online. Then they called me back after I placed the order online and were about to tell me the couldn't do the order, but luckily another employee came in. I will be spending our money elsewhere when feeding our employees of 150+. I would give them a zero stars if I could.
If it's going to take an hour between when I order my food and when I receive it, then the slogan SHOULD NOT be "freaky fast delivery". Additionally, if it's going to take a hour for me to receive my food, then my sandwich should not be FLAT and half-filled...
This place is embarrassing! I went twice this week and only one employee and no bread. As soon as you enter he told me not taking any orders!!! Nothing I can do. Feel bad for these employees.
This place has delivered to us three times before. And all of the sudden they decided not to. After confirming with managers that they have delivered to us, they still refused to deliver. Manager and employees where both rude. Going to stick to subway. Customer service should always be important but apparently the manager is leading by example...
Went to buy a combo and the front desk cashier Couldn’t understand “my English” and got mad at me With a horrible attitude and talked to another employer to help me, that was nasty cuz he just walked away and left me behind, I felt to bad that I wanted to cry cuz for first time I felt discriminated. I used to love this place but after this I don’t think so. ( by the way I don’t know his name and I don’t care honestly,but he was wearing glasses 🤓)

I have always order from this location but the last few times I've ordered they get my order wrong and they delivery it really late. Today I called to see why my order was over an hour in a half late and whoever answered the phone did not greet me, they just asked me what I wanted like if they knew me. They informed me that they were busy at that time but that my order was on its way. I waited 30more mins when I live 10mins away. When they got here, half of my order was missing, the drinks had no ice and were watered down.
I used to come here often, the service was really good. Stopped coming because of the costumer service. Finally decided to come back and asked for a toasted bread. Not extra toasted. Staff not friendly at all. Definitely won’t be returning.

Today, March 6th 2026 I’ve sat in the store for 40 minutes. Every single customer who walked in behind me has ordered and been served. I ordered online 10-15 minutes before arriving at the store for context.

She at no point acknowledged my presence. As I'm patiently waiting for the counter person to come take my order. Another customer walks in. The sandwich lady comes alive. Asks him if he's ready he gives me a side glance and starts giving her his order. It's at this point I ask her if she just didn't see me. I'm kinda hard to see at six foot five and three hundred pounds with an orange hat on. She then attempted a poor explanation of she wasn't ringing him up, and she thought I was still looking. It takes a huge amount of restraint dealing with these kids today. I will be calling the manager and will not be back. I hope this sounds like the rant of a Karen, because it was very close to being something else.
