Came in Sunday morning for the first time with my son. The kitchen Manager Roger approached our booth with the best ice breaker ever complimented us on our Texans hats. Really good vibes and the pizza was delicious. The service was awesome and will definitely be back with my son.

Chris was amazing! He made sure our group had everything we needed and checked on us often. Great service and such a friendly attitude — we really appreciated his attention to detail!

First time at a Main event with the family. We did the bowling for 2 hrs and had a blast. Got some pizza and nachos. The pizza was better than expected and the nachos were awesome as well. We didn't stay for the arcade but next time we plan on it. Everyone we delt with was really nice and we had no issues.

Our game card wasn’t working. Nikki was super helpful and resolved the issue quickly and to our satisfaction. Milkshakes and fun drinks were excellent. Chris provided excellent service.

I went for a casual date night, a new guy, I must say! We went to the bar/pool area! Our bartender was great, very friendly and talkative which made the night go even smoother. I do want to say their wings are expensive for only 6 but its definitely worth it. I had the lemon pepper flavor dry rub and boy ole boy, can I say goooodddd! I will pay that $14.99 again and again.. well my date will pay ! Lol 😆

We love Main Event, but they seem to be drastically under staffed every time we go. It can take 30+ minutes to place an order for a drink. If you’re going for games and not food or drinks, you’ll be good.

They have a new manager named Chris that was effective at turning a really disheartening situation good! There weren’t any waiters on deck and when we were told waiters were going to attend to us, they didn’t. Chris took ownership of the situation once we alerted him to the issue, he served us himself, brought fun complimentary drinks for the kids and ensured that we had a great waiter after ensuring that the matter was rectified !

I came in today at around 11:30 we came to get activity passes and for the kiddos to have a bite maybe a sip for me and the hubby first we did bowl and as we sat down we were greeted with our server/bartender sabrina she was beyond helpful and let us know she was the only one servicing us at the moment and seeing as how she was the only server and bartender in the building at the time she did a outstanding job she made sure we had everything even tho we saw she was busy she even made sure we were okay after we payed out and for that i am truly amazed and commend main event for the service standards they hold their employees to after that we did a round of laser tag and boy was that a work out but so fun and a family friendly competition the kids then wanted to play games so we did for about a hour after that they were a bit tired so we decided to just head home so we didn’t use our activity passes as much as we could’ve but we still had a blast and a fun time bonding as a family I will definitely be coming back and am taken back by how much fun we as a family had !!!! come and bring the family bc this place is hours of fun

This place was packed on a Saturday! We were there for a birthday party and the staff were super helpful! The food was great, one of our kiddos was too small for laser tag so they gave him a game card so he could play games while the other kids played laser tag. Great experiences all around.

It was my son's 14th birthday, we had 8 kids and 2 adults. We had a blast! And Lyric the employee that helped me and my husband along the way was AMAZING!! I WILL make sure when we go back for any event that we request Lyric. She was beyond helpful, made sure she did everything she could to make our time very special. We were having trouble with some game cards and Brian the manager was super helpful and made sure all my kids got to play and have a great time. Really appreciate the costumer service!

I went on a field trip, and it was really fun. The wings are the best on the menu, but the bartender forgot my change, but he told us he was new, so it wasn't his fault it was the restaurants fault for not training him properly.

We love Main Event. Place is always clean and sanitizer available in multiple areas. Staff has always been friendly. We love the unlimited games pass they offer on Mondays. They have an awesome obstacle course above the entire game floor, along with laser tag. So much fun for the family on any night. Pool tables and bowling are awesome too. They offer a decent snack bar but that is the one thing that could use improvement in, their options are limited, but still not bad. They offer a full bar with bar stools if you just want to chill n have a drink or you can take it with you to your area. Lots to offer for everyone.

Yesterday I went to a company event, which is our holiday party. I loved everything about the place, I played arcade games and went bowling with my co-workers. We really enjoyed the experience and overall a great atmosphere. The only downside was the bland tasting food, I had the chicken, Macaroni and potato salad. I have never tasted something so bland I had to imagine eating fried chicken so I could eat something. The potato salad tasted like mustard and nothing else, I thought I was drinking from a Mustard bottle. The macaroni was horrible the breading was the only thing good, the cheese tasted like water and milk with hints of salt.

S/o to my bartender, Jalani, and my server, Sabrina who were very professional, attentive and relatable! We will return again and again because of these two! Thank y’all so much!!

A little late with this review, but we had an incredibly eventful and memorable day with our family at Main Event celebrating our son’s 14th birthday. Our server, Chris, was absolutely outstanding and truly one of a kind. From start to finish, he delivered the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. He was fantastic with the kids and had us adults laughing the entire time. I honestly can’t remember the last time a server felt so genuinely involved and made us feel like family. We will definitely be returning for another great family experience, and we will absolutely be requesting Chris again. Professional, attentive, and beyond satisfying service.

Main Event was great. They saved the day for my son’s birthday. From the moment we got there till the time we left. Carolina was very helpful and knowledgeable of what we needed. All the employees were helpful and gave us great service. Overall a great experience.

I came into main event this morning with my family of about 10. We were impressed by how nice everyone we talked to was we bought the kids game cards then went to sit in dinning and this is where our experience exceed our expectations! We waited by the host stand and were seated within a minute of us walking up. Our server Sabrina was one in a Billion. She greeted us before we even sat down let us know she had a few tables and was in the middle of bringing one of them their checks and that she would be back when we settled in to take our order. When she came back she was attentive, kind, respectful, and such a funny and genuine person she took her time with us even tho she looked very busy. She’s the kind of waitress you can tell cares about the customers rather than making a tip. By the end of our visit we had no dirty dishes on our table and our belly’s were full. The kids had a great time they said the games were super fun and they won a lot of gifts from the toy area. So I definitely feel it was a bang for our buck. Will be coming back sooner than later!

My boy Chris is top notch. He recommends great drinks and food, and he’s a solid wingman too — real smooth with this serving thing. He made the whole experience better and kept the vibes right the entire time. Definitely the kind of server you hope to get. We’ll be back and I’ll be asking for Chris for sure.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after my experience at Main Event Humble. The food and games were great, but what truly made the night unforgettable was our server Averi. I have never felt so genuinely welcomed, taken care of, and hyped up at a restaurant before. Averi’s energy honestly made the night even more fun. Easily some of the best service I’ve had. Will definitely be back and asking for Averi again!

Sabrina is unmatched. She's the funniest waitress I've ever had, witty and clever from the moment she greeted us. We came in the morning to start off a celebration for our friend's job promotion. She chatted with us and offered so many options of food and drinks to get. She was pretty quick with everything, our food was great and she consistently checked up on us. She made us feel so comfortable and definitely made our experience a whole lot better, would come back again just to have her serve us again!

This was my first time coming to main event & because of this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The games are fun and well-maintained, the food is surprisingly good esp the pizza, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.( Stephanie, Jalani, Ben and just about everyone) The atmosphere is energetic but still comfortable, making it perfect for birthdays or just a fun night out. Not sure who was the chef or the manager for this place is AMAZING everything we ordered was outstanding! 6 yrs ago I rates this place 5⭐. Yet again after all these yrs I rated another 5⭐who ever is running this Main Event is doing a great job! We ask out waitress if we can dine in and set up our table for his birthday and she said kindly of course. Natasha was the most friendliest person we've met in the restaurant service.

Initially attempted a birthday reservation and unfortunately had a family issue and couldn’t afford it all and just kept up communication with Ms. Allison and this lady is the kindest and compassionate person and she made my daughters Birthday celebration still happen after my last call to cancel. She made sure the girls got 5 star treatment! So THANK YOU Ms. Allison for your act of kindness and encouraging words !! They had a blast and I couldn’t have pulled it all off without her. The other manager (firgot his name) so super kind as well and kept checking to make sure everything was ok. Also the food manager was amazing as well after a slight communication mishap but I recommend them to anyone !!

Visiting the area. Main Event is not far away and seemed to be a good outing for the kids. Online it says there is a Monday special for $12.99. I didn't see anything mentioning that it was either $12.99 for the arcade, OR $12.99 for the activities. Not all access. The kids picked the arcade, but later told me many of the games were broken. I sat in the restaurant while they played. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the chicken platter. Everything had a pleasant taste.

1st time here and it’s was great spending time with the boys good customer Service 👍🏾💯 they have 1. Bowling 🎳 2. Bar 3. Laser tag. And so much more y’all should come and try its out

Took our 3 kids and my teenage siblings. They had a good time. Wish it wasn't so packed though. We paid $150 to go laser tag and the rope couse once each and waited 2 hours to do it.. We played the games waiting and it wasn't great but wasn't terrible.

Me and my family are visiting from Arkansas, Mattie was our bartender and let me be the first to say he was AMAZING - He was by himself at the bar with 28 guests that I alone counted, while giving each guest a unique experience his communication was amazing and his alcohol knowledge was just perfect and he was very very funny and charming really made mine and my husbands night! As for the actual service, it needs some work. My server did not refill our drinks at all, and we seen her on her phone for over 10mins the food was good but it took over a hour to get, I asked to speak with a manager and one never came to me.

Overall I really enjoyed my experience here. Everything was clean/neat and the employees were all nice. Laser tag was pretty fun and so was the bowling. The chicken quesadilla was really good. My only complaint is that it took a long time to get the food we ordered (about 35-40 min).

This was our second visit to this Main Event location. The prices are higher than a lot of their competitors but their selection of arcade games is pretty good. There weren't as many non-functioning games on this trip as there were last time. The floors and restrooms were dirty yet there was no less than five of the staff members sitting around and chatting with each other. The kids had fun with laser tag, bowling, walking the rope course, and playing the arcade games. Overall, it's not a bad place to take a break and have a little fun, but not on the cheap!

Amazing place to have some fun with family or friends. There are all kinds of activities to choose from, like bowling, arcades, and billiards. The food is very good too and the staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great time!!

I had a birthday party today, I had a great experience with the hosts who were a great help with setting everything up, including help with the decorations I brought myself. I had a lot of help with everything including the clean up and putting all the stuff away, didn’t have to do anything. The only thing I had problems with were with the activities I had for my guests. The laser tag, didn’t have enough set up for my 20 guests. Also some of the vest where not working properly, I asked for help with one, and the guy there just had me waiting knowing we were timed. Later he was able to exchange one vest, but a few more couldn’t enjoy the experience due to theirs not working and there was no help given with that. He seemed to not care at all. During gravity ropes, the guys there helping had attitudes, I was told that if I didn’t have many kids getting on or attending I could let adults be part of the activities and they seemed to have a problem with that because we were a lot of people. I did spend a lot of money, or so I thought, so I was expecting to have all spots filled in on those activities. Also the prizes to be redeemed are very high and we were not able to purchase or pay the difference if you don’t have enough points. Over all, we enjoyed it and so did all my guests, hope they can work on the activities and their workers managing the activities, and lastly their workers attitudes. Maybe get some people who want to be there, and are thankful for a job. I will definitely come again and have another party if my kids want to. If it wasn't for the awesome hosts and other games that worked, we would not spend that kind of money again.

Attended two birthday party’s this past week Thursday and Friday. They both gave us arcade cards and got to play laser tag. Some games didn’t work or were broken, and also we couldn’t keep the tickets we won on it for some reason. Won so many tickets but was told can’t redeem them. Alot of cool upgraded games with oculus and etc virtual games , my nephews and son loved it!

Attended a Birthday party here. Was told to be there promptly at 11:30 for laser tag. Laser Tag was not ready. Table was not ready. Parents had to ask for gaming cards since tables weren't ready and laser tag wasn't ready. I think they may have been short staffed but am not sure. Was pleased to see Sanitizer Stations around. Entrance area had work being done to it so there was dust/mud on the rails. I leaned on it by mistake and had white dust on my arms. Pizza and sliders were very good.

Food is okay. Service is okay unless you get a party then they take good care of you. I just took my wife here and I probably tithed 10% to the machines that didn’t work. All in all it was a good date.

It’s extremely fun, but it doesn’t seem like the staff cares. It can be expensive to put the points on the card if you have multiple people. I do think it’s worth it though.

The kids enjoyed the ice cream, pizza was not that good, the fried mozzarella was yummy though. The games were okay, we did enjoy the VR.

Full capacity. Busy busy. Various options to eat. We didn’t wait the three hours to bowl. Looks like a cool place. We sadly had to leave. Will try another time. Will change review once we are able to bowl and play.

We paid for the play all day passes. To begin, our bowling lane did not reset the pins once we were assigned our lane, so we could not start playing. The attendant was helping other people at the kiosks, so we were waiting to start for 25 minutes. They added more time for us, but that was a frustrating start to our day. The website advertises that there is shuffleboard. You can even book and pay for this individually. However, when we looked to play it while there, we were told they no longer had shuffleboard. We wanted to do the ropes course, but when we asked, we were told that it didn't open till 5 (we arrived at 1 pm and had to leave by 5 pm). This was also something that could have been booked and paid for online before 5 pm, even though that wasn't the reality once there. So 2 of the activities we expected to be able to play, we were unable to play during our 4 hours. We did play some billiards. Nobody ever asked us if we wanted drinks or anything while we were there. The $10 play card didn't go very far. My son played 1 game that took up half the credits on his card. My daughter blew through her card in less than 5 minutes. Laser tag was fun. Overall, we made the best of our time and had fun but there were many disappointments, mainly because they were severely understaffed, so service was lacking.

However, we do appreciate the manager Christina and the Main event customer service team reaching out to us to make things right. This shows that experience and customer service does mean something to them. Thank you for caring about our experience.

We came out to celebrate my son‘s birthday. We had a problem booking because online it does not give you the option to add adults. Then when we finally talked to someone about booking, she explained that they had tables that seated a certain amount of children (under 18) that would not accommodate adults. Now I know not everyone comes there with their toddler if you’re coming there for teenagers you’ll probably get a different experience. They booked a room for us because of the amount of people we were having come. I didn’t get overcharged for the room, but when we showed up, they were not prepared for us, even though we booked a week in advance, and our host provided by them was gone more often than not because they put too much on her plate. The room they gave us had no silverware, no napkins, no trash cans. All it had was table cloths chairs, plates, and cups you had to walk out of the bar to the other side of the location for the fountain drinks then when they Started us late. She also tried to rush us out of the room before our time was out. The next objective was the one hour bowling. Then we found out 20 minutes later that the bowling Lanes were down due to a power outage (Obviously, they have no control over that) So they let us stay in the room for an hour longer and they gave us extra playing cards as a little bit of a compensation. They changed the lanes that we were supposed to be bowling on without telling us so we also didn’t get on our lanes at the right time. All around terrible experience!

Be aware that if you are given a 30 minute unlimited game card the staff does not let you know that you cannot earn any points on the card. The machines say "no tickets given" but for us older generations that grew up getting physical tickets dispensed that means something different. When I talked to staff one of the ladies talked to me as if I was stupid. That is what I didn't appreciate. She could have been polite said "sorry about that" and moved along. This could have been prevented by staff simply letting us know we couldn't earn any points on the card. We would have spent our time doing other games.

We‘ve been to Main Event a handful of times and it’s always incredibly busy, so this time we decided to go on a Monday as soon as it opened. There wasn’t that many people there so my son was able to play games quickly so I recommend going on a day and time when no one would normally be there, otherwise you’d have to wait in line. Several of the games were offline/not working. It was quite a bit of them and since you’re already spending so much money on these game cards, you’d think the machines would work. I attached photos of the machines not properly working that day. We went to play laser tag and we had an amazing time but the gun I had also had a malfunctioning screen so I was unable to see my progress. This wouldn’t have normally bothered me but due to the other machines being out, it’s clear this is a problem for this establishment. We went to have lunch at the restaurant/bar area and there was only one waiter on staff but the place was empty and it still took a long time for someone to take our order. The experience was underwhelming for it being so expensive to be there.

It was a clown show for our group of 6. Our server was nice, and one of his colleagues was sympathetic to our situation; but we left after 6 frames that took an hour. The pin-setter kept malfunctioning, and the bumpers didn't work in the 1st lane we were assigned or the one we were moved to, so we had a tearful kid who was frustrated at having a 0. I will not return.

The bowling cost over twice as much as Max Bowl. We sat at the restaurant and waited 30ish minutes before our waitress finally came by to ask our drinks. This was after the 5 minute wait to be seated turned out to actually be a 20-minute wait. The fried pickles were burnt and had hardly any batter on them. After we finished, it was another 30 minutes before we even saw our waitress again to ask for the bill (we had to ask the host to send her over). A quarter of the machines in the arcade didn't work but still stole our money anyway. Half of the tables in the restaurant were empty, and the other half was filled with people wondering where their waiter was. They should just put the machines that let you order/pay at the table at the table.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Our family of four walked to dine on a Friday night around 9 pm. There were about 4 other tables dining and around 10 people playing pool. Not busy at all. We ordered two beers and two sodas. After 15 minutes of waiting on our drinks, the server came over and said, "Uh, uh, im sorry, im still waiting on the bartender to pour your drinks. Five minutes later, a different server brought over the two sodas, which apparently came from the fountain machine, which was not the bartenders responsibility. We kept peeking behind us to see if the bartender had started working on our beers, but all we saw was him constantly checking his phone and giving the same two customers sitting at the bar refill after refill. After 30 minutes of waiting time total our beers finally came out. Our food arrived about 15 minutes after our drinks. Our beef "nachos" had no more than 2 tablespoons of cheese on the entire dish. Worst nachos of my life. I've had better nachos at high school football games. We informed the waitres, and she kindly brought another 2 tablespoons of cheese out for us..... this was the most horrible dining experience/service/food of my life. I had come here a few years ago and had a bad experience, but it wasn't this bad. This place is going down the toilet. Oh, I almost forgot. No soap whatsoever in the ladies' powder room... Also, we won 1,000 points on a game and was never credited to our card.Please, do yourself a favor and don't ever dine here. I promise you'll be very disappointed.

Girl at arcade prize shop was rude. After the machine exceeded our tickets, we were shorted 822 tickets, she gave us an attitude and then only refunded 15 points for the multiple plays we played. We won a total of 1822 points and the machine exceeded the amount so stop at 1000 points. Money wasted and we were ripped off. Will never go to this main event again. Rude staff.

I had a 1 mo old emotional support fur baby fully in close she wasn't exposed to any of the customers good drinks Carolina r what ever her rude self name is kept asking what kinda service dog we explained it was a emotional support dog well she never asked for any kinda documentation she sent Nolan r what his name was over to tell us we had to leave we ask why because the puppy wasn't barking it didn't run around it was fully in a doggie stroller completely covered they didn't accept the fact it was a emotional support dog how ever I did call corporate n I'm waiting to hear back from them I have a pic of how tiny the dog is n the stroller it was in I feel like they could have offered us to simply go sit on the patio the puppy still would have been in her cover protected stroller I didn't like her attitude at all the gentleman on the other hand he was more respectful but as a manager she should have walked over once she capped a attitude she sent him she better be glad I help my attitude in

I came to Main Event to place an order at the bar. During the interaction, Johnathan. X told me I was not going to speak to him “that way,” even though I remained professional throughout. He then repeatedly called me “baby” and stated he would assist everyone else before helping me. Then walked away. Sabrina A., however, stepped in and assisted me in a very professional manner. She took my order with great professionalism and a positive attitude. I truly appreciate her help and professionalism.

CRAZY SERVICE. We went to Main Event to celebrate my niece’s 21st birthday. I paid $200 for bowling for our group and another $100 for pizza for nine people. My niece, who also works as a bartender, went to the bar with my older nephew to order her first drink of the night. She waited about 30 minutes at a bar with no other customers while the bartender was distracted. When her order was finally taken, she was told the drinks would be brought to our lane. After another 20 minutes with no drinks delivered, she returned to the bar to ask about them. At that point, the bartender told her they were refusing to serve her, claiming she was “obviously impaired.” This made no sense, as she had not been served a single drink. When she asked how she could be impaired without having consumed any alcohol, the bartender had no explanation. We came to spend time together as a family and celebrate a milestone birthday. Refusing service is one thing, but falsely claiming signs of impairment simply because a customer inquired about their order is unethical and unprofessional. Using impairment as a justification in this situation felt dishonest and inappropriate.

Let me say this as a mom who had just got off and did not feel like cooking, I decided to bring out my babies to have a little fun and for us to eat, I ordered boneless wings and got my kids all chicken dippers and tell me why the chicken might as well had been frozen the way they served it to me. I will NEVER eat here again.
