Tried this place out post our trail walk. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the crepe since we have had great crepes before. The crepes here is on the crunchier, chewy side and you can taste the freshness of the ingredients. We also got an iced coffee which was refreshing. Airy casual space with many seats inside and outside.

Yesterday was my first time visiting and I had such a good experience. The team is super friendly and attentive. The breakfast crepe was solid and delicious and the chai latte was also fantastic. The atmosphere is nice, clean and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place.

From their (somewhat) humble beginnings as a food cart, to this beautiful restaurant, Melange has always delivered amazing crepes! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast crepes and coffees. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and other special diets, too. There is plenty of free parking and also outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

This is the cutest most lovely little place in the heights for a good breakfast! The interior is so cute and the staff is lovely. The best part is that it’s super affordable and will leave you feeling happy and nourished! Very glad I tried it out. I ordered the Juan Bing and it was out of this world

We tried a handful of options on our first visit, everything being great and fresh made! They also are locally sourcing fresh produce and meats from farmers markets which is awesome. The Chicken and Goat Cheese was our favorite with the Ham and Brie as a close second. Prices are great but parking can be an issue as there are lots of stores here. Nice place to sit and enjoy as well! They also offer catering which is great.

We tried Melange for the first time yesterday morning and were very pleased. Both of us had savory crepes, the "breakfast taco" and the "Michelle" (brie, ham and fruit jam) along with vanilla lattes. There's an inviting spacious deck at the entryway accessed either by steps next to parking or a gentle ramp on the north side of Cloud 10 Creamery. The adjacent MKT hike and bike trail provides a park-like atmosphere and access for walkers and cyclists. Great spot!

This is such a cute little shop with some delicious options! There are plenty of options to choose from, and they are willing to make something custom if they have the ingredients available. Everything is made fresh, and you can watch it being made from your table. I was delighted when I saw the staff member grating the cheese for one of my crepes! I also absolutely loved the iced chai I got. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which I always appreciate. Bonus points for a gender neutral bathroom! I will definitely be back soon!

The Stella Nutella was exquisite and the crepe was crispy. The pumpkin spice latte was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great place to get a crepe.

Crepe I got was delicious. They have tons of options and it was hard to choose. Definitely have to come back and try another. Place is nice and clean with friendly staff. Coffee was ok, not bad but not great imo.

Tasteless crepes, unbelievable bad, dry and short in fillings. We had the complete option but quite frankly it was way “incomplete”… staff, on the other hand, was extremely friendly! But we go out to eat good food as priority…

I really enjoy coming here for the crepes, and it’s such a nice spot to relax and hang out. However, the last two Sundays I stopped by hoping to have a sandwich for lunch, and both times there was no bread available. A small suggestion would be to pay closer attention to these details. I thought the first time might have been an isolated issue, but two Sundays in a row feels like something that needs attention.
