I enjoy these types of stores with self checkout but I wish that didn't also come with a total lack of customer service.

Same service as the one I commented on earlier. I went there and asked if they take cash. He says yeah. I asked for a coffee and he says they don't have a barista. He asked a girl who was just there and may have been off. She was cold and rude. I'm done. Wow!

Stood at the counter, shop clearly open, but no employees to be found. I looked all over and couldn’t find anybody. This is at 07:50 in the morning.

6:30am and the coffee section was still closed. Why is it so hard to have a decent coffee at an airport?

Was told they were closed at 4pm on a Friday because “there was no worker in that day” 😑

The iced mocha tasted better at a gas station. $7 of pain

Terrible service. This company clearly does not train employees for customer service or hold them to expectations. The employees dont even look at you when you ask for something and they pretty much throw the receipt at you and say "go to self pay". I would rather pay Starbucks prices (which I usually avoid) and get decent service than support this company. There is a reason there is a line at Starbucks and no line at World Bean! I will not try again.

When you have a coffee bar but only ever have drip available EVERY TIME I stop by is beyond disappointing. 10/10 times I have asked for the nitro brew pecan coffee...they NEVER have it. You either need to take it off the menu or hire employee that actually want to work instead of just getting a paycheck by being a warm yet unfriendly body behind the counter serving drip coffee

Workers obviously didn’t want to be there and after waiting I was told barista was on a break...at a coffee shop? And he said “I dunno when he will be back maybe 15 min” 1 hour later still no barista 🤔. More concerned with their phones and making their friends drinks as one of them went behind and made a drink for a fellow airport employee yet still stated no barista
