This is my favorite Denny’s, 22671 EASTEX FRWY Kingwood, TX 77339. We dine at this Denny’s at least once every week. The food is delicious, servers are friendly and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend coming here. The cook who works late night at this Denny’s cooks up the best t-bone steaks (chefs kiss.) Yes. That’s right, T-bone steaks at Denny’s at a great dinner price. The t-bone steaks are large and cooked to perfection. The cook also cooks the best burgers, omelets and pancakes too. My favorite place to eat is at this Denny’s. Give the cook a raise! He is a top performer at this restaurant.

I had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to the amazing manager, Amanda! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our visit. You can tell she truly cares about both the customers and her team the service was fast, the food was fresh, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Amanda went above and beyond to check in and make sure we were happy with everything. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, and it made our visit stand out. Like Dennis is my preferred place for breakfast... In this place you can enjoy a pleasant and pleasant atmosphere. The team of workers is friendly, attentive and very fast with the service. You can enjoy nice music and people love to sit and taste their good soups. I suggest you order a Smoothie as a drink, especially Strawberry, which is very attractive to the palate and tastes good. The sunday is preferred by my children and my wife. They have a special menu for children and a differentiated attention for them, that is very important, my children will never get bored in Dennis. So take them to this site and you will not regret it. All the dishes are exquisite but I recommend the nachos, juicy and spicy, Nachos Tex-Mex style can make a difference in your day. Another delicious dish is Club Sandwhich, with fresh vegetables, lettuce, tomatoes, ham, cheese, very fresh and appetizing, special for those days where we prefer low-calorie meals !!! It is a place to be with family, take your children And do not forget to always order a good dessert. For example, vanilla and apple ice cream is extremely juicy on the palate and refreshing. All new! I drove by this Denny’s on Eastex Freeway and FM 1960 Business Route several times and just noticed it was m remodeled. So fresh. Kudos to the staff. I always seem to get excellent service here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always recommend great things off of the menu! I really enjoy the lumberjack slam and I also like the moons over my hammy. Those are two of my favorites as far as the breakfast menu goes. I like the sampler platter appetizer as a lunch or dinner option. I always like to order hot syrup to go along with my pancakes. This really just sets the bar very high as far as a breakfast is concerned.

Not the best Denny’s I’ve been to. The Humble location needs to clean up restrooms. Very bad odor in the ladies, I almost didn’t want to eat after going in there.

Update: took a friend to brunch. Had the Philly steak omelet. It was very good. Second update: I happened to be back in that area around lunchtime and decided to see what would happen if I went in for the free burger (see below). I was seated and I showed the note from the manager. The waitress/hostess went and got my water and the manager who appeared pleased that I took him up on his offer. He took my order himself and also served the burger himself. The burger looked and tasted much better but the mayo was left off. I didn't see my original waitress so I eventually flagged down another waitress and got some mayo. I ran out of water partway through the meal and placed my water glass toward the outer edge of the table to show it was empty in a silent request for a refill. I had also planned to order a different drink. The waitress who got the mayo walked by several times and a different waiter walked by a couple of times but I never saw my waitress again. Finally, after I had finished the meal and sat there for a few minutes, the manager came back to check on me. I told him that I had intended to leave a tip for my waitress but I never saw her again. It turned out that she had to leave and no one took over my table. I literally did not have a waitress to leave a tip for. So, yesterday both food and service was bad, and today the food was good but the service was non-existent. Update: reduced a star. Very poor experience. Poor service and poor food. The only reason I didn't reduce it more than one star was because the manager tried to make it right in the end by offering a free burger next time I came in. Good food. Only complaint was that the bacon wasn't crispy enough, however I usually specify crispy and this time I forgot. Waitress was personable, fast and efficient.

The service was bad and unprofessional. No greeting. We were standing there 15mins before our order was "taken". Which we found out another 15mins later that it WASNT. Even another set of customers were standing at the counter to pay for their tickets for Almost the whole time we were there. **which was an hour** and the staff were just walking around or joking with each other. The manager/owner came out and instead of trying to assist us, waited about 15-20mins to send a young worker to see what we was waiting on (our food was ready and nobody knew) I got the pot roast bowl...barely any mashed potatoes or pot roast 2 THICK chunks of carrots, barely cooked broccoli, and I paid almost $3 for A side of maybe 5-6 pieces of squash n zucchini, but they gave me a TON of gravy though..

I've tried calling several times for my curbside order, but there was no answer. I had to go inside the restaurant, the person at the front desk seemed to be quite irritable. Upon checking my order in my vehicle, I noticed that I had been given sunny-side eggs instead of scrambled eggs. I went back inside to request the scrambled eggs, and the same employee informed me that they were at the bottom of the container. I explained that I was aware of that, but they were not scrambled. Another employee had to tell her, "she wanted scrambled." She proceed to give my scramble eggs in a small tupperware. I kindly suggest considering an alternative Denny's location.

Last time we came we where given a 10% off coupon that was valid only at this location. We decided to use it for today and the old lady said “this is for the new location, it’s not valid.” only for us to check and confirm she was lying…it was for this specific location. We just payed since we didn’t want to deal with her. Don’t know if she was the manager but you could tell she was egotistical and on her high horse. The manager was supposedly in the kitchen "cooking" because they were short staffed in the kitchen. This place was so chaotic today staff and customers walked out. I should have left the minute we walked in. We did not get a formal apology from the management nor did we get asked if there was anything we can do to make up for my experience. Poor experience right from the moment I entered, I requested a table I could plug in a Laptop to do some work while I enjoyed breakfast. The waitress acted like it was not appreciated. I requested to sit at the usual one I sit at near the kitchen she said okay didn't look pleased in my polite offer to seat myself. That booth was actually taken. Most likely by employee's. So I offered to try another booth I knew had an outlet and she said no. They won't allow me to plug in there. I've done it dozens of times in the past but perhaps Denny's here is going to be no longer a work friendly environment for us Laptop users. I'm going to work until my Laptop dies grab my grand slam and I guess head to IHop for Coffee. It's 2025 Denny's, people often need to do laptop related work. Add some outlets for goodness sakes to actually be hospitable to your guests and their needs. This visit has put a really bad taste in my mouth and I am not going to fault the waitress. She's doing her best with a building that is not her own. Your company should be offering the support necessary to accommodate guests.

I’ve been to this Denny’s several times but never had I had the service I had today. From the time we got there it took the server a long time to come wait on us and it was only 3 of us and on top of that the place was fairly empty so she couldn’t say that they were getting slammed. The food was really horrible and the presentation of the Mac and cheese was sloppy it had cheese sauce dripping from the bowl. We weren’t asked if we wanted refills or anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff was all Spanish and so they only catered to people who was there race. It’s a bad thing to be a business as working with the public and have picks and chooses of who you want to wait on. The servers name is Janie D. The star that was rated wasn’t even earned.

Ordered online through the app for pickup. When I got there my order was ready and on the countertop next to a bottle of cleaner. Checked my order and has to ask the worker for butter and jelly. Took her almost ten minutes to get it. She then said they only give jelly when toast is ordered. Seriously? I like jelly with my pancakes. She was very rude and unfriendly. No reason for it. I definitely would not recommend to this location.

I’m writing this because the experience my wife and I had at this Denny’s was honestly unacceptable from start to finish. First, my wife tried calling in our order multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. We ended up having to place the order online just to avoid waiting inside — but even that didn’t help. When we picked up the food, both of our burgers were completely wrong. Everything we didn’t want was put on them, and everything we actually ordered was missing. One of the burgers was supposed to be a double patty, and it literally only came with one. On top of that, the hash browns were burnt and not even edible. For how much we paid, this is ridiculous. The customer service wasn’t any better. When I walked in to pick up the order, the ladies up front avoided me as long as possible. They didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me, and instead made excuses like “she’s making your drinks” — even though the order did NOT include a drink. Instead of helping me, they seemed more focused on avoiding interaction. I also asked had silverware, and an employee took it and then walked off without replacing it or helping in any way. Just completely unprofessional behavior all around. Between the unanswered phone calls, messed-up food, missing patty, burnt hash browns, and lack of customer service, this entire experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t know if the manager was there, but the staff clearly needs to be retrained in both food preparation and basic customer service. This shouldn’t be happening — especially not for the prices they charge and for how empty the restaurant was…. There was only one table with a family 3. I hope the owner takes this seriously, because this location needs major improvement.

The young Hispanic man that was working at this location at 4:30am on Monday morning 11/24/27 really rubbed me the wrong way as he provided terrible customer service and in my opinion was blatantly rude with a smile on his face. Me and my two friends and my service dog (a small maltipoo being carried in my bag) stopped in to have some breakfast after a long night of driving. We were the only guests in the entire building. The young man approached us after we sat down and he immediately said he didn't know the rules on animals that he was going to call his manager. In which he did, and he proceeded to tell me that he could not serve me or my friends. I was appalled but I said okay well there goes his tip, and we proceeded to the register to do a take out order, at which time he informed us that we would need to place our order in the Dennys app!!!! Because his payment machine was "down" !! But it was clearly on. It was at that point that I said let's go to another Dennys because he just ruined it for me. And if I wanted to be a real thorn in his side I could file suit considering my dog is a service animal and I just got kicked out!! Dennys in Humble yall need to do better. Young Hispanic man you were worried about losing your job, and you still might lose it depending on my next steps in this situation.
