THIS LOCATION of Buffalo Wild Wings is good! The best things they have are the Tots fries and the Wedge Fries , also the traditional margarita. I like the Garlic Parmesan wings as well! The server was nice , I went to 2 in a row and she was super nice, as well the bartender. The time wait was normal.
I called and placed my order. The order was accurate, cashier was friendly and courteous and my order was made in a timely manner. There are times our minds are so busy we don't think about all the condiments we'll need until after we've left. She asked me about everything, from ketchup, type of sauce for my wings, wet wipes, napkins and did it all with the best attitude! This is a great place to go. 😊🤗 I won't leave out the food was hot and delicious!
Definetely recommend and will be returning! Location, vibes- surrounded by cool, fellow, nfl fans, price, AND service (Kendra, my cocktail server, was the best!)
Lina is so sweet. She works so hard to make sure everybody is taken care of. I watched the Super bowl here and had a great time

Service and atmosphere were great but the food was warm and not hot for the time we waited for it. But they did separate the wings we oredered. So it was easy to determine which were the different ones. Maybe next time i will order something else on the menu to try.

So I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I do not want to be a jerk about it, but I'm going to tell things as I observe them. I love coming here, my wife loves coming here, and many of our friends love coming here. Usually we get great service. If you ever come here and you get Jasmine, you will be treated like royalty. She is always awesome. Unfortunately, Jasmine was not here tonight and we had a different server. That's not an issue usually, except that the server was really slow. To her credit, and she was polite, kept her cool and all that. We had to ask multiple times from napkins, glasses of water, and the drinks took forever. And when I say forever, I might as well have gone home and made my own drink. While the food orders were technically correct, we didn't get certain little things like the carrots that come with the food, and the french fries took forever to arrive. Added. On top of that, I did not get my to-go box. This might sound like a little thing, and normally it would not be annoying, except that when you add everything else on top of it, it made the lack of a to-go box quite annoying here. I only ate five of my 10 wings and was hoping to have some leftovers for tomorrow. Had I known this was going to be the issue, I would have ordered a smaller size wings.. I hope this place does better in the future because I really like it.
decent place to watch the game and get wings. service can be slow on game day with the crowds. it took over 40min to get our wings at around 2pm and the fries came out overdone 10 min after that. the wings were pretty good but the service was slow without any hussle. parking was difficult even with most other businesses closed on Sunday.

Walked into the dinning area and there were a lot of available tables however they were all dirty except for 2 tables. The dining room looked like we just missed a grand food fight. As I sat at the booth waiting for several minutes for a waitress to come I began to think to myself that it may be a bad idea to eat here. No one was checking to see if anyone needed anything and I almost thought the hostess was the only person at work. It was maybe about 8 minutes before I started seeing workers emerge from the back and still waited 5 more minutes before my daughter advised me to stick my leg outside the booth. So I did this and finally someone came to the table. She was friendly and tried her best to accommodate our picky needs for our order. As I waited on my order I just could not help but to continue to notice how dirty this place really is. There was all kinds of stuff on the floors that needed to be swept and vacuumed, the windows were filthy, the walls were filthy, the tables needed tending. Even when walking out I could see the registers looked just as filthy as the windows. I also noticed there was no one bussing tables. Most of the wait staff were sitting down or just walking back and forth to nowhere. The fries were hard, the wings salty, my daughters starry was overly sweet and flat, my dr pepper was barely sweet and flat, and for the cookie skillet the cookie was not fully cooked. The waitress went to find out what happened with the cooking process and they told her they baked it at 350-375 for 5 minutes. My daughter and I both looked at each other and giggled because a cookie that size is definitely not fully baked in that time frame at either of those temperatures. Needless to say we will not return to this dirty restaurant. And most likely it will be closed like the one we were trying to go to on Wesleyan. For these locations to be in prominent areas for what they were meant for, you have to know they are not being managed well. And the food isn't worth the pricing. The wedges and the mozzarella sticks were the best thing on the table. We ordered the meal for 2. We got lemon pepper wings, cheeseburger, wedges and fries, starry and Dr pepper, cookie skillet and mozzarella sticks. The total was $38. So the pricing was cool except the food ended up not being fully eaten. And also it was 9pm Friday night. My main reason for this review was because that place needs to be cleaned thoroughly and the manager needs to make sure tables are tended to and that the food is being prepared safely.
Ever since Arby's bought bw3 it's gone downhill. This store is the biggest example. Dirty bar top and non existent service really amps the vibe. All I wanted was a beer, as the food was ruined 6 years ago. And that was a problem this evening
Literally the worst customer service on this planet. Consistently at this location, along with many others. No responses, always lines waiting for a simple pick up. Servers wearing headphones while working. Cashing tips while a line of people wait for service. Helping one customer at a time by asking one name and then going back into the kitchen for 10 mins rather than checking on multiple orders at one time. I blame the manager, since their clearly is none. Waited 15 mins for someone to even show their face at the pick up counter.
What is the point of “checking” the bags for your customers if you’re not actually checking the order? Requested all flats and didn’t get them. Asked for extra ranch and got 2 extra half cups to equal the other half cups which might as well just equate to two full cups. Is ranch very sparse there? I don’t mind paying more but I at least expect a full serving of it. Ridiculous and just disappointed. Not driving all the way back to fix it either.

I’d love to say good things about this BWW but I have nothing to say good. Was hands down the worst BWW I been to. Service was poor, food came out cold after waiting well over 45 minutes for food. 1 member of our party didn’t even get their food for over an hour after ordering. 30 minutes after everyone else had already ate theirs. Server came out and said it would be 6 minutes and 30 minutes later it finally came out. Now that’s just the food. That’s not to mention every drink they ordered they didn’t have no matter what it was. Even when they offered to give a desert at the end of dining as a sorry for the wait they came back and said they didn’t have the stuff to make the desert that was offered. I will never recommend this location to anyone which sucks because I really enjoy BWW and will always go to them but will not be going back to this location

Just left this specific location which had the worst management. After ordering off happy hour menu to our server, we received our drinks and when the check arrived shots were charged at full amount. When given to server to correct mistake , a deduction was made but at the wrong amount. Told server to let manager know of the incorrect amount and manager, short skinny woman with glasses and low cut hair down to the scalp, came to the table with an off energy about the “discount” she gave on the alcohol that was ordered. Our poor server was immediate to take acknowledgment of his mistake and explain he was new while the “manager” was immediately eager to blame it on him and insinuate she did was a “favor” by taking money off the check for “full” shots. When we tried to explain that she could have trained staff better to explain the difference to guest her energy shifted entirely & became hostile. At which her body language and tone shifted , she proceeded to pull a chair to the side of the table and lift one leg up on it to “demonstrate” to the table how math works. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior from someone in “management”. This specific location has a very big problem with attitude and just being ran poorly.
I place my order at 2:07 I got there at 2:40 and still wasn’t ready it took them one hour for a kids meal to be ready horrible service no wander they have less people inside every time and my drink was missing for the second time
We went here 2 weeks ago and service was very bad. Took 30 mins to get service. Sever was VERY RUDE. Messed up our order. Didn't bring out fries untill we were done eating. No refill on drinks. Place is sort of dirty. I dont recommend going here.
Terrible service. Staff is extremely inattentive with bad attitudes. Completely disregarded multiple customers. Waited half an hour for service when there were only 6 tables occupied. Corporate needs to do something about this.
If I cold give 1/2 a star, that would be to much. I have been a long time patron of BWW and found this one to be the most sorry claim as a restaurant. If this would have been my introduction to BWW, I would have never returned. This place is trashy with employees gathered at a table doing who knows what and very loud and obnoxious. I can't believe that there is a manager assigned to this store. I witnessed 2 beers being pulled from the draught and then sitting at the end of the bar for at least 10 minutes before being served. My comment out loud was "who orders warm beer" and then it went somewhere. I ordered an order of fried pickles and it was the worst mess of I don't know what to call it. If this is the standard for BWW, there is something definitely wrong somewhere. This is the worst order of fried pickles that I have ever seen., and the price is outrageous. Forward to January 24,2024: I did get a reply from the corporate office that stated that they wanted to make this right. They directed me to BWW home page and told me to fill out a form so that they could address this location and that they would call me if I wanted to talk to them about it. Well, I filled out the form and stated that I would discuss it with them. I still have not heard from them, and they still have not tried to it right. Excellent work on their part. I wouldn't go back to BWW if they offered me the moon. What a sad, sad, company!
We came in tonight for bogo Thursday and some drinks. We waited over 10 minutes to be greeted by a server. I’ve ordered a peach Long Island here several times.. and yet she couldn’t find it in the system. The speciality drink my boyfriend ordered was not available. We never received our waters and also waited at least another 10 minutes for our drinks. We both ordered 12 boneless wings. My food came out after an hour... and it was barely like warm. We were told my boyfriend’s wings would be right out. I finished my wings.. finally 30 minutes after my food came out, the server came to tell us the kitchen hadn’t even started his food. We watched several tables that came in after us get served food.. so at this point we were over the entire experience. We had to ask for his food to be taken off our bill and to forget even making it. Very poor experience and we will more than likely not be coming back to this location. I’ve been a server myself for 11 years and never seen such poor service. We watched the manager sip on his water and look around, but surely didn’t come to speak to the several tables that were very clearly upset. Yall need to do better.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. Took 10 minutes and multiple employees to acknowledge multiple people waiting. Made order an hour before and still waited. Once order was given looked trashy, had to ask for all my extra items which are paid for. Absolute embarrassment
This place deserves less than 1 star. They don’t disclose the wait time of your order and lie about the estimated wait only for it to be ready an hour way past the promised timeframe. I don’t know what causes the hold up but it needs to be fixed. It’s ridiculous
I picked up an order of 40 wings at 1830 today and there was a line of customers waiting at the counter. The restaurant was less than half full, so it wasn't busy at all. The host, a black woman with fair skin and braided hair, was ON THE (LANDLINE) PHONE talking almost in a whispering manner and looking down, occasionally pressing the computer screen as if she was busy, ignoring the long line. Another staff brought a bag out and called out a name, handed the bag and walked away, IGNORING THE LINE. After more than 15 minutes of waiting and staring at the host, I stopped another staff and said: "Excuse me, do you see the line? We're all waiting!" My order was right in front of me the whole time. I regret leaving a tip and I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. Thanks for providing ONE Napkin inside the bag!
Horrible service! We are never coming back to this place for futbol season! They didn’t have fries, onion rings and service was beyond horrible! Waitress took more than an hour to bring our food and it wasn’t even complete! We asked for more beers and it took her more than 25 minutes and it wasn’t even busy. We spoke to the manager but he didn’t care a bit! Food was good but service … save yourself a headache!
Everyone here is rude. Friday night empty not busy at all been waiting for about 40+ minutes! Ridiculous I ordered with enough time to drive over here for my food. What is the point of take out if we still have to wait the same amount of time as the dine in or even more?! Update: received maybe half of my fries…
I ordered food a week prior for pickup and when we arrived, it took an hour and a half after our pick up time to receive our food. Do not bother with this location.
They were not busy at all. We waited to be seated for over 30 mins. We arrived around 8:30 and were in the restaurant for 2 hours. Very slow service
Food was good. However they didn't honor the birthday offer I received in my email. I asked before ordering and I was assured it would be honored. If I knew I would've spent my money somewhere else, where I would get my money's worth.
Place has sucked so bad for quite some time. Food took forever to come out despite it not being busy at all. Server never around. So bad that another patron had to go serve his own beer behind the bar. When approached the manager to tell him we had been waiting for food his first remark is “what!?” Then continued to “fix” the tv, never came to address the issue or anything. Manager was an African America bald man. Only good employee there was a Hispanic girl that saw we were having issues and came multiple times to help and apologized for something she hadn’t done.
As a regular and consistent customer of the location near Edwards Greenway. This was a upsetting experience of customer service. As a service industry bartender and having to change locations, this staff seems so unwilling to perform the job they signed up for. I tipped over 20% to Jasmine the Bartenter and was curtious and appriciave of her help. I ordered 20 wings to go to only get 2 sauces total. On top of that I ordered the buffalo tots to go with the sauce on the side with no sauce in the bag AFTER I specifically asked her if it was there. I have tried this location now 4 time and IT IS NOW OFFICIALLY A NO TO GO TO LOCATION FOR ME!
They need help real bad… picking up my order though DoorDash and still have to wait 30min from the pick up time. There is no host/hostess or anyone at the “take out” counter. It took me standing in the front for 10min until I was finally acknowledged.
I just placed an order at this location and the buffalo chicken sandwich was completely RAW. I had already taken a bite out of it and almost threw up. This is unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I called to report it and thankfully the manager Thomas refunded me. But this never should have happened. Posting this as a warning to others.

Dirty dishes, rags, and clean up containers all over the dining room extremely unsanitary. When the food came out multiple plates were cold, drinks took over 45 minutes to get to the table. Service was absolutely unacceptable. There were even door dashers waiting over an hour for orders multiple patrons complained. Even when notified that food was cold servers were inconsiderate. Not even 2 hours before closing and almost no patrons in the store and still service was atrocious.
Made an online order at 8am to be picked up at 5pm. I got there at 4:45pm and at 7pm my order was still not ready. Super unorganized. Manager was clueless. Over 20 people waiting for their order. I asked for a refund and now I have to wait for that to happen. So pore waiting. Never eating at Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Not even 2 hours before closing and almost no patrons in the store and still service was atrocious.
I came in ready to spend money at 11am was not seated or greeted. Do I proceeded to the bar where the black woman just gave me a menu and walked off T this pint I’m not even feeling it anymore I just grabbed my purse and left
We came here because we have been craving BWW for a while. This was our first time at this location and the service was atrocious. We get in, and see that it’s full but definitely not busy. We automatically get told the wait is minimum 45 minutes. We see plenty of empty tables but assume the wait is long because they’re short staffed. We’re waiting minimum 30 minutes and start seeing different tables automatically being sat down. And it’s not tables of 2-3 people. It’s tables of 5 - 6. I go up to ask when is it our turn to be sat and before I could speak a word, the cashier looks surprised like she forgot about us and says we can sit down. We get sat down and wait an additional hour. All for all our food to be wrong, bringing additional items we didn’t ask for, and completely forgetting main food courses. We’ve been waiting for 2 hours at this point. And the food is not even remotely good. Worst service/experience.
This Buffalo Wild Wings is the worse location I’ve ever went to. I usually do dine in and it’s the same wait time. It’s like no one cares to serve the customers. Today I decided to place an online order directly through Buffalo Wild Wings app. I placed my order and the prompt time to pick up was 25 mins from ordering so I headed to the store…. When I arrive no one was working the front or assisting the dine in or take out but they had the empty bar with two workers just looking and not a word. The manager on shift was asked what’s the hold up for dine in and to go but no response other than people employee wise have left. Mind you as I’m writing this I’m still waiting and it’s been plus 1 hr and 15 mins now.
We order an online order and got there and the food wasn’t even warm. Then we looked at our food, it looked like it was cooked yesterday! Like really. The night manger was very rude and she snatched my food out of my hand and went to proceed to make new food. She said she’ll be back in 20 minutes. She returned in 5 minutes with the same old food which at this point looked like it was cooked last week! As if she went and dropped the food back into the same oil, she told me was old which is the reason my food looks this way!!! NEVER EVER EAT THERE!!! Unless you want to eat rocks!!!
I love going here to enjoy a beer and wings but the two time ive been here to the one in 3939 Washington ave have been the worst service experience ive every had and thats with them getting my order wrong and me telling the server exactly what i wanted two timea. As well as that the manager had to start our drink order and take our app order as well since the server with one table was to busy to take it. After our actual food was ever dropped off she never one came to check up on us and we had to wave her to even help us and never would come back to ask if we were still doing good and when i would ask for thing she would let me have two words and just walk away without asking if i needed anything else and would be more busy to people at the bar then her own tables. I just cant believe the service here its been horrible but thanks to the manger he at least did a great job.
This is my neighborhood Buffalo Wild Wings, and I stop in often for lunch or dinner a few times a month. When I dine in, everything is consistently great. The bone-in wings are always large, tender, and well prepared. Recently, due to a busy work schedule, I’ve had to rely on takeout and delivery. Unfortunately, the difference in quality is night and day. The wings I’ve received through takeout and delivery have been burnt, chewy, and noticeably smaller, with very little meat. At first, I thought this might be a one-off issue, but after multiple takeout orders with the same poor quality, it became a clear pattern. What’s especially frustrating is that I recently dined in again with a friend, and the food was excellent, just as it always has been. It feels like a deliberate choice to send lower-quality wings out with takeout and delivery orders, where complaints are less immediate. That’s disappointing, because I’ve otherwise enjoyed this location for years. Unfortunately, because of this inconsistency, I’ll be looking for another place for wings going forward.
Literally the worst restaurant experience ever. Never received napkins or our waters. Ordered drinks that were wrong. Had to get another waitress to assist us. Also as a waitress you should know your product to know when you’re handing out a cocktail versus a mocktail. Our food was wrong as well and almost our whole party ended up with cold food. We had help getting help on the few items we tried to get remedied so we all just endured the cold food. The waitress also kept running incorrect items to our table. I get staffing per volume but maybe ensure the person that’s serving guests can properly do their job. we won’t be back.

They need help real bad… picking up my order though DoorDash and still have to wait 30min from the pick up time. There is no host/hostess or anyone at the “take out” counter. It took me standing in the front for 10min until I was finally acknowledged.
Just left this specific location which had the worst management. After ordering off happy hour menu to our server, we received our drinks and when the check arrived shots were charged at full amount. When given to server to correct mistake , a deduction was made but at the wrong amount. Told server to let manager know of the incorrect amount and manager, short skinny woman with glasses and low cut hair down to the scalp, came to the table with an off energy about the “discount” she gave on the alcohol that was ordered. Our poor server was immediate to take acknowledgment of his mistake and explain he was new while the “manager” was immediately eager to blame it on him and insinuate she did was a “favor” by taking money off the check for “full” shots. When we tried to explain that she could have trained staff better to explain the difference to guest her energy shifted entirely & became hostile. At which her body language and tone shifted , she proceeded to pull a chair to the side of the table and lift one leg up on it to “demonstrate” to the table how math works. Very unprofessional and disgusting behavior from someone in “management”. This specific location has a very big problem with attitude and just being ran poorly.
Food was good. However they didn't honor the birthday offer I received in my email. I asked before ordering and I was assured it would be honored. If I knew I would've spent my money somewhere else, where I would get my money's worth.
