The clay pot rice tastes quite authentic. The combo I ordered includes a pot of pork belly and chicken soup. I will come again next time if I have the chance

Food is ALWAYS IMMACULATE and comes in large portions - No matter what food you get here! Will never get tired of eating this. It's in the same plaza as HMart on Bellaire so there's plenty of parking. Be mindful of the wait time bc it gets PACKED during the weekends and peak hours. The servers are so nice and friendly. Beef Brisket noodle roll - The best I've had. The noodle rolls are soft and cooked perfectly. The beef brisket is tender and juicy. It the perfect amount of dryness/sauce. Special Roast Pork Noodle soup - The broth alone is TO DIE FOR. The pork is not dry and is tender. The bok choy brings a freshness to the richness of the soup. You can order it no spice, little spice and spicy. Eel and Roasted Pork Combo - No bones in the eel. The eel and pork are juicy and tender. There's actually crispy rice surrounding the clay pot unlike other restaurants. Popcorn Chicken - if you hate popcorn chicken, try this one! It'll change your mind. You can tell this is freshly made and doesn't come from the freezer/store bought. I've worked in restaurants before and I can tell from the popcorn chicken that Rice to Meet You changes their oil out often! Brown sugar rice cakes - The texture is perfect. The outside is crunchy the inside is chewy. I wish this came with condense milk to dip with!

The chicken was really savory combined with the sauce which was able to boost the taste even better. The egg and rice were a nice side combined with the bok choy. Not to mention the price was affordable which is amazing. I have to give it so much praise since the food was great, the place is clean, and the staff displays amazing hospitality. I highly recommend to those who aren’t aware to come and eat here. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

I ordered their noodles on doordash before and it was sooo good. Usually stir fried noodles become soggy when it gets to your house but not theirs. This time we come to their restaurant and we love every dishes we hadn especially the soup. My husband never likes ginseng but surprisingly he finished theirs.

This place is a must go when you're in Houston! Everything we ordered was delicious! I didn't have one favorite dish since all went over my expectation! Server was very fast and surprisingly my food came out faster than I expect. I ordered and went to the store across to get something quick and right when I got to the store my party told me the food arrived! There were lots of table and fits big groups without a problem. The name of the restaurant is really unique and easy to remember! Lots of nice little words/quotes around.

So I tried this restaurant today and will admit I went in due to the name. Really glad I did as the food was quite a tasty surprise. They serve clay pot rice dishes. It makes a mix of soft and crunchy rice with toppings that is a texture and taste delight. The restaurant is small about 8 tables but was clean and the furniture and fixtures blended quite well and comfortably. Will definitely come back. I took some pictures including one of the menu. I ordered the crazy frog leg clay pot and it was fantastic. I do want to give a word of warning though. The frog legs were chopped with the bone still in them so you will have to remove bones. Also I had a chicken ginseng soup that had some chicken bones in it as well. This wasn't done to be lazy but part of the cooking culture. So heads ups that you may need to remove bones first :) everything eaten here was fantastic and I will definitely come again.

Nice Chinese place to eat. Waitress were nice and food was awesome. Their rice was probably their specialty because it was so good and unlike other rices, had flavor and spices in them. The meat that we got was spicy and a little bit hard to chew, but it was good otherwise. When we got outside, we found out that someone’s car had been and their luggage was stolen. Would recommend this nice place!

This restaurant is conveniently located in the plaza where H Mart is. I ordered a bowl of beef brisket rice noodles with a spicy broth. The taste was decent. The servers speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. The service felt a bit rushed—they urged me to order and pay quickly—but it was acceptable, considering this is a budget-friendly spot. The price for a bowl of rice noodles is $11.75, and after tax and tip, it came to around $15, which is quite cost-effective.

Small restaurant with really good food and service. All the dishes that we ordered were delicious, especially the beef brisket sizzling clay pot rice noodles. The prices were very affordable, and they even had boba drinks. Can't wait to go back and try some other clay pot dishes.

DISAPPOINTING. I ordered delivery on 1/11/2026 and feel ripped off. The "Beef with Poached Egg" for $13.75 was bland, no seasoning. Very little beef, mostly rice. The rice was BURNED hard on the bottom of the aluminum pan. Was it placed on a too-hot heater while awaiting pickup by driver? Total charge $20.07 for delivery. Even at $13.75, a ripoff for a tiny amount of flavorless beef and a glob of rice. Yuck. Never again.

Rice to Meet you! I’m not coming back! I wish I could give them 0 ⭐️ We were a group who met there to have much. They wanted us to make a single payment or split into 2 “that’s the best we can do”. Why I would have to pay for another 4 people? We left this place and not returning here ever again!
