Our family comes here all the time for breakfast. We've never had an issue, buy the servers do speak loudly to one another and it can be extremely unprofessional. Overall the food is good and the service is good.

I tried the Cold Brew Vanilla Foam coffee. It was the BOMB!!! So delicious. The breakfast was s good a usual. Waitress was very nice a attentive. I gave it a 4 due to the lighting. It was a tad dark for me. I like to eat in a well lite place.

Diana Heart is a great waitress and does a great job. The restaurant however has problems. All the tables have uneven feet and wobble like crazy spilling drinks everywhere. The A/C vents are always dripping water. I hate when someone is sweeping or dusting near the customers, getting dust in the food is disgusting.

Close to IAH airport, convenient to get something either you are in rush or not. Friendly staff and of course nice food. Whatever you want a traditional breakfast, pancakes, healthy salad, steak, or gluten friendly choices, kids or 55+, 24hrs open, it’s always a good choice if you just arrived or flying soon from IAH. w Free parking. Great service, even I sit at corner staff is keeping an eye out. Arriving at 1pm on Thursday it’s not so busy, I had a wonderful lunch. Was lovely to be there again, will return for sure

Stopped in for a late night cup of hot chocolate and ended up ordering the French Toast Combo (Strawberry/Banana). I also ordered Strawberry Lemonade but wasn’t really a fan of it. Great customer service though.. my waitress was super nice!

Today is Thursday at 2:47. I have come here quite often and I am often met with great service and splendid food. However today when arriving the atmosphere made me upset. Major who get when I have eaten was in short running around with his head cut off, clearly they were understaffed and I overheard a conversation that three servers did not show which isn’t at problem in my opinion since I have been in the food industry. You can only do what you can with the staff that you have however what troubled me and why I’m writing this review was that major was the only person I saw actively try to greet attend and take care of the customers that were arriving. The other staff which included someone names Priscilla, a dark skinned woman in a Santa hat and a Caucasian woman were ignoring us and everyone else that walked in and doing other downtime responsibilities, leaving major to try to handle it all by himself. I was not happy to see that they choose to refill the syrup bottles and redo silverware while not attending to other guest. Major if anything deserves a raise for his commitment to the guest despite circumstances. He is always a light and refreshing person but today I saw it was disturbed due to the lack of help from co workers. Please take this into future consideration going forward.

I don’t know why I keep coming here and expecting something better than last time. I order the cheesecake pancakes and this is what they give me in amount of cream cheese. Usually they do it separately, you don’t know when I wanted to eat this and now I have to eat it or it will spoil. Looks nothing like the picture or amount it’s supposed to be. Update: After actually opening what was supposed to be my lunch, there is no salt or pepper, no ketchup, the strawberries sauce is spilled in the bag, I am beyond annoyed with this order and I am not eating here again. If you’re having a bad day, do not come here because it will get worse.

I think nobody likes burned vegetables in the morning… This last experience in my experience cause newer will eat un ihop… I hope you have to think twice after reading this review.
