I love stopping by this location on my way to work every morning. Their coffee is always fresh. And their sausage and cheese with jalapeño is so good. I didn’t know they started serving boudin kolaches so I think that’s my new favorite. The young ladies that work there always has a positive attitude. I forgot her name but keep it up! 🤩

Not only are the donuts delicious, but so are the kolaches! This is the cleanest Shipleys I’ve ever been in. They always have a theme decorations in the place. I look forward to going in every holiday to see how they decorated the store. The staff is always smiling and very professional. Lucy is an ideal employee who always wants to take care of the customer. You can tell she loves her job and her customers.

Prices are affordable, donuts taste good and are ready to eat. You don't need to wait. The box is too little for a dozen of donuts 🥺 You cannot take one donut without touch the donout next to it.

I have visited this location a few times in hopes they would improve. They have not. Last night was my last time to visit this location. The donuts are dry with minimal amount of glazed icing. The Shipleys name, and price they charge, has a reputaton for quality. Not at this location. While the staff and service is friendly, the product is a huge miss from the Shipleys brand. You can see the picture I attached how sad these donuts look.

A $3 service fee for a pick-up order? Guess I'm ordering Dominos then. If you're out of business, that's the root.

The Shipleys name, and price they charge, has a reputaton for quality. Not at this location. While the staff and service is friendly, the product is a huge miss from the Shipleys brand. I had a very poor experience at this Shipley’s location. The staff member assisting me was unprofessional and had an attitude throughout the interaction. There was only one person working, which seems to be a recurring issue and may be contributing to the service problems. My order was misunderstood, and I was given a glazed donut hole when I specifically asked for chocolate. When I pointed this out, the employee insisted it was chocolate, even after I explained otherwise. After trying it, it was clearly the classic glazed donut hole. Overall, the lack of staff, poor communication, and dismissive attitude made this a frustrating experience.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s been a disappointment every single time. One visit really stood out — we walked in and there wasn’t a single employee in sight. After about 10 minutes, someone finally appeared and said, “Why didn’t you yell for me?” I’m sorry, but I shouldn’t have to yell just to get service. If you’re working alone, at least have a bell or sign letting customers know what to do. We gave it another try today, and once again, the experience was awful. The woman working was rude and clearly didn’t care to be there. As for the donuts — they were disgusting. Cold, old, and stale, with a greasy film that lingered in my mouth. No flavor, no freshness, nothing redeeming. I absolutely do not recommend this location and will not be returning.
