I loved this place with all the services for everyone, for disabled people, a patio to be with your dog that you know is serious and not aggressive, with very moving music and a thousand good things, excellent flavor and on a very beautiful atmosphere

I just went through the drive-thru and was told they are only taking cash. So I ordered through DoorDash and I am in your dining area seeing the cashier taking orders while people are paying with their cards. I guess his friends have priority over the drive-thru. Yet, the food and drinks are great and this has been my go to for a quick bite for quite a while!

My family loves this place- we get avocado smoothie, oreo frappe, various teas and their hot foods like chicken bites and kim chi fries. The best part is they have a drive thru which makes things so convenient! The staff is quick and efficient. There is a sitting area i noticed people were studying or working. Parking is not an issue but do be careful as there are a few pot holes.

honestly for what it is, it has become my default study spot. i get the grilled pork bahn mi and light cafe sua de, both are really good and for the price worth it. they have alot of outlets where you can plug laptops and study/chill. ive been coming here enough times where the employees recognize my face and they're pretty chill people. its really cool to see people come here to study or overall use it as a third place and honestly has the space to do events. magic cup has a nice local charm to it i only get with a few cafe spots around houston. alief hidden gem :D

We were looking for a place to go out and try something new. We were headed down Bellaire Blvd and hit some road construction so we turned around and stopped at Magic Cup. It was surprisingly good. We had a decaf latter…very average, but what made it fun weee the Magic Puffs. Fresh hot donut like pastries with powdered sugar and chocolate. Made the stop worth it! This is a fun place and the menu looks like it has some fun teas as well. I wanted to try the Tiger Latte… maybe next time.

The drinks are extremely off. Heavy syrup and artificial flavor. the house blend coffee went south and now their popcorn chicken is in the same ship. The overall quality of drinks and food here is down bad. Old oil leaves a very distinctive taste. The owner/manager needs to get back to hands on operations or retrain. Year after year the quality just keeps going down!

The owner needs to invest in new or updated drive thru register every time i go mostly once a week employee says cash only because their debit card machine isnt working very inconvenient if you already have trouble walking and this has been like this for about a month not everyone pays with cash. Went by today, the lady that took my order asked if I wanted whip cream, I responded NO. I get to the window, a guy who seemed annoyed hands me both drinks with whip cream. I tell him that I didn’t ask for it, he gets angry, dumps a 1/4 of my drink out and hands me back the drinks 1/4 empty. If you’re unhappy doing what you do, perhaps you should see other options.

Unfortunately everything has changed at this place. My husband stopped by to get my all time favorite, "Avocado smoothie." What he had was a white crushed ice without flavor. I have never gotten a white avocado smoothie. I went back with him thinking they got his order wrong. Instead they argued with me and offered no exchange or compensation. Sadly I will never go there again. In all the years I have frequented here, they have lost a customer who will not recommend them to anyone. What a loss.

While I don’t like spreading negative reviews, I felt it was warranted for the lack of effort or concern received toward my delivery order issue. This was my first order ever from Magic cup. I ordered via the toast delivery app and after the driver got lost and was unable to find our location, they told me that they threw away our order and was in progress on another one. While this was not magic cup’s fault, the first thing I did was reach out to the support on toast to ask them to help resolve this, as it was their driver that messed up. Since my mom was there a few days after, she brought it up with the staff there to see if anything could be done. I honestly didn’t expect anything at all and told her she could do it to see, but I had already accepted the loss with no hard feelings. But the staff did not seem apologetic or care at all. We try to be understanding toward service workers as people give them issues daily, but they didn’t seem to reciprocate. We told them about how Toast asked us to contact them as they don’t have any means to support while the staff their told reversed us back to Toast and tried to just brush it off as not their issue. To keep this review from being longer than it is, it would be nice to see Magic cup can train their staff or provide them with the means to be able to handle unfavorable situations with at least a little compassion or empathy. R and B tea just down the street has messed up with our orders numerous times, but we continue to go there because they never hesitate to make up for it the next time. Although I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I hope magic cup is now aware of what could be improved and considers other instances like this to help resolve for future customers.

Terrible Experience – Found a Huge Bug in My Drink! I’m absolutely appalled by my experience at Magic Cup. I ordered a drink, only to discover a massive bug floating in it. I was disgusted beyond words! I took a picture to document the issue and immediately brought it to the staff’s attention. Instead of apologizing and offering a full refund (which is the bare minimum I expected), they refused to take full responsibility. They only offered a partial refund, which I found completely unacceptable given the seriousness of the situation. Food safety should be their top priority, but this incident shows a shocking lack of concern for their customers’ well-being. If you care about cleanliness and customer service, I strongly advise you to think twice before visiting this place. I will definitely not be returning and hope others can avoid the unpleasant experience I went through.
