The turkey burger…I used to order it every Friday when I was pregnant. Now, those same Boys and I eat here at least twice a month, in between after school activities (when sports goes until 9pm or I don’t feel like cooking). I would argue this is one of the best places for food in 77004 (convenient hours, quality of food). One of the few places in the area I can take children to eat that isn’t a bar—and the turkey burger is GOODT! I’m a create of habit, so I haven’t order anything else, but you can put money on the turkey burger. ☺️ *pro tip: takes ~20 minutes, so call in the order and pick up.

This place serves a lot of different foods from baked potatoes, breakfast tacos, chicken wings but that darn grilled chicken sandwich and real fries made from potatoes be hitting for real. It's my absolute go to on the menu. They serve breakfast in the morning and lunch and dinner options remainder of the day. Not pricey at all but the food I promise is worth it. I come here so much when I'm at work that they know me by name when I call in a order or go get it myself lol. It's terrible lol. From what I was told sparkles mom makes the cake slices here and when I say they are moist and when eatten with blue bell ice cream, my goodness you coming back for more and that's a promise. That strawberry is my favorite. Don't take my word go and get one. They also serve what I call hood kool-laid. Grape, Strawberry and Lemonade. Delicious, I like to mix different flavors trust it won't disappoint. The daiquiris are strong. It's a Northside and a Southside and their served in light bulbs. Not actually bulbs but something different. The reason I'll give them a 4/5 is because parking is semi bad and sometimes the orders take a lil to long to be made at times. Other then that this is wonderful establishment to try if your in the area.

Had the hamburger and baked potato just because I couldn’t choose, definitely their own meal. But the burger was insane, huge but not over the top, exactly what you need + fries would be settled. Daiquiri was fire, had a mix of Northside/Southside, definitely a crazy mix. My only thing is the shrimp was bangin, but this a personal preference of having the tails of so you can enjoy the whole shrimp flavor without the need to undo a tail, but that’s just me probably lol.

Headed here with some coworkers since I heard a lot of things about this place. The food did NOT disappoint. I had a bacon cheeseburger, fries and strawberry cake. It was very filling and affordable. Small little shop. Had a nice setup and small. Only issue with the atmosphere was it was very hot in there. Feels like it didn’t have any AC. The guy who helped us was very nice. Everything was fresh and ready to order. Only had to wait for about 10-15 mins. Everything was good. Definitely will be back!

I had a taste for a big juicy homemade burger, that’s what I receive. I didn’t know the double meat meant two burgers, it was huge. It taste good seasoned really well I think the price is reasonable and affordable. I got the home fries they were good next time I’ll try the onion rings. The customer service was good, I got my order to go so I didn’t get to experience the crowd. I love that grape kool aid it was perfect. I recommend sparkle burger to everyone I think it’s good and affordable for the family and the only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I don’t like the area for parking unless I didn’t see the proper parking lot, I don’t know but that was the only thing.

I came here because someone suggested I'd like it. It seems to be a family owned establishment. I was advised to call prior to going due to the wait being long; but they didn't answer. When I arrived there were a couple of people in front of me and a few sitting... waiting for their orders. The young man seemed knowledgeable. However, I didn't get what I ordered. To make a long story short, after placing my order, I decided to call the number online to see if it was correct and it was. They just wasn't answering the phone. My food was fresh but a bit salty. I'll advise you to check your order before leaving because there were some items missing and I had to bring it to their attention. Their service was a "C" and honestly I won't return. Incompetence. I called to place an order. I was asked to hold. That’s fine. Waited 10 minutes. No one came back to the phone. I could hear everything in the background. I wasn’t placed on a real hold. I walk over from where I was placed my order and voiced my concerns and was told we are extremely busy and the phone orders weren’t priority. That’s fine. Just pick the phone back up and say we can’t take a phone order at the moment. No big deal. I get it, but to leave me waiting isn’t ok. Poor customer service and poor delivery of why you couldn’t take my order. No accountability and no apology for delay of service.

Came here once my food was good, came back I brought my friend along to try it as well. As my friend was eating her fries it was a piece of hair fried into the French fry she continued to eat her wings thinking it was just a small mistake..I get on the last bite of my burger & it’s a HUGE LONG piece of hair in my patty I was so grossed out! I took the food inside to show the hair they saw the hair & said “what would joy like for me to do remake it” “I can’t give refunds cause the owner is not here” I try to support black business but the customer service is poor!! Someone should be there to make executive decisions for when things like this happen. I would have never written this review had this situation been handled better.

Let’s start off with good news. I had a cheeseburger with fries, & it was good.!!! The older lady working the register has a bad attitude , she hates her job and people (seriously )!!! They had a sign and chair propped against the bathroom , “Saying out of Service”!!! Please don’t re/open until we can use the restroom . They need to take that vending machine out of the back and really add love to this place !!! This is my first time eating there& most likely my last !!! The lady who took our order was so mean, I was scared to eat my food .. However; my friend did tell her nicely , so Sparkle need to go back to the drawing board, hire nice friendly people , fix that restroom !!! Ooohhh and yeah while we were in there eating they put 5 Warning signs on her windows threatning tows 😳😳😳😳😳‼️‼️‼️‼️

We gave this a try because of the good reviews. It was a waisted money. The cervice was terrible. The big lady took my order and I had to repeat my order four times and still wasn't right. The burgers didn't have any flavor the bread was wet. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Just spent $46.03 on food you cannot eat at all. All $46.03 truly a waste. The bun on the burgers is so wet and soggy it can’t even be held without turning mushy. We got 2 burgers the same and both not edible The bacon cheese fries were $8.50 and either the cheese or the sour cream is soured. You can smell the vinegary soured smell when you open it: the taste even worse. The entire 2 burger meals with fries & the bacon cheese fries went to waste. The koolaid is ok. Very sweet, but expected.
